[0012] The clip for medical devices of the present invention will be described with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawings. The medical device clip 1 of the present invention is a resin medical device clip 1 comprising a tubular holding portion 11 capable of holding a medical device 30 (here, a case 30 housing a reshaper, which will be described later) and an attachment portion 12 attachable to a member 40 other than the medical device 30 (here, a holder tube 40 of a guide wire, which will be described later). The tubular holding portion 11 of the medical device clip 1 comprises a tubular main body portion 13 for holding the medical device 30, a removal portion 14 extending over the entire axial length of the tubular main body portion 13 and for removing the medical device 30 from the tubular holding portion 11, and a removal guide portion 15 provided between the tubular main body portion 13 and the removal portion 14 or in the removal portion 14. The removal guide portion 15 is thinner than the tubular main body portion 11 and is more easily deformed than the tubular main body portion 11, so it expands when the medical device 30 is removed.
[0013] In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 5, the tubular holding part 11 has a tubular main body 13 that is substantially cylindrical and extends in the axial direction (the vertical direction in Figure 4). The tubular main body 13 holds a medical device 30. As shown in Figure 5, the medical device 30 can be inserted axially into the tubular main body 13 of the medical device clip 1 (see the outline arrow in Figure 5). The tubular main body 13 (tubular holding part 11) holds the medical device 30 by contacting (engaging) its inner surface with the outer surface of the medical device 30 inserted axially.
[0014] The shape (inner shape) of the tubular main body 13 is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and may be, for example, a polygonal cylindrical shape, a rounded polygonal cylindrical shape, or the like, depending on the shape (outer shape) of the medical device 30 to be held. The inner shape of the tubular main body does not need to be the same as the medical device to be held, and for example, a polygonal cylindrical medical device can be held in a cylindrical tubular main body.
[0015] The tubular holding portion 11 has a removal portion 14 that extends over the entire axial length of the tubular main body portion 13. In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 2 and 4, the tubular main body portion 13 is cut out over the entire axial length, thereby forming a removal portion 14 (a medical device removal slit) in the tubular holding portion 11 for removing the medical device 30 from the tubular holding portion 11. When removing the medical device 30 from the medical device clip 1, the medical device 30 held in the tubular holding portion 11 is pulled up in the direction of the removal portion 14 (upward in Figure 2), causing the tubular holding portion 11 to elastically deform, allowing the medical device 30 to be removed from the expanded removal portion 14 (including a removal guide portion 15, which will be described later).
[0016] In this embodiment, the removal portion 14 has a removal opening 16, and the removal guide portion 15 has two axial surface portions 17, 17 that extend axially and face each other, with the distance between the two facing axial surface portions 17, 17 becoming shorter toward the removal opening 16. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the removal portion 14 (medical device removal slit) has a removal opening 16 that opens over the entire axial length of the cylindrical main body portion 13 at the upper end portion (upper end portion in FIG. 2) of the removal portion 14. The removal guide portion 15 is provided between the cylindrical main body portion 13 and the removal portion 14 and has two axial surface portions 17, 17. Each of the two axial surface portions 17, 17 is a flat portion (axial flat portion) that extends in the axial direction of the cylindrical main body portion 13 (a direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper in FIG. 2).
[0017] The two axial surface portions 17, 17 are symmetrical with respect to the removal portion 14 (removal opening 16). The two axial surface portions 17, 17 are inclined so that the distance between them gradually decreases toward the removal opening 16 (upward in FIG. 2). In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the removal guide portion 15 of the removal portion 14 has an outer surface distance (opening width): do that is shorter than the inner surface distance (opening width): di between the two opposing axial surface portions 17, 17.
[0018] In this embodiment, the distance between the two opposing axial surface portions 17, 17 in the removal section 14 (removal guide section 15) becomes shorter toward the removal opening 16, thereby preventing the medical device 30 from unintentionally falling off from the tubular main body 13. On the other hand, in other words, the distance between the two opposing axial surface portions 17, 17 in the removal section 14 (removal guide section 15) becomes longer toward the inside of the tubular main body 13, so that when the medical device 30 is removed, the medical device 30 is guided toward the outside (removal opening 16), making it easier to remove the medical device 30 during work.
[0019] In this embodiment, the cylindrical main body 13 is cut out along the entire axial length, forming an extraction section 14 (a medical device extraction slit) in the cylindrical holding section 11 for extracting the medical device 30 from the cylindrical holding section 11. This allows the cylindrical main body 13 to elastically deform to some extent in a direction that expands its inner shape (inner diameter). This allows the cylindrical main body 13 to hold a medical device even if the outer shape (outer diameter) of the medical device is somewhat larger than the inner shape (inner diameter) of the cylindrical main body before the medical device is held. Furthermore, because the cylindrical main body can hold medical devices with different outer shapes (outer diameters) within a certain range, one medical device clip can be used for a variety of medical devices.
[0020] Furthermore, the removal portion 14 is provided with a removal opening 16, and the removal guide portion 15 has a wall thickness that becomes thinner toward the removal opening 16 in a cross section taken along a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the tubular main body 13. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 2 (Fig. 2 is a front view of the medical device clip 1, but in this embodiment, the medical device clip 1 has a uniform cross section in the axial direction, so the description will be made with reference to Fig. 2), the wall thickness in the horizontal direction of the removal guide portion 15 becomes thinner toward the removal opening 16 in a cross section taken along a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the tubular main body 13.
[0021] 2, the thickness t3 of the removal guide portion 15 in the vicinity of the removal opening 16 is thinner than the thickness t2 of the portion of the removal guide portion 15 closer to the cylindrical main body 13 than the measurement site for thickness t3 (t2>t3). Furthermore, the thicknesses t2 and t3 are thinner than the thickness t1 of the cylindrical main body 13 (the portion of the cylindrical main body 13 in the vicinity of the removal guide portion 15) (t1>t2>t3). This makes the removal guide portion 15 more easily deformable than the cylindrical main body 13 and easier to expand when the medical device 30 is removed.
[0022] In this embodiment, the thickness (horizontal thickness) of the removal portion 14 (removal guide portion 15) becomes thinner toward the removal opening 16, which makes it easier for the removal guide portion 15 to deform at the portion on the removal opening 16 side, making it easier to remove the medical device 30 during work. On the other hand, in other words, the thickness (horizontal thickness) of the removal portion 14 (removal guide portion 15) becomes thicker toward the cylindrical main body 13, which makes it less likely for unintended deformation to occur at the portion on the cylindrical main body 13 side that holds the medical device 30, and prevents the medical device 30 from unintended falling off from the cylindrical main body 13. 3, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the inclination of axial surface portion 17 (angle θ1 shown in FIG. 3) be equal to or greater than the inclination of the tangent (X) to the outer peripheral surface of cylindrical main body portion 13 at the lower end of axial surface portion 17 (angle θ2 shown in FIG. 3). This makes it possible to make the thickness (thickness in the horizontal direction) of entire removal portion 14 (removal guide portion 15) thinner than the thickness (t1) of cylindrical main body portion 13 (portion of cylindrical main body portion 13 in the vicinity of removal guide portion 15) and to become thinner toward removal opening 16.
[0023] 2 and 4, in this embodiment, the upper portion of the cylindrical main body 13 is cut away, and two upper flat surfaces 18, 18 are formed at the upper end of the cylindrical main body 13, sandwiching the removal opening 16. By forming these upper flat surfaces 18, 18 (cutting away the upper portion of the cylindrical main body 13), the angle of the edge portion (the corner formed by the outer surface of the cylindrical holding portion 11 and the axial surface portion 17) formed at the edge of the removal opening 16 in the cylindrical holding portion 11 can be made gentler. This reduces the occurrence of burrs at the edge portion and the likelihood of fingers getting caught during the operation of removing the medical device.
[0024] As shown in Fig. 2, a connecting portion 19 extends from a side (the right side in Fig. 2) of the cylindrical holding portion 11 (cylindrical main body portion 13) toward the mounting portion 12, which will be described later. The connecting portion 19 is a plate-like member that extends over the entire axial length of the cylindrical main body portion 13, connecting the cylindrical holding portion 11 and the mounting portion 12, with one side end connected to the cylindrical holding portion 11 and the other side end connected to the mounting portion 12.
[0025] The medical device clip 1 includes an attachment portion 12 that can be attached to a member 40 other than the medical device 30. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the medical device clip 1 includes two connected attachment portions 12, 12. Each attachment portion 12 is substantially cylindrical and extends in the axial direction (the vertical direction in FIG. 4). Each attachment portion 12 has an opening (slit) 20 that extends over the entire axial length of the attachment portion 12. The width of the opening 20 is preferably equal to or slightly smaller than the outer shape (outer diameter) of the other member 40 to which it is attached. Each attachment portion 12 is attached to the other member 40 through the opening 20. The attachment portion 12 is preferably elastically deformable so that the opening 20 expands when attached to the other member 40. Note that the other member 40 may also be elastically deformed when the attachment portion 12 is attached to the other member 40 through the opening 20.
[0026] 2, in this embodiment, the bottom (the lowest linear portion extending in the axial direction) of the tubular holding portion 11 (tubular main body 13) and the bottom (the lowest linear portion extending in the axial direction) of each mounting portion 12 are located on the same plane (P). This has the advantages of stably packaging the medical device clip 1, allowing the medical device clip 1 (and the medical device set 10 described below) to be placed stably on a flat surface (for example, the top surface of a desk), and facilitating a stable cutting process when manufacturing the medical device clip 1 by extrusion molding.
[0027] The material for forming the medical device clip 1 is preferably a hard or semi-hard resin that is elastically deformable to a certain degree. Examples of such materials include polyvinylidene fluoride, polycarbonate, acrylic resin (e.g., polyacrylate, specifically, PMMA: polymethyl methacrylate), polyacrylamide, acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, etc.), polyester (e.g., polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate), polyolefin (e.g., polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-propylene copolymer), styrene resin (e.g., polystyrene, MS resin (methacrylate-styrene copolymer), MBS resin (methacrylate-styrene copolymer), etc.). Examples of the material for forming the medical device clip 1 include polyvinyl chloride (butylene-styrene copolymer), polyvinyl chloride (hard vinyl chloride), polyamide (nylon 6, nylon 66), etc. Note that elastic rubber-based materials (e.g., butyl rubber, latex rubber, silicone rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, etc.), thermoplastic elastomers (e.g., styrene-based elastomers such as SBS elastomer, SEBS elastomer, SEPS elastomer, etc., olefin-based elastomers such as ethylene-α-olefin copolymer elastomer, etc.), etc. can also be used.
[0028] The medical device clip 1 can be manufactured by known methods such as extrusion molding or injection molding, but is preferably manufactured by extrusion molding. When manufacturing the medical device clip 1 by extrusion molding, it is preferable that the medical device clip 1 has a substantially uniform cross-sectional shape over the entire axial length.
[0029] Examples of other members 40 to which the medical device clip 1 (mounting portion 12) can be attached include other members used together with the medical device and other members (e.g., medical beds and racks) installed at the location where the medical device is used, but it is preferable that the other member 40 be a holder tube for a catheter or guide wire.
[0030] The medical device 30 held by the medical device clip 1 (cylindrical holding portion 11) can be any of a variety of known medical devices, but it is preferable that the medical device 30 be a reshaper, a guidewire torque device, a catheter hub, an injection needle, a catheter clip, a guidewire clip, or a connector, or a case in which any of these are stored.
[0031] Furthermore, as for the medical device clip, as in the medical device clip 1a shown in Figures 6 to 9, at least one (here, both) of the two axial surface portions 17, 17 may be provided with a removal start assist portion that increases the distance between the two axial surface portions 17, 17 at the axial end portion of the tubular main body portion 13, making it easier to remove the medical device 30.
[0032] Specifically, in the medical device clip 1a shown in Figures 6 to 9, one axial end portion (the lower side in Figure 8) of the two axial surface portions 17, 17 is cut out in a curved shape in plan view, thereby forming removal start assist portions 21a, 22a. In other words, removal start assist portions 21a, 22a are curved surface portions formed on the axial end portion of axial surface portion 17. In the portion where removal start assist portions 21a, 22a are formed, the distance between the two axial surface portions 17, 17 is longer than in the portion where removal start assist portions 21a, 22a are not formed.
[0033] 10 to 12, the removal start assisting portions may be removal start assisting portions 21b, 22b formed by cutting out linearly in plan view one end portion in the axial direction (the lower side in FIG. 12) of two axial surface portions 17, 17. In medical device clip 1b as well, the distance between two axial surface portions 17, 17 is longer in the portions where removal start assisting portions 21b, 22b are formed than in the portions where removal start assisting portions 21b, 22b are not formed.
[0034] In the above-mentioned medical device clips 1a and 1b, when the medical device 30 is removed from the removal portion 14 of the tubular holding portion 11, the medical device 30 is guided along the removal start support portions 21a, 22a and 21b, 22b toward the removal opening 16. Furthermore, when the medical device 30 is removed, stress is concentrated at the contact points between the removal start support portions 21a, 22a and 21b, 22b and the medical device 30, which promotes deformation (expansion) of the removal guide portion 15, making it easier to remove the medical device 30.
[0035] Furthermore, in medical device clips 1a and 1b, the pair of removal start assist portions 21a, 22a and 21b, 22b are asymmetric. Specifically, first removal start assist portions 21a, 21b are cut out to a greater extent in the axial direction of tubular holding portion 11 and in a direction perpendicular to the axis than second removal start assist portions 22a, 22b. Furthermore, second removal start assist portions 22a, 22b are formed with smaller cutouts in both the axial direction of tubular holding portion 11 and in a direction perpendicular to the axis. This allows the timing at which stress concentrates on each removal start assist portion of the pair of removal start assist portions 21a, 22a and 21b, 22b (the timing at which each removal start assist portion comes into contact with medical device 30) to be shifted in the axial direction when removing medical device 30, making it easier to remove medical device 30.
[0036] The pair of removal start assist portions 21a, 22a and 21b, 22b may be symmetrical. In medical device clips 1a, 1b, removal start assist portions 21a, 22a, 21b, 22b are provided at one axial end of tubular main body 13, but they may be provided at both axial end portions. When a removal start assist portion is provided at only one axial end of the tubular main body, the medical device is preferably inserted axially from the side of the tubular main body where the removal start assist portion is provided (see the outline arrow in FIG. 9 ). As shown in FIG. 9 , the amount of protrusion of medical device 30 from tubular main body 13 on the side where removal start assist portions 21a, 22a are provided is preferably shorter than the amount of protrusion from the opposite side.
[0037] In the above-described medical device clip 1, the axial surface portion 17 of the removal portion 14 (removal guide portion 15) is a flat portion extending in the axial direction, but this is not limited to this. For example, as in the medical device clip 1c shown in Fig. 13, the axial surface portion 17 may be a curved surface extending in the axial direction. In the one shown in Fig. 13, the axial surface portion 17 is a recessed portion recessed in the lateral direction and extending in the axial direction.
[0038] 14, the peripheral portion (inner edge portion, the portion corresponding to the edge portion) of the removal opening 16 may be chamfered. By providing this chamfered portion, the resistance during the removal operation of the medical device is slightly reduced, making the removal process slightly easier. In this case, the outer surface distance (opening width): do between the two opposing axial surfaces 17, 17 is determined at the portion of the removal guide portion 15 where the distance between the two axial surfaces 17, 17 is shortest.
[0039] Next, another embodiment of the medical device clip of the present invention will be described using the example shown in the drawings. In the following description, the same components as those in the medical device clip 1 described above will be designated by the corresponding names and symbols, and detailed description will be omitted.
[0040] 15 to 17, in the medical device clip 2, the removal portion 23 has two opposing upper end portions 24, 24 extending in the axial direction. The medical device clip 2 has thin plate portions 25, 25 that extend from one or both (here, both) of the two opposing upper end portions 24, 24 toward the other opposing upper end portion 24 and are formed to be thinner than the tubular main body portion 13, and the removal guide portion is formed by upper recessed portions 27, 27 provided adjacent to the thin plate portions 25, 25.
[0041] Specifically, as shown in Figs. 15 to 17, at the removal portion 23 of the medical device clip 2, the tubular main body 13 is cut out over the entire axial length (a medical device removal slit is formed). The medical device clip 2 also has thin plate portions 25, 25 at both of the two upper end portions 24, 24 of the removal portion 23 (the medical device removal slit in the removal portion 23), which extend toward the opposing upper end portion 24 and are thinner than the tubular main body 13. In this embodiment, the thin plate portions 25, 25 narrow the opening at the cutout portion formed in the tubular main body 13, and a narrowed opening is formed between the opposing thin plate portions 25, 25. In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 16, the thickness t4 of the thin plate portion 25 is thinner than the horizontal thickness t6 of the tubular main body 13 (the portion near the removal guide portion (the portion where the upper recess 27 is formed) of the tubular main body 13).
[0042] The medical device clip 2 has two opposing upper recesses 27 extending in the axial direction below the thin plate portions 25 and above the tubular main body portion 13. In this medical device clip 2, the upper recesses 27 form a removal guide portion. In other words, in the medical device clip 2, the notch portion (medical device removal slit) is formed so that its width increases toward the outside of the tubular main body portion 13 (upward in FIG. 16 ), and it can be said that the upper recess 27 serving as a removal guide portion is formed between a part (upper portion) of the notch portion and the base end portion of the thin plate portion 25 (the portion on the side of the upper end portion 24).
[0043] In this embodiment, the removal guide portion (the portion where the upper recess 27 is formed) is thinner than the cylindrical main body portion 13. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 16 , the horizontal thickness t5 of the removal guide portion (the portion where the upper recess 27 is formed) is thinner than the horizontal thickness t6 of the cylindrical main body portion 13 (the portion of the cylindrical main body portion 13 near the removal guide portion). This makes the removal guide portion (the portion where the upper recess 27 is formed) more easily deformable than the cylindrical main body portion 13 and more easily expands when the medical device 30 is removed. The horizontal thickness t5 of the removal guide portion (the portion where the upper recess 27 is formed) is thicker than the thickness t4 of the thin plate portion 25.
[0044] In the medical device clip 2, the thin plate portion 25 is thinner than the tubular main body 13 and the upper recesses 27, 27, and is more easily deformable than the tubular main body 13 and the upper recesses 27, 27, so it easily expands when removing the medical device 30. This makes it easier to remove the medical device 30 during work. In other words, in the medical device clip 2, a portion of the removal portion 23 (the slit for removing the medical device) is covered by the pair of thin plate portions 25, 25. This also functions as a part to prevent the medical device 30 from unintentionally coming off the tubular main body 13 (a part that prevents the medical device 30 from coming off when an unexpected force is applied to the medical device during transportation, etc.).
[0045] As in the medical device clip 2a shown in Figure 18, the thin plate portion 25 may be only one that extends from only one of the two opposing upper end portions 24, 24 (here, the left upper end portion 24 in Figure 18) toward the other opposing upper end portion 24 and is formed thinner than the tubular main body portion 13 and the upper recess 27.
[0046] 19, the medical device clip has a pair of thin plate portions 25, 25 extending from both of two opposing upper end portions 24, 24 toward the other opposing upper end portion 24, and at least one (here, both) of the pair of thin plate portions 25, 25 extends only a small amount toward the other upper end portion 24 at the end portion in the axial direction of the cylindrical main body 13. This makes it easy for the medical device 30 to enter between the thin plate portions 25, 25 when removing the medical device 30.
[0047] Specifically, in the medical device clip 2b shown in Fig. 19, one axial end portion (the lower side in Fig. 19) of a pair of thin plate portions 25, 25 is notched in a curved shape in plan view, thereby forming easy medical device entry portions 28b, 29b. In other words, easy medical device entry portions 28b, 29b are curved surface portions formed on the axial end portions of thin plate portion 25. The portions where easy medical device entry portions 28b, 29b are formed extend less toward the other upper end portion 24 of thin plate portion 25 than the portions where easy medical device entry portions 28b, 29b are not formed.
[0048] The easy medical device entry portion may be formed by cutting out a linear notch in plan view from one end portion in the axial direction (the lower side in FIG. 20) of a pair of thin plate portions 25, 25, as in medical device clip 2c shown in Fig. 20. In medical device clip 2c as well, the extension amount toward the other upper end portion 24 of thin plate portion 25 is smaller in the portion where easy medical device entry portions 28c, 29c are formed than in the portion where easy medical device entry portions 28c, 29c are not formed.
[0049] In the above-mentioned medical device clips 2b, 2c, when the medical device 30 is finally removed from the removal portion 23 of the tubular holding portion 11, the medical device 30 is guided toward the outside of the tubular holding portion 11 along the easy-entry portions 28b, 29b, 28c, 29c of the medical device. Furthermore, when the medical device 30 is removed, stress is concentrated at the contact points between the easy-entry portions 28b, 29b, 28c, 29c of the medical device and the medical device 30, facilitating deformation (expansion) of the easy-entry portions 28b, 29b, 28c, 29c of the medical device, making it easier to remove the medical device 30.
[0050] In the medical device clips 2b and 2c, the easy entry portions 28b, 29b and 28c, 29c of the pair of medical devices are asymmetric. Specifically, the first removal start assist portions 28b, 28c are cut out more significantly in the axial direction of the tubular holding portion 11 and in the direction perpendicular to the axis than the second removal start assist portions 29b, 29c. This allows the timing at which stress concentrates on the easy entry portions 28b, 29b and 28c, 29c of the pair of medical devices in the axial direction (the timing at which the easy entry portions of the medical devices come into contact with the medical device 30) to be shifted, making it easier to remove the medical device 30. Note that the easy entry portions 28b, 29b and 28c, 29c of the pair of medical devices may be symmetric.
[0051] In medical device clips 2b and 2c, easy medical device entry portions 28b, 29b, 28c, and 29c are provided at one axial end portion of tubular main body 13, but may be provided at both end portions. When easy medical device entry portions 28b, 29b, 28c, and 29c are provided at only one axial end portion of tubular main body 13, it is preferable to insert medical device 30 in the axial direction from the side of tubular main body 13 where easy medical device entry portions 28b, 29b, 28c, and 29c are provided (the lower side in FIGS. 19 and 20). It is also preferable that the amount of protrusion of medical device 30 from tubular main body 13 on the side where easy medical device entry portions 28b, 29b, 28c, and 29c are provided is shorter than the amount of protrusion from the opposite side.
[0052] 21 to 23, the thin plate portions are a pair of thin plate portions 25, 25 extending from both of two opposing upper end portions 24, 24 toward the other opposing upper end portion 24, and the distal end portions of the pair of thin plate portions 25, 25 may at least partially overlap. By overlapping the distal end portions of the pair of thin plate portions 25, 25, unintentional detachment of the medical device 30 from the tubular main body 13 can be more reliably prevented.
[0053] 24 and 25, even when the distal end portions of a pair of thin plate portions 25, 25 are overlapped, it is possible to provide easy medical device entry portions 28e, 29e and 28f, 29f for facilitating removal of medical device 30 by reducing the amount of extension of the thin plate portions toward the other upper end portion 24 at the axial end portion of tubular main body 13. This provides substantially the same effect as easy medical device entry portions 28b, 29b and 28c, 29c.
[0054] Next, a medical device set including a medical device clip according to the present invention will be described with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawings. As shown in FIG. 26, the medical device set 10 of the present invention comprises the above-mentioned medical device clip (here, the medical device clip 1), a medical device 30, and another member 40.
[0055] The other member 40 is preferably a holder tube for a catheter or a guidewire. The medical device 30 is preferably a reshaper, a guidewire torque device, a catheter hub, an injection needle, a catheter clip, a guidewire clip, a connector, or a case containing any of these. The medical device 30 is held in the medical device clip 1 attached to the other member 40. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 26 , the medical device 30 is a case 30 containing a reshaper, and the other member 40 is a holder tube 40 for a guidewire. The guidewire is contained in the holder tube 40. As described above, the medical device 30 is inserted axially into the tubular main body 13 of the medical device clip 1 and held therein.
[0056] In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 26, each of the two connected mounting parts 12, 12 is attached to a holder tube 40 for a guide wire that is wound in a circular shape. As a result, the mounting parts 12 also function as members for maintaining the shape (circularly wound state) of the holder tube 40 for the guide wire.
[0057] The medical device set 10 includes a medical device clip 1, a medical device 30, and other members 40. As described above, this prevents the medical device 30 from unintentionally falling off and makes it easy to remove the medical device 30 during work.
[0058] 27, the removal portion 14 (slit for removing the medical device) may be provided on the side of the tubular holding portion 11 (tubular main body 13). In other words, the direction in which the removal portion 14 (slit for removing the medical device) is provided in the tubular holding portion 11 (tubular main body 13) (the direction in which the medical device 30 is removed) and the opening direction of the opening 20 in the attachment portion 12 may be different.
[0059] Furthermore, it is not necessary to provide multiple attachment parts, and a medical device clip 1f may have a single attachment part 12f as shown in Fig. 28. The attachment part 12f of this embodiment is larger than the above-mentioned attachment part 12, and can be attached to other relatively large members (for example, a medical bed, a rack, etc.).
[0060] Furthermore, the removal guide portion does not need to be provided over the entire axial length of the cylindrical main body portion, and as in the medical device clip 2g shown in Figure 29, the removal guide portion (thin plate portion 25g) may be provided in a portion of the axial length of the cylindrical main body portion 13.
[0061] 30, the outer peripheral portion (outer surface portion) of the tubular main body portion 13 corresponding to the axial surface portion (axial inner surface portion) 17 may be formed as a flat portion (axial outer peripheral surface portion 31) extending in the axial direction. Here, the inclination of the axial surface portion 17 (angle θ3 shown in FIG. 30) is preferably equal to or greater than the inclination of the axial outer peripheral surface portion 31 (angle θ4 shown in FIG. 30). This allows the thickness (thickness in the horizontal direction) of the entire removal portion 14 (removal guide portion 15) to be thinner than the thickness of the tubular main body portion 13 (the portion of the tubular main body portion 13 in the vicinity of the removal guide portion 15) and to become thinner toward the removal opening 16.
[0062] In the medical device clip, the connecting portion (connecting portion 19) connecting the cylindrical holding portion and the attachment portion may not be provided, and the cylindrical holding portion and the attachment portion may be directly connected to each other.
