1. A trunk-type absorbent article is formed by overlapping an outer body having a leg tube portion extending in a cylindrical shape in the direction of the wearer's leg extension at the leg opening, and an inner body having an absorbent material extending in the direction of the length, which is placed on top of the inner surface of the crotch portion, and the outer body having a leg tube portion extending in the direction of the length, and the inner body having an absorbent material extending in the direction of the length, which is placed on top of the inner surface of the crotch portion, in the thickness direction. In the leg portion of the leg tube that comes into contact with the wearer's inner thigh, only the expandable member that expands and contracts in the longitudinal direction is arranged along the longitudinal direction. In the state where the ventral portion and the dorsal portion are separated and unfolded in the longitudinal direction, the expandable member is formed to extend along the longitudinal direction to the ventral portion and the dorsal portion, respectively, sandwiching the inner portion of the leg cylinder portion.
