To encourage a user to perform appropriate settings related to evacuation actions.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus according to the present application comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires setting information set by users in relation to disaster prevention actions against a disaster, and user information related to the users; an evaluation unit that, when the acquisition unit acquires a target user's setting information from another user in place of the target user, evaluates the setting information based on the target user's user information; and a providing unit that provides proposal information for encouraging the another user to update the setting information based on a result of evaluation made by the evaluation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
