AI Technical Summary
Existing methods for calculating carbon dioxide emissions associated with product or part manufacturing fail to accurately account for energy consumption, material consumption, and waste, often requiring averaging that masks daily fluctuations and increases measurement and labor costs.
The method involves generating activity amounts for energy and material consumption based on production data, allowing for detailed calculation intervals without the need for averaging, thereby accurately reflecting daily fluctuations in carbon dioxide emissions.
This approach enables precise calculation of carbon dioxide emissions at detailed intervals, eliminating the need for averaging and reducing measurement and labor costs, while accurately reflecting daily variations.
Abstract
Description
Environmental load information calculation method and device The present disclosure relates to an environmental load information calculation method and an environmental load information calculation device for calculating an environmental load associated with the manufacture of a product or part. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to an environmental load information calculation method and device for calculating an amount of carbon dioxide emissions associated with the manufacture of a product or part based on data related to energy consumption and material consumption (and in some cases also related to disposal) in a manufacturing facility or the like and production data. In recent years, the realization of carbon neutrality has been desired as a measure against global warming. To achieve this, it is important to first correctly evaluate carbon dioxide emissions in order to grasp the actual situation. When evaluating, it is necessary to evaluate not only the carbon dioxide emissions of the entire business activities at the company level, but also the carbon dioxide emissions associated with manufacturing at the product or part level. In fact, regulations that require calculation of carbon footprints for each battery manufacturing plant and each model are being considered in Europe. Therefore, manufacturers are also being required to calculate the carbon dioxide emissions associated with the manufacturing of products or parts. Therefore, a device for calculating the amount of carbon dioxide emissions emitted in the manufacturing process of a product or part is known (see Patent Document 1). Fig. 10 shows an information processing device for calculating carbon dioxide emissions described in Patent Document 1. Here, an information processing device 101 acquires management information including power information on one or more types of power selected and used according to a time period by an energy management system 105 of each manufacturing plant from among multiple types of power generated by different power generation methods in the manufacturing process of a product or part, and calculates the amount of carbon dioxide emissions emitted from the manufacturing of the product or part based on the power information included in the management information. JP 2021-189566 A In the carbon dioxide calculation method described in Patent Document 1, the carbon dioxide emissions associated with the energy consumption in the manufacturing process of a product or part can be calculated, but the carbon dioxide emissions associated with the consumed materials and generated waste are not taken into consideration. Generally, from the viewpoint of production management, the measurement period of power consumption is short, such as every minute or every hour, but the measurement period of consumed materials and waste is long compared to electricity, such as every day or every week. Therefore, in production management, it is rare that the measurement periods of power consumption, consumed materials, and waste are the same. In this case, in order to align the evaluation period for calculation, the measurement period of the data with the longest measurement period becomes the evaluation period, and the average carbon dioxide emissions associated with the manufacture of one product or one part during that evaluation period are calculated. Therefore, data with a short measurement period is averaged according to data with a long measurement period, and fluctuations during the evaluation period cannot be reflected. In such a case, if one tries to grasp the carbon dioxide emissions over a shorter evaluation period in order to see daily fluctuations, it is necessary to shorten the measurement period of the data with the longest measurement period, which increases the change of the measurement equipment or the management man-hours. The associated increase in the purchase cost of the measurement equipment or the labor cost for management may lead to abandoning grasping over a shorter period. In view of the above, the present disclosure aims to provide an environmental load information calculation method and device that can easily calculate the amount of carbon dioxide emissions associated with the production of a product or part over a more detailed evaluation period by apportioning the amount of energy consumption and the amount of material consumption required to manufacture a product or part based on production data. A method for calculating environmental load information according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes: A method for calculating environmental load information for calculating carbon dioxide emissions associated with the manufacture of a product or part, comprising: generating a first activity amount, which is an activity amount of energy consumption and a second activity amount, which is an activity amount of material consumption, associated with manufacturing one product or one part for each calculation interval in a specified target period, from equipment data that holds an energy consumption of the manufacturing equipment acquired for each first predetermined time and a material consumption of the manufacturing equipment acquired for each second predetermined time, and production data that holds a number of non-defective products manufactured by the manufacturing equipment for each third predetermined time; The carbon dioxide emissions are calculated based on a first amount of activity, a second amount of activity, a first unit of consumption which is a unit of consumption corresponding to the first amount of activity, and a second unit of consumption which is a unit of consumption corresponding to the second amount of activity. According to another aspect of the present disclosure, an environmental load information calculation device includes: An environmental load information calculation device for calculating carbon dioxide emissions associated with the manufacture of a product or part, an activity amount data generating unit that generates a first activity amount, which is an activity amount of energy consumption required to manufacture one product or one part for each calculation interval in the specified target period, and a second activity amount, which is an activity amount of material consumption, from equipment data including an energy consumption of the manufacturing equipment acquired for each first predetermined time and a material consumption of the manufacturing equipment acquired for each second predetermined time, and production data including a number of non-defective products manufactured by the manufacturing equipment for each third predetermined time; The apparatus includes an environmental load information calculation unit that calculates a carbon dioxide emission amount based on a first activity amount and a second activity amount calculated by the activity amount data generation unit, a first unit of consumption that is a unit of consumption corresponding to the first activity amount, and a second unit of consumption that is a unit of consumption corresponding to the second activity amount. According to the environmental load information calculation method and device of the above aspect of the present disclosure, by apportioning by unit of product or part based on production data, even if the measurement period of energy consumption and material consumption is different, the carbon dioxide emission associated with the manufacture of a product or part can be calculated at fine calculation intervals. Therefore, in order to align the evaluation period for calculation, the measurement period of the data with the longest measurement period becomes the evaluation period, and there is no need to calculate the average carbon dioxide emission associated with the manufacture of one product or one part during that evaluation period. Therefore, it is possible to solve the problem that data with a short measurement period is averaged to match data with a long measurement period, making it impossible to reflect fluctuations during the evaluation period. [Embodiment 1] Hereinafter, an environmental load information calculation device 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The same or corresponding parts in the drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will not be repeated. Note that, in order to make the description easier to understand, the drawings referred to below show the configuration in a simplified or schematic manner, and some of the components are omitted. [Overall configuration] First, a description will be given of the overall configuration of the environmental load information calculation device 1. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the configuration of the environmental load information calculation device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. The environmental load information calculation device 1 includes at least a device main body 10 , a facility database 50 , a production database 70 , and a basic unit database 90 . The device main body 10 functions as a device that calculates the amount of carbon dioxide emissions associated with the production of products or parts, from information on the energy consumption, material consumption, and waste amount of the manufacturing equipment 60 stored in the equipment database 50 (i.e., equipment data information), information on the number of conforming products of the manufacturing equipment 60 stored in the production database 70 (i.e., production data information), and information on the energy consumption, material consumption, and each basic unit corresponding to waste stored in the basic unit database 90 (i.e., basic unit data information). The equipment database 50 stores the amount of energy consumption, such as the amount of electricity or fuel consumed by the manufacturing equipment 60, for a measurement period, i.e., for each predetermined time period for energy (e.g., every 1 day, 10 days, or 30 days), measured by a power meter or fuel meter. In addition, the weight of raw materials or auxiliary materials consumed in the manufacturing equipment 60 is stored for each predetermined time period for materials (e.g., every 3 days or 10 days), measured by a weight meter or flow meter. In addition, the amount of waste, such as process scraps, discarded from the manufacturing equipment 60 is stored for each predetermined time period for disposal (e.g., every 30 days), measured by a weight meter or flow meter. The predetermined time period for each piece of stored information may be different. The production database 70 stores the number of non-defective products or parts manufactured by the manufacturing facility 60 at a predetermined time interval (for example, each day) measured by a non-defective product counter 80 . The basic unit database 90 stores published basic unit information, commercially available basic unit information, and investigated and calculated basic unit information. This basic unit information covers the basic units of energy types, material types, and waste types consumed in the manufacturing facility 60. The manufacturing equipment 60 is, for example, equipment that consumes electricity, diesel, and water as energy sources and consumes PP and ABS as materials to manufacture products, and a plurality of such equipment are provided. [Device body] Next, the device main body 10 will be described in detail. The device main body 10 includes at least an input unit 11 , an activity amount data generating unit 12 , and an environmental load information calculating unit 13 . The input unit 11 is a part that specifies, for example, a target facility among a plurality of manufacturing facilities 60 for which environmental load information is to be calculated, a target period (e.g., September 1 to September 30), and a calculation interval (e.g., daily), and inputs the specified information to the activity amount data generating unit 12. The calculation interval cannot be set shorter than the measurement interval for the number of conforming products stored in the production database 70, i.e., the predetermined time for the number of conforming products. The activity amount data generating unit 12 is a part that extracts data corresponding to a target period from the data stored in the equipment database 50 and the production database 70, and calculates the amount of activity required to manufacture one product or one part for each calculation interval by utilizing the number of conforming products in the calculation interval. Specifically, it is a part that calculates the average values of the energy consumption, material consumption, and generated waste amount required to manufacture one product or one part for each calculation interval. As an example, in FIG. 3, the average value is calculated as follows. Here, the "target period" refers to a period for calculating carbon dioxide, and the "calculation target period" refers to a period for calculating the amount of activity for each calculation interval during the above-mentioned "target period." For example, if the target period is August and the calculation interval is one day, the calculation target period is a specific day such as August 1, August 2, or August 3. With a calculation interval of 10 days, in the case of diesel, the specified time for diesel is 10 days, so it can be calculated as follows: [(average diesel consumption when the calculation target period is the 1st to 10th days) = (diesel consumption for 10 days from the 1st to 10th days) / total number of non-defective products for 10 days]. However, if the calculation target period spans more than the specified time, it can be calculated as follows: (average diesel consumption when the calculation target period is the 5th to 14th days) = [{(diesel consumption for 10 days from the 1st to 10th days) / total number of non-defective products for 10 days} x 5 days + (diesel consumption for 10 days from the 11th to 20th days) / total number of non-defective products for 10 days} x 5 days] / 10 days. In the case of PP, the calculation interval is 3 days, and the specified time for PP is 3 days, so it can be calculated as follows: [(average PP consumption when the calculation target period is the 1st to 3rd days) = (PP consumption for 3 days from the 1st to 3rd days) / total number of good products for 3 days]. However, if the calculation target period spans more than the specified time, it can be calculated as follows: (average PP consumption when the target period is the 2nd to 5th days) = [{(PP consumption for 3 days from the 1st to 3rd days) / total number of good products for 3 days} x 2 days + (PP consumption for 3 days from the 4th to 6th days) / total number of good products for 3 days} x 2 days] / 4 days. The environmental load information calculation unit 13 is a part that extracts, from the unit-of-consumption database 90, a unit of consumption corresponding to each activity amount calculated by the activity amount data generation unit 12, and calculates the amount of carbon dioxide emissions associated with the production of one product or one part by multiplying and accumulating the calculated activity amount by the extracted unit of consumption. [Operation] Next, a description will be given of the operation of the environmental load information calculation device 1. The following description will be given with reference to FIG. 2 which shows an outline of the operation flow. First, in the first step S10, the activity amount data generating unit 12 acquires the target equipment for which environmental load information is to be calculated, the target period, and the calculation interval, which are specified by the input unit 11. As an example, it is assumed that the input unit 11 specifies to the activity amount data generating unit 12 that the target period is 30 days and the calculation interval is every day for manufacturing equipment 60 that consumes electricity, diesel, and water as energy and consumes PP and ABS as materials to manufacture products. Next, in step S20, the activity amount data generating unit 12 acquires the energy consumption, material consumption, waste amount, and number of non-defective products for each predetermined time in the designated target period for the target manufacturing equipment 60 from the equipment database 50 and the production database 70. As an example, for energy, it is assumed that daily power consumption data is acquired as a predetermined time for electricity, light oil consumption data is acquired as a predetermined time for light oil, and water consumption data is acquired as a predetermined time for water by the activity amount data generating unit 12. In addition, for materials, it is assumed that polypropylene (PP) consumption data is acquired as a predetermined time for PP, and ABS consumption data is acquired as a predetermined time for ABS by the activity amount data generating unit 12, and for waste, it is assumed that monthly waste amount data is acquired as a predetermined time for waste by the activity amount data generating unit 12. In addition, as production data, non-defective product number data is acquired as a predetermined time for the number of non-defective products by the activity amount data generating unit 12 (see FIG. 3). Next, in step S30, the activity amount data generating unit 12 calculates an amount of activity required to manufacture one product or one part for each calculation interval in the specified target period from the data acquired in S20. The activity amount is calculated by the following formula. Activity = measured value of activity / number of good products during the measurement period Specifically, the activity amount of the power consumption required to manufacture one product when the calculation interval in a specified target period (e.g., the 1st to 11th days) is one day is calculated by the activity amount data generating unit 12 by dividing the power consumption as a measured value measured every day as a predetermined time for power during the target period (e.g., the 1st to 11th days) by the number of good products in one day during the measurement period (i.e., the predetermined time for the number of good products). In Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, for example, the activity amount of the power consumption on the 1st day during the 1st to 11th days = measured value related to the activity amount on the 1st day ÷ number of good products on the 1st day during the measurement period = 47 / 42 = 1.12. Also, for example, the activity amount of the power consumption on the 11th day during the 1st to 11th days = measured value related to the activity amount on the 11th day ÷ number of good products on the 11th day during the measurement period = 45 / 16 = 2.81. In addition, the activity amount of PP consumption required to manufacture one product when the calculation interval in a specified target period (e.g., the 1st to 11th days) is set to one day is calculated by the activity amount data generating unit 12 by dividing the PP consumption amount as a measured value measured every three days as a specified PP time during the specified target period (e.g., the 1st to 11th days) by the total number of conforming products in the measurement period (i.e., the specified PP time) for three days. In Figs. 3 and 4, for example, the activity amount of PP consumption on each of the 1st to 3rd days = measured value related to the activity amount on the 1st to 3rd days ÷ number of conforming products during the measurement period on the 1st to 3rd days = 72 / (42+27+26) = 0.76. In addition, for example, the activity amount of PP consumption on the 11th day = measured value related to the activity amount on the 10th to 12th days ÷ number of conforming products during the measurement period on the 10th to 12th days = 71 / (32+16+41) = 0.80. Furthermore, the activity amount of diesel consumption required to manufacture one product when the calculation interval during a specified target period (e.g., the 1st to 11th days) is set to one day is calculated by the activity amount data generating unit 12 by dividing the diesel consumption amount as a measured value measured every 10 days as a predetermined time for diesel during the specified target period (e.g., the 1st to 11th days) by the number of non-defective products during the 10 days of the measurement period (i.e., the predetermined time for diesel). In Figures 3 and 4, for example, the activity amount of diesel consumption on each of the 1st to 10th days = measured value related to the activity amount on the 1st to 10th days ÷ number of non-defective products during the measurement period on the 1st to 10th days = 20 / (42+27+26+35+26+23+40+39+40+32) = 0.06. For example, the activity amount of diesel consumption on the 11th day = the measured value of the activity amount from the 11th day to the 20th day ÷ the number of non-defective products during the measurement period from the 11th day to the 20th day = 10 / (16+41+36+21+35+44+31+41+36+28) = 0.03. In addition, the activity amount of ABS consumption required to manufacture one product when the calculation interval in a specified target period (e.g., the 1st to 11th days) is set to 1 day is calculated by the activity amount data generating unit 12 by dividing the ABS consumption as a measured value measured every 10 days as the predetermined time for ABS in the specified target period (e.g., the 1st to 11th days) by the number of conforming products in the 10 days of the measurement period (i.e., the predetermined time for ABS). In Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, for example, the activity amount of ABS consumption on each of the 1st to 10th days = measured value related to the activity amount on the 1st to 10th days ÷ number of conforming products during the measurement period on the 1st to 10th days = 213 / (42+27+26+35+26+23+40+39+40+32) = 0.65. Also, for example, the activity amount of ABS consumption on the 11th day = the measured value related to the activity amount from the 11th day to the 20th day ÷ the number of non-defective products during the measurement period from the 11th day to the 20th day = 211 / (16 + 41 + 36 + 21 + 35 + 44 + 31 + 41 + 36 + 28) = 0.64. In addition, the activity amount of water consumption required to manufacture one product when the calculation interval during a specified target period (e.g., the 1st to 11th days) is one day is calculated by the activity amount data generating unit 12 by dividing the water consumption amount measured every 30 days as a specified period for water consumption during the specified target period (e.g., the 1st to 11th days) by the number of good products during the measurement period (i.e., the specified time for water consumption). In FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, for example, activity amount of water consumption on each of the 1st to 30th days = measured value related to activity amount on the 1st to 30th days ÷ number of non-defective products during the measurement period on the 1st to 30th days = 30 / (42+27+26+35+26+23+40+39+40+32+16+41+36+21+35+44+31+41+36+28+36+28+38+32+34+30+42+32+32+38) = 0.03. Furthermore, the activity amount of the waste amount required to manufacture one product when the calculation interval in a specified target period (e.g., the 1st to the 11th day) is set to one day is calculated by the activity amount data generating unit 12 by dividing the waste amount as a measured value measured every 30 days as a specified period for the waste amount during the specified target period (e.g., the 1st to the 11th day) by the number of non-defective products in the measurement period (i.e., the specified time for the waste amount). In FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, for example, the activity amount of the waste amount on the 1st to 30th days = the measured value related to the activity amount on the 1st to 30th days ÷ the number of conforming products during the measurement period on the 1st to 30th days = 383.73 / (42+27+26+35+26+23+40+39+40+32+16+41+36+21+35+44+31+41+36+28+36+28+38+32+34+30+42+32+32+38) = 0.38. Next, in step S40, for each activity amount calculated in step S30, the environmental load information calculation unit 13 obtains a corresponding basic unit from the basic unit database 90, and calculates the amount of carbon dioxide emissions associated with the production of one product or one part based on the following formula: Carbon dioxide emissions associated with the production of one product or one part = Σ activity amount i × intensity j Here, i indicates the type of activity amount, and intensity j is the intensity corresponding to activity amount i. This calculation will be illustrated below based on the example in step S30. Carbon dioxide emissions associated with the production of one product or one part = Σ activity amount i × intensity j = Amount of activity of power consumption x unit of power consumption + Activity amount of PP consumption x unit of PP consumption + Activity amount of diesel consumption x unit of diesel consumption + Activity amount of ABS consumption x Basic unit of ABS consumption + Activity amount of water consumption x unit of water consumption + Activity amount of waste x waste amount per unit According to the first embodiment, by apportioning the energy consumption, material consumption, and waste amount for each product or part based on the number of non-defective items in the production data, the carbon dioxide emissions associated with the manufacture of products or parts can be calculated at more frequent calculation intervals, such as once a day, even if the respective specified times that are the measurement periods for the energy consumption, material consumption, and waste amounts are different. As can be understood from the above, the basic unit corresponding to the energy consumption is a coefficient for calculating the amount of carbon dioxide emission from the energy consumption. When the unit of energy consumption is J and the unit of carbon dioxide emission is kg-CO2, the basic unit corresponding to the energy consumption has a unit of kg-CO2 / J. The basic unit corresponding to the material consumption is a coefficient for calculating the amount of carbon dioxide emission from the amount of material consumption. When the unit of material consumption is kg and the unit of carbon dioxide emission is kg-CO2, the basic unit corresponding to the material consumption has a unit of kg-CO2 / kg. The basic unit corresponding to the waste amount is a coefficient for calculating the amount of carbon dioxide emission from the amount of waste. When the unit of waste amount is kg and the unit of carbon dioxide emission is kg-CO2, the basic unit corresponding to the waste amount has a unit of kg-CO2 / kg. [Embodiment 2] In the first embodiment, the number of non-defective products from the production database 70 is used to calculate the amount of carbon dioxide emissions associated with the production of one product or one part. However, since the amount of activity during the same measurement period is the same value, it is not possible to reflect the variation in the amount of activity during the measurement period. 5, by utilizing a production database 71 that stores not only data on the number of non-defective products measured by a non-defective product counter 80 but also data on the number of products measured by a production counter 81, it is possible to reflect the variation in the amount of activity within a measurement period. The production counter 81 measures the number of products or parts manufactured by the manufacturing facility 60 for each predetermined time period (e.g., each day) measured by the non-defective product counter 80, and stores the number in the production database 70. The calculation procedure is shown in Fig. 6. As for the calculation steps, the condition acquisition step S10 is the same as in the first embodiment, but the subsequent steps are different. In the data acquisition step S21, in addition to the operation of the data acquisition step S20, production number data is additionally acquired by the activity amount data generating unit 12 (see FIG. 7). Next, in the activity amount data generating step S31, the activity amount data generating unit 12 calculates the activity amount for the measured value using the production number and the number of non-defective items according to the following formula. Activity amount = measured value of activity amount × (production quantity during calculation period ÷ production quantity during measurement period) ÷ number of conforming products during calculation period Specifically, the activity amount of the power consumption required to manufacture one product on the first day when the calculation interval in a specified target period (e.g., the 1st to 11th days) is set to one day is calculated by the activity amount data generating unit 12 by multiplying the power consumption as a measured value measured every day as a predetermined time for power during the target period (e.g., the 1st to 11th days) by (the number of products manufactured during the calculation target period on the 1st day ÷ the number of products manufactured during the measurement period on the 1st day), and dividing the result by the number of conforming products during the calculation target period on the 1st day. In Figs. 7 and 8, for example, the activity amount of the power consumption on the 1st day during the 1st to 11th days = measured value of the activity amount on the 1st day × (the number of products manufactured during the calculation target period on the 1st day ÷ the number of products manufactured during the measurement period on the 1st day) ÷ the number of conforming products during the calculation target period on the 1st day = 47 × (the number of products manufactured during the calculation target period on the 1st day)
[0047] ÷ number of products manufactured in the measurement period on the 1st day
[0047] ) / number of good products in the calculation period on the 1st day
[0042] = 1.12. For example, the activity amount of power consumption on the 11th day among the 1st to 11th days = measured value related to the activity amount on the 11th day × (number of products manufactured in the calculation period on the 11th day ÷ number of products manufactured in the measurement period on the 11th day) ÷ number of good products in the calculation period on the 11th day = 45 × (number of products manufactured in the calculation period on the 11th day
[0045] ÷ number of products manufactured in the measurement period on the 11th day
[0045] ) / number of good products in the calculation period on the 11th day
[0016] = 2.81. In addition, the activity amount of PP consumption on the first day required to manufacture one product when the calculation interval in a specified target period (e.g., the first to eleventh days) is one day is calculated by the activity amount data generating unit 12 by multiplying the PP consumption as a measured value measured every three days as a predetermined time for PP during the specified target period (e.g., the first to eleventh days) by (the number of products manufactured during the calculation target period on the first day ÷ the number of products manufactured during the measurement period on the first to third days), and dividing the result by the number of conforming products during the calculation target period on the first day. In Figs. 7 and 8, for example, the activity amount of PP consumption on the first day = measured value regarding the activity amount on the first day × (the number of products manufactured during the calculation target period on the first day ÷ the number of products manufactured during the measurement period on the first to third days) ÷ the number of conforming products during the calculation target period on the first day = 72 × (the number of products manufactured during the calculation target period on the first day
[0047] ÷ the number of products manufactured during the measurement period on the first to third days [47+50+47]) / the number of conforming products during the calculation target period on the first day
[0042] = 0.56. Furthermore, for example, the activity amount of PP consumption on the 11th day = the measured value related to the activity amount from the 10th to the 12th days × (the number of products manufactured in the calculation period on the 11th day ÷ the number of products manufactured in the measurement period on the 10th to the 12th days) ÷ the number of good products in the calculation period on the 11th day = 71 × (the number of products manufactured in the calculation period on the 11th day
[0045] ÷ the number of products manufactured in the measurement period on the 10th to the 12th days [46 + 45 + 49]) / the number of good products in the calculation period on the 11th day

In addition, the activity amount of diesel consumption on the first day required to produce one product when the calculation interval during a specified target period (e.g., the 1st to 11th days) is set to 1 day is calculated by the activity amount data generating unit 12 by multiplying the diesel consumption amount as a measured value measured every 10 days as a specified time for diesel during the specified target period (e.g., the 1st to 11th days) by (the number of products produced during the calculation target period on the 1st day ÷ the number of products produced during the measurement period from the 1st to the 10th day or the 11th to the 20th day), and dividing the result by the number of good products during the calculation target period on the 1st day. 7 and 8, for example, the activity amount of diesel consumption on the 1st day = measured value regarding the activity amount on the 1st day × (number of productions in the calculation target period on the 1st day ÷ number of productions in the measurement period on the 1st to 10th days) ÷ number of non-defective products in the calculation target period on the 1st day = 20 × (number of productions in the calculation target period on the 1st day

As an example of a case where the calculation interval is different, the activity amount of the power consumption required to manufacture one product when the calculation interval in a specified target period (e.g., the 1st to the 14th day) is 7 days is calculated by the activity amount data generating unit 12 by multiplying the power consumption as a measured value measured every day as a specified time for power during the calculation target period (e.g., 7 days from the 1st to the 7th day) by (the number of products manufactured during the calculation target period ÷ the number of products manufactured during the measurement period) and dividing the result by the number of good products during the calculation target period. 7 and 9 , for example, the activity amount of power consumption over 7 days from the 1st day to the 7th day=the measured value related to the activity amount from the 1st day to the 7th day×(the number of products manufactured in the calculation period from the 1st day to the 7th day÷the number of products manufactured in the measurement period from the 1st day to the 7th day)÷the number of conforming products in the calculation period from the 1st day to the 7th day=[47+50+47+50+50+48+48]×(the number of products manufactured in the calculation period from the 1st day to the 7th day[47+50+47+50+50+48+48]÷the number of products manufactured in the measurement period from the 1st day to the 7th day[47+50+47+50+50+48+48]) / the number of conforming products in the calculation period from the 1st day to the 7th day[42+27+26+35+26+23+40]=340×340÷340÷219=1.55. In addition, the activity amount of the waste amount necessary to manufacture one product when the calculation interval in a specified target period (e.g., the 1st to the 14th day) is 7 days is calculated by the activity amount data generating unit 12 by multiplying the waste amount as a measured value measured every 30 days as a specified period for the waste amount during the calculation target period (e.g., 7 days from the 1st to the 7th day) by (the number of products manufactured in the calculation target period from the 1st to the 7th day ÷ the number of products manufactured in the measurement period from the 1st to the 30th day (i.e., the specified time for the waste amount)), and dividing the result by the number of non-defective products in the calculation target period. In addition, for example, the activity amount of waste for the seven days from the 8th to the 14th days = {measured value related to the activity amount from the 1st to the 30th days [383.73] × (number of products manufactured in the calculation period from the 8th to the 14th days [48+49+46+45+49+46+47] ÷ number of products manufactured in the measurement period from the 1st to the 30th days [47+50+47+50+50+48+48+48+49+46+45+49+46+47+48+49+49+46+46+48+45+47+49+47+46+48+45+47+49+48+47+50+48])} ÷ number of good products in the calculation period from the 8th to the 14th days [39+40+32+16+41+36+21] = 383.73 × 330 ÷ 1382 ÷ 225 = 0.39. Next, in step S41, similarly to step S40, for each activity amount calculated in step S31, the environmental load information calculation unit 13 obtains a corresponding basic unit from the basic unit database 90, and calculates the amount of carbon dioxide emissions involved in the production of one product or one part based on the following formula: Carbon dioxide emissions associated with the production of one product or one part = Σ activity amount i × intensity j Here, i indicates the type of activity amount, and intensity j is the intensity corresponding to activity amount i. This calculation will be illustrated below based on the example in step S31. Carbon dioxide emissions associated with the production of one product or one part = Σ activity amount i × intensity j = Amount of activity of power consumption x unit of power consumption + Activity amount of PP consumption x unit of PP consumption + Activity amount of diesel consumption x unit of diesel consumption + Activity amount of ABS consumption x Basic unit of ABS consumption + Activity amount of water consumption x unit of water consumption + Activity amount of waste x waste amount per unit In this way, by using the number of manufactured products in addition to the number of non-defective products, it is possible to reflect the variation in the amount of activity within the measurement period, as shown in FIG. According to the first and second embodiments described above, the activity amount of energy consumption and the activity amount of material consumption associated with the production of one product or one part are generated from the equipment data that holds the energy consumption and the material consumption, and the production data that holds the number of non-defective products, and each activity amount is multiplied by the basic unit corresponding to each activity amount, and the multiplied values are summed up. In this way, even if the measurement period of at least the energy consumption and the material consumption, and further the measurement period of the waste amount are different, it is possible to calculate the carbon dioxide emission associated with the production of one product or one part based on the production data including at least the number of non-defective products. Therefore, in order to align the evaluation period to be calculated, the measurement period of the data with the longest measurement period becomes the evaluation period, and there is no need to calculate the average carbon dioxide emission associated with the production of one product or one part during that evaluation period. Therefore, it is possible to solve the problem that data with a short measurement period is averaged to data with a long measurement period, making it impossible to reflect the fluctuation during the evaluation period. Regarding the amount of waste, there may be cases where the amount of waste is zero because 100% of the material has been used, or where there is no information on the amount of waste, or where there is no equipment or means to measure the amount of waste. In such cases, the activity amount of the waste does not need to be taken into consideration. Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above, the above-described embodiments are merely examples for implementing the present disclosure. Therefore, the present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the above-described embodiments can be appropriately modified and implemented without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure. In addition, by appropriately combining any of the various embodiments or modifications described above, it is possible to achieve the effects of each of them. In addition, combinations of embodiments, combinations of examples, or combinations of embodiments and examples are possible, and combinations of features of different embodiments or examples are also possible. The environmental load information calculation method and environmental load information calculation device according to the above aspects of the present disclosure are capable of accurately calculating the amount of carbon dioxide emissions associated with the manufacture of products or parts by utilizing production data even when the data is measured at different intervals. 1 Environmental load information calculation device 10 Device body 11 Input section 12 Activity amount data generation unit 13 Environmental load information calculation section 50 Equipment Database 60 Manufacturing equipment 70 Production Database 80 Good Product Counter 81 Manufacturing Counter 90 Basic unit database 101 Information processing device 105 Energy management systems for each manufacturing plant
