Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a fixing device for fixing a ceramic panel to an external fixing structure of a building, and more specifically, to a ceramic panel fixing device for an exterior building that has an improved structure of an anchor bolt and a sealant filling part of a panel fixing device so as to prevent cracking or damage to the ceramic panel in a panel fixing device having a sealant filling part in which sealant is filled around an anchor bolt for fixing an exterior ceramic panel. Background Technology
[0003] Ceramic panels are widely used as building exterior materials due to their excellent durability and aesthetics, and these panels are attached to fixed structures located on the exterior walls using fastening devices. Representative fastening methods for attaching the fastening devices to the structures include mechanical fastening methods such as bolts or anchors, or chemical bonding methods using adhesives.
[0004] However, in mechanical fastening methods where bolts are inserted into the adhesive surface of ceramic panels, there is a risk of cracking or damage to the panels during the fixing process after bolt insertion. Furthermore, in chemical bonding methods using adhesives, the process of inserting sealant into the ceramic panel contact surface of the sealant filling area complicates the process. Moreover, if the sealant filling structure is exposed to the external environment for a long period, moisture or foreign substances may penetrate the adhesive area, potentially leading to a decrease in adhesive strength and corrosion. In particular, since the sealant is applied to the sealant filling area in advance, the filling state may be uneven, and the sealant may shrink or deform over time, potentially reducing the panel's fixing strength.
[0005] Korean Registered Patent No. 1438081 relates to a [fixing device for exterior panels of a building] and discloses a fixing device comprising a fixing anchor bolt and a bolt-connecting panel fixing cap that has a large surface area to surround the anchor bolt, partially contacts the surface of the exterior panel, is sealed with a sealant, and adheres to the exterior panel. While the invention has the advantage of simultaneously fixing the sealant along with the fixing anchor bolt to fix the exterior panel, there is a problem in that the sealant bonding state is weak to the extent that a number of filling confirmation holes are required in the sealant filling part.
