Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a chicken seasoning machine, and more specifically, to a chicken seasoning machine equipped with a mixing bag to automatically mix and shake the seasoning on the chicken, vibrating the mixing bag up and down, and equipped with a swivel chamber at the bottom of the mixing bag to rotate the swivel chamber up, down, left, and right so that the seasoning can be uniformly applied to the chicken. [0006] Currently, for products such as seasoned fried chicken, the process of plating the seasoning over the fried chicken or repeatedly mixing the seasoning onto the fried chicken with a spatula is done manually.

[0007] Recently, small-scale stores are using automation devices to save on labor costs and ensure consistent product quality compared to workers who are frequently replaced.

[0008] However, since there are many products such as chicken depending on the variety of seasonings, it was difficult to automate the selection and mixing of seasonings.

[0009] In addition, chicken seasoning machines used to apply various seasonings to general chicken used a method of stirring ingredients with tools such as spatulas inside a chamber using a stirrer, and a method of mixing, stirring, and coating the ingredients by rotating a drum, but these types of chicken seasoning machines had the problem that the seasoning was not mixed uniformly and caused joint injuries to the workers. [0063] The above swivel cam (26) is " It is formed in a shape.

[0064] Preferably, the swivel cam (26) is formed with a cylindrical main rotation shaft (24) connected to the main gear (22) at the bottom and a swivel guide surface (30) formed at the top of the main rotation shaft (24).

[0065] As shown in FIG. 4, the swivel guide surface (30) is formed to be inclined downward from the left direction to the right direction and concave upward, and is formed to enable up-and-down and rotational pivoting movements through rolling friction in contact with the swivel ball (38) described later. That is, as the height of the swivel ball (38) moving up and down along the swivel guide surface (30) changes, the swivel chamber body (42) tilts and pivots.

[0066] And a plurality of lower links (32) are installed on the inner bottom surface of the above-mentioned housing (10) and formed in the shape of a Korean letter 'ㄴ', and the plurality of lower links (32) are fixed to be located at the bottom of the swivel chamber body (42), and each upper link (34) formed in the shape of a Korean letter 'ㄱ' is connected to and installed on the lower links (32).

[0067] The upper link (34) is connected to the lower link (32) by a hinge pin (33) and is installed so as to be able to swing or rotate around the hinge pin (33).

[0068] At this time, a plurality of swivel links (36) are fitted into the upper center of the upper link (34) in a horizontal direction so as to correspond one-to-one with each other.

[0069] A plurality of swivel balls (38) are inserted and installed in a one-to-one correspondence on the upper front portion of the swivel link (36) to enable rolling rotation, and the swivel balls (38) move up and down along the swivel guide surface (44) while simultaneously generating rolling friction.

[0070] In addition, it is preferable that an uneven groove be formed in the front portion of the swivel link (36) and that the swivel ball (38) be installed in the uneven groove so that it can rotate.

[0088] At this time, a center flywheel unit (107) that operates in the vertical direction is installed between the central bracket (58) and the first auxiliary bracket (60).

[0089] The center flywheel unit (107) comprises a disc-shaped flywheel (64), a wheel fixing bar (66) that is fixed vertically upward and rotates on one side of the flywheel (54), an arm (68) that is fixedly connected to the upper end of the wheel fixing plate (66) and moves in the up and down direction, and a spherical shape (70) that is fixedly installed on the upper end of the arm (68).

[0090] The center flywheel unit (107) installed in this manner moves up and down, and moves the mixing chamber (46) by striking it up and down.

[0091] And the above arm (68) and mouth (70) are positioned between the vinyl bag (50) and the mixing bag (58) and function to strike the fried chickens from below upward.

[0092] Meanwhile, the auxiliary shaft (63) is installed to rotate together with the motor shaft (56). The auxiliary shaft (63) is installed parallel to the front and rear of the motor shaft (56), and a plurality of auxiliary flywheel units (109) are installed at each of the four ends of the auxiliary shaft (63).

[0093] The above multiple auxiliary flywheel units (109) are installed such that a ball-shaped ball (71) is positioned between the mixing bag (48) and the plastic bag (50), and the ball (71) hits and rolls the fried chickens, or mixes and mixes them so that the seasoning is evenly distributed.

[0094] The above auxiliary flywheel units (109) include a disc-shaped flywheel (65), a wheel fixing bar (67) fixed vertically upward on one side of the flywheel (65), an arm (69) connected and fixed to the top of the wheel fixing bar (67), and a ball-shaped ball (71) fixed to the top of the arm (69) to lift and strike the vinyl bag (60).

[0095] The center flywheel unit (107) and auxiliary flywheel unit (109) installed in this manner are installed in the center and the four corners of the front, back, left, and right sides, and vibrate from bottom to top to roll the fried chickens up, thereby allowing the seasoning to be uniformly mixed and evenly coated.

[0096] Meanwhile, a plurality of shaft support brackets (72) are installed on the motor shaft (56) and auxiliary shaft (63) installed as described above to mitigate shock and firmly hold the motor shaft (56) and auxiliary shaft (63) so that they do not sag or shake.

[0097] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 6, a housing portion (102) is installed on the floor, and a swivel rolling unit portion (104) is located on the inner side of the housing portion (102). A swivel chamber portion (106) is fixedly installed on the upper side of the swivel rolling unit portion (104), and a vibration unit portion (108) is inserted and installed in the swivel chamber portion (106).

[0098] The swivel rolling unit (104) installed as described above is equipped with a plurality of swivel links (36) that rotate and move up and down by the rotational movement of the swivel cam (26), and the swivel rolling unit (104) and the swivel chamber body (42) are connected and moved so that the seasoning can be evenly mixed and coated on the fried chicken.

[0099] And a central shaft flange (23) is inserted and installed on the inner side of the main motor shaft (24) connected to the lower part of the swivel cam (24), and a main joint bearing (25) is connected and installed in the central upper direction of the central shaft flange (23), and a swivel joint (28) is installed on the upper part of the main joint bearing (25).

[0100] It is preferable that the swivel joint (28) be formed in a spherical or hemispherical shape so that it is connected and fixed to the bottom surface of the swivel chamber (42) to center the swivel chamber (42) and to enable rolling friction so that the swivel chamber (42) can have smooth rotational and vertical movements.

[0101] The above oral spheres (70, 71) are preferably made of rubber, silicone, or soft synthetic material.

[0102] It is preferable that the predetermined angle of inclination (A) tilted by the swivel rolling unit part (104) be in the range of 5 to 30 degrees. This is because if it is less than 5 degrees, the fried chicken does not move left and right and is not mixed well, and if it is greater than 30 degrees, the swivel chamber part (104) interferes with the housing part (102), causing the seasoning device to be damaged.

[0103] The technical problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned technical problems can be implemented in various ways by a person skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs based on the description below, and technical modifications within such scope shall be considered to be within the scope of the present invention.
