COVER FOR GUACAMOLE PACKAGING MACHINES, WHICH DISPLACES OXYGEN

Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of the food industry, particularly related to devices that produce modified atmospheres in guacamole packaging machines that maintain the freshness and color of the product for long periods of time. More particularly, the present invention relates to covers for use in guacamole packaging machines, which produce results not obtained until now, for example, in the reduction of the oxygen concentration in the guacamole packaging atmosphere. It is structured with a top part; a diffuser to supply a gas to the inside of the cover; handles to move the cover; 2 blocks of high-strength, low-friction engineering plastic material; and short metal sections located at the extreme end of the cover to attach the cover to the guacamole packaging machine.
