Abstract

[Problem] To accurately detect spoofing of a person that is based on a photograph or other planar objects. [Solution] Involving the following: an imaging means 11 for capturing images in a plurality of frames of a subject to be authenticated from different angles; a feature detection means 14 for detecting an aspect ratio, which is the ratio between the vertical length and horizontal length of the face of the subject, from each of the frame images captured by the imaging means 11; and a spoofing detection means 14 for, on the basis of the aspect ratio of the face of the subject captured from different angles, detecting spoofing of a person based on a planar object.
