Abstract

The object of the present invention is to provide ready to use therapeutic food for management of moderate and severely malnourished children between 6 months to 59 months of age. The present invention also provides the method of manufacturing the Therapeutic food or High Density Diet, which comprises of selection of raw material sieving, boiling, grain size reduction, sieving and finally hot mixing and packaging.
