Abstract

The subject of the application is a thermoplastic material with chitosan, which contains 40% to 85% w / w of polycaprolactone with a molecular weight of 50,000 to 90,000 Da, 5% to 50% w / w of chitosan, 2% to 10% w / w of a polyol selected from the group consisting of: aliphatic saturated dihydroxy alcohols with a carbon chain length of C2-C8 and polyetherols with a molecular weight of ≤ 200, 2% to 5% w / w of the esterification product of lactic acid oligomers with ethanol with an acid number of ≤ 80 mg KOH / g, with an average molecular weight of ≤ 600.The application also covers a method for producing a thermoplastic material with chitosan, which consists in introducing into a device equipped with screws 40% to 85% w / w of polycaprolactone with a molecular weight of 50,000 to 90,000, 5% to 50% w / w of chitosan, 2% to 10% w / w of a diol selected from the group consisting of: aliphatic saturated alcohols with a carbon chain length of C2-C6 and polyetherols with a molecular weight of ≤ 200, 2% to 5% w / w of the esterification product of lactic acid oligomers with ethanol with an acid number of ≤ 80 mg KOH / g and an average molecular weight of ≤ 600. The whole is mixed at a temperature of 70°C to 100°C, and the rotational speed of the screws is from 40 to 90 rpm.
