Abstract

The subject of the application is a device for monitoring knees, preferably made of stainless steel, and a method for monitoring knees, preferably made of stainless steel. The device for monitoring knees, preferably made of stainless steel, is characterized in that it comprises a rectangular frame support structure (1), on which a frame (9) is mounted asymmetrically with respect to the center of symmetry of the support structure (1) and parallel to the ground, and on the perimeter of which a support (8) is placed so that the center of the frame (9) remains unbuilt. Laser heads (4) are mounted vertically on the support (8) every 120° via adapters (7), and a head (5) is mounted horizontally between the laser heads (4) on the support (8). A nozzle module (12) is mounted in the frame (9), in its central, unbuilt part, to the bottom of the support (8).A six-axis manipulator (13) is attached to the frame support structure (l) under the frame (9). At the opposite end to the frame support structure (l), it is connected via a bracket to a pneumatic two-jaw gripper with replaceable gripper jaws. A drip tray (11) is placed centrally on the ground under the frame (9), on perpendicular feet. A self-centering shaped vise (14) equipped with jaws (20) is attached to the frame support structure (l), asymmetrically with respect to its axis of symmetry. A stereoscopic camera (6) is mounted vertically above the self-centering shaped vise (14) to the support structure (1). A cabinet with control system components is mounted on the outside of the support structure (l).
