Description

[0001] The invention relates to the field of electrical switching devices of the NH fuse disconnector type.

[0002] To secure an electrical switchgear of the NH fuse disconnector type, it is known to provide a release member whose function is to prevent the fuse holder from coming out of the base, particularly during disconnection. Thus, the release member must be voluntarily operated by the user to allow the fuse holder to come out of the base.

[0003] Document EP2428972A2 discloses an electrical disconnector that includes a locking member in the form of a pivotally mounted spatula. This solution has the disadvantage of being made in an additional part and therefore of presenting additional costs, particularly for the production of a mold. In addition, the additional part could be forgotten or poorly assembled, which is not desirable.

[0004] The present invention aims to overcome at least one of these drawbacks and to propose an ergonomic solution.

[0005] To this end, the invention relates to an electrical cut-off device of the NH fuse disconnector type comprising at least: a fuse holder comprising a cover having a front face and a receiving face arranged to receive at least one fuse, a locking member comprising a handle and a locking portion, the handle opening onto the front face and the locking portion projecting from the receiving face, a base comprising at least one receiving zone arranged to receive at least in part said at least one fuse holder and comprising a bottom, the fuse holder being movable relative to the base according to: a so-called closed contact position, in which said at least one fuse holder is received in said receiving zone, a so-called open contact position, in which said at least one fuse holder is arranged above said receiving zone, said electrical cut-off apparatus is characterized in that: the locking portion comprises first guide means and the base comprises second guide means arranged to cooperate with the first guide means, the locking portion is mounted to move in translation relative to said base by the first and second guide means between the so-called closed contact position and the so-called open contact position in a first direction substantially perpendicular to the bottom, and the first guide means and / or the second guide means comprise blocking means arranged to stop the translational movement of the locking portion relative to the base by means of the first and second guide means in the so-called open contact position so as to prevent the removal of the fuse holder from the base in a locked position of the locking member.

[0006] The invention will be better understood from the following description, which relates to several preferred embodiments, given as non-limiting examples, and explained with reference to the appended schematic drawings, in which: [ Fig. 1 ] there figure 1 represents a perspective and sectional view of a portion of an electrical switching device according to the invention in a so-called closed contact position, [ Fig. 2 ] there figure 2 represents a side view of the portion of the electrical cut-off apparatus according to the invention shown in figure 2 , [ Fig. 3 ] there figure 3 represents a perspective and sectional view of a portion of an electrical switching device according to the invention in an intermediate position, [ Fig. 4 ] there figure 4 represents a side view of the portion of the electrical cut-off apparatus according to the invention shown in figure 3 , [ Fig. 5 ] there figure 5 represents a perspective and sectional view of a portion of an electrical switching device according to the invention in a so-called open contact position and comprising a locking member in the locked position, [ Fig. 6 ] there figure 6 represents a side view of the portion of the electrical cut-off apparatus according to the invention shown in figure 5 , [ Fig. 7 ] there figure 7 represents a perspective and sectional view of a portion of an electrical switching device according to the invention in a so-called open contact position and comprising a locking member in the unlocked position, [ Fig. 8 ] there figure 8 represents a side view of the portion of the electrical cut-off apparatus according to the invention shown in figure 7 , [ Fig. 9 ] there figure 9 represents a perspective and sectional view of a portion of an electrical switching device according to the invention in a dismantled position, [ Fig. 10 ] there figure 10 represents a side view of the portion of the electrical cut-off apparatus according to the invention shown in figure 9 , [ Fig. 11 ] there figure 11 represents a perspective and sectional view of a portion of an electrical switching device according to the invention in an insertion position, [ Fig. 12 ] there figure 12 represents a side view of the portion of the electrical cut-off apparatus according to the invention shown in figure 11 , [ Fig. 13 ] there figure 13 represents a perspective view of an upper end of the fuse holder of the electrical cut-off apparatus according to the invention, [ Fig. 14 ] there figure 14 represents a side view of the upper end of the fuse holder of the electrical cut-off apparatus according to the invention, [ Fig. 15 ] there figure 15 represents a perspective and sectional view of the base of the electrical switching apparatus according to the invention showing a projecting tab, [ Fig. 16 ] there figure 16 represents a sectional view of the base illustrated in figure 15 , [ Fig. 17 ] there figure 17 represents a perspective view from above of a cap for a handle of the electrical switching apparatus according to the invention, and [ Fig. 18 ] there figure 18 represents a perspective view from below of a cap for a handle of the electrical cut-off device according to the invention.

[0007] An electrical cut-off device of the NH fuse disconnector type comprises at least: a fuse holder 1 comprising a cover 2 having a front face 3 and a receiving face 4 arranged to receive at least one fuse, a locking member 5 comprising a handle 6 and a locking portion 7, the handle 6 opening onto the front face 3 and the locking portion 7 projecting from the receiving face 4, a base 8 comprising at least one receiving zone 9 arranged to receive at least in part said at least one fuse holder 1 and comprising a bottom 19, the fuse holder 1 being movable relative to the base 8 according to: a so-called closed contact position PON ( figures 1 And 2 ), in which said at least one fuse holder 1 is received in said reception zone 9, a so-called open contact position POFF ( figures 5 à 8 ), in which said at least one fuse holder 1 is arranged above said reception area 9.

[0008] According to the invention, said electrical cut-off apparatus is characterized in that: the locking portion 7 comprises first guide means and the base 8 comprises second guide means arranged to cooperate with the first guide means, the locking portion 7 is mounted to move in translation relative to said base 8 by the first and second guide means between the so-called closed contact position PON and the so-called open contact position POFF in a first direction D1 substantially perpendicular to the bottom 19, and the first guide means and / or the second guide means comprise blocking means arranged to stop the translational movement of the locking portion 7 relative to the base 8 by means of the first and second guide means in the so-called open contact position POFF so as to prevent the removal of the fuse holder 1 from the base 8 in a locked position PV of the locking member 5.

[0009] Advantageously, when moving from the so-called closed contact position PON to the so-called open contact position POFF of the fuse holder 1, the locking portion 7 is moved in translation using the first and second guide means in the first direction D1 relative to the bottom 19 of the base 8, as illustrated by figures 1 à 6 . In particular, the figures 3 And 4 illustrate an intermediate position PI of the fuse holder 1 located between the so-called closed contact position PON and the so-called open contact position POFF. When the so-called open contact position POFF is reached by the fuse holder 1 as shown in the figures 5 And 6, the locking portion 7 can no longer be moved thanks to the locking means and thus the fuse holder 1 cannot be removed from the base 8 and the locking member 5 is in the locked position PV. This prevents the fuse holder 1 from involuntarily moving into a so-called dismantled position PD, in which said at least one fuse holder 1 is dismantled from said base 8, as illustrated by figures 9 à 10 .

[0010] Preferably, the fuse holder 1 is movable relative to the base 8 in the first direction D1.

[0011] For this purpose, the fuse holder 1 and the base 8 are preferably connected to each other by at least one sliding connection 31 which is visible in the figure 7 , for example four sliding links 31, to be movable relative to each other between the so-called closed contact position PON and the so-called open contact position POFF.

[0012] Preferably and as illustrated by the figures 5 à 8 , in said so-called open contact position POFF of the fuse holder 1, the locking member 5 is movable under the effect of the actuation of the lever 6 from the locked position PV of the locking member 5 ( figures 5 And 6 ) in which the first and second guide means are assembled towards an unlocked position PDV of the locking member 5 ( figures 7 And 8 ) in which the first and second guide means are disassembled so as to allow the removal of the fuse holder 1 from the base 8.

[0013] Advantageously, this configuration allows, when the lever 6 is actuated by a user, to move the locking member 5 from the locked position PV to the unlocked position PDV and therefore to authorize the voluntary removal of the fuse holder 1 from the base 8. In other words, this allows the passage from the so-called open contact position POFF to the so-called dismantled position PD illustrated in figures 9 And 10 , following a voluntary action by the user.

[0014] Preferably and as illustrated by the figures 7 And 8, said locking member 5 is mechanically connected to the cover 2 and is arranged to be tiltable into an inclined position P2 under the effect of actuation of the lever 6 in an actuation direction S1, preferably counterclockwise, by an angle of inclination relative to a rest position P1, in which the locking member 5 substantially projects from the cover 2 in a second direction D2 substantially perpendicular to the receiving face 4.

[0015] Advantageously, this configuration makes it possible to tilt the locking member 5 when the lever 6 is actuated in the actuation direction S1. This configuration is particularly ergonomic because the user can actuate the lever 6 with his thumb or index finger to move the locking member 5 from the locked position PV to the unlocked position PDV.

[0016] The direction of actuation S1 may be clockwise as in the non-limiting example illustrated or counterclockwise.

[0017] Preferably and as illustrated in the figures, the second guide means comprise a projecting tab 10 and the first guide means comprise a longitudinal guide member 11 in which the projecting tab 10 is capable of being inserted and sliding.

[0018] Preferably and as represented by the figures 1 à 6 , said longitudinal guide member 11 is mounted to slide relative to said projecting tab 10 in the first direction D1 between the so-called closed contact position PON and the so-called open contact position POFF.

[0019] Preferably and as shown in the figures 5 And 6, in said so-called open contact position POFF of the fuse holder 1 and in the locked position PV of the locking member 5, the locking member 5 is in the rest position P1 and the projecting tab 10 is inserted into the longitudinal guide member 11.

[0020] Preferably and as shown in the figures 5 And 6 , in said open contact position POFF of the fuse holder 1 and in the unlocked position PDV of the locking member 5, the locking member 5 is in the inclined position P2 and the projecting tab 10 is outside the longitudinal guide member 11.

[0021] Preferably and as illustrated by the figures 13 And 14, said locking portion 7 comprises a first end 12 surmounted by said handle 6 and a second free end 13 located opposite the first end 12, said longitudinal guide member 11 extending longitudinally between the first end 12 and the second free end 13.

[0022] Preferably and as illustrated by the figures 5 And 6 , the locking means comprise a stop 14 and a stop face 10a, the longitudinal guide member 11 comprises the stop 14 which is arranged on the side of the second free end 13, the projecting tab 10 comprises the stop face 10a, so that in said so-called open contact position POFF, the stop face 10a is arranged against the stop 14 so as to prevent the removal of the fuse holder 1 from the base 8 in the locked position PV of the locking member 5.

[0023] Preferably and as illustrated in particular by the figures 13 And14 , said locking member 5 is mechanically connected to the cover 2 by two connecting portions 15 projecting from the receiving face 4, the two connecting portions 15 being made of a deformable material.

[0024] Advantageously, these two connecting portions 15 allow the locking member 5 to be inclined between the locked position PV and the unlocked position PDV by deformation of the material.

[0025] The connecting portions 15 were preferably dimensioned by defined forces and validated by stress simulations of tensile tests. The forces taken into account in the calculations and physical tests are: the maximum user force and the actuation force of the lever 6. The results go beyond expectations and make the solution very robust. The shape was validated by rheological analysis which ensures production in an injection mold.

[0026] The connecting portions 15 are directed along the first direction D1.

[0027] The connecting portions 15 preferably each have a zone with a thinning of material 28 conferring deformability, as illustrated in particular by the figures 13 And 14 .

[0028] The connecting portions 15 form a hinge comprising an axis of rotation. Said locking member 5 can advantageously pivot along this axis of rotation when the lever 6 is actuated and the fuse holder 1 is in said so-called open contact position POFF.

[0029] Preferably and as illustrated in particular by the figures 11 And 12 , the projecting tab 10 comprises an insertion ramp 16 and the second free end 13 comprises a beveled edge 17 of a shape complementary to the insertion ramp 16.

[0030] Advantageously, this configuration makes it easier to assemble the first and second guide means when placing the fuse holder 1 in a PINS insertion position as illustrated by figures 11 And 12 , that is to say the insertion of the projecting tab 10 into the longitudinal guide member 11. In other words, the passage of the fuse holder 1 in the so-called dismantled position PD towards the so-called open contact position POFF with a locking member 5 in the locked position PV is facilitated.

[0031] Indeed, the beveled edge 17 is arranged substantially opposite the insertion ramp 16 in the PINS insertion position. Thus, at the time of insertion of the fuse holder 1 into the base 8, the beveled edge 17 slides on the insertion ramp 16 and then the projecting tab 10 is inserted into the longitudinal guide member 11.

[0032] Preferably, the insertion ramp 16 is located on the upper part of the projecting tab 10 opposite the stop face 10a and consists for example of a chamfer.

[0033] The projecting tab 10 may comprise in the lower part, that is to say at the level of the stop face 10a which is intended to rest against the stop 14, a slope 24. This slope 24 makes it possible to avoid unexpected unlocking in the locked position PV of the locking member 5 as shown in figure 6 .

[0034] Preferably and as illustrated by the figures 17 And 18 , said electrical cut-off device of the NH fuse disconnector type comprises a cap 18 mounted removably from the handle 6 and which is arranged to cover said handle 6.

[0035] Advantageously, the cap 18 allows the lever 6 to be personalized. The cap 18 is essentially aesthetic. For example, it can be offered in several colors. The electrical cut-off device can operate with and without the cap 18.

[0036] Preferably, the cap 18 comprises a marking 29 representative of the actuation direction S1.

[0037] For example, the marking 29 may comprise one or more symbols, such as preferably an arrow pointing in the actuation direction S1.

[0038] Advantageously, the marking 29 allows the user to understand in which direction he must operate the lever 6.

[0039] Preferably, the cap 18 comprises two assembly tabs 30 to allow removably assembly with the handle 6. The two assembly tabs 30 are preferably made of a deformable material.

[0040] Preferably, the cover 2 comprises a first upper end 20, said locking member 5 is located at the first upper end 20. Furthermore, the base 8 comprises a second upper end 21 and said projecting tab 10 is located at the second upper end 21.

[0041] Preferably, the base 8 comprises a mounting wall 22, the mounting wall 22 being substantially perpendicular to the bottom 19 in the first direction D1, and the projecting tab 10 is mounted substantially perpendicular to the mounting wall 22.

[0042] Preferably and as illustrated in the figures, said longitudinal guide member 11 comprises a slot 23 in which the projecting tab 10 is able to slide. The slot 23 is elongated in the first direction D1 and has a rectangular shape.

[0043] Said longitudinal guide member 11 may, similarly to the slot 23, alternatively comprise a groove or the like.

[0044] The protruding leg 10 may be replaced by a rail or a rib in an example not shown.

[0045] Preferably, the handle 6 of the locking member 5 projects from the front face 3. Alternatively, the handle 6 of the locking member 5 is recessed or flush.

[0046] The cover 2 comprises a window 25 from which the lever 6 of the locking member 5 projects on the side of the front face 3 and in which the lever 6 is movable between the locked position PV and the unlocked position PDV.

[0047] Preferably, the window 25 comprises a stop 26 which limits the amplitude of the unlocking movement of the locking member 5 to avoid breaking the connecting portions 15.

[0048] The electrical cut-off apparatus comprises a handle 27 arranged to move the fuse holder 1 relative to the base 8 between the so-called closed contact position PON and the so-called open contact position POFF and between the so-called open contact position POFF and the so-called dismantled position PD.

[0049] Preferably, the mid-plane of the two connecting portions 15 and the mid-plane of the second end 13 which includes the stop 14 are offset to force the system to remain closed. This arrangement has the advantage that if the user forces the locking member 5, it will remain locked. This offset is preferably a few tenths of a millimeter.

[0050] Preferably, the electrical switching device is a NH fuse disconnector.

[0051] The NH fuse disconnector can be single-pole and include one pole or three-pole and include three poles.

[0052] In the case of a three-pole fuse disconnector, the latter comprises a single fuse holder 1 carrying three fuses.

[0053] In the case of a single-pole fuse disconnector, the latter comprises three fuse holders 1, each carrying a fuse.

[0054] Preferably, in the case of a three-pole or single-pole fused disconnector comprising three fuses, the three fuses are aligned in a third vertical direction D3.

[0055] The three-pole or single-pole fuse disconnector can be of type NH00, i.e. have a size 00.

[0056] The three-pole or single-pole fuse disconnector can be of type NH1 or NH2 or NH3, i.e. have a size 01, 02 or 03.

[0057] Advantageously, the solution according to the invention can be adapted to the entire range of fuse disconnectors described above.

[0058] Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments described and shown in the attached drawings. Modifications remain possible, particularly from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
