Cryotherapy nozzle

Abstract

The subject of the application is a nozzle (1) for cryotherapy, particularly local cryotherapy, designed to direct a stream of cold gas vapors onto the surface of the tissue undergoing cryotherapy. A thermographic visualization module (5) is mounted in the nozzle body (1), above the nozzle's blower outlet (3), and comprises a frame on the outer side of which a user module with a keyboard and display is mounted. The frame is permanently connected to the control system's motherboard, which is equipped with a microcontroller and electronic components, on its underside. The motherboard is electronically coupled to the keyboard, display (9), and infrared camera assembly, which is connected to a temperature sensor. The infrared camera assembly and temperature sensor are mounted on a front plate, which is permanently attached to the underside of the frame, below its front edge.The nozzle body (1) has a nozzle positioning module mounted on its front side with a front plate (29) with an opening for the nozzle blowing outlet (3) and an infrared camera window located above it, on both sides of which laser pointers are mounted in the front plate (29).
