Abstract
This utility model pertains to metalworking, specifically to devices for electrochemical abrasive machining of conductive components and electrochemical straightening of conductive tools. The device comprises a current source for electroabrasive machining of the component, a current source for electrochemical straightening of an abrasive conductive tool, a current switching unit equipped with two relays, a control unit connected to the current switching unit, two cathodes, and two end sensors for detecting the extreme positions of a tool capable of reciprocating horizontal movements and vertical feed. The sensors are connected to the control unit.Two cathodes are configured to alternately connect to the negative pole of a current source for electrochemical dressing of an abrasive conductive tool and engage the tool upon completion of contact with the workpiece, and perform vertical movement synchronously with the vertical feed of the tool. The technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of the electrochemical machining process of a metal product by removing a layer of material from the workpiece as the tool moves in both directions and periodically electrochemically dressing the tool after each pass along the workpiece. 1 fig.
