Abstract
Claims
OCR10KL (09 / 03 / 2569) 1. The glove product with nanoemulsion solution on the surface consists of gloves and nanoemulsion solution as follows: - 100 parts of rubber gloves - 0.1-1 part of nanoemulsion solution per 100 parts of gloves. The nanoemulsion solution consists of: - Long-chain polymer with antimicrobial activity, 0.01-15% by weight of nanoemulsion solution - Antimicrobial enhancer, 0.1-5% by weight of nanoemulsion solution - Stabilizer, 0.1-5% by weight of nanoemulsion solution - Intermediate to adjust the amount to achieve 100% by weight of the product. 2.Product of gloves with nanoemulsion solution on the surface according to patent1, in which a selective antimicrobial long-chain polymer is formed from benzalkonium chloride, dialkyldimethylammonium chloride, trialkylmethylammonium chloride, polysorbate 20, polysorbate 40, polysorbate 60, polysorbate 80, sorbitan monolaurate, sorbitan monopalmitate, sorbitan monostearate, sorbitan monooleate (Span80), one or more of these in combination3.Product of gloves with nanoemulsion solution on the surface according to patent 1, where the antimicrobial enhancer is selectable from sodium hypochlorite, povidone iodine, hydrogen peroxide, tannin, green tea leaf extract, grape seed extract, peony root or flower extract, shallot extract, moringa leaf extract, licorice extract, one or more of these in combination.
4. Product of gloves with nanoemulsion solution on the surface according to patent 1, where the intermediate is selectable from...
5. The method for preparing the glove product with nanoemulsion solution on the surface according to claim 1, which has the following steps: a. Mix 0.1-5% by weight of stabilizer and intermediate substance at a temperature of 22-40°C. This step obtains a mixed solution. b. Add 0.01-15% by weight of long-chain polymer with antimicrobial activity to the mixed solution obtained from step a, mixing thoroughly at a temperature of 22-40°C. This step obtains a mixed solution. c.Add 0.1-5% by weight of disinfectant enhancer to the solution obtained from step b, mixing thoroughly at 22-40°C. This yields solution d. Allow the solution from step c to stabilize at 22-40°C for 1-3 hours or until homogeneous. This yields the nanoemulsion solution d. Prepare gloves with the nanoemulsion solution on the surface using one of the following methods: - Immerse the gloves in the nanoemulsion solution from step d for 1-5 minutes at 22-40°C. This results in gloves with the nanoemulsion solution on the surface. Or, - Mix the nanoemulsion solution from step d into a slippery polymer coating and then mold the gloves. This results in gloves with the nanoemulsion solution on the surface. Or, - Use the nanoemulsion solution from step d...The process involves spraying the nanoemulsion solution onto the powder, then coating the gloves with the powder containing the nanoemulsion. This step results in gloves with the nanoemulsion solution applied to their surface.
