Description
This utility model belongs to the field of construction, namely, to a decorative profile, which can be used independently to create a single-level stretch ceiling canvas or combined with other profiles to create a two-level stretch ceiling. A known profile for installing a stretch ceiling [Ukrainian Patent No. 151599, E04V 9 / 06, 2022] has base (1) for direct or using at least one intermediate fastening mounting element to the vertical reference plane, vertically oriented groove (2) for fixing the edging of the canvas, equipped with a structural protrusion (3) for fixation edging of the canvas in the groove (2). The base (1) of the profile has a T-shaped structure, forming an open a groove (4) at the bottom for mounting the LED strip (6). The lower ends of the ribs of such a groove contain structural protrusions (5) for securing the light-diffusing structural element (7). The analogue has similar structural elements, represented by a base, vertically oriented a groove for installing a harpoon and a stretch ceiling canvas, a niche for placing a light source, structural protrusions for attaching the light diffuser and the light diffuser itself. The disadvantage of the known analogue is the lack of C-shaped grooves for joining the profile in length. using docking nails, which ensures long-term operation without sagging or other disadvantages. The utility model is based on the task of creating a decorative profile made of hidden placement of the harpoon system for fastening the stretch ceiling canvas, a niche for placing light source and a sufficient number of longitudinal elements for fastening the profile in length, which will ensure the strength and reliability of the structure. At the same time, improving the operational qualities and aesthetic properties of the profile with ease of manufacture and installation is a priority when developing this useful model. The task is solved by the fact that in a decorative profile that has a base, vertically oriented groove for installing the harpoon and stretch ceiling fabric, niche for placing the source light, structural protrusions for attaching the light diffuser and the light diffuser, according to the useful model, there is an upper C-shaped groove on one end of the base. On the outside a vertically oriented groove for installing a harpoon and a stretch ceiling sheet is available at the bottom C- similar groove. The claimed decorative profile contains horizontal and vertical ribs, a base, vertically oriented groove for installing the harpoon and stretch ceiling sheet and niche for placing light sources. The ends of the vertical rib and the vertically oriented groove have constructive protrusions for attaching the light diffuser. At the junction of the vertical rib and the base there is an upper C-shaped groove for joining the profile lengthwise using joining nails. Similar to C- a similar groove is placed on the outer side of the vertically oriented groove for installing the harpoon and stretch ceiling panels. Above the vertically oriented groove there is a rectangular groove for profile joining in length. The technical result of the implementation of this utility model is the hidden placement of the harpoon systems for fastening the stretch ceiling canvas, the presence of a niche for placing a light source, which closed with a light diffuser and at least two C-shaped grooves for joining the profile in length using dowel nails. Due to the fact that the profile is made of aluminum, it is light and sufficiently strong. construction, which has a positive effect on the long-term operation of stretch ceilings. The essence of the claimed utility model is shown in Fig. 1 and 2. Fig. 1 shows a profile decorative, and in Fig. 2 - a decorative profile with an installed light source, light diffuser and recommended option for mounting the profile to the ceiling. For easier perception of information, the elements are marked with the following numbers: 1 - horizontal rib, 2 - vertical rib, 3 - base, 4 - vertically oriented groove for installing a harpoon and stretch ceiling panels, 5 - niche for placing the light source, 6 - upper C-shaped groove for jointing the profile in length, 7 - rectangular groove for jointing the profile in length, 8 - lower C- similar groove for joining the profile in length, 9 - stretch ceiling sheet, 10 - light source, 11 - light diffuser, 12 - protrusions for fixing the light diffuser, 13 - mounting bracket, 14 - screws, 15 - ceiling. The proposed utility model allows for quick installation of a decorative profile with hidden placement of the harpoon fastening system, installed light source and light diffuser. Thanks to the use of aluminum as the main material, this profile provides a durable and reliable construction. Available C-shaped grooves and a rectangular groove for longitudinal profile joints provide reliable fastening and increase operational quality.
