[0040] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. It is obvious that the described embodiments are merely some of the embodiments of the present disclosure instead of all of the embodiments, and all other embodiments fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure provided that are obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present disclosure without creative works.

[0041] In the description of the present disclosure, it should be noted that the terms, “upper”, “lower”, “inner”, “outer”, “top end”, “bottom end”, etc., indicate the orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or the positional relationships shown in the drawings and are merely used to describe the present disclosure for convenience and simplification of the description, rather than indicating or implying that the referenced device or element should have a specific orientation or be constructed and be operated in a specific orientation and should not be understood as a limitation of the present disclosure. In addition, the terms “first” and “second” are merely used for descriptive purposes and should not be understood as indicating or implying relative importance.

[0042] Referring to FIGS. 1-15, this embodiment provides a foldable base plate 1 of an elastic mattress, and the foldable base plate 1 comprises a plurality of mounting modules 110 and a plurality of connecting modules 113.

[0043] The plurality of mounting modules 110 are divided into first mounting modules 111 and second mounting modules 121. The first mounting modules 111 and a first set of the plurality of connecting modules 113 are spliced along a length direction of the foldable base plate 1 to form a first mounting module group 11. The second mounting modules 121 and a second set of the plurality of connecting modules 113 are spliced along the length direction of the foldable base plate 1 to form a second mounting module group 12. The first mounting module group 11 and the second mounting module group 12 are spliced to form the foldable base plate 1 of this embodiment.

[0044] Both of the first mounting modules 111 and the second mounting modules 121 comprise a plurality of tapered positioning members 2 on which spring modules 3 are configured to be detachably mounted. The plurality of tapered positioning members 2 are disposed at intervals, and a distance between adjacent ones of the plurality of tapered positioning members 2 is greater than a maximum diameter of each of the spring modules 3. The plurality of tapered positioning members 2 are protruding cavity structures extending upward from the plurality of mounting modules 110 (i.e., the first mounting modules 111 or the second mounting modules 121). Bottoms of the protruding cavity structures comprise openings. The plurality of connecting modules 113 comprise through holes 1131 through which the plurality of protruding cavity structures pass (e.g., each of the plurality of connecting modules 113 comprises a plurality of through holes 1131 through which the protruding cavity structures of the plurality of tapered positioning members 2 pass in a one-to-one correspondence). A diameter of each of the through holes 1131 is greater than a diameter of a bottom of each of the plurality of tapered positioning members 2.

[0045] One or more sides of the first mounting modules 111 along a length direction of the first mounting modules 111 comprise one or more first insertion grooves 1113. One or more sides of the second mounting modules 121 along a length direction of the second mounting modules 121 comprise one or more second insertion grooves 1212. One or more sides of the plurality of connecting modules 113 along a length direction of the plurality of connecting modules 113 comprises one or more third insertion grooves 1132. The one or more first insertion grooves 1113, the one or more second insertion grooves 1212, and the one or more third insertion grooves 1132 are used as a third connecting structure.

[0046] One of the first mounting modules 111 and a corresponding one of the first set of the plurality of connecting modules 113 adjacent to the one of the first mounting modules 111 in the first mounting module group 11 are connected together through one or more intermediate flexible connecting members 6. The one or more intermediate flexible connecting members 6 comprise one or more connecting portions 61 and insertion portions 62 disposed on two sides of the one or more connecting portions 61. One or more surfaces of the insertion portions 62 comprise position-limited protrusions 621, and heights of the position-limited protrusions 621 gradually decrease along an insertion direction in which the insertion portions 62 are inserted into the one or more first insertion grooves 1113 and the one or more third insertion grooves 1132. Surfaces connecting highest points on the position-limited protrusions 621 and the insertion portions 62 define position-limited surfaces. When the insertion portions 62 are inserted into the one or more first insertion grooves 1113 and the one or more third insertion grooves 1132, a spliced connection of the first mounting modules 111 is achieved by a position-limited cooperation of the position-limited surfaces and the one or more first insertion grooves 1113 and the one or more third insertion grooves 1132 in a direction opposite to the insertion direction. One of the second mounting modules 121 and a corresponding one of the second set of the plurality of connecting modules 113 adjacent to the one of the second mounting modules 121 in the second mounting module group 12 are spliced in the same manner as described above.

[0047] As shown in FIG. 9, the first mounting modules 111 and the first set of the plurality of connecting modules 113 in the first mounting module group 11 that have been spliced can be folded along a vertical direction to form a stacked structure. When forming the stacked structure, two adjacent first mounting modules 111 of the first mounting modules 111 are connected by plugging through the openings and the protruding cavity structures, a corresponding one of the protruding cavity structures on a lower first mounting module 111 of the two adjacent first mounting modules 111 is inserted into a corresponding one of the protruding cavity structures on an upper first mounting module 111 of the two adjacent first mounting modules 111, and the first set of the plurality of connecting modules 113 and the first mounting modules 111 are connected by plugging through the protruding cavity structures and the through holes 1131. The second mounting module group 12 can also be folded to form a stacked structure in the same way. In addition, as shown in FIG. 10, the first mounting module group 11 and the second mounting module group 12 can also be spliced together and be then folded to a stacked structure in the same way.

[0048] More specifically, a first connecting sheet 1111 is disposed on a side of each of the first mounting modules 111 in the length direction of the first mounting module group 11, and a concave-shaped hole 1112 used as a first connecting structure penetrates through the first connecting sheet 1111 along a thickness direction of the first connecting sheet 1111. A second connecting sheet 1211 is disposed on a side of each of the second mounting modules 121 opposite to the side of the corresponding one of the first mounting modules 111 disposed with the first connecting structure, and the second connecting sheet 1211 comprises a protruding platform 1213 used as a second connecting structure and extending along a height direction. The protruding platform 1213 of each of the second mounting modules 121 is configured to be disposed in the concave-shaped hole 1112 of the corresponding one of the first mounting modules 111 to be in position-limited cooperation with the concave-shaped hole 1112 in a horizontal direction.

[0049] The second connecting sheet 1211 of each of the second mounting modules 121 comprises a locking member 4 configured for a position-limited cooperation of the protruding platform 1213 and the concave-shaped hole 1112 along the height direction. The locking member 4 is inserted into an insertion hole 1214 on an upper surface of the protruding platform 1213, and the locking member 4 is rotatably connected to the insertion hole 1214 to enable the locking member 4 to rotate around the insertion hole 1214. When the locking member 4 rotates to be misaligned with the concave-shaped hole 1112, the concave-shaped hole 1112 is positioned to and cooperates with the locking member 4 along an axial direction of the concave-shaped hole 1112 to enable the corresponding one of the first mounting modules 111 and the corresponding one of the second mounting modules 121 to be spliced together, so that the first mounting module group 11 and the second mounting module group 12 are spliced to form the foldable base plate 1. When the locking member 4 rotates to be aligned with the concave-shaped hole 1112, the locking member 4 can be removed to release the position-limited cooperation, so that the first mounting module group 11 and the second mounting module group 12 can be disassembled from each other.

[0050] As the first connecting sheet 1111 and the second connecting sheet 1211 of the two mounting modules (i.e., the first mounting modules 111 and the second mounting modules 121) are overlapped when the first mounting modules 111 and the second mounting modules 121 are spliced to form the foldable base plate 1, the first mounting modules 111 and the second mounting modules 121 are not in a same horizontal plane. In order to ensure that all of the plurality of mounting modules 110 (i.e., the first mounting modules 111 and the second mounting modules 121) of the spliced foldable base plate 1 are in the same horizontal plane, in this embodiment, the first connecting sheet 1111 of each of the first mounting modules 111 and the second connecting sheet 1211 of each of the second mounting modules 121 have a height difference, so that the first mounting modules 111 and the second mounting modules 121 are in the same horizontal plane when the protruding platform 1213 and the concave-shaped hole 1112 form the position-limited cooperation in the horizontal direction.

[0051] When single-type mounting modules (e.g., the first mounting modules 111 or the second mounting modules 121) and the plurality of connecting modules 113 (e.g., the first set of the plurality of connecting modules 113 and the second set of the plurality of connecting modules 113) are spliced to form the foldable base plate 1, the insertion portions 62 of one of the one or more intermediate flexible connecting members 6 are first inserted into one of the one or more first insertion grooves 1113 of the first mounting module 111 and a corresponding one of the one or more third insertion grooves 1132 of the plurality of connecting modules 113 adjacent to the one of the one or more first insertion grooves 1113 of the first mounting module 111. The position-limited protrusions 621 of the insertion portions 62 are positioned to and cooperate with the one or more first insertion grooves 1113 and the one or more third insertion grooves 1132 in a reverse direction of insertion. The above-mentioned operation of inserting the one or more intermediate flexible connecting members 6 is repeated, and the single-type first mounting modules and the first set of the plurality of connecting modules 113 can be spliced to form the first mounting module group 11. The second mounting modules 121 and the second set of the plurality of connecting modules 113 are spliced to form the second mounting module group 12 by repeating the above-mentioned operation.

[0052] The locking member 4 of each of the second mounting modules 121 then passes through the concave-shaped hole 1112 of a corresponding one of the first mounting modules 111, and the locking member 4 rotates around the insertion hole 1214 to be misaligned with the concave-shaped hole 1112, thereby enabling opposite sides of each of the first mounting modules 111 and a corresponding one of the second mounting modules 121 to be connected together. The first mounting module group 11 and the second mounting module group 12 are spliced to form the foldable base plate 1 by repeating the above-mentioned operation.

[0053] When the elastic mattress needs to be used, the plurality of spring modules 3 are sequentially mounted on the plurality of mounting modules 110 of the foldable base plate 1, and the elastic mattress is ready for normal use once an upper pad layer 5 is laid over the plurality of spring modules 3. When the elastic mattress needs to be relocated and transported, the upper pad layer 5 and the plurality of spring modules 3 are removed, the first mounting module group 11 and the second mounting module group 12 of the foldable base plate 1 of this embodiment are then removed, and the plurality of mounting modules 110 (e.g., the first mounting modules 111 or the second mounting modules 121) and the plurality of connecting modules 113 are then respectively folded together in the vertical direction, thereby facilitating relocation and transportation and saving transportation space.

[0054] Specifically, when the first mounting module group 11 is folded, the through holes 1131 of one of the first set of the plurality of connecting modules 113 are sleeved on the plurality of tapered positioning members 2 of a corresponding one of the first mounting modules 111 in a front row along a folding direction, and the openings of the plurality of tapered positioning members 2 of one of the first mounting modules 111 in a rear row are then sleeved on the protruding cavity structures of the plurality of tapered positioning members 2 of the corresponding one of the first mounting modules 111 in the front row along the vertical direction. The first mounting module group 11 can be folded by repeating the above-mentioned operation. The second mounting module group 12 can be folded using the above-mentioned operation in the same way.

[0055] In this embodiment, each of the plurality of spring modules 3 is a tapered spring, and a mounting portion 31 is disposed on a bottom of the tapered spring. The mounting portion 31 is a tapered protruding cavity formed opposite to the insertion direction from the bottom of the tapered spring and conforming with a shape of a corresponding one of the protruding cavity structures, and a bottom surface of the tapered protruding cavity comprises an opening. A bottom of each of the plurality of tapered positioning members 2 forms a protruding edge 21 extending outward in a radial direction of each of the plurality of tapered positioning members 2.

[0056] When the elastic mattress is spliced, each of the plurality of tapered positioning members 2 is inserted into a corresponding one of the plurality of spring modules 3 from the opening by an external force, and each of the plurality of spring modules 3 is assembled using an interference fit of the tapered protruding cavity and the protruding edge 21. Each of the plurality of spring modules 3 is pulled out in the reverse direction of the insertion to release the interference fit of the tapered protruding cavity and the protruding edge 21 by force, so that the plurality of spring modules 3 can be disassembled from the foldable base plate 1.

[0057] When the foldable base plate 1 of the elastic mattress of this embodiment is used, all of the plurality of mounting modules 110 are horizontally spliced to form the foldable base plate 1. When the foldable base plate 1 is not in use, all of the plurality of mounting modules 110 are independent and can be folded together in the vertical direction, thus facilitating storage, making carrying and transporting convenient, and saving transportation space.

[0058] The aforementioned description is merely preferred specific embodiments of the present disclosure, and the designs and the concepts of the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Thus, it is intended that the protective scope of the present disclosure cover non-substantive modifications of the present disclosure provided they are made based on the concepts within the technical scope disclosed in the present disclosure by any technical person familiar with the technical art.
