[0002] The current application relates to a tablet protective case, specifically utilizing fasteners to clasp the tablet device to the tablet protective case.Description of Related Art

[0003] During the rapid development of the tablet market, tablets have become an indispensable part of people's lives and work. However, as tablets become more popular and are used more frequently, the risk of them being scratched, bumped, or otherwise damaged also increases accordingly.

[0004] The applicant has recently filed a Chinese invention patent CN216526946U, presenting a tablet protective case and a tablet keyboard kit. The tablet protective case includes a back panel, three edge panels respectively connected to the three side edges of the back panel, conductive pin for connecting the tablet and an integrated keyboard, and a securing cover. The back panel and the edge panels wrap around the back and sides of the tablet, leaving one side of the tablet exposed for contact with the integrated keyboard. The back panel has a connecting hole and a countersink which is around the connecting hole. The conductive pin extend radially outward to form a skirt edge. One end of the conductive pin is inserted into the connecting hole to make contact with the conductive part on the back of the tablet, and the skirt edge is located within the countersink. The securing cover passes through the other end of the conductive pins and is fixed onto the skirt edge and the back panel. This present invention provides a tablet protective case that protects the tablet during everyday use and allows the integrated keyboard to connect to the tablet through the conductive pin. However, the applicant has made further improvements and proposed a novel tablet protective case that uses fasteners to effectively clasp the tablet device into the protective case.SUMMARY

[0006] The tablet protective case is provided. The tablet protective case comprises a shell. The shell has a back panel, a first side panel arranged on a long side edge of the back panel, a second side panel arranged on a short side edge of the back panel, a third side panel arranged on the other short side edge of the back panel. The first side panel, the second side panel, and the third side panel are substantially perpendicular to the back panel for covering and protecting a tablet device. A tablet protective case, comprising a shell having a back panel, a first side panel arranged on a long side edge of the back panel, a second side panel arranged on a short side edge of the back panel, a third side panel arranged on the other short side edge of the back panel, wherein the first side panel, the second side panel, and the third side panel are substantially perpendicular to the back panel for covering and protecting a tablet device, is characterized in that,an open end arranged on the other long side edge of the back panel for inserting the tablet device;a plurality of securing plates formed respectively on the first side panel, second side panel, and the third side panel, which are parallel to the back panel, to firmly secure the tablet device within the tablet protective case; and,at least one fastener formed in the back panel nearby the open end to provide an interference attachment against the tablet device;wherein the securing plates and the fastener provide an enhancing stability on the tablet device within the tablet protective case.

2. The tablet protective case of claim 1, wherein the open end has a groove.

3. The tablet protective case of claim 2, further comprising a side panel accessory detachable arranged on the open end, wherein the side panel accessory has a clasp to connect with the groove for fixing the side panel accessory securely onto the shell.

A tablet protective case assemble, for covering and protecting a tablet device, comprising:a shell having a back panel, a first side panel arranged on a long side edge of the back panel, a second side panel arranged on a short side edge of the back panel, a third side panel arranged on the other short side edge of the back panel, and an open end arranged on the other long side edge of the back panel,wherein the first side panel, the second side panel, and the third side panel are substantially perpendicular to the back panel for covering and protecting a tablet device, and the open end has a groove on the back panel;wherein a plurality of securing plates are formed respectively on the first side panel, the second side panel, and the third side panel, which are parallel to the back panel, to firmly secure the tablet device within the tablet protective case; and,a side panel accessory having a clasp to connect with the groove for fixing the side panel accessory securely onto the shell;wherein the securing plates, the side panel accessory, the second side panel, and the third side panel provide an enhancing stability on the tablet device within the tablet protective case assemble.

9. The tablet protective case assemble of claim 8, further comprising at least one fastener which is formed in the back panel nearby the open end to provide an interference attachment against the tablet device.

10. The tablet protective case assemble of claim 8, wherein the at least one fastener is a metal sheet which is flat and embedded in a recess of the back panel.

11. The tablet protective case assemble of claim 10, wherein the at least one fastener is positioned on the back panel at locations corresponding to the magnets in the tablet device for attracting the tablet device.
