Since the comb is located outside the outer lid, it is convenient to comb hair applied with the cosmetic material to achieve the better cosmetic effect. The cosmetic material is not carried on the comb teeth 21 to affect next use, thereby further ensuring the eyelash combing effect.

Claims
1. A multifunctional cosmetic brush, comprising a comb, an outer lid, and an application assembly, wherein the comb is fixedly provided on the outer lid; the application assembly is fixedly provided on the outer lid; the comb comprises a comb tooth; the comb tooth comprises a first root portion and a first end portion; the first root portion is fixedly provided on the outer lid; the first end portion extends outward from the outer lid along an axial direction of the outer lid; and the first end portion is a free end.
2. The multifunctional cosmetic brush according to claim 1, wherein the comb comprises a plurality of comb teeth; and the plurality of comb teeth are arranged along a radial direction of the outer lid.
3. The multifunctional cosmetic brush according to claim 2, wherein the plurality of comb teeth are arranged linearly or arranged in an arc shape.
4. The multifunctional cosmetic brush according to claim 1, wherein the comb further comprises at least two supporting teeth; and the at least two supporting teeth each are adjacent to at least one comb tooth.
5. The multifunctional cosmetic brush according to claim 4, wherein a length of the supporting tooth protruded from the outer lid is a first length; a length of the comb tooth protruded from the outer lid is a second length; and the first length is greater than the second length.

The multifunctional cosmetic brush according to claim 4, wherein the supporting tooth comprises a second root portion and a second end portion; the second root portion is fixedly connected to the outer lid; the second end portion extends outward from the outer lid along the axial direction of the outer lid; the second end portion is an arc-shaped structure; and the second end portion is protruded from the first end portion.
7. The multifunctional cosmetic brush according to claim 1, wherein a material of the comb comprises a rigid plastic material, a metal material or a metal alloy material.

The multifunctional cosmetic brush according to claim 1, wherein the outer lid comprises a binding portion, a connecting portion, and a mounting portion; the comb is fixedly provided on the mounting portion; two ends of the connecting portion are respectively fixedly connected to the binding portion and the mounting portion; and a thickness T1 of the binding portion is greater than a thickness T2 of the mounting portion.
9. A cosmetic container, comprising the multifunctional cosmetic brush according to claim 1, and further comprising a bottle assembly, wherein the outer lid removably covers the bottle assembly; the application assembly is located in the bottle assembly; the bottle assembly comprises a bottle and an inner stopper provided at a bottle mouth of the bottle; and a scraping member is provided on the inner stopper.
10. The cosmetic container according to claim 9, further comprising a top lid, wherein the top lid removably covers the outer lid to seal the comb; and the top lid and the outer lid are clamped and fixed.
11. The multifunctional cosmetic brush according to claim 2, wherein the outer lid comprises a binding portion, a connecting portion, and a mounting portion; the comb is fixedly provided on the mounting portion; two ends of the connecting portion are respectively fixedly connected to the binding portion and the mounting portion; and a thickness T1 of the binding portion is greater than a thickness T2 of the mounting portion.
12. The multifunctional cosmetic brush according to claim 3, wherein the outer lid comprises a binding portion, a connecting portion, and a mounting portion; the comb is fixedly provided on the mounting portion; two ends of the connecting portion are respectively fixedly connected to the binding portion and the mounting portion; and a thickness T1 of the binding portion is greater than a thickness T2 of the mounting portion.

The multifunctional cosmetic brush according to claim 4, wherein the outer lid comprises a binding portion, a connecting portion, and a mounting portion; the comb is fixedly provided on the mounting portion; two ends of the connecting portion are respectively fixedly connected to the binding portion and the mounting portion; and a thickness T1 of the binding portion is greater than a thickness T2 of the mounting portion.

The multifunctional cosmetic brush according to claim 5, wherein the outer lid comprises a binding portion, a connecting portion, and a mounting portion; the comb is fixedly provided on the mounting portion; two ends of the connecting portion are respectively fixedly connected to the binding portion and the mounting portion; and a thickness T1 of the binding portion is greater than a thickness T2 of the mounting portion.

The multifunctional cosmetic brush according to claim 6, wherein the outer lid comprises a binding portion, a connecting portion, and a mounting portion; the comb is fixedly provided on the mounting portion; two ends of the connecting portion are respectively fixedly connected to the binding portion and the mounting portion; and a thickness T1 of the binding portion is greater than a thickness T2 of the mounting portion.

The multifunctional cosmetic brush according to claim 7, wherein the outer lid comprises a binding portion, a connecting portion, and a mounting portion; the comb is fixedly provided on the mounting portion; two ends of the connecting portion are respectively fixedly connected to the binding portion and the mounting portion; and a thickness T1 of the binding portion is greater than a thickness T2 of the mounting portion.
17. The cosmetic container according to claim 9, wherein in the multifunctional cosmetic brush, the comb comprises a plurality of comb teeth; and the plurality of comb teeth are arranged along a radial direction of the outer lid.
18. The cosmetic container according to claim 17, wherein in the multifunctional cosmetic brush, the plurality of comb teeth are arranged linearly or arranged in an arc shape.
19. The cosmetic container according to claim 9, wherein in the multifunctional cosmetic brush, the comb further comprises at least two supporting teeth; and the at least two supporting teeth each are adjacent to at least one comb tooth.
20. The cosmetic container according to claim 19, wherein in the multifunctional cosmetic brush, a length of the supporting tooth protruded from the outer lid is a first length;a length of the comb tooth protruded from the outer lid is a second length; and the first length is greater than the second length.
