A golf club head comprises a lower muscle portion comprising a back flange comprising a weight recess, and wherein the golf club head further comprises a removable weight to fit into the weight recess, wherein the removable weight comprises:a body portion comprising one or more body cavities;one or more body weights to fit into the one or more body cavities, wherein the one or more body weights are each less than about 1.5 grams;a cover portion to cover the weight recess;a weight height between about 12 mm to about 20 mm;a weight width between about 60 mm and about 65 mm; anda weight depth between about 4 mm and about 9 mm.

2. The golf club head of claim 1, wherein the one or more body weights are cylindrical or spherical.

3. The golf club head of claim 1, wherein each of the one or more body weights comprise a body weight diameter between about 1 mm to about 5 mm.
