Abstract

An assembly and a method of attaching a flavor to Cannabis or other smokable materials by having a fixed roller 6 and a rolling flavor tube 1 and back roller 3 combination which slides on the fixed roller 6, thereby dispensing the flavor.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Roll A′7 Is a first of its kind, the world's first patent joint-rolling machine that combines joint rolling and flavor in one product. The flavor is contained within a small visible tube that shows its quantity and how much is left within the cartridge. Our flavor includes ingestible adhesive components that permit you to roll the joint, flavor it and seal it all at once. The flavors are: Strawberry Princess, Blueberry Blast, and Watermelon Fusion, but may be any flavor as long as it's dispensing according to this invention.

[0003] The Problem: According to the CDC in 2021, 4.5% of adults aged 18+ are current e-cigarette users, with people aged 18-24 having the highest levels (11.0%). The National Youth Tobacco Survey states that 44% of high school users are vaping 20 or more days a month, and 28% percent use e-cigarettes every day. We recognize this as a problem. That said, our goal is to help eliminate tobacco vape usage and provide a safer way to smoke. The need for consumers to purchase flavored vape pens will decrease drastically with the use of our product. In addition to our base flavors we are also including natural ingredients to not only enhance your smoking experience but increase health benefits. This will include natural rose water, coconut and coffee oil. Additionally, Roll A′7 is a company inspired during the pandemic. We recognize that the spread of germs is still very prevalent. For typical smoke users, people often lick the wrapping paper to get it to stick. As shown in FIG. 1, Cannabis is loaded in the open space between the fixed front roller 6, and rolling flavor tube 1 / back roller 3 combination within the main housing frame 4. The rolling flavor tube 1 and back roller 3, are positioned within a sliding housing 2 within the main housing frame 4. Then, once the flavor is chosen, rolling flavor tube 1 with back roller 3 open the flavor as rolling flavor tube 1 and back roller slide forward on fixed front roller 6. When the flavor tube 1 and back roller 3 slide back the flavor tube 1 closes. The slide is back and forth, back and forth, many times and as the rolling flavor tube 1 slides back and forth, the rolling flavor tube 1 opens and closes, opens and closes. What results is a joint, flavored and impressed with rose water / coconut oil / coffee bean notes, concoctions.

This product will include ingredients that positively contribute to brain function and overall health such as rose water, coconut oil and coffee bean notes. Coffee oil minimizes the smell of marijuana when used, but also helps with gastrointestinal disorders, colds, flu, and circulatory problems. Coconut oil to limit dark lips caused by smoking known as “smokers lip”. Rose water aids in reducing stress, insomnia, depression, and anxiety.

Claims

1. An assembly and method of attaching a flavor to a rolling wrap paper of choice by having a fixed roller 6 and a back roller 3 combination which slides on the fixed roller 6.

2. The assembly and method of claim 1, wherein said back roller 3 combination is said back roller 3 and a flavor tube 1 which slides back and forth on the fixed front roller 6.

3. The assembly and method of claim 1, and further comprising a slide-to-open and close feature of the rolling flavor tube 1 that in the open position, dispenses flavor on a wrap that is against the front roller 6.

4. The assembly and method of claim 3, wherein said rolling flavor tube 1 moves (slides) back and forth, wherein the rolling flavor tube 1 slides ahead and back thereby closing the rolling flavor tube 1.

5. The assembly and method of claim 1, wherein said fixed front roller 6 and rolling flavor tube 1 and back roller 3 are located in a main housing frame 4.

6. The assembly and method of claim 5, and further comprising a sliding housing frame 2, within said main housing frame 4, holding rolling flavor tube 1 and back roller 3, that slides on fixed front roller 6.

7. The assembly and method of claim 6, wherein said back roller 3 attaches to sliding housing frame 2.

8. The assembly and method of claim 1, wherein said flavor is flavor compressed and comprises, coffee oil, coconut oil, and rose water.

9. The assembly and method of claim 1, wherein the flavors are Strawberry Princess, Blueberry Blast, and Watermelon Fusion.
