CROSS REFERENCE TO THE RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0001] The present application claims priority to Korean Patent Application No. 10-2024-0083071, filed on Jun. 25, 2024, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein for all purposes by this reference.TECHNICAL FIELD
[0002] The present disclosure relates to a bathtub base plate having a structure facilitating mounting of a bathtub. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a bathtub base plate having a structure facilitating mounting of a bathtub, the bathtub base plate being capable of being easily fitted to the bathtub so that mounting may be conveniently performed and the mounting time may be reduced, the bathtub base plate being configured such that a bottom of the bathtub is capable of being mounted inclinedly by only mounting the bathtub on the bathtub base plate since an upper surface of the bathtub base plate has a gradient, and the bathtub base plate being capable of providing a function of reducing resonance by forming a space between the bathtub and a bathroom floor by fitting a column to the bathtub base plate.BACKGROUND
[0003] Generally, when a bathtub is to be mounted and constructed in a bathroom, a current construction method in a wet manner in which the bathtub is mounted by a skilled technician by using mortar (sand, cement), masonry bricks, water, and so on may be used. However, it is difficult for an unskilled technician to mount the bathtub by using the current construction method in the wet manner. In order to solve the problem described above, recently, a bathtub is mounted in a dry manner in which a support plate is placed on a bathroom floor and the bathtub is mounted on the support plate.
[0004] The bathtub is often molded and manufactured from an FRP material, and the bathtub mainly has a structure in which a rib is formed on a bottom of the bathtub. As proposed in Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-1995-0032166 and Korean Patent No. 10-1951597, even for an existing bathtub provided with a rib, when the bathtub is mounted, there is a method in which the bathtub is mounted by placing a support plate (a base plate, a bed plate, and so on) on a concrete bathroom floor rather than placing mortar. However, such a support plate has a complex structure, so that the manufacturing cost is increased. Furthermore, since excessive mounting work time is required, there is a problem that the labor cost is increased.
[0005] Furthermore, after the bathtub is mounted on the bathroom floor, dull thumping noises occur from a bottom surface of the bathtub when water is filled inside the bathtub or when a user moves inside the bathtub while bathing. Such noises are caused by a space between a backup layer applied to a bottom surface of the bathtub and an MDF material laid on a reference surface or a space formed by reinforcement ribs. Along with these generated noises, there was also a problem that a noise resonance phenomenon in which the noises echo inside the bathtub occurs.
[0006] In addition, when the bathtub is mounted in the bathroom, the bottom of the bathtub is required to be inclined so that drainage is realized through a drain port. Therefore, there is a difficulty in adjusting a height of the bathtub by using an adjustment screw or an adjustment footrest, so that there is a problem that the construction period is increased accordingly.Document of Related Art(Patent Document 1) KR 10-1951597B1 2019.02.22.
