FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] This description concerns the field of devices and methods for packaging articles or materials, and more particularly to reusable packaging devices and a corresponding packaging and unpackaging method for a transport pallet.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] In the field of storage and transport, pallets are commonly used for the secure storage and delivery of goods. Often made of wood, plastic or metal, the choice of pallet materials and protection depends on the type of load being transported and the working environment.

[0003] Goods are frequently transported on a standardized “euro” pallet, i.e., a pallet with at least four possible entries for a crane fork, including two lengthwise and two widthwise entries. [0011] In order to address this or these drawback(s), according to a first object herein, a foldable packaging for protecting a transport pallet is proposed, said packaging comprising of:

[0012] at least one first vertical strap fastened along a first vertical edge of the packaging and adapted to be attached, when the packaging is partially folded on itself, to at least one second vertical strap fastened between said first vertical edge and a second vertical edge of the packaging,

[0013] a first horizontal strap, referred to as the upper strap, fastened along an upper horizontal edge of the packaging, said upper strap comprising at least one upper tightening element adapted to tighten said upper horizontal edge when the upper strap is tightened on itself,
