[0001] The present application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202521167451.4, filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on June 06, 2025, and entitled “FRAME POOL,” and to Chinese Patent Application No. 202521285333.3, filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on June 20, 2025, and entitled “FRAME POOL,” and to Chinese Patent Application No. 202522073826.7, filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on September 25, 2025 and entitled “FRAME POOL,” each of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entireties.TECHNICAL FIELD

[0002] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of pools, and in particular, to a frame pool.BACKGROUND

[0003] As overall quality of life has improved worldwide, demands for leisure and entertainment products continue to increase. In particular, swimming pools, such as frame pools, have become increasingly commonplace, as these frame pools may provide users with a convenient swimming experience in daily life. However, conventional frame pools have a number of shortcomings that may lead to user injury during use. For example, traditional frame pools may include support members that are configured to support a liner, with the support members ensuring that the liner remains in contact with the ground during use. Furthermore, conventional frame pools often include frame bands that aid in limiting displacement of the support members during use.

[0004] In many instances, these frame bands may be arranged towards a bottom surface of the frame pool (e.g., at a distance from the liner that is approximately one-third of a total height of the frame pool). Once the frame pool is filled with water, the liner, support members, and limiting bands may expand, such that the various components of the frame pool may form a step-like structure that may be used to access the pool. In the absence of a guardian, the step-like structure may be used by children, who may be at risk of drowning in the event the pool is accessed without supervision.

[0005] Accordingly, a need exists for a frame pool that prevents the formation of a step-like structure when filled with water in order to enhance the safety of the frame pool.SUMMARY

[0006] As noted hereinabove, after a conventional frame pool is filled with water, a pool wall expands outwardly under a water pressure, which causes limiting bands (e.g., frame bands or patches) on the outer side of the pool wall, vertical support members and the pool wall to form triangular areas. The triangular areas are often used as climbing points by a user, particularly children, which may cause potential safety risks such as drowning, overturning or breakage of the pool. To this end, the present disclosure provides a frame pool that can avoid the formation of triangular areas for climbing, effectively improve the use safety of the product, and reduce the risk of personal injury.

[0007] In the embodiments of the present disclosure a frame pool is disclosed. The frame pool includes: a pool liner; a frame assembly supporting the pool liner and including: a plurality of horizontal support members, each horizontal support member of the plurality of horizontal support members including a first end and a second end; a plurality of vertical support members, each vertical support member of the plurality of vertical support members including an upper end and a lower end; and a plurality of T-joints, each T-joint of the plurality of T-joints including: a first horizontal portion connected to a first end of a first horizontal support member of the plurality of horizontal support members; a second horizontal portion connected to a second end of a second horizontal support member of the plurality of horizontal support members; and a vertical portion connected to the upper end of each vertical support member of the plurality of vertical support members; a plurality of support bases, each support base of the plurality of support bases including a mounting hole, and the lower end of each vertical support member of the plurality of vertical support members being disposed in the mounting hole of each support base of the plurality of support bases; and a connecting rope disposed in a circumferential direction of the pool liner, the connecting rope being configured to limit the offset of each vertical support member of the plurality of vertical support members in a direction away from the pool liner.

[0008] It should be appreciated that the frame pool described herein can limit the movement of each vertical support member of the plurality of vertical support members in the direction away from the pool liner by means of the connecting rope instead of conventional limiting bands (e.g., frame bands or patches), thereby effectively limiting each vertical support member and allowing the overall structure of the frame pool to be more stable. In addition, after the frame pool is filled with water and the pool liner expands outwardly under a water pressure, the connecting rope, each vertical support member and the pool wall do not form a gap for climbing, which prevents a user from using the gap to climb into the pool and thereby cause potential safety hazards such as drowning, and effectively improves the use safety of the frame pool. Moreover, when the frame pool is mounted, the degree of tightness of the connecting rope can be adjusted as required to maintain optimum stability of the pool, reduce the likelihood of collapse and improve the use reliability of the overall structure of the frame pool.

[0095] Referring now to FIGS. 1-3, a conventional frame pool 10 generally includes a plurality of vertical support members 12 and a liner 14, and the vertical support members 12 are configured to support the liner 14 so as to keep the liner on the ground. In addition, the frame pool 10 further includes limiting bands 16 (e.g., patches shown in FIG. 1, or frame bands shown in FIG. 2) for limiting the displacement of the vertical support members 12. [0096] Furthermore, in contrast to conventional frame pools that utilize mid-height frame bands, patches, or straps secured to the pool wall, the frame pools disclosed herein may omit any restraint structure positioned between a lower edge and an upper edge of the sidewall. Instead, restraint of the vertical support members may be achieved at or near a bottom region of the pool liner using the connecting rope, thereby avoiding formation of climbable protrusions when the pool liner expands under water pressure, as will be described in additional detail herein.

The frame pool 100 may include a pool liner 200 and a frame assembly 300. The frame pool of claim 2, further comprising:a plurality of sleeves, each sleeve of the plurality of sleeves being sleeved over a corresponding vertical support member of the plurality of vertical support members and comprising an outer wall having a limiting member, and the connecting rope being retained in the limiting member.

A frame pool, comprising:a pool liner including a bottom wall and a sidewall defining a cavity;a frame assembly supporting the pool liner, the frame assembly including:a plurality of vertical support members disposed around a periphery of the pool liner; anda plurality of support bases, each of the plurality of support bases receiving a lower end of at least one of the plurality of vertical support members; anda connecting rope extending in a circumferential direction around the pool liner and disposed adjacent to the plurality of support bases;wherein the connecting rope is configured to limit displacement of the plurality of vertical support members in a direction away from the pool liner, and when the pool liner is filled, the connecting rope, the plurality of vertical support members, and the pool liner cooperate to prevent formation of a climbable step between the pool liner and the plurality of vertical support members.

26. A frame pool, comprising:a pool liner;a plurality of vertical support members disposed around the pool liner;a plurality of support bases, each of the plurality of support bases including a mounting hole receiving a lower end of at least one of the plurality of vertical support members; and receivinga connecting rope extending around the pool liner,wherein the connecting rope retained by the plurality of support bases limits movement of the plurality of vertical support members in a direction away from the pool liner.
