Abstract

This useful solution describes a coffee production process using ultrasonic technology, falling under the category of agricultural and food processing. The key difference from known processes lies in its unique three-step combination: (i) heated expansion of the beans – controlled heating to open micro-channels before ultrasonication; (ii) high-frequency ultrasonic treatment in water – acoustic cavitation for deep cleaning and aroma activation through micro-channels; (iii) bean closure – stabilizing the structure and locking in flavor before roasting. A post-roasting aging step stabilizes the aroma before packaging. The process allows for thorough cleaning, aroma preservation, and the creation of a high-quality, consistent coffee product.
