[0055] The present application provides a floating terminal assembly, which satisfies at least one of the following conditions:
[0056] comprising a floating terminal, a first protruding finger and a second protruding finger;
[0057] The floating terminal comprises a fixed portion, a floating bending portion and a conductive contact portion connected in sequence;
[0058] The fixed portion and the floating curved portion together form a first floating opening area;
[0059] The floating curved portion includes a plurality of curved corner structures;
[0060] The first protruding finger is located in the first floating opening area;
[0061] One end of the first protruding finger is connected to the fixing portion;
[0062] The other end of the first protruding finger is suspended in the first floating opening area;
[0063] The second protruding finger is located in the first floating opening area;
[0064] One end of the second protruding finger is connected to the floating bending portion;
[0065] The other end of the second protruding finger is suspended in the first floating opening area;
[0066] There is an interlocking area between the first protruding finger and the second protruding finger.
[0067] In the above-mentioned floating terminal assembly, the floating terminal includes a fixed portion, a floating bent portion, and a conductive contact portion connected in sequence. The floating bent portion includes a plurality of curved corner structures, and the fixed portion and the floating bent portion together form a first floating opening area, so that the floating terminal assembly has good floating performance and high inductive impedance. In addition, because the first and second protruding fingers are located in the first floating opening area, with one end of the first protruding finger connected to the fixed portion and the other end of the first protruding finger suspended in the first floating opening area, and one end of the second protruding finger connected to the floating bent portion and the other end of the second protruding finger suspended in the first floating opening area, an interdigital capacitance region exists between the first and second protruding fingers, forming an interdigital structure in the first floating opening area. The interdigital capacitance generated by the interdigital structure effectively neutralizes the inductive impedance generated by the floating bent portion, thereby ensuring that the floating terminal assembly not only has good floating performance but also enables the inductive impedance of the floating terminal assembly to better meet a preset target value, thereby making the signal transmission of the floating terminal assembly more reliable.
[0068] To better understand the technical solutions and beneficial effects of the present application, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments:
[0069] As shown in Figures 1 and 1a, a floating terminal assembly 100 according to one embodiment includes a floating terminal 110, a first protruding finger 120, and a second protruding finger 130. The floating terminal 110 includes a fixed portion 112, a floating curved portion 114, and a conductive contact portion 116, which are sequentially connected. The fixed portion 112 and the floating curved portion 114 together define a first floating opening area 102. The floating curved portion 114 includes a plurality of curved corner structures 114a.
[0070] As shown in Figures 1 and 1a, in one embodiment, a first finger 120 is located within the first floating opening area 102. One end of the first finger 120 is connected to the fixed portion 112, while the other end of the first finger 120 is suspended within the first floating opening area 102. A second finger 130 is located within the first floating opening area 102. One end of the second finger 130 is connected to the floating curved portion 114, while the other end of the second finger 130 is suspended within the first floating opening area 102. An interdigital gap exists between the first and second fingers 120, 130. In this embodiment, the first and second fingers 120, 130 are staggered, with the first finger 120 suspended at one end of the first floating opening area 102 and the second finger 130 suspended at one end of the first floating opening area 102, leaving an interdigital gap 125.
[0071] The floating terminal assembly 100 includes a fixed portion 112, a floating bent portion 114, and a conductive contact portion 116 connected in sequence. The floating bent portion 114 includes a plurality of curved corner structures 114a. The fixed portion 112 and the floating bent portion 114 together form a first floating opening area 102, so that the floating terminal assembly 100 has better floating performance and higher inductive impedance. In addition, since the first protruding finger 120 and the second protruding finger 130 are located in the first floating opening area 102, and one end of the first protruding finger 120 is connected to the fixed portion 112, and the other end of the first protruding finger 120 is suspended in the first floating opening area 102, one end of the second protruding finger 130 is connected to the floating bend 114, and the other end of the second protruding finger 130 is suspended in the first floating opening area 102. There is an interdigital region between the first protruding finger 120 and the second protruding finger 130, so that the first floating opening area 102 forms an interdigital structure. The interdigital structure generates interdigital capacitance to better neutralize the inductive impedance generated by the floating bend 114, thereby ensuring that the floating terminal assembly 100 not only has better floating performance, but also the inductive impedance of the floating terminal assembly 100 can better reach a preset target value, that is, the signal transmission of the floating terminal assembly 100 is more reliable.
[0072] It should be noted that, as shown in FIG1a , in one embodiment, a first protruding finger 120 is located within the first floating opening area 102. One end of the first protruding finger 120 is connected to the fixing portion 112, while the other end of the first protruding finger 120 is suspended within the first floating opening area 102. A second protruding finger 130 is located within the first floating opening area 102. One end of the second protruding finger 130 is connected to the floating curved portion 114, while the other end of the second protruding finger 130 is suspended within the first floating opening area 102. An interdigital gap exists between the first and second protruding fingers 120, 130, creating an interdigital gap between the first and second protruding fingers 120, 130. Together, the first and second protruding fingers 120, 130 constitute the interdigital structure of the floating terminal assembly 100, namely, a longitudinal interdigital structure.
[0073] Furthermore, FIG2 is an equivalent circuit diagram of the longitudinal interdigital structure. The fixed portion 112 and the floating bending portion 114 can be equivalent to the feed lines on both sides of the longitudinal interdigital structure, where L f1 , L f2 are the inductances of the two feeder sections, that is, the inductance corresponding to the fixed portion 112 is L f1 , the inductance corresponding to the floating bend 114 is L f2 ; C t is the terminal line-to-ground capacitance; C 11 is the capacitance of the first protruding finger 120 to ground, that is, the capacitance of the left cross finger to ground; C 22is the capacitance of the second protruding finger 130 to ground, that is, the capacitance of the right cross finger to ground. R is the resistance of the cross finger, L is the inductance of the cross finger, C 12 is the interdigital capacitance of the interdigital slice. t Can be respectively with C 11 and C 22 to merge.
[0074] Assuming that the floating terminal is made of lossless material, R can be ignored, and the simplified equivalent circuit shown in Figure 3 can be obtained. According to the simplified equivalent circuit, it can be known that the vertical interdigital structure is a bandpass model. C in the equivalent circuit 12 The interdigital capacitance value is equal to the interdigital capacitance of the interdigitated fingers.
[0075] As shown in FIG1a and FIG2, under the condition of a finite thickness dielectric plate, the dielectric plate thickness is much larger than the interdigital width and the interdigital gap 125. In one embodiment, when the interdigital width and the interdigital gap 125 are equal, for C 12 The calculation formula is as follows: C(pF)=3.937×10 -5 l(ε r +1)[0.11(n-3)+0.252];
[0076] Where n is the number of interdigits; l is the interdigit length, in mm; ε r is the dielectric constant of the dielectric plate. In one embodiment, the dielectric plate is a plate base for mounting a floating terminal assembly.
[0077] In one embodiment, when the interdigital width and the gap are not equal, for C 12 The calculation formula is as follows:
[0078] Where G is a constant coefficient and W is the cross-finger width.
[0079] It can be seen from the above two formulas that the interdigital capacitance C 12 The interdigital capacitance C 12 As shown in Figures 1a and 2, the interdigital length is the length e of the first protruding finger 120 or the length f of the second protruding finger 130. In this embodiment, the length e of the first protruding finger 120 is equal to the length f of the second protruding finger 130, both being 1.
[0080] For linear transmission of signals, the calculation formula for the generated linear inductance is as follows:
[0081] Where l is the line length (μm), W is the line width, t is the metal thickness (i.e., the terminal thickness), and h is the dielectric plate thickness. As can be seen from the above formula, the line inductance L (nH) decreases with increasing line width W and increases with increasing line length l.
[0082] Similarly, the formula for calculating linear inductance also applies to the inductance of a vertical interdigital structure. When applied to the inductance calculation for a vertical interdigital structure, l represents the interdigital length and W represents the interdigital width. Similarly, it can be concluded that the inductance of a vertical interdigital structure decreases with increasing interdigital width and increases with increasing interdigital length. However, for floating terminal components with a vertical interdigital structure, the inductance of the vertical interdigital structure, or interdigital inductance, is very small and can be ignored.
[0083] As shown in FIG1a , the floating bent portion 114 of the floating terminal assembly 100 includes multiple curved corner structures 114a . The fixed portion 112 and the floating bent portion 114 together define a first floating opening area 102 , allowing the floating terminal assembly 100 to suspend in the air and thereby form a plurality of linear connection structures. For example, at least one linear connection structure is formed between two adjacent curved corner structures 114a , as shown in FIG1 . In this embodiment, the fixed portion 112 and the floating bent portion 114 of the floating terminal assembly 100 together define the first floating opening area 102 . It can be understood that within the space between the fixed portion 112 and the conductive contact portion 116 , the floating bent portion 114 has a longer linear length than a conventional terminal structure. This increases the total linear inductance formed by the floating bent portion 114 of the floating terminal assembly 100, thereby increasing the total linear inductance formed by the floating terminal assembly 100. An equivalent model thereof is shown in FIG4 , and a corresponding simplified equivalent circuit diagram is shown in FIG5 . This results in the floating terminal assembly 100 having better floating performance and higher inductive impedance, with the resulting impedance curve being the solid line shown in FIG6 . Furthermore, an interdigital structure is formed within the first floating opening region 102 , creating an interdigital capacitance region between the first protruding fingers 120 and the second protruding fingers 130 . This allows the interdigital structure of the floating terminal assembly 100 to form an interdigital capacitor. Based on the above analysis, the interdigital structure primarily exhibits capacitive characteristics, with the corresponding simplified equivalent circuit diagram shown in FIG7 , and the resulting impedance curve being the dashed line shown in FIG6 . According to the impedance curve comparison diagram of terminal signal transmission shown in Figure 6, it can be understood that providing interdigital capacitors in parallel at both ends of the inductor can reduce the inductive impedance value of a single inductor, that is, the interdigital structure of the floating terminal assembly 100 can neutralize the inductive impedance, thereby reducing the overall inductive impedance value of the floating terminal assembly 100 to a preset value. As shown in Figure 6, the peak value of the dotted line is significantly lower than the peak value of the solid line. As a result, the floating terminal assembly 100 not only has better floating performance, but also the inductive impedance of the floating terminal assembly 100 can better reach the preset target value, that is, the signal transmission of the floating terminal assembly 100 is more reliable.
[0084] Referring again to FIG. 1 a , in one embodiment, the floating bent portion 114 further includes a plurality of linear connecting portions 114 b. Two adjacent floating bent portions 114 are connected by a linear connecting portion 114 b, so that adjacent linear connecting portions 114 b of the floating bent portion are separated. Within the space between the fixed portion 112 and the conductive contact portion 116 , the floating bent portion 114 has a longer linear length than conventional terminal structures. This results in a greater number of linear connecting portions 114 b and, consequently, a greater total linear inductance. This provides the floating terminal assembly 100 with improved floating performance and higher inductive impedance, while also allowing for a better interaction region between the first protruding finger 120 and the second protruding finger 130 within the first floating opening 102 .
[0085] Referring again to FIG. 1 , in one embodiment, the first protruding finger 120 and the second protruding finger 130 are parallel to each other.
[0086] Referring again to Figure 1 , in this embodiment, the number of the first protruding fingers 120 and the number of the second protruding fingers 130 are both one. In other embodiments, the number of the first protruding fingers 120 and the number of the second protruding fingers 130 are not limited to one. For example, the number of the first protruding fingers 120 and the number of the second protruding fingers 130 are both two. One second protruding finger 130 is provided between two adjacent first protruding fingers 120, and one first protruding finger 120 is provided between two adjacent second protruding fingers 130, so that the two first protruding fingers 120 and the two second protruding fingers 130 are spaced apart. It will be understood that in other embodiments, the number of the first protruding fingers 120 is not limited to being equal to the number of the second protruding fingers 130. For example, the number of the first protruding fingers 120 may be one more than the number of the second protruding fingers 130. In another example, the number of the first protruding fingers 120 may be one less than the number of the second protruding fingers 130.
[0087] Referring again to FIG. 1 a , in one embodiment, the conductive contact portion 116 and the floating bend portion 114 together form a second floating opening area 104 . The second floating opening area 104 and the first floating opening area 102 are respectively located on either side of the floating bend portion 114 , thereby making the structure of the floating terminal assembly 100 more compact and enabling the floating terminal assembly 100 to have better floating performance and higher inductive impedance.
[0088] Referring again to FIG. 1 a , in one embodiment, the floating terminal assembly 100 further includes a third protruding finger 140 and a fourth protruding finger 150 . One end of the third protruding finger 140 is connected to the side of the floating bend 114 facing away from the second protruding finger 130 , and the other end of the third protruding finger 140 is suspended in the second floating opening area 104 . One end of the fourth protruding finger 150 is connected to the conductive contact portion 116 , and the other end of the fourth protruding finger 150 is suspended in the second floating opening area 104 . The third protruding finger 140 and the fourth protruding finger 150 are both located in the second floating opening area 104 . The third protruding finger 140 and the fourth protruding finger 150 are staggered with each other. The conductive abutment portion 116 and the floating bend portion 114 together form a second floating opening area 104, which enables the floating terminal assembly 100 to have better floating performance and higher inductive impedance. In addition, the third protruding fingers 140 and the fourth protruding fingers 150 are arranged in an interlaced manner, so that the first floating opening area 102 and the second floating opening area 104 are both formed with interdigital structures. Each interdigital structure can generate an interdigital capacitance to better neutralize the inductive impedance generated by the floating bend portion 114. As a result, the floating terminal assembly 100 not only has better floating performance, but also the inductive impedance of the floating terminal assembly 100 can better reach a preset target value, that is, the signal transmission of the floating terminal assembly 100 is more reliable.
[0089] Referring again to FIG. 1 a , in one embodiment, the floating terminal 110 , the first protruding finger 120 , the second protruding finger 130 , the third protruding finger 140 , and the fourth protruding finger 150 are integrally formed by blanking. This reduces the processing difficulty and provides a compact structure for the floating terminal assembly 100 . Furthermore, the floating terminal 110 , the first protruding finger 120 , the second protruding finger 130 , the third protruding finger 140 , and the fourth protruding finger 150 are securely fixedly connected.
[0090] Referring again to FIG. 1 a , in one embodiment, the width of the first protruding finger 120 is equal to the width of the second protruding finger 130 , so that the interdigital capacitance of the interdigital structure formed by the first protruding finger 120 and the second protruding finger 130 is better.
[0091] Referring again to FIG. 1 a , in one embodiment, the width of the third protruding finger 140 is equal to the width of the fourth protruding finger 150 , so that the interdigital capacitance of the interdigital structure formed by the third protruding finger 140 and the fourth protruding finger 150 is better.
[0092] Referring again to FIG. 1 , in one embodiment, the minimum gap between the first protruding finger 120 and the second protruding finger 130 is equal to or different from the width of the first protruding finger 120. In this embodiment, the minimum gap between the first protruding finger 120 and the second protruding finger 130 is equal to the width of the first protruding finger 120. In other embodiments, the minimum gap between the first protruding finger 120 and the second protruding finger 130 is different from the width of the first protruding finger 120. For example, the minimum gap between the first protruding finger 120 and the second protruding finger 130 is less than or greater than the width of the first protruding finger 120.
[0093] In one embodiment, the minimum gap between the third finger 140 and the fourth finger 150 is equal to or different from the width of the third finger 140.
