[0030] Detailed description of examples
[0031] Examples of the present disclosure will now be described more fully hereinafter. The invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the examples set forth herein; rather, these examples are provided by way of example so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those persons skilled in the art.
[0032] Figure 1 discloses a lockable receptacle holder 10 configured to be mounted to a wall or stand. The lockable receptacle holder 10 comprises a base support 20 for supporting a receptacle base 210 of a receptacle 200 (not shown in figure 1), and a neck support 30 for supporting a neck or shoulder 230 of the receptacle 200. According to the disclosure, the base support 20 is connected with a first elongated holder back portion 41 and the neck support 30 is connected with a second elongated holder back portion 42, the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42 are movable in relation to each other so that a distance between the base support 20 and the neck support 30 can be adjusted in order to adapt the lockable receptacle holder 10 to receptacles of difference heights. Thus, by arranging the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42 movable in relation to each other an improved lockable receptacle holder 10 is obtained which may arranged to hold a number of different receptacles having different heights and / or shapes. A flexible solution is obtained providing the users the ability to change receptacles and designs of these without having the need to exchange the lockable receptacle holder 10 as well.
[0033] In the example of figure 1, it is the first elongated holder back portion 41 that is configured to be mounted on a wall or stand. Hereby, the position of the receptacle base of the receptacle is predetermined, and the position of the neck support may vary in view of the height of the receptacle. Additionally, by having the first elongated holder back portion 41 and connected base support 20 mounted to the wall or stand the lockable receptacle holder 10 is adjustable. Also, in the circumstance where a new design and size of the receptacle shall be positioned in the lockable receptacle holder 10 the second elongated holder back portion 42 may be adjusted in the height to accommodate the new height of the receptacle. If the diameter of the receptacle also differs from the previous receptacle the second elongated holder back portion 42 may be replaced with another second elongated holder back portion 42 being configured to the outer dimensions of the new receptacle.
[0034] Moreover, the first elongated holder back portion 41 may comprise a first extension 43 extending from the base support 20 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the base support 20, and the second elongated holder back portion 42 may comprise a second extension 44 extending from the neck support 30 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the neck support 30.
[0035] In figure 1, the second extension 44 comprises a recess 45 extending along the second extension 44. The second extension may also comprise one or more openings or recesses providing flexibility to position the second elongated holder back portion 42 in relation to the first elongated holder back portion 41. Fastening parts such as bolts 47 protrude from first extension 43 towards the second elongated holder back portion 42. These bolts 47 may engage the recess 45 of the second extension when the second elongated holder back portion 42 is positioned in relation to the first elongated holder back portion 41. Subsequently, the nuts 48 may be connected with the threads of the bolts 47 and be fasten when the second elongated holder back portion 42 is position so that they are firmly connected. In the present example, the nuts 48 are lock nuts 48. A firm connection but yet releasable connection between the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42 is obtained.
[0036] Hence, the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42 may be releasable attached so that they at least one of them are movable arranged in relation to the other and releasable. A flexible and versatile lockable receptacle holder 10 is hereby obtained. As mentioned above, the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42 are releasable attached by one or more fastening parts, such as for instance bolts 47 and nuts 48.
[0037] The lockable receptacle holder 10 also comprises a cover 70. The cover 70 being releasable connected with either the first elongated holder back portion 41 or the second elongated holder back portion 42, the cover 70 being adapted to fully or partly cover the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42. In figure 1, the cover 70 is releasable connected with the second elongated holder back portion 42. The second extension 44 has in present example eight holes 49 arranged along its extension, the holes 49 are positioned on opposite sides along the extension of the recess 45. The cover 70 comprises eight protrusions (not shown in figure 1) projecting from the cover 70. The protrusions are configured to engage with holes 49 so that the cover 70 may be maintained and positioned in relation to the second elongated holder back portion 42. The cover 70 may comprise an elongated cavity being adapted to receive and hide the lock nuts 48. Hereby is obtained that the lock nuts 48 and the recess 45 not are visible and thereby encourage a user to unfasten the lock nuts. Furthermore, a smooth design of the lockable receptacle holder 10 is obtained having no projections or similar which may make it more difficult to clean the lockable receptacle holder 10 and keep it hygienic. In addition, when the receptacle is positioned in the lockable receptacle holder 10 it is arranged close to an outside of the cover 70 whereby the cover cannot be removed without removing the receptacle.
[0038] In figure 1, the base support 20 is securely connected to the first elongated holder back portion 41, and the neck support 30 is securely connected to the second elongated holder back portion 42. In another example, the base support may be releasable connected with the first elongated holder back portion 41, and the neck support 30 may be releasable connected with to the second elongated holder back portion 42. In other examples one of the base support 20 or the neck support 30 is securely connected and the other is releasable connected.
[0039] In figure 1, the base support 20 and the neck support 30 are parts of the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42, respectively.
[0040] In addition, the neck support 30 may comprise a confining member 50 configured to be movable between a locked position and an open position. Furthermore, a locking member 60 being configured to lock the confining member 50 in the locked position is arranged. The locking member 60 will be described further below. The confining member 50 is configured to be moved between the locked position and the open position around a pivot joint 55.
[0041] In addition, a cap locking member 80 is also shown. In the present example the cap locking member 80 is releasable connected with the neck support 30 at the pivot joint 55. A fastening element 56 being configured to be screwed onto the pivot joint 55 having a thread. The fastening element 56 ensures that the confining member 50, the locking member 60 and the cap locking member 80 all are releasable connected with the neck support 30. The fastening element 56 may also be a lock nut. This provide flexibility to the lockable receptacle holder 10 since, for instance the cap locking member 80 may be added to the lockable receptacle holder 10 for enhanced security in some circumstances and omitted in other circumstances where a lower degree of security is needed. An expedient modular solution of the lockable receptacle holder 10 is thereby obtained.
[0042] In figures 2 and 3, the lockable receptacle holder 10 corresponds to the example of figure 1, wherein the lockable receptacle holder 10 is depicted with two different heights between the base support 20 and neck support 30. In figure 2, the distance dl between the base support 20 and the neck support 30 is small and thereby the lockable receptacle holder 10 is configured to receive and hold a receptacle of a smaller height. In figure 3, the second elongated holder back portion 42 has been moved upwards in relation to the first elongated holder back portion 41 whereby the distance d2 between the base support 20 and neck support 30 has been extended. The same lockable receptacle holder 10 is then configured to receive and hold a receptacle of a greater height. The length of the recess in the second elongated holder back portion 42 provide the possibility to adjust the distance between the base support 20 and the neck support 30 in multiple different heights. An expedient modular solution of the lockable receptacle holder 10 is thereby obtained.
[0043] Figure 4 shows a basic configuration of the lockable receptacle holder 10 according to the disclosure. The lockable receptacle holder 10 comprises a base support 20 for supporting a receptacle base 210 of a receptacle 200 (not shown), and a neck support 30 for supporting a neck or shoulder 230 of the receptacle 200. The base support 20 is connected with a first elongated holder back portion 41 and the neck support 30 is connected with a second elongated holder back portion 42, the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42 are movable in relation to each other so that a distance between the base support 20 and the neck support 30 can be adjusted in order to adapt the lockable receptacle holder 10 to receptacles of difference heights as described above. The cover 70 is positioned above the second elongated holder back portion 42 for concealing the lock nuts fasten the second elongated holder back portion 42 to the first elongated holder back portion 41 in the intended height between the base support 20 and the neck support 30.
[0044] The lockable receptacle holder 10 shown in figure 5 comprises the basic configuration of figure 4. In addition, the neck support 30 comprises the cap locking member 80 for preventing removal of a cap of the receptacle in the receptacle holder 10. The cap locking member 80 may be securely connected to the neck support 30 or it may be releasable connected with the neck support 30. In the example of figure 5, the cap locking member 80 is releasable connected with the neck support 30 at the pivot joint 55 as described above. According to the disclosure, the cap locking member 80 can only be released from the neck support 30 from below of the neck support 30 and when the receptacle is removed from the receptacle holder 10. The fastening element 56 is arranged at the pivot joint 55, the fastening element 56 is configured to hold the cap locking member 80 and the pivotable confining member 50 in relation to the neck support. In the present example, the cap locking member 80 is arranged in a slot in the neck support 30 so that it is positioned correctly above the neck support so that it may engage the cap of the receptacle. In the opposite end, the cap locking member 80 is positioned below the confining member 50 so that the confining member 50 may be moved between the open position and locked position without the cap locking member 80 can be moved. Hereby is obtained that the cap locking member 80 may be added to the lockable receptacle holder 10 for additional security and locking of the receptacle in certain use cases of the lockable receptacle holder 10. In addition, different designs of cap locking member 80 may easily be replaced in view of the design of the receptacle and the design of the cap. An expedient modular solution of the lockable receptacle holder 10 is thereby obtained. The lockable receptacle holder 10 shown in figure 6 comprises the configuration of figure 5. In addition, the lockable receptacle holder 10 further comprises a base fixing adapter 100, the base fixing adapter 100 comprising a receptacle interface for the receptacle and a holder interface for engaging the base support and / or the first elongated holder back portion 41. In figure 6, the base fixing adapter 100 is releasable connected with the base support 20. The present example of the base fixing adapter 100 will be further described in relation to figures 30 and 31. Below other examples of connecting the base fixing adapter 100 to the base support 20 are described.
[0045] By the lockable receptacle holder 10 according to the disclosure a flexible design is obtained where it may be adjusted to different heights of the receptacles to be hold and maintained in the lockable receptacle holder 10, and at the same time different levels of insurance against theft and tampering of the receptacle and the content therein may be added when needed and omitted in other circumstances. An expedient modular solution of the lockable receptacle holder 10 is thereby obtained.
[0046] Furthermore, the base support 20, the neck support 30, the first elongated holder back portion 41, the second elongated holder back portion 42, the confining member 50, the cap locking member 80, the base fixing adapter 100 and / or the retaining member 26 may be made of metal. The use of metal may provide a particularly sturdy and thus tamperresistant lockable receptacle holder. Further, metal may ensure long life and relatively easy manufacture, as compared to a polymer lockable receptacle holder. For instance, the base support 20, neck support 30, first elongated holder back portion 41 and second elongated holder back portion 42 may be formed from sheet metal, yet provide sufficient strength of the current purpose. The sheet metal may have a thickness of 1.5 to 4 millimeters, such as 2 to 3 millimeters. In addition, the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the base support 20 may be made of the same sheet metal, and the second elongated holder back portion 42 and the neck support 30 may be made of the same sheet metal. Hereby an advantageous production method is facilitated.
[0047] According to the disclosure, the base support 20 may comprise a first base support portion connected with the first elongated holder back portion 41 and a second base support portion. The second base support portion being moveable in relation to the first base support portion. In the same manner, the neck support 30 may comprise a first neck support portion connected with the second elongated holder back portion 42 and a second neck support portion. The second neck support portion being moveable in relation to the first neck support portion. Hereby the lockable receptacle holder 10 may be adjusted to different widths and / or diameters of the receptacle in the same way as it may be adjusted in the height.
[0048] Figure 7 discloses another example of the lockable receptacle holder 10 being configured to be mounted to a wall or stand. The lockable receptacle holder 10 comprises a base support 20 for supporting a receptacle base 210 of a receptacle 200 (not shown in figure 7), and a neck support 30 for supporting a neck or shoulder 230 of the receptacle 200. The first extension may also comprise one or more openings or recesses providing flexibility to position the first elongated holder back portion 41 in relation to the second elongated holder back portion 42. The second extension 44 may also comprise one or more openings or recesses. In the example of figure 7, the second extension 44 comprises two apertures 46. These apertures 46 are configured to receive fastening parts such as bolts 47. These bolts 47 may be inserted through the apertures before the second elongated holder back portion 42 is mounted to the wall and protrude from the second extension and engage the recess 45 of the first extension when the first elongated holder back portion 41 is positioned in relation to the second elongated holder back portion 42. Subsequently, the nuts 48 may be connected with the threads of the bolts 47 and be fasten when the first elongated holder back portion 41 is position so that they are firmly connected. In the present example, the nuts 48 are lock nuts 48. A firm connection but yet releasable connection between the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42 is obtained.
[0053] Hence, the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42 may be releasable attached so that at least one of them is movable arranged in relation to the other and releasable. A flexible and versatile lockable receptacle holder 10 is hereby obtained. As mentioned above, the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42 are releasable attached by one or more fastening parts, such as for instance bolts 47 and nuts 48.
[0054] The lockable receptacle holder 10 also comprises a cover 70. The cover 70 being releasable connected with either the first elongated holder back portion 41 or the second elongated holder back portion 42, the cover 70 being adapted to fully or partly cover the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42. In figure 7, the cover 70 is releasable connected with the first elongated holder back portion 41. The first extension 43 has in present example eight holes 49 arranged along its extension, the holes 49 are positioned on opposite sides along the extension of the recess 45. The cover 70 comprises eight protrusions 71 projecting from the cover 70. The protrusions 71 are configured to engage with holes 49 so that cover 70 may be maintained and positioned in relation to the first elongated holder back portion 41.
[0055] In figure 7, the base support 20 is securely connected to the first elongated holder back portion 41, and the neck support 30 is securely connected to the second elongated holder back portion 42. In another example, the base support may be releasable connected with the first elongated holder back portion 41, and the neck support 30 may be releasable connected with to the second elongated holder back portion 42. In other examples one of the base support 20 or the neck support 30 is securely connected and the other is releasable connected.

[0058] The confining member 50 is configured to be moved between the locked position and the open position around a pivot joint 55.
[0059] In figures 8 and 9, the lockable receptacle holder 10 corresponds to the example of figure 7, wherein the lockable receptacle holder 10 is depicted with two different heights between the base support 20 and neck support 30. In figure 8 the distance dlbetween the base support 20 and the neck support 30 is small and thereby the lockable receptacle holder 10 is configured to receive and hold a receptacle of a smaller height. In figure 9, the first elongated holder back portion 41 has been moved downwards in relation to the second elongated holder back portion 42 whereby the distance d2 between the base support 20 and neck support 30 has been extended. The same lockable receptacle holder 10 is then configured to receive and hold a receptacle of a greater height. The length of the recess in the first elongated holder back portion 41 provide the possibility to adjust the distance between the base support 20 and the neck support 30 in multiple different heights. An expedient modular solution of the lockable receptacle holder 10 is thereby obtained.
[0060] Figure 10 shows a basic configuration of the lockable receptacle holder 10 according to the disclosure. The lockable receptacle holder 10 comprises a base support 20 for supporting a receptacle base 210 of a receptacle 200 (not shown), and a neck support 30 for supporting a neck or shoulder 230 of the receptacle 200. The base support 20 is connected with a first elongated holder back portion 41 and the neck support 30 is connected with a second elongated holder back portion 42, the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42 are movable in relation to each other so that a distance between the base support 20 and the neck support 30 can be adjusted in order to adapt the lockable receptacle holder 10 to receptacles of different heights. The cover 70 is positioned above the first elongated holder back portion 41 for concealing the lock nuts fasten the first elongated holder back portion 41 to the second elongated holder back portion 42 in the intended height between the base support 20 and the neck support 30.
[0061] There are many conceivable ways for the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42 to be releasably attached so that least one of them is movably arranged in relation to the other and releasable. In embodiments not shown in the figures, the first elongated holder back portion 41 is configured to be inserted into a pocket-like cavity in the second elongated holder back portion 42, or vice versa. How far into the cavity it is inserted determines the distance between the base support 20 and the neck support 30, providing the possibility to adjust the distance between these parts to multiple different heights.
[0062] Fastening parts other than bolts 47 and nuts 48 are conceivable, such as a snap-fit structure, which may be covered by the cover 70 or placed such that is it not available when the holder 10 is mounted on a wall.
[0063] The recess 45 extending along the second extension 44 may be open-ended, such that the elongated holder back portion comprising the recess may be slid onto fastening parts such as bolts 47 protruding from the other elongated holder back portion. Instead of bolts, there may be a vertically extended rail-like protrusion, acting as a guiding rail when sliding on the other elongated holder back portion and holding the together. This may be combined with bolts 47, nots 48 or other additional fastening means to lock the parts into place.
[0064] The lockable receptacle holder 10 shown in figure 11 comprises the basic configuration of figure 10. In addition, the neck support 30 comprises a cap locking member 80 for preventing removal of a cap of the receptacle in the receptacle holder 10. The cap locking member 80 may be securely connected to the neck support 30 or it may be releasable connected with the neck support 30. In the example of figure 11, the cap locking member 80 is releasable connected with the neck support 30 at the pivot joint 55. According to the disclosure, the cap locking member 80 can only be released from the neck support 30 from below of the neck support 30 and when the receptacle is removed from the receptacle holder 10. A fastening element 56 is arranged in the pivot joint 55, the fastening element 56 is configured to hold the cap locking member 80 and the pivotable confining member 50. In the present example, the cap locking member 80 is arranged in a slot in the neck support 30 so that it is positioned correctly above the neck support so that it may engage the cap of the receptacle. In the opposite end the cap locking member 80 is positioned between the underside of the neck support 30 and the confining member 50 so that the confining member 50 may be moved between the open position and locked position without the cap locking member 80 can be moved.
[0065] The lockable receptacle holder 10 shown in figure 6 comprises the configuration of figure 11. In addition, the lockable receptacle holder 10 further comprises a base fixing adapter 100, the base fixing adapter 100 comprising a receptacle interface for the receptacle and a holder interface for engaging the base support and / or the first elongated holder back portion 41. In figure 12, the base fixing adapter 100 is releasable connected with the first elongated holder back portion 41. The base fixing adapter 100 may be connected with or engage the first elongated holder back portion 41 in several ways. For instance, it may have projections being configured to be mechanical locked in the first elongated holder back portion 41 or it may be screwed together with the first elongated holder back portion 41. An expedient modular solution of the lockable receptacle holder 10 is thereby obtained. Below other examples of connecting the base fixing adapter 100 to the base support 20 are described.
[0066] By the lockable receptacle holder 10 according to the disclosure, a flexible design is obtained where it may be adjusted to different heights of the receptacles to be hold and maintained in the lockable receptacle holder 10, and at the same time different levels of insurance against theft and tampering of the receptacle and the content therein may be added when needed or omitted in other circumstances.
[0067] As mentioned above, the base support 20, the neck support 30, the first elongated holder back portion 41, the second elongated holder back portion 42, the confining member 50, the cap locking member 80, the base fixing adapter 100 and / or the retaining member 26 may be made of metal.
[0068] Figures 13 to 23 disclose an example of a base fixing adapter 100 for the lockable receptacle holder 10 and the neck support in different views. The lockable receptacle holder 10 of the example shown in figures 14, 16, 18, 21 and 22 comprises a base support 20 for supporting a receptacle base 210 of a receptacle 200 (see figure 23) and a neck support 30 for supporting a neck or shoulder 230 of the receptacle 200. Figures 24 and 25 disclose another example of the base fixing adapter 100’ described in detail further below. The base fixing adapter 100 comprises a receptacle interface 110 for the receptacle 200, more precisely for the receptacle base 210 of the receptacle 200, and a holder interface 120 for engaging the base support 20 of the lockable receptacle holder 10. The receptacle interface 110 is configured to at least party surround the receptacle 200, more precisely the receptacle base 210. Referring e.g. to figure 23, the top side of the base fixing adapter 100 may be referred to as the receptacle side and the bottom side of the base fixing adapter 100 may be referred to as the support side.
[0069] As described below, the receptacle interface 110 for the receptacle 200 may engage the receptacle base 210 in a friction-fit connection. Thus, the receptacle interface 110 may be configured for attachment to the receptacle base 210. However, the receptacle interface 110 needs not be configured for attachment to the receptacle 200. The receptacle interface 110 may be larger than the receptacle base 210 such that the receptacle interface 110 only engages and hinders the receptacle base 210 in the event that an attempt is made to remove the receptacle 200 from the lockable receptacle holder 10.
[0070] The base fixing adapter 100 is separate from the lockable receptacle holder 10. The base fixing adapter 100 may, as in the current example, be a one-piece element. A one-piece element may be easy to handle and manufacture, and requires no assembly.
[0071] As is illustrated in figures 21 to 23, the base fixing adapter 100 may be thin-walled. By the expression thin-walled is meant that the wall thickness of the base fixing adapter 100 is less than 3 millimeters and typically less than 2 millimeters. A thin-walled base fixing adapter 100 may be light-weight, require little material and space, and may be elastically deformable and thereby provide advantageous mechanical properties. A thin-walled base fixing adapter 100 that fits snugly on the receptacle base 210 (see figure 23) may be particularly beneficial.
[0072] The base fixing adapter 100 may be made of polymer material. Advantages involve low weight, low material costs and elastic deformability. The base fixing adapter 100 may be made of polypropylene, a material that is suitable for manufacture by injection moulding and is comparably low cost. Further, polypropylene is resistant to chemicals, may be impact resistant and have high flexural strength. Another conceivable material is metal such as stainless steel. The base fixing adapter 100 may be of a shape that that may be produced by additive layer manufacturing, which is particularly suitable for small series. In other words, the base fixing adapter 100 may be of a shape that may be built up in successive layers of material under computer control.
[0073] Referring to figures 21 and 22, the base fixing adapter 100 may be essentially bowlshaped. The base fixing adapter 100 may be circular. In use, the base fixing adapter 100 is aligned with the longitudinal direction of the receptacle 200 and of the lockable receptacle holder 10. In other words, the bowl opening faces the receptacle 200. In the current example, the diameter of the bowl-shaped base fixing adapter 100 is approximately 6 times the height of the bowl-shaped base fixing adapter 100, a typical range for the ratio being 4 to 8.
[0074] The rim or brim of the bowl-shaped base fixing adapter 100 may form the receptacle interface 110. The bottom, more precisely the inner bottom, of the bowl-shaped base fixing adapter 100 may be essentially, or entirely, flat. The transition from the bowl bottom to the rim 110 may be rounded, as is illustrated. The holder interface 120 may, as is shown, protrude from the bottom, more precisely outer bottom, of the bowl-shaped base fixing adapter 100. The holder interface 120 may be a number of protrusions 122, 124, 127 arranged in a pattern that fits the shape of the base support 20, such that a positive fit, optionally a snap-fit, may be formed between the holder interface 120 and the base support 20.
[0075] As is illustrated, the base fixing adapter 100 may comprise a plurality of through-holes 130, 128. A through-hole, or through-holes, may prevent water or hygiene products from accumulating in the base fixing adapter 100. Such at least one through-hole may be referred to as a drainage hole. At least one drainage hole may be positioned at, or in the vicinity of, a lowest (in use) point of the base fixing adapter 100. The inner bottom of the base fixing adapter 100 may slope (not illustrated) towards its center. The drainage hole may, as is shown, be positioned in the center of the base fixing adapter 100. The base support 20 may comprise a corresponding drainage opening, which is aligned with the drainage hole of the base fixing adapter 100 (see figure 16). As is clear from e.g. figure 10, the drainage opening may also serve as the fixing through opening described below. The drainage hole 130, if present, is preferably relatively small such that a person’s finger may not pass therethrough. Such a design may be beneficial as it hinders malicious person from pushing the base support 20 and the neck support 30 apart by exercising a force onto the receptacle 200 through the drainage hole 130 of the base fixing adapter 100. Thus, the drainage hole 130 is preferable sized or shaped such that a finger may not pass therethrough. For example, the drainage hole 130 may be circular with a diameter less than 10 millimeters, or less than 5 millimeters. In a real implementation, the size of the through hole 130 is typically smaller than illustrated in the figures.
[0076] As is schematically illustrated by the dashed line in figure 21, the base fixing adapter 100, more precisely its bottom, or support side, may comprise a strengthening rib 129. Thereby the base fixing adapter 100 and in particular the bottom wall may be thin-walled yet strong. In fact, the bottom of the base fixing adapter 100 may be thinner than its rim 110. The strengthening rib 129 may be C-shaped as seen in a plan view (from below during use). Thereby, the C-shaped strengthening rib 129 may essentially encircle the base fixing adapter 100 while leaving room for the base support 20 to extend into the holder interface 120. The protrusions 122, 124, 127 may also, in addition to the strengthening rib 129, act to strengthen the thin-walled base fixing adapter 100.
[0077] In the current example, the receptacle interface 110 comprises at least one protrusion 112 and the holder interface 120 comprises at least one protrusion 122. By means of the protrusions, the base fixing adapter 100 may engage both the receptacle 200 and the lockable receptacle holder 10 in a positive fit. Thus, the receptacle 200 and the lockable receptacle holder 10 may engage in a positive fit. The base fixing adapter 100 may in other words function as an adapter that accomplishes a secure, positive, fit between the receptacle 200 and the lockable receptacle holder 10.
[0078] The lockable receptacle holder 10, more precisely its base support 20, may be free from protrusions that protrude toward the receptacle 200. The base support 20 may, as is shown, have a flat surface facing the receptacle 200. Such a lockable receptacle holder 10 may be suitable for selective use with or without a base fixing adapter 100. As has been mentioned, the base fixing adapter 100 is preferably thin-walled. In particular a thinwalled bottom (positioned between the receptacle and the base part) of the base fixing adapter 100 is advantageous to facilitate selective use of the lockable receptacle holder 10 with or without a base fixing adapter 100.
[0079] As is clear from e.g. figures 18 and 23 in conjunction, with the current design the receptacle base 210 typically cannot be removed from the base support 20 by a movement in the lateral direction without breaking or at least deforming one of the receptacle 200, the base fixing adapter 100 or the lockable receptacle holder 10. The lateral direction, or (in use) horizontal direction, corresponds to a direction that is essentially normal to the longitudinal direction of the receptacle 200 and to the lockable receptacle holder 10. In use, the longitudinal direction corresponds to the vertical direction. The neck support 30 hinders the neck or shoulder 230 of the receptacle from being moved in the lateral direction, and hinders the receptacle 200 from being moved in the longitudinal direction away from the base support 20.
[0080] In other undepicted examples, the base support 20 may instead or in addition comprise a protrusion that engages a recess in the base fixing adapter 100.
[0081] As mentioned, the receptacle interface 110 of the base fixing adapter 100 may comprise, or more precisely may consists of, a rim 112 that is configured to at least party surround the receptacle base 210.
[0082] As is shown, the rim 112 may extend continuously around the circumference of the base fixing adapter 100. Such a rim 112 may securely hold the receptacle base 210, and may facilitate the manufacture of the base fixing adapter 100. The rim 112 need however not be continuous but may be formed of separate sections or may comprise a number of through-holes.
[0083] In other undepicted examples, the receptacle interface 110 may be formed of a lattice structure or of a number (preferably at least three) of bars that are positioned substantially equidistant around the circumference of the receptacle base 210.
[0084] The receptacle interface 110 is configured to at least party surround the receptacle base 210. The longitudinal extension (height) of the portion (for example the rim 112) of the receptacle interface 110 that least party surround the receptacle base 210 should be sufficiently large to secure the receptacle base 210, yet not too large such that the label of the receptacle is not obscured or covered. A suitable longitudinal extension, or height, of said portion is 10-30 millimeters. Thus, the height of the bowl-shaped base fixing adapter 100 may be 10-30 millimeters.
[0085] As has been mentioned, the holder interface 120 of the base fixing adapter 100 may be configured to engage the base support 20 of the lockable receptacle holder 10 in a positive fit. The holder interface 120 may in addition be configured to engage the base support 20 in a snap-fit, as is illustrated in figures 8 and 10. A snap-fit connection may facilitate the base fixing adapter 100 remaining attached to the base support 20 when the receptacle is typically pulled out from, the base fixing adapter 100. Still, the snap-fit allows for the base fixing adapter 100 being removed from the lockable receptacle holder 10 for cleaning, replacement (size or colour change) or exchange (if broken or worn). Thus, a snap-fit may facilitate handling.
[0086] In undepicted alternatives, the holder interface 120 may be configured to engage the base support 20 in a friction-fit. However, a snap-fit connection may be may be preferred as it allows release by a predetermined force that is not greatly affected by moisture or potentially lubricating hygiene products.
[0087] Typically, the holder interface 120, e.g. by means of the snap-fit connection, may be configured such that a greater force is required for removing the base fixing adapter 100 from the base support 20 than from the receptacle 200. The base fixing adapter 100 may be configured to be attached to the receptacle base 210 in a friction-fit connection, but may in some examples not be configured to attach to (but only at least partly surround) the receptacle base 210 at all.
[0088] As is shown, the holder interface 120 may comprises protruding portions 122, 124 (or bulges) that define a groove 125 for receiving the base support 20. More precisely, there are inner and outer 122, 124 protruding portions between which the groove 125 is defined. As is illustrated, the outer protruding portion 124 may extend continuously around the groove 125 to thereby strengthen the base fixing adapter 100. As is shown, the strengthening rib 129 may be distanced from the outer protruding portion 124 of the holder interface 120 and may be positioned close to the outer circumference of the base fixing adapter 100. Apart from providing increased strengthening, a strengthening rib 129 positioned radially outside the holder interface 120 may improve the visual appearance of the base fixing adapter 100 as the strengthening rib 129 may at least partly cover (in a side view) the holder interface 120.
[0089] The groove 125 may secure the base fixing adapter 100 and thus the receptacle 200 against the receptacle being pulled or pushed laterally. In the current embodiment, the groove 125 (and thus the protruding portions 122, 124) is essentially U-shaped or horseshoe-shaped. The groove 125 is shaped to receive a correspondingly shaped portion 22 of the base support 20 of the lockable receptacle holder 10. In the shown embodiment of the lockable receptacle holder 10, the base support 20 is essentially U-shaped or horseshoe-shaped. Referring in particular to figure 21, the holder interface 120 comprises a hook portion 127 for engaging the base support 20 in a snap-fit. In the current example, there are three hook portions 127 arranged at a distance from one another. The hook portion 127 is comprised in the inner protruding portions 122. The hook portion 127 may be referred to as a cantilever snap-fit.
[0090] The current hook portion 127 extends adjacent an elongated through-hole 128 or slot. In more detail, the hook portion 127 comprises a proximal end at a center plane of the base fixing adapter 100. A distal end of the hook portion 217 is configured the engage the base support 20, i.e. comprises an undercut. The hook portion 127, or more precisely its proximal end, extends adjacent the elongated through-hole 128. Such a design facilities the hook portion 217 being formed by injection moulding, using only two moulds. The length of the elongated through-hole 128 equals the width of the hook portion 127.
[0091] The base support 20 comprises a fixing through opening 25 through which the hook portion 127 extends. The essentially U-shaped or horseshoe-shaped base support 20 defines the fixing through opening 25.
[0092] Referring in particular to figures 13 to 20 and 23, the lockable receptacle holder 10 (also the holder 10’ of the second embodiment) comprises a base support 20 for supporting the receptacle base 210 of the receptacle 200, a neck support 30 for supporting the neck or shoulder 230 of the receptacle 200, and a base fixing adapter 100. As described above either a first elongated holder back portion 41 or a second elongated holder back portion 42, by means of which the lockable receptacle holder 10 may be fixed (typically by screws, adhesive tape or glue) to for example a wall or stand. The first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42 extend between the base support 20 and the neck support 30, and they are moveable in relation to each other. In the present disclosure the second elongated holder back portion 42 is fixed to the wall or stand, and the first elongated holder back portion 41 is movable in relation to the second elongated holder back portion 42. The lockable receptacle holder, excluding the base fixing adapter 100, may be of the type disclosed in W02021076034A1 or WO2021177878A1 with the addition of the first elongated holder back portion 41 and the second elongated holder back portion 42 according to the present disclosure.
[0093] Thus, referring to W02021076034A1 (reference numerals indicated in present figures 19 and 20), the lockable receptacle holder may comprise a holder base portion (corresponding to the above-described base support 20) configured to support the bottom of a receptacle, a holder upper portion (corresponding to the above-described neck support 30).
[0094] The lockable receptacle holder may further comprise a confining member 50 having a hook-shaped front portion and pivotally attached to the holder upper portion so that the confining member 50 may pivot relative the holder upper portion between a closed position and a release position. In the closed position (see e.g. present figure 13), the hook-shaped front portion and the holder upper portion form an at least partially closed space for confining the neck and / or the shoulder of the receptacle. In the release position (c.f. present figure 19), the hook-shaped front portion and the holder upper portion are spaced apart to allow removal of a receptacle from the receptacle holder.
[0095] The confining member 50 may be pivotally attached to the holder upper portion by a pivot shaft (pivot axis indicated in figure 15) extending through a rear portion of the holder upper portion and a rear portion of the confining member 50.
[0096] The lockable receptacle holder may further comprise a locking member 60 attached to one of the holder upper portion and the confining member 50 and having a locking portion configured to be received into one opening of a through-hole 32 (c.f. present figure 23) in the other of the holder upper portion and the confining member 50 when the confining member 50 is in the closed position, thereby preventing movement of the confining member 50.
[0097] The locking portion, and typically the entire locking member 60, may be resilient so that it may be brought out of engagement with the through-hole 32 by application of a force onto the locking portion through the other opening of the through-hole thereby allowing the confining member 50 to be pivoted relative the holder upper portion.
[0098] Referring to WO2021177878 Al (reference numerals indicated in present figures 19 and 20), the lockable receptacle holder (10; 10’) may comprise holder base portion (corresponding to the present base support 20) configured to support the bottom of a receptacle, a holder upper portion (corresponding to the present neck support 30).
[0099] The holder upper portion may comprise an at least partially closed space configured to at least partially enclose and releasably confine the neck or shoulder of the receptacle placed on the holder base portion.
[0100] The lockable receptacle holder may further comprise a confining member 50 having a hook-shaped front portion and pivotally attached to the holder upper portion by a pivot shaft (pivot axis indicated in figure 9) so that the confining member 50 may pivot relative the holder upper portion between a closed position (figure 13) in which the hook shaped front portion and the holder upper portion form the at least partially closed space for confining the neck and / or the shoulder of the receptacle, and a release position (figure 19) in which the hook-shaped front portion and the holder upper portion are spaced apart to allow removal of the receptacle from the receptacle holder.
[0101] In alternative to the pivotal confining member, the holder upper portion may comprise a closed space configured to enclose and releasably confine the neck or shoulder of the receptacle placed on the holder base portion, and the upper holding portion may be releasably attachable by screws to the holder back portion.
[0102] As mentioned above, the lockable receptacle holder may further comprise a cap locking member 80 for preventing removal of a cap of the receptacle in the receptacle holder, wherein the cap locking member 80 has a first cap locking section extending upwards from the holder upper portion and a second cap locking section extending laterally from the first cap locking section over a portion of the space such that second cap locking section extends over a portion of the cap of the receptacle placed on the holder base portion.
[0103] In the disclosed example of the lockable receptacle holder 10, the neck support 30 comprises a pivotally attached confining member 50 that is pivotable between a closed position (figure 13) wherein an at least partially closed space for confining the neck and / or the shoulder 230 of the receptacle 200 is formed and a release position (figure 19) in which removal of the receptacle 200 from the lockable receptacle holder 10 is allowed. Such a design involves the advantage that the receptacle 200 may be secured in the lockable receptacle holder 10 using one hand only.
[0104] The applicant reserves the right, should any of the features of W02021076034A1 or WO2021177878 Al be considered essential to the present disclosure, to incorporate such features into the present disclosure in order to provide further details on plausible lockable receptacle holders as such.
[0105] Referring to figure 23, a method of securing a receptacle 200 to a lockable receptacle holder 10 comprising a base fixing adapter 100 will next be described. The lockable receptacle holder and the base fixing adapter 100 may be of the above types.
[0106] The method of securing the receptacle 200 comprises three main steps 101, 102, 103. Apart from the last step of actuating the neck confiner (step 103), the steps of the method may performed in any order.
[0107] A first step 101 involves attaching the base fixing adapter 100 to a receptacle base 210 of the receptacle 200. This step may comprise pushing the receptacle base 210 into the base fixing adapter 100, more precisely into a receptacle interface 110. Typically, the base fixing adapter 100 is thereafter retained on the receptacle base 210 in a friction-fit.
[0108] A second step 102 involves attaching the base fixing adapter 100 to a base support 20 of the lockable receptacle holder 10. This step may comprise pushing the base fixing adapter 100 in the longitudinal direction towards the base support 20 until a snap-fit (or friction- fit) connection is obtained. If the base fixing adapter 100 is already attached to the receptacle 200, this step 102 may be performed by a user holding the receptacle 200 (with the base fixing adapter 100 attached thereto) while pushing the receptacle 200 with the base fixing adapter 100 towards the base support 20 until the connection is obtained.
[0109] Again, the two just mentioned steps 101, 102 may be performed in the reversed order. Thus, the first step may involve attaching the base fixing adapter 100 alone to the base support 20. The user may in such case place the base fixing adapter 100 on the base support 20 and subsequently press the base fixing adapter 100 towards the base support 20 until engagement is obtained. This may be performed using one hand only. In fact, provided that a base fixing adapter 100 and a lockable receptacle holder 10 as exemplified in the figures is used, the method of securing the receptacle 200 to the lockable receptacle holder 10 may be performed using one hand only.
[0110] A third step 103 involves attaching a neck or shoulder 230 of the receptacle 20 to the lockable receptacle holder 10 by means of a neck support 30 of the lockable receptacle holder 10. This step may involve pivoting a confining member 50 or attaching releasable holder upper portion (see WO2021177878A1 figures 7a and 7b) by screws. When the confining member 50 has been pivoted to an inner end position, or closed position, the confining member 50 may be locked by a resilient locking member 60 entering into a through-hole 32 (see present figure 13 and W02021076034A1 or WO2021177878A1).
[0111] Referring still to figure 23, a method of removing a receptacle 200 that is secured to the lockable receptacle holder 10 next be briefly described. The method of removing the receptacle 200 essentially corresponds to performing the method of securing a receptacle 200 in the reverse order (but the base fixing adapter 100 need not be removed from the base support 20). However, a first removing step may comprise inserting (see arrow pointing downwards towards through hole 32) an undepicted tool through the through- hole 32 to bring the resilient locking member 60 out of engagement with the through-hole 32 (WO2021177878A1 figure 2 or 4a) to thereby free the pivotable confining member 50. The base fixing adapter 100 may be configured such that a greater force is required to separate it from the base support 20 than from the receptacle 200. Thus, advantageously, when the receptacle 200 is removed to be refilled or exchanged, the base fixing adapter 100 may typically remain attached to the base support 20. Next, the second example of a base fixing adapter will be described, with reference to figures 24 and 25. The reference numerals of the first example of the base fixing adapter are used also for the second example, but denoted with a prime.
[0112] The lockable receptacle holder 10’ of the second example differs from the lockable receptacle holder 10 of the first example in that its base support 20’ comprises a separate fixing through opening 25’ for the holder interface 120’ of the base fixing adapter 100’. The base fixing adapter 100’ comprises a receptacle interface 110’ for the receptacle base 210’ of the receptacle and a holder interface 120’ for engaging the base support 20’ of the lockable receptacle holder 10’ . The receptacle interface 110’ is configured to at least party surround the receptacle base.
[0113] The base fixing adapter 100’ is separate from the lockable receptacle holder 10’ . The base fixing adapter 100’ may, as shown in figure 9, be a one-piece element. The base fixing adapter 100’ may be formed by cutting, e.g. laser cutting, a precursor from a metal sheet and subsequently bending the flat precursor to the shape of the base fixing adapter 100’. The base fixing adapter 100’ of the second embodiment is preferably made of metal, such as stainless steel.
[0114] Referring to figures 24 and 25, the base fixing adapter 100’ may generally have the shape of a rod structure with a ring portion and an elongate attachment portion. In use (figure 24), the elongate attachment portion protrudes from the ring portion toward base support 20’. The ring portion, or receptacle portion, may form the receptacle interface 110’ and the attachment portion may form the holder interface 120’.
[0115] Thus, there may be a bend joining the receptacle portion and the base portion, see especially figure 25. Before bending, the base portion preferably extends into the receptacle portion as is apprehended from figure 25.
[0116] The base fixing adapter 100’ is adaptable to receptacles or various shapes and sizes as only the receptacle portion needs to be adapted. The elongate attachment portion, and the cooperating fixing through opening 25’ of the lockable receptacle holder 10’, may remain unchanged for a variety of receptacles. The base fixing adapter 100’ may be configured such that a greater force is required for disengaging the base fixing adapter 100’ from the lockable receptacle holder 10’ than from the receptacle. As is apprehended from figure 24, in use, the holder interface 120’ may be configured to engage the base support 20’ in a positive-fit connection. In the disclosed example, the holder interface 120’ comprises a hook portion 127’ for engaging the base support 20 in a snap-fit connection. The receptacle interface 110’ may be configured to extend continuously around the receptacle.
[0117] As is illustrated in figures 24 and 25, the base portion may comprise two leg portions each comprising a hook portion 127’ for engaging the base support 20’, more precisely, the fixing through opening 25’. The fixing through opening 25’ may be shaped as a slot (whereas the fixing through opening 25 of the first embodiment is essentially circular). The hook portions 127’ may be referred to as cantilever snap-fit.
[0118] The base portion may be elongated and may, as mentioned, comprise two leg portions. The base fixing adapter 100’, including the leg portions of the base portion, may be made of a resilient material, such as metal, e.g. stainless steel. In order to remove the base fixing adapter 100’ from the base support 20’, the user may need to use a pair of pliers, or a similar tool, to force the leg portions together such that the hook portions 127’ may be disengaged from the fixing through opening 25’ (see figure 24).
[0119] Preferably, as is shown, in use the base portion with the hook portions 127’ are positioned on the rear side of the receptacle. In other words, the base portion is preferably positioned between the first holder back portion 41 and the receptacle. Thereby, the major part of the two leg portions are hidden by the receptacle and not accessible to a malicious person who wishes to remove the base fixing adapter 100’ . If the bend, as shown, faces the inner of the receptacle portion, the two leg portions may be positioned close to the receptacle such that access is additionally limited. As is understood, a user who wishes to remove the base fixing adapter 100’ will first remove the receptacle by disengaging the neck support 30’ (not shown in figures 24 or 25).
[0120] The lockable receptacle holder 10 may furthermore comprise a retaining member 26 for preventing removal of a receptacle 200 placed in the receptacle holder 10. The retaining member 26 is configured to help retain the receptacle 200 in the lockable receptacle holder 10. It does so by engaging in particular a lower part of the receptacle when the receptacle is attempted to be moved in a sideways direction and retaining it on the base portion 20. The lower part is the part closer to the base support 60 when placed in the holder 10, such as the lower half of the receptacle 200, such as the underside of the receptacle 200, i.e. the side that the receptacle 200 stands on. While the upper part of the receptacle may be held in place by for example a confining member 50, the lower part of the receptacle may be laterally movable away from the base support 20 by the receptacle being pivoted. This may especially be true in absence of a base fixing adapter 100. Such a movement is countered by the retaining member 26. By engaging the receptacle, the retaining member 26 may at least hinder the receptacle from a lateral movement. When the lower part of the receptacle is hindered from a lateral movement, is engaged or is securely held, by the retaining member 26, while the neck or shoulder of the receptacle is confined (in other words securely held) by the confining member 50 and / or cap locking member 80, the receptacle is well protected against theft.
[0121] The retaining member 26 may be formed by the same material as the base portion 20, and may be an integral part of the base portion. It may also be formed as a separate part that is attached to the base support 20. It may be formed by a hard material such as metal or plastic, such that it firmly holds the receptacle 200 in place.
[0122] Especially adapted for receptacles 200 where the underside has an indentation (such as an inward bulge), the retaining member 26 may comprise an upwards protruding structure integral with or placed upon the base support 20, which structure reaches upwards from the base support 20 and into the indentation when such a receptacle is placed in the lockable receptacle holder 10.
[0123] Shown in figures 33 to 35 are three different angled views of a holder 10 with a retaining member 26 formed as a ring-shaped protrusion extending upwards from the base support 20 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the base support 20, i.e. extending towards the intended placement of the underside of a receptacle 20. The protrusion may have openings in the ring-shaped wall, such that it is not a continuous ring, but still essentially forming a ring-shape. The protrusion may be positioned on the base support 20 within the area of the intended placement of the underside of a receptacle 200, such that is reaches into an indentation of a thereon placed receptacle, if such an indentation is present, when the receptacle is held by the holder 10. The protrusion may be non-visible, when a receptacle is placed in the lockable receptacle holder 10. The protrusion is configured to abut the underside of the receptacle 20 at least if the lower part of the receptacle 200 is moved in a sideways direction, thereby hindering further movement. The protrusion may also be a solid rod-shaped protrusion, without a cavity making it ring-formed. A ringshaped protrusion or a rod-like protrusion may be covered by a bulge on top.
[0124] Figures 36 and 37 show two different views (front and side) of a lockable receptacle holder 10 with another example of a retaining member 26. The retaining member 26 has the shape of an upwards directed bulge, which similarly to the abovementioned protrusion may reach into an indentation of a receptacle 200. The bulge may for example, as shown in the figures, be formed as a partial hemisphere, or may have a more conical structure. The bulge may be integral with the base support and be formed by a raised shape of at least a part of the base support 20, which may be solid or may be hollow, hollow then meaning that there is a recess on the underside of the base support 20. The bulge may alternatively be formed as a separate part placed upon the base support 20, forming a hollow or solid bulge. The bulge may be intended to vertically overlap (cover) the entire underside of a receptacle 200, or extend outside of its placement surface, or vertically overlap only a smaller area of the underside of the receptacle 200 such that it is not visable when a receptacle is placed in the lockable receptacle holder 10. The bulge maybe placed on a raised platform on the base support 20. The platform may be circular.
[0125] Shown in figures 38 to 40 are three different angled views of a holder 10 with a retaining member 26 formed as an upwards directed bulge with an additional protrusion on top. This additional protrusion may for example be rod-shaped or ring-shaped. The design may be configured to match the underside of a specific receptacle 200, acting as an anchor. The bulge could alternatively or additionally have a recess, matching a shape of an underside of a receptacle 200.
[0126] In addition, the present disclosure also relates to a method of securing a receptacle to a lockable receptacle holder 10 as described above. The method comprising mounting either the first elongated holder back portion or the second elongated holder back portion to a wall or stand, arranging the other of the first elongated holder back portion or the second elongated holder back portion opposite to the mounted of the first elongated holder back portion or the second elongated holder back portion, positioning the other of the first elongated holder back portion or the second elongated holder back portion in relation to the mounted of the first elongated holder back portion or the second elongated holder back portion in a predetermined distance between the base support and the neck support, attaching the other of the first elongated holder back portion or the second elongated holder back portion to the mounted of the first elongated holder back portion or the second elongated holder back portion, arranging the receptacle between the support base and the neck support, and locking the receptacle to the lockable receptacle holder.
[0127] In addition, a cap locking member may be arranged in connection with the neck support at least before the receptacle is arranged between the support base and the neck support.
[0128] Furthermore, a base fixing member may be arranged in connection with the base support at least before the receptacle is arranged between the support base and the neck support.
[0129] Moreover, the other of the first elongated holder back portion or the second elongated holder back portion not being mounted to the wall or stand is replaceable enabling that it may be detached and replaced with another having different dimensions so that another receptacle having another design and size may be hold and maintained.
[0130] Figures 26a-26b to 29a-29b disclose different types and designs of receptacle arranged in the lockable receptacle holder 10 according to the disclosure. The figures ending with a ”a” are disclosing the receptacle 200 in a front view and the figures ending with a “b” are disclosing the receptacles 200 in a back view wherein the lockable receptacle holder 10 is visible. Figures 26a-26b to 29a-29b show how flexible the design of the lockable receptacle holder 10 according to the disclosure is and how it may be adjusted to many different design and sizes of the receptacle 200.
[0131] Figure 30 discloses another example of the lockable receptacle holder 10 where the support base 20 has a base aperture 21 arranged in the center of the base support 20. In figure 31, the base fixing adapter 100 has been arranged on top of the base support 20 and is releasable connected with the base support by a fastening member, such as a screw (not shown), is introduced into the base aperture from below of the base support and screwed into a threaded hole in a bottom of the base fixing adapter 100. Hereby, the base fixing adapter 100 is releasable connected with the base support in an expedient manner.
[0132] In figure 32, an example of a releasable cap locking member 80 is shown. The cap locking member 80 comprises a first part 81, a second part 82 and a third part 83. The first part is substantially horizontal and is configured to be attached to the neck support via part aperture 85. The previously described pivot joint projects through the part aperture 85 when the cap locking member 80 is arranged in relation to neck support. The fastening element is configured to hold and maintain the cap locking member to the neck support. It is expedient that the cap locking member 80 is connected to an underside of the neck support. Hereby the cap locking member 80 is releasable attached to the neck support and may be added in circumstances where a higher security is needed and omitted in other circumstances. The second part 82 is substantially vertical and is extending between the first part 81 and the second part 83. The second part 82 is configured to extend upwards and past the neck support. Also, it is configured to be present in a slot or recess in the neck support so that it is maintained in relation to the neck support and any lateral movements of the cap locking member 80 is avoided. The third part 83 is also substantially horizontal. The third part 83 is configured to be arranged above the cap of a receptacle or abut the cap so that it is ensured that it cannot be unscrewed from the receptacle. The third part 83 also has an open space 86 enabling that a dispenser of the receptacle may from the cap protrude upwards through the open space. Furthermore, the cap locking member 80 may have different designs to encompasses different designs of the receptacles and their caps. By making the cap locking member 80 releasable it is possible to replace the cap locking member 80 without replacing the entire lockable receptacle holder.
