Abstract
Description
Unmanned, automatic, non-stop organic smart farm system
[0001] The present invention relates to a non-stop smart farm system that automatically cultivates plants in an organic manner without using chemical fertilizers, chemical pesticides, or growth promoters by planting plants in a mixture of topsoil and peat, and irrigating and spraying with hydrogen water, unmanned or with minimal labor.
[0002] Even in the existing field cultivation and greenhouse facility cultivation, it was impossible to grow plants in soil without chemical pesticides or fertilizers due to the various insects and fungi in the soil depending on the soil and soil quality.
[0003] When it comes to the basic conditions for sowing seeds in the field and sprouting and growing, most plants grow according to the "law of the minimum" based on the least given conditions such as sunlight, nutrients, moisture, temperature, and acidity (Ph), and after a certain period of growth, they are harvested.
[0004] The nature of the soil in which the seeds are sown can affect their growth, but fundamentally, even if there is sufficient moisture and nutrients, if the temperature conditions necessary for growth are not right, or if there is not enough light necessary for photosynthesis or if the temperature conditions are bad, the seeds will not grow well. Even if all conditions are right, if the acidity (Ph) is not right, it can have a huge impact on growth.
[0005] With the recent advancement of IT technology, much research and development is being conducted to integrate IT and automation technologies into plant cultivation systems to cultivate plants more uniformly and efficiently.
[0006] Patent No. 10-2053997, published on December 12, 2019, relates to a "plant cultivation system using a trolley conveyor," and relates to a plant cultivation system in which plant pots are moved in a suspended state in the air by a trolley conveyor, so that the quality of plants planted in all plant pots within the plant cultivation factory can be managed equally. The plant cultivation system disclosed herein comprises: a plant cultivation factory (100) having windows formed on the ceiling and outer walls; a trolley conveyor (200) provided on the upper part of the plant cultivation factory (100) for supporting a plurality of plant pots in which plants are planted so as to be able to move while suspended in the air; It includes a control unit (300) that controls the operation of the trolley conveyor (200) according to the temperature and humidity of each area inside the plant cultivation factory (100), and the trolley conveyor (200) includes a track unit (210) formed in a zigzag closed loop shape on the ceiling of the plant cultivation factory; a chain unit (220) provided to be movable along the track unit (210); a plurality of hanger units (260) that are fixedly connected to the chain unit (220) at regular intervals and move along the track unit (210) together with the chain unit (220); and a pot support unit (270) that is fixedly connected to the lower part of each of the plurality of hanger units (260) and has a pot loading plate (271) on which a plant pot (A) is placed.
[0007] It is similar to the smart farm technology that cultivates plants at high density on the rooftops of high-rise buildings commercialized by the Canadian VertiCrop system in 2010, but there is no specific disclosure yet regarding a non-stop smart farm system that can move the plant pots in which plants are grown more stably and reduce the occurrence of breakdowns in equipment that moves the track.
[0008] Furthermore, the agricultural techniques involved in plant cultivation require extensive experience and knowledge. Depending on the crop, planting time, soil, temperature, sunlight for photosynthesis, moisture, acidity (pH), and nutrient supply must be optimized. Experience in pesticide use and other responses to growth, development, and pests is essential.
[0009] Efforts are underway to build an artificial intelligence smart farm system that can incorporate agricultural expertise and farmers' farming experience into a smart farm cultivation environment.
[0010] One purpose of the present invention is to provide an efficient organic smart farm system that does not use chemical pesticides, chemical fertilizers, etc. by using artificial soil.
[0011] Another object of the present invention is to provide a smart farm system that can cultivate plants at high density with less occurrence of breakdown by using a cultivation bed transport system that distributes the load.
[0012] Another object of the present invention is to provide a modular organic smart farm system capable of cultivating various plants at different water levels.
[0013] Another object of the present invention is to provide an organic smart farm system that allows experts to remotely support cultivation history management and facility status inspection using an identification system.

[0076] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0077] Figure 1 is a drawing showing a schematic configuration of an organic smart farm system according to one embodiment.
[0078] According to one aspect of the proposed invention, an unmanned automatic cultivation non-stop organic smart farm system supplies hydrogen water to a flower pot cultivation bed (12) containing soil mixed with topsoil and peat at a predetermined ratio to cultivate plants without using chemical fertilizers or chemical pesticides.
[0079] Bed soil is an artificial soil designed to allow crops to sprout and grow without problems for a while. Its raw materials include cocopeat, vermiculite, zeolite, perlite, coal ash, and white peat moss. Cocopeat is made from the fibrous part of coconut husks and has excellent water-holding and nutrient-holding properties. Vermiculite and zeolite are porous materials with high water-holding capacity, while coal ash from thermal power plants, which contains alkaline components, reacts with the acidic white peat moss to create the optimal acidity for each plant type. Perlite has excellent ventilation and water permeability.
[0080] Peat, or peatmoss, is a soil made from peat. Peat is the first step in the process of coal formation, formed by the decay of dead trees, shrubs, and moss in shallow, acidic water. Peat is physicochemically stable, so it doesn't hinder the growth of cultivated plants. Its excellent water-holding and fertility properties make it a natural fertilizer. Due to its acidic nature, it is best used with alkaline hydrogen water.
[0081] Peat is used in the range of 10% to 50% of the total artificial soil. Preferably, it can be used in the range of 20% to 40%, and more preferably, in the range of 30% to 40%.
[0082] When cultivating plants in an artificial soil mixed with peat moss in a flowerpot, the moisture supply conditions can be changed to maximize root growth through hygroscopicity and absorption. To neutralize the acidity of the peat moss, which is rich in nutrients essential for plant growth such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, slightly alkaline hydrogen water with a dissolved hydrogen concentration of 500 ppb can be supplied, allowing plants to be cultivated under optimal pH conditions depending on the plant type. Furthermore, optimal photosynthetic and temperature conditions can be set for each plant type, increasing the efficiency of plant cultivation.
[0083] An organic unmanned automatic cultivation smart farm system according to one embodiment includes a smart farm housing, an upper rail (8), a lower rail (7), an upper roller assembly (9), a lower roller assembly (6), an upper and lower connecting member (10), and a cultivation support member (11).
[0084] The smart farm housing includes a plant cultivation room, which is a space for growing plants inside, and one side of the exterior of the plant cultivation room has a reflectivity greater than a transmittance, and the remaining sides and the ceiling have a transmittance greater than a reflectivity.
[0085] In an additional aspect, the organic smart farm system further includes a light emitting diode (28). The light emitting diode (28) is positioned in the central portion of the smart farm housing and emits light used for artificial photosynthesis toward the flower pot cultivation zone passing through the central portion.
[0086] To facilitate photosynthesis, an essential element for plant growth, the smart farm housing features three side walls and a ceiling excluding the north side, with transmittance greater than reflectance, allowing sunlight to pass through. The north side wall, on the other hand, has a reflectance greater than transmittance, thereby enhancing the photosynthetic effect. Areas lacking sunlight in the central area can be compensated for with artificial photosynthesis using light-emitting diodes (28).
[0087] According to another aspect, the organic smart farm system includes a heat pump, a far-infrared ray emitter, and a vent. The heat pump is used for heating and cooling to maintain an appropriate temperature within the smart farm. The far-infrared ray emitter emits far-infrared rays in the 4000 nm band to promote plant growth. The vent can ventilate the air in the plant cultivation room and expel heat. The organic smart farm system may further include a blower that forces air circulation through the traction effect of the disk array interface in the vent.
[0088] Smart farm housing, especially the plant cultivation room, minimizes temperature loss with multi-wall insulation that blocks heat and insulates. A heat pump regulates the temperature inside the smart farm for heating and cooling. A far-infrared ray generator (29) irradiates plants with 4000 nm far-infrared rays to promote plant growth. Ventilation openings are provided in the plant cultivation room and certain sections of the roof for ventilation purposes, and hot air can be dissipated by blowing air using a disc interface traction effect blower.
[0089] By installing a semi-transparent curtain or an electronic liquid crystal curtain and a pink curtain, the temperature, humidity, and sunlight (photosynthetic amount) of the plants being grown can be controlled to the optimal conditions, so that the plant cultivation system and method of the present invention can be applied to grow and cultivate plants according to the maximum laws not only in the latitude of Korea (Korea) where the temperature changes in the four seasons are distinct, but also under any climate conditions. The organic smart farm system may further include a photosynthesis control system. The photosynthesis control system includes a pink curtain installed on the ceiling of the smart farm. By doubling the photosynthesis of the leaves of the plants being grown by the pink wavelength, the leaves can grow larger.
[0090] The upper rail (8) is formed so that the inside of the cross-section is hollow, the upper surface of the cross-section is inclined outward, and the cross-section has overall vertical symmetry and left-right symmetry, and the start and end points are connected inside the plant cultivation room to form an endless track.
[0091] The lower rail (7) is arranged in a vertically symmetrical shape with the upper rail (8) at a lower position symmetrical to the upper rail (8).
[0092] The flowerpot cultivation beds (12) are fixed to the cultivation bed support member (11) and, as the upper and lower roller assemblies move, they pass through the cultivation section, growth section, hydrogen water supply and spray section (20), natural photosynthesis section (18) by the sun (15), artificial photosynthesis section (28) using light-emitting diodes, growth and history management section (23), rail system inspection section (24), harvesting and automatic harvesting section (76), etc., along the upper and lower rails, and the plants are cultivated unmanned and automatically.
[0093] The upper rail (8), the lower rail (7), the upper roller assembly (9), the lower roller assembly (6), the upper and lower connecting members (10), and the cultivation support member (11) will be described later with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4.
[0094] According to an additional aspect, the upper roller assembly (9) or the lower roller assembly (6) is provided with a roller assembly identification tag (30). The roller assembly identification tag can be implemented as a barcode or RFID tag. A roller assembly identification tag (30) in the form of a barcode is illustrated in FIG. 3.
[0095] The organic smart farm system further includes a roller assembly tag reader (not shown) and a vibration detection device (24). The roller assembly tag reader recognizes the roller assembly identification tag (30). The vibration detection device (24) detects vibration of the upper roller assembly or the lower roller assembly.
[0096] The above organic smart farm system, when it determines that there is an abnormality in the vibration detection device, transmits a replacement signal for a roller assembly having an identification tag recognized by a roller assembly tag reader to the manager terminal.
[0097] Using the operating time of the roller assembly, the mean time between failure (MTBF) of the ball bearing can be calculated, and a message notifying replacement before a failure occurs can be generated. Since noise or vibration is a sign of failure due to wear, a microphone or camera can be used in addition to a vibration sensor to detect failure. The measured data is stored in the manufacturing history database (26) through the control unit (77). If there is a sign of failure, communication can be made with the non-stop remote support system (81) through the communication unit (78). By detecting signs of failure, wheels or ball bearings of roller assemblies corresponding to tags with abnormalities can be replaced in advance, thereby implementing a non-stop, fault-free smart farm.
[0098] According to an additional aspect, the above-mentioned flowerpot cultivation bed (12) or flowerpot cultivation container (58) is provided with a cultivation bed identification tag.
[0099] The above organic smart farm system includes a cultivation bed tag reader (not shown), an image capturing device (23), and a cultivation history database (79). The image capturing device (23) may include an image recognition device.
[0100] The cultivation bed tag reader recognizes the cultivation bed identification tag. The image capture and image recognition device (23) photographs plants grown in the flowerpot cultivation bed and recognizes the photographed plants. The cultivation history database (79) stores the cultivation conditions and growth history of the cultivated plants.
[0101] Cultivation data measured by video recording and video recognition devices (23) etc. are stored in a database (79) through a control unit (77) and can be connected to a remote production history support system (80) through a communication unit (78).
[0102] The organic smart farm system records the growth status of plants grown in flowerpot cultivation beds with identification tags recognized by the cultivation bed tag reader at predetermined intervals using an image capture and image recognition device, stores the records in a cultivation history database (79), and transmits data stored in the cultivation history database to the user terminal when a request for production history tracking is received from the user terminal.
[0103] Each cultivation bed's growth process is recorded by date and time using a unique number-based automatic identification barcode / RFID sensor, capturing video and automatic recognition information. This data is then stored in a database of plant growth and cultivation history, a "From Farm to Table" production history system that tracks GAP (Good Agriculture Practice) production history. Using these records, the production history of organically grown plants, free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, can be checked before use.
[0104] In an additional aspect, the organic smart farm system further includes a cultivation history analysis unit. The cultivation history analysis unit includes an artificial intelligence model trained using cultivation conditions and growth history stored in the cultivation history database (79), and outputs cultivation conditions suitable for the cultivated plants.
[0105] Using big data stored in the cultivation history database (79), an AI model is used to manage plant cultivation conditions. By training the AI model using big data reflecting accumulated cultivation conditions and results, increasingly efficient cultivation conditions can be established.
[0106] FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a configuration in which a flower pot cultivation bed is arranged in an organic smart farm system according to one embodiment.
[0107] According to one embodiment, the upper roller assembly (9) is connected to and moves along the upper rail (8). The lower roller assembly (6) is connected to and moves along the lower rail (7).
[0108] The upper and lower connecting members (10) have one end connected to the upper roller assembly (9) and the other end connected to the lower roller assembly (6), so that the upper roller assembly (9) and the lower roller assembly (6) move simultaneously.
[0109] The cultivation support member (11) is arranged at a constant interval between adjacent upper and lower connecting members to support the flower pot cultivation member (12).
[0110] The upper rail (8) can be fixed to the ceiling by an upper rail fixing bracket (16), and the lower rail (7) can be fixed to the floor by a lower rail support (14).
[0111] The upper and lower connecting members (10) can be in the form of a pipe, a hollow, generally rectangular steel pipe, or a member with an H-shaped cross-section. When a rectangular steel pipe is used, it is advantageous for stably fixing the supporting member.

[0113] The upper and lower connecting members (10) and the cultivation bed support member (11) can be connected in a detachable manner for smooth maintenance. To connect the cultivation bed support member (11), the upper and lower connecting members (10) are fixed at the same height as the connecting member (10A) that connects the cultivation bed support member. The connecting member (10A) and the cultivation bed support member are connected so as to be rotatable around a connecting axis (hinge).
[0114] The upper and lower rails and the upper roller assembly (9) and the lower roller assembly (6) are further described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.

[0117] Referring to (a) of Fig. 3, the upper roller assembly (9) is connected to the upper rail (8) and moves along the upper rail. The main load wheel (9A) that receives force from the upper portion uses multiple wheels made of urethane to distribute the load and minimize friction, enabling the flower pot cultivation stand to be continuously moved even with a small amount of power.
[0118] The above lower roller assembly (6) includes a lower roller assembly body (21B), a main load wheel (6A), and a detachment prevention auxiliary wheel (6B).
[0119] Referring to (b) of Fig. 3, the lower roller assembly (6) is connected to the lower rail (7) and moves along the lower rail. The main load wheel (6A) receiving force from the upper portion uses multiple wheels made of urethane to distribute the load and minimize friction, enabling the flower pot cultivation stand to be continuously moved even with a small amount of power.
[0120] The drawing shows a case where there are six main load wheels (9A) and six anti-separation auxiliary wheels (9B), but it is also possible to have four wheels each or eight wheels each.
[0121] FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view specifically showing how the upper roller assembly and the lower roller assembly are connected to the upper rail and the lower rail, respectively, in an organic smart farm system according to one embodiment.
[0122] The upper roller assembly body (21A) is connected to one end of the upper and lower connecting member (10) at the bottom. The main load wheel (9A) rotates around the upper rotation axis of the upper roller assembly body (21A) while contacting the upper surface of the upper rail (8). The anti-separation auxiliary wheel (9B) rotates around the lower rotation axis of the upper roller assembly body (21A) while contacting the lower surface of the upper rail (8).
[0123] The lower roller assembly body (21B) is connected to the other end of the upper and lower connecting members (10) at the upper end. The main load wheel (6A) rotates around the upper rotation axis of the lower roller assembly body (21B) while contacting the upper surface of the lower rail (7). The anti-separation auxiliary wheel (6B) rotates around the lower rotation axis of the lower roller assembly body (21B) while contacting the lower surface of the lower rail (7).
[0124] Referring to Fig. 4, the upper rail (8) and the lower rail (7) are indicated by bold lines, and the cross-section of the portion in contact with the roller assembly is generally circular ("ㅇ" shape). The interior can be formed to be hollow. The left and right ends include sharply raised portions to guide the movement of the roller.
[0125] The upper rail (8) and the lower rail (7) can be formed so that the upper surface (8A) of the cross-section is inclined outward and the cross-section has overall vertical symmetry and left-right symmetry. For example, it can be formed in the shape of a horizontally long diamond or a horizontally long ellipse. Each wheel can rotate around a rotation axis (9C) with respect to the roller assembly body.
[0126] FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing an upper drive gear and a lower drive gear that drive an upper roller assembly and a lower roller assembly, respectively, in an organic smart farm system according to one embodiment.
[0127] According to an additional aspect, the organic smart farm system further includes an upper drive gear (22A) and a lower drive gear (22B).
[0128] The upper drive gear (22A) has a projection that matches the spacing of the upper roller assembly (9) and is positioned to contact a curved portion where the movement direction of the upper roller assembly (9) changes, thereby moving the upper roller assembly (9).
[0129] The lower drive gear (22B) has a projection that matches the spacing of the lower roller assembly (6) and is positioned to contact the curved portion where the direction of the lower roller assembly (6) changes, thereby moving the lower roller assembly (6).
[0130] The upper drive gear (22A) and the lower drive gear (22B) transmit driving force to the upper roller assembly (9) and the lower roller assembly (6), respectively. The projections of the upper drive gear (22A) and the lower drive gear (22B) rotate by contacting the upper and lower connecting members (10) between the upper roller assembly (9) and the lower roller assembly (6), thereby moving the upper roller assembly (9) and the lower roller assembly (6). At this time, the gap (d) between the projections of the upper drive gear (22A) and the lower drive gear (22B) corresponds to the gap between the adjacent upper and lower connecting members (10).
[0131] FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view showing a method of combining flower pot cultivation units in an organic smart farm system according to one embodiment.
[0132] According to an additional aspect, the above-mentioned flowerpot cultivation stand (12) is a modular expansion type that can be used by connecting a plurality of flowerpot cultivation stands horizontally or vertically, including a flowerpot cultivation container (58), a flowerpot water tank (51), and a flowerpot connecting member (53).
[0133] The flowerpot cultivation container (58) contains artificial soil and cultivated plants. The flowerpot water container (51) includes a protrusion formed on the side to separate the flowerpot cultivation container from the floor when installed inside, and one or more open water channels (52A) that can be blocked by a water barrier member (52). The flowerpot connecting member (53) connects the water channels of a plurality of adjacent flowerpot water containers (51).
[0134] The flowerpot water container (51) may have a square bowl shape. A protrusion or ledge (51A) is formed on the inner side of the side wall of the flowerpot water container (51) on which the flowerpot cultivation container (58) can be hung. The flowerpot cultivation container (58) is installed by hanging over the ledge (51A) of the flowerpot water container (51), and at this time, the bottom of the flowerpot cultivation container (58) is installed in a state separated from the bottom of the flowerpot water container (51).
[0135] A water tank (51) for a water fountain includes a water channel (52A) that is open on at least one of its four sides. When a water barrier member (52) is fitted and connected to the open water channel, water is prevented from draining through the water channel. For efficient waterproofing, the water barrier member (52) includes a water barrier gasket (57) formed of an elastic material such as rubber at the portion connected to the water channel (52A) of the water tank (51).
[0136] A water tank (51) can be connected to an adjacent water tank (54) using a water tank connection member (53). The water tank connection member (53) has a waterproof gasket (56) formed of an elastic material such as rubber at the portion connected to the water channels on both sides of the water tank.
[0137] According to an additional aspect, the organic smart farm system further includes a water level control rod (55). The water level control rod (55) includes holes positioned at different heights on different sides of the polygonal column, thereby controlling the water level of the flower pot cultivation tank (58) or flower pot water tank (51) differently depending on the direction in which it is mounted.
[0138] The water in the water tank (51) can be discharged through the water tank drain port (55A). The water tank drain port (55A) is formed so that one side facing the inside of the water tank is open and a polygonal column can be inserted. The water level control rod (55) is composed of a handle portion (62A) and a drain port (62). The drain port has a polygonal rod or column shape so that it can be fitted into the water tank drain port (55A) of a polygonal column shape. For example, referring to Fig. 6, the water tank drain port (55A) and the drain port (62) both have a square column shape.
[0139] Referring to Fig. 6, since the first hole (61) of the water level control rod (55) is positioned toward the open side of the drain, the water tank (51) is filled with water up to the height of the first hole (61). If the water level control rod (55) is turned 90 degrees so that the second hole (60) is positioned, the water tank (51) is filled with water only up to the height of the second hole.
[0140] By using the water level control rod (55), the number of sides of the polygon can be determined, for example, four types of water levels as in the case of Fig. 6. Therefore, the water level can be easily changed by simply changing the direction of the water level control rod (55) and inserting it. That is, if the water level needs to be changed depending on the type of plant, the direction of the water level control rod (55) can be easily changed to adjust the water level suitable for the plant. In addition, the amount of water used can be minimized by the method of adjusting the water level of the flower pot cultivation tank, and the water level can be adjusted according to the type of plant so that the roots can grow fine roots by directing them toward the moisture pooled underneath due to their wettability and water-repellent properties. The water supply cycle can be extended by using the flower pot water tank that assembles and connects the flower pot cultivation tank and multiple cultivation stands, and the essential elements for plant growth can be supplied by mixing topsoil and peat in the flower pot cultivation tank, so that the plants can grow evenly.
[0141] Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which flower pot cultivation units are combined in an organic smart farm system according to one embodiment.
[0142] Referring to Fig. 7, six flower pot cultivation stands (12) are combined. The three at the back show a state in which only flower pot water containers (51) are combined, and the three at the front show a state in which flower pot cultivation containers (58) are mounted. The side forming the last border of the flower pot water container (51) can be closed off by using a water barrier member (52) to close the water channel. Adjacent flower pot water containers (51) can be connected by combining flower pot connecting members (53) to the water channel portions where they touch.
[0143] When the water passage of the water tank connecting member (53) is blocked, the water level of each water tank (51) is determined by its own water level control rod (55). When the water passage of the water tank connecting member (53) is open, the water level of the connected water tank is determined by the lowest water level set among the water level control rods (55).
[0144] The flower pot cultivation container (58) may also include a flower pot drainage port (not shown) and a flower pot water level control rod (55B), just like the flower pot water tank (51). The water level inside the flower pot cultivation container can be easily adjusted using the flower pot drainage port and the flower pot water level control rod (55B).
[0145] FIG. 8 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a method for controlling a water level using a water level control rod in a flower pot cultivation bed in an organic smart farm system according to one embodiment.
[0146] Referring to Fig. 8, the artificial soil (67), which is a mixture of topsoil and peat, is contained in the flowerpot cultivation bed (12), and the state in which the plant (66) to be cultivated is shown. The roots (65) of the plant to be cultivated grow toward moisture. The moisture (68A) sprayed on the flowerpot cultivation bed (12) is stored in an amount equal to the height (68) of the hole (61) of the water level control rod (55), and the excess moisture (68B) is drained, so that an appropriate amount of moisture can be supplied to each plant.
[0147] FIG. 9 is a table showing an example of water level control in a flower pot cultivation zone for each cultivated plant in an organic smart farm system according to one embodiment.
[0148] Referring to (a) of Fig. 9, in the drainage mode for water change, the water levels of both the flower pot water tank and the flower pot cultivation tank are set to the lowest water level. Referring to (b) of Fig. 9, in the case of a long-term watering cycle for flowers, the water level of the flower pot water tank is set to the middle water level, and the water level of the cultivation bed is set to the low water level. Referring to (c) of Fig. 9, in the case of cultivating leafy vegetables on a veranda, the water level of the flower pot water tank is set to the low water level, and the water level of the flower pot cultivation tank is set to the middle water level. Referring to (d) of Fig. 9, in the case of cultivating seedlings, the water levels of both the flower pot water tank and the flower pot cultivation tank can be set to the low water level.
[0149] Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram showing the configuration of a hydrogen water supply device of an organic smart farm system according to one embodiment.
[0150] According to an additional aspect, the organic smart farm system further includes a hydrogen water supply device (92). The hydrogen water supply device (92) includes a pretreatment filter (84), a hydrogen water generation filter (85), a hydrogen dissolved concentration measuring device (89), a hydrogen dissolved concentration compensating device (86), and a flow meter (87), and generates hydrogen water containing 500 ppb or more of dissolved hydrogen using the supplied water.
[0151] The pretreatment filter (84) removes impurities from the supplied water. The hydrogen water generation filter (85) generates hydrogen dissolved in the input water, including magnesium and minerals, to generate hydrogen water. The hydrogen dissolved concentration measuring device (89) measures the dissolved concentration of hydrogen dissolved in the hydrogen water. The hydrogen water dissolved concentration compensating device (86), including an electrolysis device, supplies hydrogen generated from the electrolysis device to the hydrogen water when the dissolved concentration of hydrogen dissolved in the hydrogen water is low, thereby increasing the concentration of hydrogen dissolved in the hydrogen water. The flow meter (87) measures the amount of hydrogen water released.
[0152] According to an additional aspect, the organic smart farm system further includes a hydrogen water spraying device (20). The hydrogen water spraying device (20) receives hydrogen water from the hydrogen water supply device (92), generates fine droplets, and sprays the fine droplets toward the flower pot cultivation bed. Referring to Fig. 1, the hydrogen water spraying device (20) is arranged to spray hydrogen water toward the portion where the rail is convexly formed, thereby spraying hydrogen water onto a plurality of flower pot cultivation beds.
[0153] Referring to Fig. 1, the hydrogen water spraying device (20) is positioned in front of the convexly bent rail and can spray hydrogen water toward the flower pollen cultivation bed passing through this area. Compared to the case where fine droplets are formed using an ultrasonic device and the particles are too large to be sprayed far, the hydrogen water spraying device (20) can spray the fine droplets of hydrogen water into ultrafine particles by using the disk boundary traction effect and centrifugal force of the blower due to the boundary traction effect of the disk rotation. The hydrogen water fine droplets can be used to exterminate pests such as powdery mildew and aphids. At this time, artificial pollination can also be performed by grafting a vision system to precisely spray stamen pollen onto the pistil of a flower. That is, the artificial pollination spraying device may further include an artificial pollination spraying device that sprays stamen pollen toward the flowers and plants so that the position of the flowers of the plants planted in the flower pollen cultivation bed can be identified with the vision system and the stamen pollen can be artificially pollinated onto the pistil, thereby replacing the role of a bee. The artificial insemination spray device can be formed integrally with or separately from the hydrogen water spray device (20). The size of the fine droplets can be formed finely in micro or nano units. Meanwhile, by spraying hydrogen water, harmful factors for plant growth such as pests, powdery mildew, and mold can be eliminated.
[0154] FIG. 11 illustrates an image capturing and image recognition device of an organic smart farm system according to one embodiment and a configuration using the same.
[0155] According to an additional aspect, the organic smart farm system may further include a standard growth information collection unit (120) and a compensation cultivation judgment unit (130).
[0156] Plants grow according to the minimal rule, requiring only the minimum amount of growth conditions—including sunlight, nutrients, moisture, temperature, and pH. The organic smart farm system of the present invention optimizes these minimal conditions, enabling plant growth to be maximized.
[0157] Plant growth can be predicted when it reaches a normal state under standard cultivation conditions. A vast amount of data exists, photographing or recording plants in normal growth states in many existing cultivation environments. This data (e.g., images of plants in normal growth state over a period of time) can be used as a baseline to compare the current state of plants cultivated remotely in an organic smart farm system with captured video information. This can be used to determine whether plants are growing normally and to supplement inadequate cultivation conditions.
[0158] The reference growth information collection unit (120) collects image information and growth information of the normal growth state according to the cultivation time of the plant and stores them in the reference growth information database. The reference growth information collection unit can collect a large amount of data related to plant growth in the form of big data through a network and store them in the reference growth information database. There are no restrictions on the method by which the reference growth information collection unit collects data, and there are no restrictions on the method by which the data is stored in the reference growth information database.
[0159] The compensation cultivation judgment unit (130) uses an artificial intelligence model learned from the image information of normal growth stored in the reference growth information database (152) based on the image information stored in the cultivation history database (79) or the currently filmed image information and the time information (date and time information) when the corresponding image information was filmed to determine the growth status and whether compensation cultivation is necessary based on the determined growth status. That is, the compensation cultivation judgment unit (130) reads a barcode or RFID tag (108) attached to a flowerpot cultivation bed (107) using a cultivation bed tag reader (106) to identify a plant, selects first image information that has been filmed for the corresponding plant and stored in the cultivation history database (79), calculates the cultivation time from the time information when the corresponding image information was filmed, and searches for second image information of a normal growth status that matches the type of identified plant and the cultivation time from the reference growth information database (152). The compensation cultivation judgment unit (130) determines the growth status as one of insufficient growth, normal growth, and excessive growth using an artificial intelligence model trained to judge the growth status using first and second image information as input data. At this time, there is no limitation on the type of artificial intelligence model used.
[0160] Additionally, the compensation cultivation judgment unit (130) can additionally judge the state of cultivation conditions including moisture, nutrients, temperature, sunlight, and acidity (pH) according to the growth state from the image information stored in the cultivation history database (79) and the image information of the normal growth state stored in the reference growth information database (152) using the learned artificial intelligence model. That is, the compensation cultivation judgment unit (130) can judge the growth state of the plant, as well as the state of insufficient, normal, or excessive supply of moisture according to the growth state, the state of insufficient, normal, or excessive supply of nutrients according to the growth state, the state of high, normal, or low temperature according to the growth state, the state of insufficient, normal, or excessive supply of sunlight according to the growth state, and the state of high, normal, or low soil acidity (pH) according to the growth state, and then output the judgements.
[0161] Plant growers can take appropriate measures to supplement cultivation conditions by looking at the judgment results output by the compensation cultivation judgment unit (130).
[0162] According to an additional aspect, the video recording and video recognition device (104) may include a first vision camera (102) that photographs the entire plant planted in the flowerpot cultivation bed (107), and a second vision camera (103) that moves along a camera movement rail (111, 113) to the location of the flowerpot cultivation bed (107) photographed by the first vision camera (102) and photographs a part of the plant planted in the flowerpot cultivation bed (107). The second vision camera (103) is a smaller camera than the first vision camera (102).
[0163] At this time, the video shooting and video recognition device (104) primarily identifies the location of the flower from the video shot by the first vision camera (102), and based on the identified location, positions the second vision camera in front of the location, and through image processing from the location of the second vision camera (103) and the video shot by the second vision camera, identifies the location of the flower of the plant planted in the flowerpot cultivation bed (107).
[0164] The artificial insemination spray device (117) can move to the flower position of the plant planted in the pollen cultivation bed (107) identified by the image shooting and image recognition device (104), that is, move to the position of the second vision camera (103), and spray stamen pollen toward the flowers and plants so that the stamen pollen can artificially fertilize the pistil with the stamen pollen, thereby replacing the role of a bee. For example, when strawberries are being grown in the pollen cultivation bed, the position of the strawberry flower is identified by the image information (29) captured by the first vision camera (102), the second vision camera (103) is positioned in front of the strawberry flower, and the artificial insemination spray device (117) is positioned at the position of the second vision camera (103), so that the stamen pollen of the petals can be sprayed with fertilization fluid (10) onto the pistil with the fertilization spray device (7) to artificially fertilize it. Depending on the aspect of the invention, the artificial insemination spray device (117) may be attached to the lower part of the second vision camera (103) so that only the second vision camera moves, and the artificial insemination spray device (117) also moves.
[0165] FIG. 12 illustrates an organic smart farm system according to one embodiment, including a configuration for removing and harvesting fruits.
[0166] Additionally, the organic smart farm system may further include an electric shear control unit (140).
[0167] In this aspect, the video capture and video recognition device (104) analyzes the size of the fruit of the plant from the image captured by the first vision camera (102), moves the second vision camera (103) to the position of the small fruit, and can identify the position of the fruit from the position of the second vision camera (103) and the image captured by the second vision camera (103) of the small fruit.
[0168] The electric shear control unit (140) controls the electric shears (137) to move the electric shears to the location of the small fruit identified by the image capture and image recognition device (104) and then remove the fruit. For example, when strawberries are being grown in a flowerpot cultivation bed (107), the electric shear control unit (140) identifies small strawberries growing on the strawberry tree using image information captured by the first vision camera (102), moves the second vision camera (103) to a location where the small strawberries identified primarily from the image information captured by the first vision camera (102) can be captured, and then controls the electric shears (137) to thin out the small strawberries by identifying the exact location of the strawberries from the image information captured by the second vision camera (103), thereby removing the strawberries and thinning the strawberries so that the remaining strawberries grow large.
[0169] In addition, in this aspect, the video shooting and video recognition device (104) analyzes the size of the fruit of the plant from the video shot by the first vision camera (102), moves the second vision camera (103) to the position of the fruit to be harvested, and determines the position of the fruit from the position of the second vision camera (103) and the video shot by the second vision camera (103) of the fruit to be harvested, and the electric shear control unit (140) moves the electric shears (137) to the position of the fruit to be harvested determined by the video shooting and video recognition device (104), and then controls the electric shears (137) to harvest the fruit.
[0170] FIG. 13 is a flowchart illustrating a procedure for supplementary cultivation using a vision system in an organic smart farm system according to one embodiment.
[0171] The organic smart farm system uses an infinite track to move the potted cultivation beds with plants (S1000). The organic smart farm system uses a cultivation bed tag reader to recognize the barcode or RFID tag of the potted cultivation bed to identify the plants being grown (S1020). The first vision camera captures the current growth status of the plants and stores it in a growth history database (S1030). The organic smart farm system obtains image information of the plants in the potted cultivation beds and image information on their normal growth status over the cultivation period from a reference growth information database, and determines the growth status and cultivation conditions of the plants through a trained artificial intelligence model (S1040). The grower remotely supplements the cultivation conditions based on the growth status and cultivation conditions output by the organic smart farm system (S1050). The organic smart farm system responds to the cultivation condition supplement measures by supplementing moisture, nutrient solution, temperature, infrared radiation, sunlight and light-emitting diode irradiance, and hydrogen water acidity (pH) (S1060).
[0172] FIG. 14 is a flowchart illustrating a procedure for fruit processing using a vision system in an organic smart farm system according to one embodiment.
[0173] An organic smart farm system moves a flowerpot cultivation bed using an infinite track (S2000). The organic smart farm system identifies the plants being grown by recognizing the barcode or RFID tag of the flowerpot cultivation bed through a cultivation bed tag reader (S2020). The organic smart farm system artificially pollinates the pistil by spraying the stamen pollen of the petals onto the pistil using an artificial pollination sprayer based on the flower position identified using the first and second vision cameras (S2030). The organic smart farm system harvests or removes the fruit by controlling electric scissors based on the position and condition of the fruit identified using the first and second vision cameras (S2040).
