Description

Welding jig and methodTechnical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a welding jig and a method. Background Art

[0002] Glass laser welding is a mature welding process. In the implementation of welding, it is required that the welding interfaces of glass are fit to achieve optical contact, and the bonding should be uniform and flat.

[0003] In the prior art, the jig used for glass laser welding is clamped and fit to the glass to be welded by means of bolt fastening or mechanical movement such as a piston and an air cylinder. It is difficult to ensure uniformity for the clamping force of the existing jig. There is a problem of uneven fit between the glasses clamped by the jig. The welding efficiency is low. There is a potential safety hazard.

[0004] In addition, gaussian lens depth of focus is used for the glass laser welding, which is very sensitive to the position of focus when welding. It will cause welding failure when the position of focus has an error greater than 30 microns in the vertical welding interface direction. When welding by the existing welding jig, the horizontal degree data of the upper surface of the glass window is collected and measured for adjusting the horizontal degree of the jig. However, due to the large deformation of the window glass under the action of pressure, the measurement error is large. The adjustment of the levelness of the jig is inaccurate, and the efficiency is low. The welding failure is easily caused.

[0005] In order to solve the above technical problem, a new welding jig and a method need to be invented.Summary of the Invention

[0006] It is an object of the present invention to provide a welding jig and a method to overcome at least one of the disadvantages of the prior art.

[0048] opening the upper cover and removing the welded workpiece.

[0049] Optionally, the welding jig further comprises a levelness measurement sensor and a control system; at least three leveling mechanisms are connected to the bottom of the lower housing; the support heights of the leveling mechanisms are respectively and adjustable disposed so as to adjust the levelness of the bearing plate;

[0050] wherein after the clamping the workpiece to be welded from two sides respectively by the bearing plate and the window glass so as to uniformly fit the workpieces to be welded, wherein the vacuum degree in the first cavity reaches a set requirement, the method further comprises:

[0051] collecting by the levelness measurement sensor the level state information about the bearing plate, and transmitting the collected level state information about the bearing plate to the control system; generating by the control system a leveling instruction and transmitting the leveling instruction to the leveling mechanism; and

[0052] adjusting the support height according to the leveling instruction by the leveling mechanism, so that the bearing plate is in a horizontal state.

[0053] Unlike the prior art, the present invention provides a welding jig and a method, in which the gas in the first cavity may be pumped out to form a vacuum by the extraction and inflation tube, so that the bearing plate is moved to face towards the window glass to continuously and stably clamp a workpiece to be welded between the bearing plate and the window glass. The clamping force of the welding jig is uniform. The fit between the workpieces to be welded is uniform. The fit degree between the workpieces to be welded may meet the contact requirements. The welding efficiency is high, and there is no safety risk.

[0054] Marble or heat-treated cast iron with high rigidity and good flatness may be used as the material of the bearing plate, and the bearing plate has small deformation and stable shape, which can ensure that the level state information of the bearing plate collected by the levelness measurement sensor is accurate and has high efficiency. According to the accurate level state information of the bearing plate collected by the levelness measurement sensor, the leveling mechanism may correspondingly adjust the support height according to the leveling instruction so as to keep the bearing plate in a horizontal state. The horizontal adjustment of the jig is accurate and reliable. The welding  efficiency is high. The welding failure may be effectively avoided.

[0055] By the cooperation of the guide rod and the guide hole, it may be defined that the bearing plate may only move towards the window glass in the height direction. During the movement of the bearing plate facing towards the window glass, the bearing plate may be kept perpendicular to the guide rod and relatively parallel to the bottom plane of the lower housing, which can effectively avoid large changes in the levelness during the movement of the bearing plate, resulting in the workpiece to be welded locally impacting the window glass.

[0056] Other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of exemplary embodiments thereof, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings below.Brief Description of the Drawings

[0079] It should be understood that the term “and / or” used herein, which is just one association relation describing an associated object, means that there can be three kinds of relations. There are three cases, for example, A and / or B can mean A alone, A and B together, and B alone. In addition, the word " / " , as used herein, generally indicates that the associated object is an "or" relationship.

[0080] It should be noted that the terms "upper" , "lower" , "left" , "right" , and the like in the description of the embodiments of the present application are used from the angle shown in the accompanying drawings only and are not to be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present application. In addition, in this context, it should also be understood that when an element is referred to as being connected “on” or “below” another element, it can be directly or indirectly connected “on” or “below” the other element, or it can be indirectly connected “on” or “below” the other element via intervening elements.

[0081] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a welding jig is provided. The welding jig is used for clamping a workpiece to be welded and performing laser welding on the workpiece to be welded. For example, the workpiece to be welded may include at least two layers of glass to be welded, and the welding jig is used for clamping the at least two layers of glass and laser welding the adjacent two layers of glass to be welded.

[0082] Referring to Fig. 1, the welding jig includes a lower housing 20, an upper cover 10, a bearing plate 40, an elastic member 50, and an extraction and inflation tube 30. The upper cover 10 is detachably covered to the lower housing 20. The upper cover 10 and the lower housing 20 together form a cavity. The upper cover 10 includes a window glass 12.

[0083] The bearing plate 40 is disposed horizontally in the cavity. The bearing plate 40 is located below the window glass 12. The bearing plate 40 has a structure configured for receiving a workpiece 9 to be welded. For example, at least two layers of glass to be welded may be placed on the bearing plate 40.

[0084] The bearing plate 40 is connected to the lower housing 20 by the elastic member 50. The elastic  member 50 is made of a preferable elastic material. The elastic member 50 deforms when subjected to an external force and rebounds when the external force is removed to allow the bearing plate 40 to freely reciprocate towards and away from the window glass 12.

[0085] The bearing plate 40 and the elastic member 50 divide the cavity into a first cavity 22 and a second cavity 24 separated from each other. The bearing plate 40, the elastic member 50, a part of the lower housing 20 and the upper cover 10 together enclose the first cavity 22. The first cavity 22 is disposed towards the window glass 12. The bearing plate 40, the elastic member 50 and a part of the lower housing 20 together enclose the second cavity 24. The second cavity 24 is disposed away from the window glass 12.

[0086] The first cavity 22 is isolated from the second chamber 24 and does not communicate with each other. As such, gas cannot flow between the first cavity 22 and the second cavity 24, and the gas pressures of the first cavity 22 and the second cavity 24 may be set differently.

[0087] The extraction and inflation tube 30 is in communication with the first cavity 22. The extraction and inflation tube 30 may extract, or inflate, the first cavity 22 such that the bearing plate 40 moves towards the window glass 12 or the bearing plate 40 moves away from the window glass 12.

[0088] The extraction and inflation tube 30 may be configured as desired to communicate with the first cavity 22 and regulate the pressure within the first cavity 22 by extracting or inflating air.

[0089] In the present embodiment, referring to Fig. 1, the extraction and inflation tube 30 is provided through the lower housing 20. The first cavity 22 is in communication with a vacuum pump via an extraction and inflation tube 30. The vacuum pump may extract or inflate the first cavity 22 through the extraction and inflation tube 30, thereby regulating the air pressure within the first cavity 22.

[0090] The extraction and inflation tube 30 is provided with an extraction valve 32, an inflation valve 34 and a vacuum degree measurement sensor 36. The vacuum measurement sensor 36 has a structure configured for measuring the vacuum degree within the first cavity 22.

[0091] When the extraction valve 32 is opened, the vacuum pump draws the gas in the first cavity 22 to pump the first cavity 22 and reduce the gas pressure in the first cavity 22. With the extraction valve 32 closed, the vacuum pump stops drawing gas from the first cavity 22. In this manner, the extraction valve 32 may control whether gas is extracted from the first cavity 22.

[0092] With the gas extraction valve 32 is opened for a period of time, the entire volume of gas within the first cavity 22 may be extracted to create vacuum in the first cavity 22 so as to facilitate laser welding of the workpiece in a vacuum environment.

[0093] When the inflation valve 34 is opened, the vacuum pump inflates external gas into the first cavity 22 so as to inflate the first cavity 22 and increase the gas pressure in the first cavity 22. When the  inflation valve 34 is closed, the vacuum pump stops inflating the external gas into the first cavity 22. As such, the inflation valve 34 may control whether external gas is inflated into the first cavity 22.

[0094] An air inlet and outlet hole 28 is formed through the lower housing 20. The air inlet and outlet hole 28 communicates the second cavity 24 to the outside atmosphere. The air pressure in the second cavity 24 remains the same as the outside atmospheric pressure.

[0095] In an initial state, the air pressure in the first cavity 22 and the second cavity 24 are both set to be the same as the external atmospheric pressure. The elastic member 50 is elastically deformed and applies a first elastic force to the bearing plate 40. The first spring force is equal to and opposite to the gravity of the bearing plate 40, so that the bearing plate 40 is in the initial position.

[0096] With the extraction valve 32 opened and the inflation valve 34 closed, the gas within the first cavity 22 may be extracted through the extraction and inflation tube 30 to form vacuum. During the vacuumization of the first cavity 22, the air pressure within the second cavity 24 is greater than the air pressure within the first cavity 22, allowing the bearing plate 40 to move towards the window glass 12 and deforming the elastic member 50. When the first cavity 22 forms the vacuum, the bearing plate 40 is located on a side of the workpiece 9 to be welded and is in surface contact with the workpiece 9 to be welded. The window glass 12 is located on the other side of the workpiece 9 to be welded and is in surface contact with the workpiece 9 to be welded. The workpiece to be welded 9 is clamped between the bearing plate 40 and the window glass 12 to facilitate laser welding of the workpiece to be welded 9 in the first cavity 22 in a vacuum environment.

[0097] When the inflation valve 34 is opened and the extraction valve 32 is closed, the external gas may be charged into the first cavity 22 through the extraction and inflation tube 30, so that the pressure in the first cavity 22 returns to the same pressure as the external atmospheric pressure. In the process of inflating the external gas into the first cavity 22 so that the pressure in the first cavity 22 returns to the same pressure as the external atmospheric pressure, the bearing plate 40 may be moved away from the window glass 12 to the original position, and the elastic member 50 is reset. The gas in the first cavity 22 may be pumped out to form vacuum by the extraction and inflation tube 30, so that the bearing plate 40 moves towards the window glass 12 until the workpiece 9 to be welded is continuously and stably clamped between the bearing plate 40 and the window glass 12. The clamping force of the welding jig is uniform. The fit between the workpieces 9 to be welded is uniform. The fit degree between the workpieces 9 to be welded may meet the contact requirements. The welding efficiency is high, and there is no safety risk.

[0098] In this embodiment, referring to Fig. 1, the window glass 12 may be provided as a plate glass. The surface of one side of the flat plate-shaped window glass 12 facing towards the bearing plate 40  has a planar structure, which may be uniformly fit to the surface of the workpiece 9 to be welded, and may easily clamp the workpiece 9 to be welded from the other side of the workpiece 9 to be welded.

[0099] The window glass 12 may be made of quartz glass or ultra-white glass. The window glass 12 may be greater than or equal to 4 mm thick. Preferably, the window glass 12 may be greater than or equal to 10 mm thick. More preferably, the window glass 12 is made of an ultra-white glass. The thickness of the window glass 12 is set to 10 mm. The laser light may pass through the window glass 12 and irradiate the workpiece 9 to be welded for laser welding.

[0100] The upper cover 10 may also include a raised frame 14. The elevated frame 14 provides a frame structure around the edge of the window glass 12. The raised frame 14 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the window glass 12. The raised frame 14 may be provided as a metal frame type structure and may be made of a metal alloy. Preferably, the raised frame 14 is made of an aluminum alloy.

[0101] The raised frame 14 is detachably covered to the lower housing 20 such that the upper cover 10 is detachably covered to the lower housing 20.

[0102] In the initial state, the upper cover 10 may be elevated and covered over the lower housing 20 by means of the elevated frame 14. The window glass 12 and the bearing plate 40 may be spaced at a certain height. The window glass 12 does not interfere with the workpiece 9 to be welded placed on the bearing plate 40.

[0103] The shape of the surface of the window glass 12 may be rectangular, or square, or circular. The surface shape of the lower housing 20 may correspond to the surface shape of the window glass 12. The planar peripheral dimension of the lower housing 20 is the same as the planar peripheral dimension of the window glass 12. Specifically, the projection size of the lower housing 20 on the horizontal plane is set the same as the projection size of the window glass 12 on the horizontal plane. As such, the upper cover 10 and the lower housing 20, which are provided with the same overall dimension, may be covered together.

[0104] The lower housing 20 is made of marble or heat-treated cast iron. Preferably, the lower housing 20 is made of heat-treated cast iron and is designed to be reduced in weight. The lower housing 20 is easily provided with a hole structure so that the air inlet and outlet hole 28 is formed or the extraction and inflation tube 30 is installed.

[0105] A seal 80 may be disposed between the raised frame 14 and the lower housing 20. The surfaces of the seal 80 are in surface contact with the lower housing 20 and the raised frame 14, respectively, so as to close the gap between the raised frame 14 and the lower housing 20. For example, the seal 80 may be provided as a sealing ring structure made of rubber.

[0106] The elastic member 50 may be provided in a frame-shaped structure. The elastic member 50 has  an inwardly disposed inner edge and an outwardly disposed outer edge. The inner edge of the frame-shaped elastic member 50 is connected to the bearing plate 40. The outer edge of the frame-shaped elastic member 50 is connected to the lower housing 20.

[0107] The elastic member 50 may be made of an elastic metal plate or rubber. Preferably, the elastic member 50 is made of rubber.

[0108] The bearing plate 40 is connected to the lower housing 20 by an elastic member 50 so as to isolate the first cavity 22 from the second cavity 24 without conduction. The elastic member 50 is elastically deformed when the first cavity 22 is extracted or inflated to allow the bearing plate 40 to freely reciprocate towards or away from the window glass 12.

[0109] The bearing plate 40 may be made of marble or heat-treated cast iron. Th bearing plate 40 is made of marble or heat-treated cast iron with high rigidity and good flatness and has small deformation and stable shapes. Preferably, the bearing plate 40 is made of heat-treated cast iron and is designed for weight reduction.

[0110] The bearing plate 40 may be provided in a flat plate structure. The surface flatness error of the bearing plate 40 is less than 10 μm. The surface of the flat plate-shaped bearing plate 40 has a planar structure with small flatness errors. It may be uniformly fit to the surface of the workpiece 9 to be welded, and may easily clamp the workpiece 9 to be welded from one side of the workpiece 9 to be welded.

[0111] The shape of the surface of the bearing plate 40 may be the same as the shape of the surface of the window glass 12. For example, the surface shape of the bearing plate 40 may be rectangular, or square, or circular. The thickness of the bearing plate 40 may be greater than or equal to 1 / 12 of the length or diameter of the bearing plate 40. For example, the surface shape of the bearing plate 40 may be set to be rectangular or square. The thickness of the bearing plate 40 may be greater than or equal to 1 / 12 of the length of the bearing plate 40. As another example, the shape of the surface of the bearing plate 40 may be circular. The thickness of the bearing plate 40 may be greater than or equal to 1 / 12 of the diameter of the bearing plate 40.

[0112] In this embodiment, referring to Fig. 1, at least four guide rods 26 extending in a height direction Z may be disposed on the lower housing 20. The bearing plate 40 is provided with guide holes. The bottom plane of the lower housing 20 is perpendicular to the height direction.

[0113] The guide rods 26 are equal in number to the guide holes, and are positioned correspondingly. The guide rods 26 penetrate into corresponding guide holes respectively for making the bearing plate 40 always perpendicular to the guide rods 26.

[0114] By the cooperation of the guide rods 26 with the guide holes, it can be defined that the bearing plate 40 may only be reciprocated in the height direction. Since the bearing plate 40 may be kept perpendicular to the guide rod 26 and relatively parallel to the bottom plane of the lower housing  20 during the reciprocating movement of the bearing plate 40, it is possible to effectively avoid a large variation in the horizontal degree during the reciprocating movement of the bearing plate 40, resulting in the workpiece to be welded locally impacting the window glass 12.

[0115] In this embodiment, referring to Fig. 1, at least three leveling mechanisms 70 are connected to the bottom of the lower housing 20. The leveling mechanism 70 is structurally arranged and adapted to respectively support the lower housing 20. The support height of the leveling mechanism 70 is respectively adjustable and arranged. The levelness of the bearing plate 40 may be adjusted by adjusting the support height of at least one of the at least three leveling mechanisms 70.

[0116] Preferably, the welding jig may further include a levelness measurement sensor 60 and a control system. The levelness measurement sensor 60 is one type of angle sensor, and functions to measure the levelness of the support. It is also called an inclination sensor. The levelness measurement sensor 60 may be fixedly installed on the bearing plate 40 for collecting the level state information of the bearing plate 40.

[0117] The control system is electrically connected to the levelness measurement sensor 60 for generating a leveling instruction according to the level state information of the bearing plate 40 collected by the level sensor and sending the leveling instruction to the leveling mechanism 70.

[0118] The leveling mechanism 70 is electrically connected to the control system for adjusting the support height according to the leveling instruction so that the bearing plate 40 is in a horizontal state. According to the leveling instruction, the support height of at least one of the at least three leveling mechanisms 70 may be adjusted and changed accordingly so that the bearing plate 40 is in a horizontal state. For example, the leveling mechanism 70 may employ a servo leveling mechanism. The servo leveling mechanism 70 may achieve leveling by adjusting the height of the support post via a servo motor.

[0119] The material of the bearing plate 40 in this embodiment may be marble or heat-treated cast iron with high rigidity and good flatness assurance. The bearing plate 40 has small deformation and stable shapes, and may ensure that the information about the horizontal state of the bearing plate 40 collected by the levelness measurement sensor 60 is accurate and has high efficiency. According to the accurate level state information of the bearing plate 40 collected by the levelness measurement sensor 60, the leveling mechanism 70 adjusts the support height accordingly according to the leveling instruction, so that the bearing plate 40 may be maintained in a horizontal state. The horizontal adjustment of the jig is accurate and reliable. The welding efficiency is high. The welding failure may be effectively avoided.

[0120] Of course, in other embodiments, the workpieces to be welded may include glass and non-glass workpieces to be welded. The welding jig is used for clamping the glass and non-glass workpieces to be welded and laser welding the workpieces to be welded. For example, the non-glass  weldment to be welded may be a semiconductor, or a ceramic, etc.

[0121] According to the same inventive concept, the present embodiment also provides a welding method. The welding method is used for clamping a workpiece to be welded and laser welding the workpiece to be welded.

[0122] Referring to Fig. 1, the welding method includes:

[0123] Step 1

[0124] The above-mentioned welding jig is provided. The upper cover 10 is opened to cover the upper cover 10 after the workpiece 9 to be welded is placed on the bearing plate 40. For example, the workpiece 9 to be welded may include at least two layers of glass to be welded.

[0125] Step 2

[0126] The first cavity 22 is extracted through the extraction and inflation tube 30, causing the bearing plate 40 to move toward the window glass 12 and the elastic member 50 to deform.

[0127] In this step, when the inflation valve 34 is closed and the extraction valve 32 is opened, the first cavity 22 is extracted by the extraction and inflation tube 30, so that the air pressure in the second cavity 24 is greater than the air pressure in the first cavity 22, thereby generating an air pressure difference. The bearing plate 40 moves towards the window glass 12 under the pressure differential between the second cavity 24 and the first cavity 22 and the elastic member 50 is deformed accordingly.

[0128] The lower housing 20 may be provided with at least four guide rods 26 extending in the height direction. The bearing plate 40 is provided with guide holes. The guide rods 26 are equal in number to the guide holes, and are positioned correspondingly. The guide rods 26 penetrate into corresponding guide holes respectively for making the bearing plate 40 always perpendicular to the guide rods 26. By the cooperation of the guide rods 26 with the guide holes, it can be defined that the bearing plate 40 may only be reciprocated in the height direction. Since the bearing plate 40 may be kept perpendicular to the guide rod 26 and parallel to the bottom plane of the lower housing 20 during the reciprocating movement of the bearing plate 40, it is possible to effectively avoid a large variation in the horizontal degree during the reciprocating movement of the bearing plate 40, thus making it difficult to adjust the horizontal degree of the bearing plate 40.

[0129] Step 3

[0130] The bearing plate 40 and the window glass 12 respectively clamp the workpiece 9 to be welded from two sides so as to uniformly fit the workpieces 9 to be welded. The vacuum degree in the first cavity 22 meets the requirements.

[0131] In this step, both the bearing plate 40 and the window glass 12 may be provided in a flat plate structure. The bearing plate 40 and the window glass 12 have surfaces with planar structures. The opposite surfaces of the bearing plate 40 and the window glass 12 may be fit uniformly to the  surface of the workpiece 9 to be welded, respectively. The workpiece 9 to be welded may be continuously and stably clamped between the bearing plate 40 and the window glass 12. The clamping force of the welding jig is uniform. The fit between the workpieces 9 to be welded is uniform. The fit degree between the workpieces 9 to be welded may meet the contact requirements, so that the air is avoided between the workpieces 9 to be welded.

[0132] The setting requirements for the vacuum degree in the first cavity 22 may be that the vacuum pressure in the first cavity 22 is less than 0.1 KPa and the vacuum level is stable.

[0133] Step 4: the workpiece to be welded 9 is laser welded.

[0134] In this step, when the workpieces to be welded 9 are laser welded, the workpieces to be welded 9 are uniformly fit. The welding efficiency is high, and there is no safety risk.

[0135] Step 5

[0136] The first cavity 22 is inflated by the extraction and inflation tube 30 so that the bearing plate 40 is moved back towards the window glass 12 and the elastic member 50 is reset.

[0137] In this step, after the operation of closing the extraction valve 32 and opening the inflation valve 34, the first cavity 22 is inflated via the extraction and inflation tube 30, so that the air pressure in the second cavity 24 returns to be equal to the outside atmospheric pressure. Thus, the bearing plate 40 may be moved away from the window glass 12 and reset, and the elastic member 50 is reset.

[0138] Step 6

[0139] The upper cover 10 is opened and the welded workpiece is removed.

[0140] Preferably, the welding jig may further include a levelness measurement sensor 60 and a control system. The levelness measurement sensor 60 may be fixedly installed on the bearing plate 40 for collecting the level state information of the bearing plate 40. At least three leveling mechanisms 70 are connected to the bottom of the lower housing 20. The support heights of the leveling mechanisms 70 are respectively and adjustably disposed so as to adjust the levelness of the bearing plate 40.

[0141] After the above-mentioned step 3, it further includes the steps of:

[0142] collecting by the levelness measurement sensor 60 the level state information about the bearing plate 40, and transmitting the collected level state information about the bearing plate 40 to the control system;

[0143] generating by the control system a leveling instruction and transmitting the leveling instruction to the leveling mechanism 70; and

[0144] adjusting the support height according to the leveling instruction by the leveling mechanism 70, so that the bearing plate 40 is in a horizontal state.

[0145] In this step, according to the leveling instruction, the support height of at least one of the at least  three leveling mechanisms 70 may be adjusted and changed accordingly so that the bearing plate 40 is in a horizontal state.

[0146] The material of the bearing plate 40 may be marble or heat-treated cast iron with high rigidity and good flatness assurance. The bearing plate 40 has small deformation and stable shapes, and may ensure that the information about the horizontal state of the bearing plate 40 collected by the levelness measurement sensor 60 is accurate and has high efficiency. According to the accurate level state information of the bearing plate 40 collected by the levelness measurement sensor 60, the leveling mechanism 70 may adjust the support height accordingly according to the leveling instruction, so that the bearing plate 40 may be maintained in a horizontal state. The horizontal adjustment of the jig is accurate and reliable. The welding efficiency is high. The welding failure may be effectively avoided.

[0147] Of course, in other embodiments, the workpieces to be welded may include a glass to be welded and a non-glass workpiece to be welded. The welding method is used for clamping the glass to be welded and the non-glass workpiece to be welded, and laser welding the workpiece to be welded. For example, the non-glass weldment to be welded may be a semiconductor, or a ceramic, etc.

[0148] In the present invention, the gas in the first cavity may be pumped out to form vacuum by the extraction and inflation tube, so that the bearing plate 40 moves towards the window glass until the workpiece to be welded is continuously and stably clamped between the bearing plate 40 and the window glass. The clamping force of the welding jig is uniform. The fit between the workpieces to be welded is uniform. The fit degree between the workpieces to be welded may meet the contact requirements. The welding efficiency is high, and there is no safety risk.

[0149] Marble or heat-treated cast iron with high rigidity and good flatness may be used as the material of the bearing plate, and the bearing plate has small deformation and stable shape, which can ensure that the level state information of the bearing plate collected by the levelness measurement sensor is accurate and has high efficiency.

[0150] By the cooperation of the guide rod and the guide hole, it may be defined that the bearing plate may only move towards the window glass in the height direction.

[0151] The foregoing is merely preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. It is intended that the invention be construed as including all such modifications, equivalent substitutions and alterations insofar as they come within the scope of the appended claims or the equivalents thereof.
