Abstract
Description
Projection tube and photographic projection system
[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on June 10, 2023, with application number 2023214794805 and application name “Projection Tube and Photographic Projection System”, and the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on June 27, 2023, with application number 2023216593641 and application name “Projection Tube”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field
[0002] The present application relates to the technical field of photographic equipment, and in particular to a projection tube and a photographic projection system. Background Art
[0003] To achieve a variety of photographic effects, traditional photography lights are increasingly being equipped with projection tubes. As the power of modern photography lights increases, the heat they generate also increases. Because the light collecting lens assembly is relatively close to the light, the projection tube, when mounted on a photography light, can cause cracking in the lens assembly due to heat after extended use, necessitating replacement of the lens assembly.
[0004] The existing light-collecting lens assembly is installed together with other light-effect components within a single, integral projection tube housing. Therefore, when the light-collecting lens needs to be replaced, the entire projection tube housing must be disassembled to remove it. Due to the large size of the projection tube and the multiple light-effect components housed within it, disassembling the housing may cause the components to shift. Therefore, before re-closing the housing, the mounting positions of each light-effect component must be checked or adjusted. This cumbersome disassembly and assembly process makes replacing the light-collecting lens inconvenient and inefficient, resulting in extremely low work efficiency. Technical issues

[0064] Implementation Methods of the Application
[0065] The present application provides a projection tube and a photographic projection system. To make the purpose, technical solution, and effects of the present application more clear and explicit, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
[0066] 1 and 2 , the present application provides a projection tube 10, which includes a body 100 and a cover 300, as well as optical devices such as a light receiving mirror group 400, a light cutting mirror group 111, a light effect component 112 and a lens group 121, which are sequentially arranged along the light path.
[0067] The main body 100 is provided with a light inlet and a light outlet. The light inlet can be connected to an external light source, such as a video light. An optical channel is provided between the light inlet and the light outlet. The optical channel is located within the internal cavity of the main body 100, allowing light from the video light to enter through the light inlet at one end of the optical channel and exit through the light outlet at the other end. The light receiving lens assembly 400, the light cutting lens assembly 111, the light effect assembly 112, and the lens assembly 121 are arranged sequentially within the optical channel along the optical path.
[0068] For ease of description, it is now stipulated that the side facing the light inlet is the front, the side facing the light outlet is the back, the direction facing the central axis of the optical channel is the inside, and the opposite is the outside; when the operator faces the light inlet, the upper side is the top and the lower side is the bottom.
[0069] The main body 100 includes a housing 200 disposed at one end of the main body 100 near the light inlet. The cover 300 is detachably connected to the housing 200 and can enclose the housing 200 to form a housing cavity for accommodating and positioning the light receiving lens assembly 400.
[0070] In the projection tube 10 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the light-collecting lens assembly 400 is housed in a housing cavity near the light inlet, and the light-effect components 130, such as the light-cutting lens assembly 111, the light-effect assembly 112, and the lens assembly 121, are sequentially disposed in the internal cavity of the body 100 between the rear end of the housing cavity and the light outlet. Therefore, by housing the light-collecting lens assembly 400 in the housing cavity formed by the housing 200 and the cover 300, if a lens in the light-collecting lens assembly 400 cracks, the light-collecting lens assembly 400 can be repaired or replaced simply by removing the cover 300, making repair and replacement of the light-collecting lens assembly 400 very simple.
[0071] In the projection tube 10 of the present application, when replacing the lenses in the light-collecting lens assembly 400, there is no need to disassemble the entire projection tube 10 housing. Furthermore, the maintenance and replacement process does not involve other components, such as the light-cutting lens assembly 111, the light effect assembly 112 (aperture or projection), the lens assembly 121, etc. The entire process of replacing and repairing the light-collecting lens assembly 400 is very simple and convenient, not only facilitating maintenance work for the operator, but also greatly improving the efficiency of replacing and repairing the light-collecting lens assembly 400.
[0072] 2 and 3 , the body 100 includes a first barrel 110 and a second barrel 120 . The front end of the first barrel 110 is connected to the housing 200 and the cover 300 , and the second barrel 120 is connected to the rear end of the first barrel 110 .
[0073] Considering the overall consistency of the appearance of the projection tube 10, the accommodating shell 200 and the first tube body 110 can be connected in an integral manner. In other embodiments, the accommodating shell 200 can also be detachably connected to the first tube body 110.
[0074] Furthermore, while the cover 300 is relatively connected to the housing 200, the cover 300 can be tightly engaged with the first cylindrical body 110. As shown in FIG4 , the cover 300 is provided with an inwardly protruding retaining rib 370, and the outer circumference of the first cylindrical body 110 is correspondingly provided with a retaining groove 113, into which the retaining rib 370 can be engaged. When the cover 300 is relatively connected to the housing 200, the retaining rib 370 is engaged with the retaining groove 113, allowing the cover 300 to maintain a tight fit with the first cylindrical body 110 while connected to the housing 200, thereby preventing a large gap from forming between the two.
[0075] Referring to Figure 2 , the internal cavity of the first barrel 110 is used to accommodate the light-cutting mirror assembly 111 and the light-effect assembly 112. Preferably, the light-cutting mirror assembly 111 and the light-effect assembly 112 are removably accommodated in the internal cavity of the first barrel 110, thereby enabling the light-cutting mirror assembly 111 and the light-effect assembly 112 to be replaced at any time. For example, the first barrel 110 is provided with a socket connected to the internal cavity, through which the light-cutting mirror assembly 111 and / or the light-effect assembly 112 can be inserted into the internal cavity of the first barrel 110, thereby enabling the light-cutting mirror assembly 111 and / or the light-effect assembly 112 to be replaced at any time.
[0076] Referring to FIG. 2 , in some embodiments, the projection tube 10 may further include a fan 700 disposed on the housing 200. The fan 700 is used to remove heat from the interior of the housing. Specifically, the housing 200 is provided with an air inlet corresponding to the fan 700, and the housing 300 is provided with an air outlet. Airflow can enter through the air inlet and exit through the air outlet to remove heat from the light collecting lens assembly 400.
[0077] It is understood that there may be multiple fans 700. In addition to the fan 700 provided on the housing 200, a fan 700 may also be provided on the first cylindrical body 100. The fan 700 may be located on one side of the circumference of the light effect assembly 112. The first cylindrical body 110 is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet corresponding to the fan 700, thereby dissipating heat from the light effect assembly 112.
[0078] By setting up the fan 700, when the fan 700 is working, the air flow generated enters from the air inlet and flows out from the air outlet, thereby being able to discharge the heat inside the projection tube 10 to the external air, preventing the accumulation of heat on the outer shell of the projection tube 10, thereby effectively reducing the temperature of the outer shell of the projection tube 10 and preventing the outer shell of the projection tube 10 from being too high and causing harm to people.
[0079] Referring to Figure 2, the internal cavity of the second barrel 120 is used to accommodate the lens group 121. The second barrel 120 can be slidably connected to the first barrel 110, that is, the second barrel 120 can be extended and retracted relative to the first barrel 110. In this embodiment, the internal cavity of the second barrel 120 is provided with a lens group 121. When the second barrel 120 is extended and retracted relative to the first barrel 110, the horizontal position of the lens group 121 can be changed, thereby changing the relative position of the lens group 121 and the light-receiving lens group 400 in the accommodating cavity, thereby changing the focal length of the projection barrel 10. Therefore, by designing the second barrel 120 to be slidably connected to the first barrel 110, the light effect distance projected by the projection barrel 10 can be changed to adapt to different application environments.
[0080] The specific sliding connection method between the second barrel 120 and the first barrel 110 can be: the first barrel 110 includes a connecting barrel, a focusing gear and a focusing knob, and the second barrel 120 is entirely inserted into the connecting barrel and can slide relative to the connecting barrel. The focusing gear is arranged on the inner side of the connecting barrel, and the focusing knob is arranged on the outer side of the connecting barrel and is fixedly connected to the focusing gear. A rack is provided on the second barrel 120, and the rack is arranged axially along the second barrel 120. When the second barrel 120 is inserted into the connecting barrel of the first barrel 110, the rack engages with the focusing gear. When the focusing knob is turned, the focusing gear rotates, and the focusing gear drives the rack to move, causing the second barrel 120 to move along its axis in the connecting barrel.
[0081] 3 and 4 , the cover body 300 and the accommodating shell 200 can be detachably connected in the following manner: a first connecting portion 250 is provided on the accommodating shell 200, and a second connecting portion 350 is provided on the cover body 300 corresponding to the first connecting portion 250, and the first connecting portion 250 can be connected and fixed with the second connecting portion 350 to connect the accommodating shell 200 and the cover body 300.
[0082] In other embodiments, magnets and iron blocks that can attract each other can be directly provided at corresponding positions on the housing 200 and the cover 300, thereby achieving a detachable connection between the housing 200 and the cover 300. Alternatively, buckles and slots that can engage and fix each other can be provided at corresponding positions on the housing 200 and the cover 300, thereby achieving a detachable connection between the housing 200 and the cover 300.
[0083] In some examples, the first connecting portion 250 is a first screw hole that passes through the accommodating shell 200, and the second connecting portion 350 is a second screw hole that corresponds to the first screw hole and is arranged in the cover body 300. A screw is passed through the first screw hole and fastened in the second screw hole to connect and fix the first connecting portion 250 and the second connecting portion 350.
[0084] In other embodiments, the first connecting portion 250 can also be a first through hole provided on the accommodating shell 200, and the second connecting portion 350 can be a second through hole provided on the cover body 300 corresponding to the first through hole. The locking pin is sequentially passed through the first through hole and the second through hole and locked, thereby realizing a detachable connection between the accommodating shell 200 and the cover body 300.
[0085] Example 1
[0086] 3 and 5 , in some embodiments, the light-collecting lens assembly 400 includes a front light-collecting lens 410, a rear light-collecting lens 430, and a housing 420 integrally connecting the front light-collecting lens 410 and the rear light-collecting lens 430. In this embodiment, the light-collecting lens assembly 400 is housed as a whole within a housing formed by the housing 200 and the cover 300. Therefore, if a lens in the light-collecting lens assembly 400 cracks, the entire light-collecting lens assembly 400 can be removed from the housing by simply removing the cover 300, thereby enabling repair and replacement of the light-collecting lens assembly 400. This greatly simplifies the repair and replacement of the light-collecting lens assembly 400.
[0087] As shown in Figures 2, 3, and 4, in some embodiments, a limiting component for limiting the installation position of the housing 420 is provided within the accommodating cavity. The accommodating cavity limits the housing 420 via the limiting component. Specifically, a first limiting rib 210 is provided within the accommodating housing 200, and a second limiting rib 310 is provided within the cover 300 corresponding to the first limiting rib 210. The first limiting rib 210 and the second limiting rib 310 can form a first limiting portion 101. The first limiting portion 101 is used to limit the rear end position of the light receiving mirror assembly 400 within the accommodating cavity. The first limiting portion 101 can abut and cooperate with the rear end portion of the light receiving mirror assembly 400 to limit the installation position of the rear end of the light receiving mirror assembly 400 and prevent the light receiving mirror assembly 400 from shifting backward.
[0088] Furthermore, a third limiting rib 220 is provided within the housing 200, and a fourth limiting rib 320 is provided within the cover 300 corresponding to the third limiting rib 220. The third limiting rib 220 and the fourth limiting rib 320 can form a second limiting portion 102. The second limiting portion 102 is used to limit the front end position of the light receiving lens assembly 400 within the housing cavity. By forming the second limiting portion 102, it can abut and cooperate with the front end portion of the light receiving lens assembly 400 to limit the installation position of the front end of the light receiving lens assembly 400 and prevent the light receiving lens assembly 400 from moving forward.
[0089] In some embodiments, as shown in conjunction with FIG5 and FIG6 , the housing 420 of the light collecting lens assembly 400 has opposing front and rear ends. The front light collecting lens 410 is fixedly mounted on the front end of the housing 420, and the rear light collecting lens 430 is fixedly mounted on the rear end of the housing 420. The front light collecting lens 410 can be a convex mirror, i.e., the front side of the front light collecting lens 410 is flat, and the rear side thereof is formed as a convex surface that protrudes rearward. The rear light collecting lens 430 can also be a convex mirror, i.e., the front side of the rear light collecting lens 430 is flat, and the rear side thereof is formed as a convex surface that protrudes rearward.
[0090] In this embodiment, the maximum outer diameter of the rear light collecting lens 430 is greater than the maximum outer diameter of the front light collecting lens 410 , and the maximum dimension of the rear light collecting lens 430 along the front-to-back direction is smaller than the maximum dimension of the front light collecting lens 410 along the front-to-back direction.
[0091] The housing 420 may be made of metal and has a rear positioning groove 422 corresponding to the first limiting portion 101. The first limiting portion 101 can be engaged in the rear positioning groove 422, thereby preventing the light collecting lens assembly 400 from moving backward.
[0092] A front positioning rib 421 is provided on the housing 420 corresponding to the second limiting portion 102 . The second limiting portion 102 can abut against the front positioning rib 421 , thereby preventing the light receiving lens assembly 400 from moving forward.
[0093] In other embodiments, a first positioning rib may be provided within the housing 200, and a second positioning rib may be provided within the cover 300 corresponding to the first positioning rib. The first and second positioning ribs may form a limiting member, which may be located approximately in the middle of the housing cavity. A corresponding positioning groove may be provided on the outer circumference of the housing 420 of the light receiving lens assembly 400. The limiting member may engage with the positioning groove, thereby preventing the light receiving lens assembly 400 from moving forward or backward within the housing cavity.
[0094] In order to achieve good heat dissipation of the light-collecting lens assembly 400 , heat dissipation fins may be provided on the outer peripheral sidewalls of the housing 420 of the light-collecting lens assembly 400 .
[0095] To ensure a more secure and stable installation of the light-receiving lens assembly 400 within the accommodating cavity, the projection tube 10 further includes an O-ring 440. Referring to FIG5 , the O-ring 440 is preferably positioned at both the front and rear ends of the light-receiving lens assembly 400. For example, an annular groove is formed on the front positioning rib 421, which receives the O-ring 440. The O-ring 440 is also received in the rear positioning groove 422. After the light-receiving lens assembly 400 is accommodated within the accommodating cavity and the housing 300 is connected to the accommodating shell 200, the O-ring 440 can be sandwiched between the circumference of the light-receiving lens assembly 400 and the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity. Thus, the O-ring 440 not only acts as a buffer during installation of the light-receiving lens assembly 400, but also fills the gap between the circumference of the light-receiving lens assembly 400 and the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity, ensuring a more secure and stable installation of the light-receiving lens assembly 400 within the accommodating cavity.
[0096] The projection tube 10 may also include an annular gasket 450, which is positioned over the front end of the light-receiving lens assembly 400. For example, the annular gasket 450 may be located on the front surface of the front positioning rib 421. When the light-receiving lens assembly 400 is housed within the accommodating cavity and the housing 300 is connected to the accommodating shell 200, the annular gasket 450 eliminates the axial gap between the light-receiving lens assembly 400 and the cavity wall, ensuring a more secure and stable installation of the light-receiving lens assembly 400 within the accommodating cavity.
[0097] 7 and 8 , according to another embodiment of the present application, the projection tube 10 includes a light-collecting lens assembly 400 further comprising a bayonet 460 disposed at an end of the housing 420 near the front light-collecting lens 410. The bayonet 460 is removably connected to the housing 200 and the cover 300. The bayonet 460 is located at the light inlet and is used to securely connect to an external light source.
[0098] Preferably, the bayonet 460 is integrally formed with the housing 420, thereby eliminating the need to separately assemble the bayonet 460 during assembly of the projection tube 10. Specifically, the entire light-collecting lens assembly 400 is first placed within the accommodating cavity, the housing 300 is then screwed to the housing 200, and finally, the bayonet 460 is secured to the housing 200 and the housing 300 relative to each other using screws from the front.
[0099] In other embodiments, the bayonet member 460 may also be detachably connected to the housing 420 .
[0100] Example 2
[0101] 9 and 10 , in some embodiments, the light collecting lens assembly 400 includes a front light collecting lens 410 and a rear light collecting lens 430, which are independently mounted in a receiving cavity spaced apart from each other along the direction from the light inlet to the light outlet. In this embodiment, by mounting the front light collecting lens 410 and the rear light collecting lens 430 in the receiving cavity formed by the receiving housing 200 and the cover 300, if the front light collecting lens 410 and / or the rear light collecting lens 430 crack, the front light collecting lens 410 and / or the rear light collecting lens 430 can be removed from the receiving cavity by simply removing the cover 300, thereby simplifying the replacement of the front light collecting lens 410 and / or the rear light collecting lens 430.
[0102] The shape of the accommodating cavity can be roughly truncated cone-shaped, with its inner diameter gradually increasing from the light inlet to the light outlet. Specifically, the inner wall of the accommodating housing 200 can be formed as a surface that slopes outward from front to back. The inner wall of the cover body 300 can also be formed as a surface that slopes outward from front to back. In other embodiments, the shape of the accommodating cavity can also be cylindrical.
[0103] The front light collecting lens 410 is mounted at the front end of the accommodating cavity and can be a convex mirror, that is, the front side of the front light collecting lens 410 is a plane, and the rear side thereof is formed as a convex surface protruding backwards.
[0104] The rear light collecting lens 430 is installed at the rear end of the accommodating cavity. The rear light collecting lens 430 can also be a convex mirror, that is, the front side of the rear light collecting lens 430 is a plane, and the rear side thereof is formed as a convex surface protruding backwards.
[0105] In this embodiment, the maximum outer diameter of the rear light collecting lens 430 is greater than the maximum outer diameter of the front light collecting lens 410 , and the maximum dimension of the rear light collecting lens 430 along the front-to-back direction is smaller than the maximum dimension of the front light collecting lens 410 along the front-to-back direction.
[0106] To ensure reliable installation of the front light-collecting lens 410 and the rear light-collecting lens 430, a mounting component for limiting the installation of the front light-collecting lens 410 and the rear light-collecting lens 430 is provided in the accommodating cavity. The mounting component can respectively limit the installation of the front light-collecting lens 410 and the rear light-collecting lens 430. In detail, as shown in Figure 9, the mounting component includes a first mounting portion 103 and a second mounting portion 104. The first mounting portion 103 is used to limit the installation of the front light-collecting lens 410, and the second mounting portion 104 is used to limit the installation of the rear light-collecting lens 430.
[0107] 10 to 12 , in some embodiments, a first mounting groove 230 is defined within the housing 200, and a second mounting groove 330 is defined within the housing 300 corresponding to the first mounting groove 230. The first mounting groove 230 and the second mounting groove 330 can form a first mounting portion 103 for positionally securing the front light-collecting lens 410. The first mounting portion 103 can define the mounting position of the front light-collecting lens 410, preventing the front light-collecting lens 410 from shaking when installed within the housing, and ensuring secure installation of the front light-collecting lens 410.
[0108] 11 , the first mounting groove 230 can be formed by providing a first limiting wall 231 and a first limiting protrusion 232 spaced apart from the first limiting wall 231 along the circumferential direction of the front inner wall of the housing 200. The space between the first limiting wall 231 and the first limiting protrusion 232 forms the first mounting groove 230.
[0109] The first limiting wall 231 can abut against the front side of the front light collecting lens 410 , and the first limiting protrusion 232 can abut against the rear side of the front light collecting lens 410 to limit the lower portion of the front light collecting lens 410 to be installed in the first installation groove 230 .
[0110] 12 , the second mounting groove 330 can be formed by providing a second limiting wall 331 and a second limiting protrusion 332 on the inner wall of the housing 300 corresponding to the first limiting wall 231 and the first limiting protrusion 232. The gap between the second limiting wall 331 and the second limiting protrusion 332 forms the second mounting groove 330.
[0111] The second limiting wall 331 can abut against the front side of the front light collecting lens 410 , and the second limiting protrusion 332 can abut against the rear side of the front light collecting lens 410 to limit the upper portion of the front light collecting lens 410 and install it in the second installation groove 330 .
[0112] In other embodiments, the first mounting groove 230 may be formed by an outward depression of the front inner wall of the accommodating housing 200. The second mounting groove 330 may also be formed by an outward depression of the front inner wall of the cover body 300.
[0113] Furthermore, as shown in FIG13 , the rear sidewall of the second mounting groove 330 is formed with an inclined surface 333 that mates with the convex surface 411 of the front light-collecting lens 410, and the inclined surface 333 is capable of abutting the convex surface 411. The rear sidewall of the first mounting groove 230 is also formed with an inclined surface that mates with the convex surface 411 of the front light-collecting lens 410, and the inclined surface is capable of abutting the convex surface 411. The inclined surfaces of the first mounting groove 230 and the second mounting groove 330 form an annular surface that slopes inward from front to back, so that the annular surface can adaptably abut the convex surface 411 of the front light-collecting lens 410, allowing the front light-collecting lens 410 to be securely positioned and installed within the first mounting groove 230, ensuring reliable installation of the front light-collecting lens 410.
[0114] As shown in Figures 10 to 12, in some embodiments, a third mounting groove 240 is further defined within the housing 200, and a fourth mounting groove 340 is defined within the housing 300 corresponding to the third mounting groove 240. The third mounting groove 240 and the fourth mounting groove 340 can form a second mounting portion 104 for positionally securing the rear light-collecting lens 430. The second mounting portion 104 can define the mounting position of the rear light-collecting lens 430, preventing the rear light-collecting lens 430 from shaking when installed within the housing, and ensuring secure installation of the rear light-collecting lens 430.
[0115] 11 , the third mounting groove 240 can be formed by providing a third limiting wall 241 and a third limiting protrusion 242 spaced apart from the third limiting wall 241 along the circumferential direction of the rear end inner wall of the housing 200. The space between the third limiting wall 241 and the third limiting protrusion 242 forms the third mounting groove 240.
[0116] The third limiting wall 241 can abut against the front side of the rear light collecting lens 430 , and the third limiting protrusion 242 can abut against the rear side of the rear light collecting lens 430 to limit the lower part of the rear light collecting lens 430 and install it in the third installation groove 240 .
[0117] 12 , the fourth mounting groove 340 can be formed by providing a fourth limiting wall 341 and a fourth limiting protrusion 342 on the inner wall of the housing 300 corresponding to the third limiting wall 241 and the third limiting protrusion 242, respectively. The gap between the fourth limiting wall 341 and the fourth limiting protrusion 342 forms the fourth mounting groove 340.
[0118] The fourth limiting wall 341 can abut against the front side of the rear light collecting lens 430 , and the fourth limiting protrusion 342 can abut against the rear side of the rear light collecting lens 430 to limit the upper part of the rear light collecting lens 430 and install it in the fourth installation groove 340 .
[0119] In other embodiments, the third mounting groove 240 may be formed by an outward depression of the rear end inner wall of the accommodating housing 200. The fourth mounting groove 340 may also be formed by an outward depression of the rear end inner wall of the cover body 300.
[0120] It should be understood that in some embodiments, the housing 300 may include a first housing (not shown) and a second housing (not shown) that are separately provided. The first housing is detachably connected to the front end of the housing 200, corresponding to the front light-collecting lens 410. The second housing is detachably connected to the rear end of the housing 200, corresponding to the rear light-collecting lens 430. The first housing, the second housing, and the housing 200 together enclose a housing cavity for mounting the front light-collecting lens 410 and the rear light-collecting lens 430.
[0121] When the front light collecting lens 410 is cracked, the first housing can be removed to remove the front light collecting lens 410 from the accommodating cavity, thereby replacing the front light collecting lens 410. This makes it very easy to replace the front light collecting lens 410. When the rear light collecting lens 430 is cracked, the second housing can be removed to remove the rear light collecting lens 430 from the accommodating cavity, thereby replacing the rear light collecting lens 430. This makes it very easy to replace the rear light collecting lens 430.
[0122] By designing the cover body 300 as a split structure including a first shell and a second shell, when any of the front and rear light-collecting lenses is broken, the corresponding first shell or second shell can be opened to remove the lens, making the lens replacement operation more flexible and convenient.
[0123] Referring to FIG. 3 or FIG. 10 , in some embodiments of the present application, a first bayonet portion 260 is provided at the end of the housing 200 away from the light outlet, and a second bayonet portion 360 is provided on the cover 300 corresponding to the first bayonet portion 260. The first bayonet portion 260 and the second bayonet portion 360 can be combined to form an annular bayonet component, which is used to connect and securely attach to an external light source. By designing the first bayonet portion 260 and the second bayonet portion 360 so that the two combine to form an annular bayonet component, it is convenient to connect and secure the projection tube 10 to an external video light, thereby securing the video light to the light-incoming side of the projection tube 10.
[0124] The first bayonet portion 260 may be integrally formed on the accommodating housing 200. In other embodiments, the first bayonet portion 260 may be connected to the accommodating housing 200 using fasteners such as screws.
[0125] The second bayonet portion 360 may be integrally formed on the cover 300. In other embodiments, the second bayonet portion 360 may be connected to the cover 300 using fasteners such as screws.
[0126] When the first bayonet portion 260 is detachably connected to the housing 200 and the second bayonet portion 360 is detachably connected to the cover 300, the first bayonet portion 260 and the second bayonet portion 360 can be an integrally formed structure. That is, the bayonet component is an integral annular bayonet member that can be mounted on the ends of the housing 200 and the cover 300.
[0127] It should be understood that, as described above, in the embodiment where the light receiving lens assembly 400 includes a bayonet member 460 , specifically as shown in FIG. 7 , the first bayonet portion 260 does not need to be provided on the accommodating housing 200 , and the second bayonet portion 360 does not need to be provided on the cover body 300 .
[0128] Referring to Figures 14 and 15 , the present application further provides a photographic projection system comprising an adjustment bracket 500 and a projection tube 10 as described in any of the above embodiments. The adjustment bracket 500 is used to connect the projection tube 10 to an external support frame and adjust the light output angle of the projection tube 10.
[0129] When the projection tube 10 is used with an external support such as a tripod, the projection tube 10 can be quickly assembled using the quick-release structure 600 and the adjustable bracket 500, and can be detachably mounted on the tripod using the adjustable bracket 500. Furthermore, when the user needs to maintain, repair, or store the projection tube 10, or needs to use it independently, the quick-release structure 600 allows for quick disassembly of the projection tube 10, making operation very convenient.
[0130] The adjustable bracket 500 may include a frame body 510 and mounting posts 520. The mounting posts 520 are located at the bottom of the frame body 510 and can be connected to an external support frame to secure the projection tube 10. The frame body 510 may be roughly U-shaped, with two opposing support plates at each end. The two sides of the projection tube 10 are connected to these two support plates via two quick-release structures 600. By configuring the adjustable bracket 500 with a U-shape, both sides of the projection tube 10 are supported, which can meet the installation requirements of some large projection tubes 10.
[0131] In some embodiments, the adjustable bracket 500 is detachably connected to the housing 200 via a quick-release structure 600. The quick-release structure 600 includes a quick-release body 610 and a quick-release seat 620, which are respectively disposed on the housing 200 and the adjustable bracket 500. The quick-release body 610 can be disposed on the housing 200, and the quick-release seat 620 can be correspondingly disposed on the support plate of the adjustable bracket 500. Alternatively, the quick-release body 610 can be disposed on the support plate of the adjustable bracket 500, and the quick-release seat 620 can be correspondingly disposed on the housing 200.
[0132] 3 , the quick-release body 610 is disposed on the housing 200 , wherein the quick-release body 610 includes a first portion 612 and a second portion 613 . The first portion 612 is disposed on the housing 200 , and the second portion 613 protrudes from the housing 200 and can be detachably connected to the cover 300 .
[0133] In other embodiments, the adjustment bracket 500 may be detachably connected to the first barrel 110 via a quick-release structure 600 . For example, the quick-release body 610 may be disposed on the first barrel 110 .
[0134] 14 , the quick-release body 610 is substantially square in shape, and a limiting groove 611 is provided in the middle of the quick-release body 610 . The limiting groove 611 is a plurality of dovetail grooves arranged at intervals.
[0135] A limiting protrusion 621 is provided on the quick release seat 620 , and the limiting protrusion 621 fits in the limiting groove 611 , so that the limiting protrusion 621 can be engaged in the limiting groove 611 .
[0136] Furthermore, the quick-release structure 600 may also include a handle 630, which is used to lock and unlock the quick-release body 610 and the quick-release seat 620. For example, the lower end of the handle 630 is rotatably mounted on the quick-release body 610, while the upper end of the handle 630 protrudes from the surface of the quick-release body 610. The handle 630 also has a protrusion at its lower end, and a recessed portion corresponding to the stop protrusion 621. When the stop protrusion 621 engages the stop slot 611, the protrusion snaps into the recessed portion, locking the quick-release body 610 and the quick-release seat 620.
[0137] The quick-release body 610 may also be provided with an unlocking block having a locking hook that resiliently engages with the handle 630. Pressing the unlocking block allows the locking hook to separate from the handle 630, allowing the handle 630 to be rotated to disengage the protrusion from the recess, unlocking the quick-release body 610 and the quick-release seat 620. When the handle 630 locks the quick-release body 610 and the quick-release seat 620, the locking hook returns to engage with the handle 630, thereby restricting rotation of the handle 630.
[0138] Referring to FIG14 , the quick-release mount 620 is connected to the support plate of the adjustment bracket 500 via a rotating member 530. The rotating member 530 is used to adjust and fix the angle of the projection tube 10 by the adjustment bracket 500. It should be noted that adjusting and fixing the angle of the projection tube 10 by the adjustment bracket 500 using the rotating member 530 is a relatively mature technology, and the detailed structure and implementation thereof will not be described in detail in this application.
