DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0042] The embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below, and examples of the embodiments are shown in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary and intended to be used to explain the present disclosure, but should not be understood as limiting the present disclosure.

[0043] The supporting unit of the embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0044] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 , the supporting unit of the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a base 1 , a support rod 2 and a mounting member 3 .

[0045] Base 1 is mounted on the ground. Support rod 2 comprises a connecting section 21 and a supporting section 22, which are connected in sequence. Connecting section 21 is detachably connected to base 1, and supporting section 22 protrudes away from base 1 to contact the top wall of the tunnel. Mounting members 3 are connected to supporting section 22 and are used to secure grid 100 to support rod 2 so that grid 100 is laid along the outer contour of support rod 2. Multiple mounting members 3 are provided, spaced apart along the extension direction of supporting section 22.

[0046] As shown in Figures 1-5 , the bottom of the base 1 is provided with a fixing portion 12. The radial dimension of the fixing portion 12 is larger than that of the base 1, thereby increasing the contact area with the ground. The fixing portion 12 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 14, which are arranged at intervals along the circumference of the base 1. The lower end of the fixing member 13 passes through the fixing holes 14, so that the fixing member 13 can be inserted into the ground to achieve the function of fixing the base 1. As shown in Figure 4 , the radial dimension of the fixing member 13 gradually decreases from top to bottom, further facilitating the insertion of the fixing member 13 into the ground.

[0047] It is understood that, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the support rod 2 is arc-shaped, and the middle portion of the support rod 2 (i.e., the support section 22) is upwardly convex, so that the profile of the support rod 2 is similar to the profile of the inner wall of the tunnel, and is convenient for fitting the inner wall profile of the tunnel. Of course, the support rod 2 can also be square-shaped.

[0048] In some embodiments, there are two bases 1 , which are respectively connected to the two ends of the support rod 2 , thereby avoiding the problem of the base 1 occupying a large area and facilitating disassembly and assembly with the support rod 2 .

[0049] In some embodiments, the support rod 2 further includes a first reinforcing rib 23, a first end of the first reinforcing rib 23 being connected to the connecting section 21, and the other end of the first reinforcing rib 23 being connected to the supporting section 22. In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, there are multiple first reinforcing ribs 23, and the multiple first reinforcing ribs 23 are sequentially spaced along the extension direction of the support rod 2.

[0050] The mounting member 3 and the support section 22 can be connected by screw threads, plug-in connections, or other means to facilitate assembly and disassembly of the mounting member 3. During installation, the grid 100 is first covered on the support rod 2, and the mounting member 3 is installed on the support section 22, so that the grid 100 is placed between the mounting member 3 and the support section 22. The mounting member 3 can then be used to fix the grid 100 on the support rod 2, thereby achieving a fixed grid 100, simple operation, and convenient use.

[0051] That is to say, the support unit of the embodiment of the present disclosure first covers the grid 100 on the support rod 2, and then connects it to the support rod 2 using the mounting member 3. At the same time, the grid 100 can be pressed between the mounting member 3 and the support rod 2, thereby reducing the installation steps of the grid 100, and has the advantages of convenient support and good use effect.

[0052] In some embodiments, the support segment 22 has multiple mounting holes 221, and the multiple mounting holes 221 correspond one-to-one to the multiple mounting members 3. At least part of the mounting members 3 fits in the mounting holes 221, and the depth dimension of the mounting holes 221 is less than or equal to half of the radial dimension of the support segment 22.

[0053] As shown in FIG. 1 , an internal thread may be provided in the mounting hole 221 , and an external thread matching the internal thread may be provided on the mounting member 3 , so that the mounting member 3 and the mounting hole 221 are connected through threads.

[0054] It can be understood that in some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the cross-section of the support rod 2 is circular, and the depth dimension of the mounting hole 221 is less than or equal to half of the radial dimension of the support section 22, thereby avoiding the mounting hole 221 passing through the support rod 2 and ensuring the overall strength of the support rod 2.

[0055] In some embodiments, the support section 22 further has a plurality of mounting surfaces 222 , and the plurality of mounting surfaces 222 correspond one-to-one to the plurality of mounting holes 221 . The plane where one mounting surface 222 is located is orthogonal to the axial direction of its corresponding mounting hole 221 .

[0056] As shown in Figure 1, the mounting surface 222 is located in the plane where the opening of the mounting hole 221 is located. Since the support rod 2 is cylindrical, when the mounting member 3 is connected to the support rod 2, the contact surface has less contact with the outer arc surface of the support rod 2, which is not conducive to fixing the grid 100. Therefore, opening the mounting surface 222 at the opening of the mounting hole 221 can increase the contact area between the mounting member 3 and the support rod 2, thereby facilitating the fixing of the grid 100.

[0057] In some embodiments, the connecting section 21 has a first connecting portion 211 , the base 1 has a second connecting portion 11 , one of the first connecting portion 211 and the second connecting portion 11 has a groove 111 , and the other of the first connecting portion 211 and the second connecting portion 11 has a protrusion 212 matching the groove 111 .

[0058] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the first connecting portion 211 is located at the lower end of the connecting section 21, and the second connecting portion 11 is located at the upper end of the base 1. The first connecting portion 211 can be provided with a groove 111, and the second connecting portion 11 can be provided with a protrusion 212 that matches the groove 111. Alternatively, the second connecting portion 11 can be provided with a groove 111, and the first connecting portion 211 can be provided with a protrusion 212 that matches the groove 111.

[0059] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 1, the second connecting part 11 is provided with a groove 111, the first connecting part 211 is provided with a protrusion 212, and the base 1 is connected to the support rod 2 so that the protrusion 212 is inserted into the groove 111 to limit the movement of the support rod 2 in the left and right directions relative to the base 1.

[0060] It can be understood that the second connecting part 11 includes a first part and a second part arranged at intervals along the left-right direction, and a groove 111 is formed between the first part and the second part so that the protrusion 212 can be placed in the groove 111 and prevent the base 1 and the support rod 2 from being relatively fixed in the left-right direction, thereby improving the overall stability of the support unit.

[0061] In some embodiments, the supporting unit of the embodiment of the present disclosure further includes a limiting portion 112 , the limiting portion 112 is placed in the groove 111 , the protrusion 212 fits in the groove 111 and the protrusion 212 is connected to the limiting portion 112 .

[0062] As shown in Figures 1, 2, 4, and 5, the lower end of the limiting portion 112 is connected to the bottom of the groove 111, and the limiting portion 112 extends from bottom to top. The bottom of the protrusion 212 is provided with a limiting groove that matches the limiting portion 112. The protrusion 212 is placed in the groove 111, and the limiting portion 112 can be placed in the limiting groove, thereby further limiting the movement of the support rod 2 relative to the base 1. That is, the limiting portion 112 is placed in the limiting groove, which can prevent the support rod 2 and the base 1 from moving relative to each other in the front-to-back direction.

[0063] In some embodiments, an interference fit is adopted between the limiting portion 112 and the limiting groove.

[0064] In some embodiments, the supporting unit of the embodiment of the present disclosure further includes a first connecting member 4 , which is threadedly engaged with at least one of the first connecting portion 211 and the second connecting portion 11 .

[0065] It can be understood that, as shown in Figure 1, the first connecting member 4 can be a nut, the first connecting member 4 has an internal thread, the first connecting part 211 is provided with a groove 111, and the second connecting part 11 is provided with a protrusion 212, then the outer peripheral surface of the first connecting part 211 is provided with an external thread to facilitate the first connecting member 4 and the first connecting part 211 to be connected by thread; when the second connecting part 11 is provided with a groove 111 and the first connecting part 211 is provided with a protrusion 212, then the outer peripheral surface of the second connecting part 11 is provided with an external thread to facilitate the first connecting member 4 and the first connecting part 211 to be connected by thread.

[0066] In some embodiments, the supporting unit of the embodiment of the present disclosure further includes a first anchor rod 5 , which is connected to the base 1 and extends in a direction away from the base 1 .
