Abstract

Problem 1. To enable even one adult to install and remove a lifting and pinching type wild animal capturing device for capturing a harmful wild animal without any hunting experience. Problem 2. To safely and easily perform blood-draining of a captured animal without making the animal rampage, so as to enjoy eating the blessings of the mother nature without wasting. [Solution] The device (fig. 1) is assembled and designed by means of iron pipes. Two pipes (fig. 33) are laterally penetrated into a footstool (fig. 2), to make a lifting device. A board under the footstool constitutes a footboard (fig. 21 and fig. 31), and a bait stand (fig. 34) device is arranged in front of a pinching board above the footstool (fig. 22 and fig. 32). The footboard and the bait stand serve as an entrance passage (fig. 58) which an animal enters, and the animal enters the entrance passage to eat the bait on the bait stand (fig. 34). As a result of the bait stand shaking due to the animal eating the bait, a wire (fig. 35) suspending the footstool (fig. 2) is released, causing the footstool to drop instantaneously (fig. 6). The body of the animal is fixed between the lifting device (fig. 33) and the pinching board (fig. 32), and the head is placed on the bait stand (fig. 34), whereby the animal can neither fight nor escape. The weight of the footstool body (approximately 25 kg) and the weight of the animal work as a force to pinch the animal body. Thus, the more the animal fight, the stronger this pinching force becomes. The blood can be drained safely and easily by using a knife with a long handle (approximately 100 cm), from under the bait stand in front (fig. 34). After draining blood, the footstool is lifted (fig. 5) by a lifting power device (fig. 47), allowing the animal to be pulled out easily. The lifting and pinching capturing device is pulled down obliquely to the right side (fig. 7 shows the intermediate stage of pulling down). The body of the wild animal can be pulled out from each of the entrance of the entrance passage and the bait stand. The bait stand is structured to be removed easily. All of the tasks can be performed by one person.

Description

Lifting clamp-type wild animal capture device

[0001] This invention relates to a device for capturing harmful wild animals such as boars, deer, and bears, and is a novel device for capturing wild animals.

[0002] Capture devices include snare traps, box traps, net traps, and enclosure traps. There are various patented traps for pest control, but most captured animals struggle within a small area, making it impossible to approach, so they are shot or electrocuted. In countries such as Japan, the United States, Australia, and Canada, captured wild animals are also buried in the ground because they cannot be bled, and the meat becomes smelly and inedible. This wastes the lives that are a gift from nature. The ideal situation would be to capture and bleed wild animals more safely and easily, so as not to waste the gifts of nature.

[0003] Task 1: To enable even adult amateurs with no hunting experience to capture wild animals, safely and easily drain their blood without them struggling, and then eat them deliciously. Task 2: To enable captured wild animals to be bled one by one using a combination of large net traps and enclosure traps (Figures 8 and 9), allowing the bounty of nature to be enjoyed deliciously.

[0004] The present invention was developed to solve the above problems.

[0005] The lifting clamp type wild animal capture device of the present invention has the following advantages: 1. It can effectively attract and capture wild animals. 2. The captured wild animals cannot escape or thrash around, yet they can be safely and easily bled. 3. The device can be set up, disassembled, and transported by one person, and the wild animal's body can be removed from the capture device by lifting it with a footboard.

[0007] There are no actual examples. Industrial Applicability 1. In countries where wild boars are infested, when used in combination with large net traps, fixed enclosure traps and rolling enclosure traps, it could potentially become a promising food processing industry. (Figures 8 and 9 are conceptual diagrams of the combination) 2. Where permitted by law, even a single adult amateur could capture wild animals. 3. The lifting clamp-type wild animal capture device of the present invention allows even amateurs to obtain the necessary fatty meat when the need arises to obtain food outdoors. Claims

1. A wild animal enters the wild animal intrusion passage to eat bait (Fig. 58), and the vibration of the action of eating the bait on the feeding tray (Fig. 34) releases the lifting wire (Fig. 35), causing the footboard (Fig. 2) to fall (Fig. 69), and the wild animal's body is caught between the lifting device (Fig. 33) and the clamping plate (Fig. 32), and its head is on the feeding tray (34), so it cannot struggle or escape. This lifting and clamping wild animal capture method is claimed.
