Description

Clamping device for electronic devices, antenna device and lighting device including the same

[0001] The present invention relates to a clamping apparatus for an electronic device, an antenna apparatus and a lighting apparatus including the same, and more particularly, to a clamping apparatus for an electronic device, an antenna apparatus and a lighting apparatus including the same, which enable a worker to efficiently place an electronic device in a crowded installation space, facilitate direction adjustment of the electronic device, minimize interference during direction adjustment due to the size of the electronic device, and are very simple to mount on a support pole.

[0002] In general, wireless communication technology, such as MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) technology, is a technology that dramatically increases data transmission capacity by using multiple antennas. It is a spatial multiplexing technique in which the transmitter transmits different data through each transmission antenna, and the receiver distinguishes the transmission data through appropriate signal processing.

[0003] In Massive MIMO technology, as the number of ANTs (antennas) increases, the number of transmitters and filters also increases. In particular, when installing MIMO antennas, which are modules that implement RF and digital components in a stacked structure, in a limited space, there is a growing need for compact and miniaturized designs for the multiple layers that make up the MIMO antenna to maximize ease of installation and space utilization. In addition, there is a strong need for free direction adjustment of the antenna device installed on a single support pole.

[0004] In response to the above requirements, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2095871 (published on April 2, 2020) (hereinafter referred to as “prior art”) discloses a “clamping device for an antenna” having a tilting unit for rotating an antenna device in an up-and-down direction and a steering unit for rotating the antenna device in a left-right direction.

[0005] However, the above-mentioned prior art has a problem in that the tilting unit has a limited range of vertical rotation of the antenna device. When the tilting rotation range is limited, not only does it fail to cover the area directly below the building where it is installed, but it also requires the support pole to be tilted for installation, or the antenna device itself must be tilted from the beginning.

[0006] In addition, there is a problem that the safety of workers on site cannot be secured due to the very complicated process required to install the antenna device, which has a rather heavy weight, on the support pole.

[0007] In addition, the clamping device for an antenna according to the prior art, as can be seen from its name, is specialized for adjusting the directionality of an antenna device, and thus only has as its core technical components related to coupling and fixing to the antenna device. However, devices requiring directionality adjustment include not only the above-described antenna device but also lighting devices, laser oscillation devices, air conditioning devices, etc., and therefore, there is a problem that the usability of the clamping device according to the prior art specialized for an antenna device is extremely limited.

[0008]

[0096] Meanwhile, at the rear end of each of the guide housing (70A) and the steering rotation guide bracket portion (70B), the upper support pole clamping end (75A) and the lower support pole clamping end (75B) described above, which are in close contact with the other side (in the case of the present invention, the front outer circumference) of the support pole (P), similar to the upper fixed bracket portion (50A) and the lower fixed bracket portion (50B) described above, can be formed integrally.

[0097] Here, the guide housing (70A) serves to provide a space for installing a steering drive unit (100S) in which a steering drive unit (100A) is built into the configuration of the steering unit (100), as will be described later, and can also serve to mediate the connection to the support pole (P) together with the upper fixing bracket unit (50A) and the lower fixing bracket unit (50B) through the integral provision of the upper support pole clamping end (75A).

[0098] Likewise, the steering rotation guide bracket portion (70B), as will be described later, supports the steering rotation movement of the steering housing (100H) in the left-right direction among the components of the steering unit (100), and can also perform the role of mediating the connection to the support pole (P) together with the upper fixing bracket portion (50A) and the lower fixing bracket portion (50B) through the integral provision of the lower support pole clamping end (75B).

[0099] Meanwhile, the steering unit (100) may include, as referenced in FIGS. 1 to 4, a steering drive unit (100A) hidden inside a guide housing (70A), a steering shaft (140) that rotates about a vertically arranged pivot axis (refer to the reference numeral "SC" in FIG. 7, which will be described later) by the rotational force provided by the driving of the steering drive unit (100A), and a steering housing (100H) that is connected to the steering shaft (140), has a tilting drive unit (200A) of a tilting unit (200), which will be described later, hidden inside, and rotates in the left-right direction between the guide housing (70A) and the steering rotation guide bracket unit (70B).

[0100] In addition, the tilting unit (200) may include a tilting drive unit (200A) hiddenly arranged inside the steering housing (100H), as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a tilting shaft (240) that rotates around a rotation axis (refer to the reference numeral “TC” in FIG. 8 described later) that is horizontally arranged forward and backward by the rotational force provided by the driving of the tilting drive unit (200A), and a tilting bracket unit (200B) that is connected to the tilting shaft (240), has an electronic device (A) fixed to the front, and tilts and rotates in the upper and lower directions on the left and right sides of the steering housing (100H), respectively.

[0101] FIGS. 5a and 5b are exploded perspective views, viewed downward and upward, for explaining the installation structure of the guide housing and steering rotation guide bracket of the steering housing and tilting bracket of the configuration of FIG. 2, and FIGS. 6a and 6b are exploded perspective views, viewed forward and rear, for explaining the installation structure of the support pole of the upper fixed bracket and lower fixed bracket of the configuration of FIG. 3.

[0102] As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the upper fixing bracket part (50A) and the lower fixing bracket part (50B) are closely arranged so that the bracket body (51) together with a pair of connecting bars (52) surrounds one side (the rear outer surface in one embodiment of the present invention) of the support pole (P), and the upper support pole clamping end (75A) of the guide housing (70A) is closely arranged on the upper side of the other side (the front outer surface in one embodiment of the present invention) of the support pole (P), and then are mutually coupled using a stud fixing bolt (54).

[0103] Here, a pair of clamping gear panels (57a, 57b) can be installed in gear installation grooves (55a, 55b) of the bracket body (51) of the upper fixed bracket part (50A).

[0104] A pair of clamping gear panels (57a, 57b) are each formed with pin penetration holes (58a, 58b) for a single fixing pin (56) to penetrate and be fastened, and the single fixing pin (56) penetrates the bracket body (51) in the vertical direction through the gear panel fixing hole (59) and the pin penetration holes (58a, 58b) at the same time, so that two clamping gear panels (57a, 57b) can be fixed to the gear installation grooves (55a, 55b) at the same time.

[0105] In addition, a pair of gear installation grooves (77A-a, 77A-b and 77B-a, 77B-b) for installing a pair of clamping gears (79A-a, 79A-b and 79B-a, 79B-b) may be formed in the upper support pole clamping end (75A) of the guide housing (70A) and the lower support pole clamping end (75B) of the steering rotation guide bracket portion (70B).

[0106] Here, in the middle portion of each clamping gear panel (79A-a to 79B-b), a catching groove (see 81A-a, etc.) is formed in which each head of a fastening screw (80A-a, 80A-b and 80B-a, 80B-b) is caught, and while the fastening screw (80A-a, 80A-b and 80B-a, 80B-b) is fastened to the screw fastening hole (see 78A-a, etc.), each head thereof is caught in the catching groove (see 81A-a, etc.) so that each clamping gear panel (79A-a to 79B-b) is fixed to the gear installation groove (77A-a, 77A-b and 77B-a, 77B-b).

[0107] Meanwhile, the upper support pole clamping end (75A) of the gear housing (70A) and the lower support pole clamping end (75B) of the steering rotation guide bracket (70B) can be connected through upper and lower stud fixing poles (60A, 60B) so that the mutual vertical separation distance can be firmly maintained.

[0108] More specifically, bolt connection bosses (75A-B, 75B-B) are formed in the upper support pole clamping section (75A) and the lower support pole clamping section (75B), respectively, and the upper and lower ends of the upper and lower stud fixing poles (60A, 60B) are firmly connected to the bolt connection bosses (75A-B, 75B-B), thereby connecting the gear housing (70A) and the steering rotation guide bracket section (70B) at four points.

[0109] However, the fastening of the upper and lower stud fixing poles (60A, 60B) can be performed during the process of fixing the steering housing (100H) between the guide housing (70A) and the steering rotation guide bracket part (70B).

[0110] In addition, although not shown, the lower part of the upper and lower stud fixing poles (60A, 60B) can be additionally fixed by a stud fixing bolt that penetrates from the bottom to the top through a bolt connection boss (75B-B) formed in the lower support pole clamping end (75B).

[0111] Meanwhile, the steering rotation guide bracket part (70B), as referenced in FIGS. 5a and 5b, may include a horizontal bracket panel (71B) in which the lower support pole clamping end (75B) described above is formed integrally and which rotates and supports the lower surface of the steering housing (100H).

[0112] A steering guide protrusion (73B) may be formed to protrude upward at the front end of the horizontal bracket panel (71B). The steering guide protrusion (73B) may be formed integrally with a steering rotation guide boss (100H-B) into which the steering guide protrusion (73B) is inserted so as to perform the same function as the steering rotation shaft (SC) on the lower surface of the steering housing (100H).

[0113] Accordingly, when the steering housing (100H) is rotated left and right by the driving of the steering drive unit (100A) provided inside the guide housing (70A), the upper part of the steering housing (100H) rotates based on the shaft connecting unit (100H-C) that is coupled with the lower part of the steering shaft (140), and the lower part of the steering housing (100H) rotates based on the steering rotation guide boss (100H-B) described above, thereby stably rotating the steering.

[0114] Fig. 7 is a perspective view (a) and a plan view (b) showing the left-right steering operation implemented by the steering unit in the configuration of Fig. 3, and Fig. 8 is a perspective view (a) and a side view (b) showing the up-and-down tilting operation implemented by the tilting unit in the configuration of Fig. 3.

[0115] When an electronic device (A) is installed in a tilting bracket part (200B) by means of a clamping device (1) for an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention, the directionality for optimizing the directional design of the electronic device (A) (particularly, when the electronic device (A) is an antenna device (A-1), beam forming emanating therefrom) can be set by the steering rotational motion and the tilting rotational motion of the steering unit (100) and the tilting unit (200), as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8.

[0116] More specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the left-right directionality of the electronic device (A) can be adjusted by rotating the steering housing (100H) and the steering rotation guide bracket (70B) in the left-right direction within a predetermined angle range using the steering drive unit (100A) hidden inside the guide housing (70A).

[0117] In addition, as referenced in FIG. 8, the tilting bracket part (200B) can be rotated within a predetermined angle range in the up-and-down direction based on the tilting rotation axis (TC) on the left and right sides of the steering housing (100H) using the tilting drive part (200A) hiddenly arranged inside the steering housing (100H), thereby controlling the up-and-down direction of the electronic device (A).

[0118] FIGS. 9a and 9b are exploded perspective views of the top and bottom sides for explaining the installation structure of the steering drive unit for the guide housing in the configuration of FIG. 3, FIGS. 10a and 10b are exploded perspective views of the front and rear sides for explaining the detailed configuration of the steering drive unit for the configuration of FIG. 3, and FIG. 11 is a plan view for explaining the arrangement of the steering shaft and reduction gear set for the guide housing.

[0119] In a clamping device (1) for an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention, and an antenna device (1, A-1) and a lighting device (1, A-2) including the same, as shown in FIGS. 9A to 11, a steering unit (100) may include a steering drive unit (100A) hiddenly arranged inside a guide housing (70A), and a steering shaft (140) vertically arranged in the vertical direction inside the guide housing (70A).

[0120] Here, the steering drive unit (100A) may include a steering drive motor (110) installed inside the guide housing (70A) and having an electrically rotationally driven motor shaft (110C), and a reduction gear set (120) connected to the motor shaft (110C) of the steering drive motor (110) to receive rotational force and reduce the speed at a predetermined gear ratio.

[0121] The reduction gear set (120) may include a gear fixing panel (121) installed via a motor installation bracket (123, 124), a gear box housing (122) coupled to the gear fixing panel (121), and a gear set (130).

[0122] A plurality of screw fastening holes (121h) are formed in the gear fixing panel (121), and a plurality of screw through holes (122h) are also formed in the gear box housing (122). By means of an operation in which a plurality of fastening screws (125) are fastened through each of the screw fastening holes (121h) and the screw through holes (122h), a part of the gear set (130) can be built-in and installed inside the gear box housing (122).

[0123] Meanwhile, an output worm gear (137) among the gear sets (130) may be provided to be exposed on the outside of the gear box housing (122). The output worm gear (137) serves as a transmission gear that receives the rotational force reduced by other gear configurations of the gear set (130) and transmits it to the steering shaft (140).

[0124] Here, the gear set (130) may include a first worm gear (131) that is connected to and rotates the motor shaft (110C) of the steering drive motor (110), as shown in FIG. 10, and first to fifth reduction gears (132) to (136) that are sequentially arranged from the first worm gear (131) and mesh with each other to reduce speed.

[0125] The fifth reduction gear (136) is provided so as to be directly connected to the rotation axis of the output worm gear (137), and can rotate the output worm gear (137) in the axial direction. The worm gear teeth provided on the outer surface of the output worm gear (137) mesh with the pinion gear portion (141) of the steering shaft (140) to rotate the steering shaft (140) in the axial direction.

[0126] Here, the output worm gear (137) including the fifth reduction gear (136) is arranged horizontally in the guide housing (70A), as shown in FIG. 11, but may be arranged at a predetermined angle with respect to the axial direction of the tilting shaft (240) of the tilting unit (200) described later (e.g., the tilting rotation axis (TC)).

[0127] In this way, since the axial directions of the output worm gear (137) and the tilting shaft (240) are arranged to be offset from each other by a predetermined angle, even if the weight of the electronic device (A), such as the antenna device (A-1), which is a weight chain, affects the steering housing (100H) during the tilting operation of the tilting bracket portion (200B), there is an advantage in that the engagement force between the worm gear of the output worm gear (137) and the pinion gear portion (141) of the steering shaft (140) can be prevented from being reduced. Therefore, there is an advantage in that the stability of the steering rotation operation can be secured even when the electronic device (A) shakes due to an external force (e.g., a strong wind).

[0128] Meanwhile, the guide housing (70A) may include a lower guide housing (71A) in which an upper support clamping end (75A) is integrally formed, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, and an upper guide housing (72A) that covers the upper portion of the lower guide housing (71A) and forms an installation space (100S) for a steering drive unit (100A) therein.

[0129] In the upper guide housing (72A), a shaft mounting groove (73A) in which the upper portion (143) of the steering shaft (140) is mounted may be formed to protrude upward, and a motor installation groove (74A) may be formed to protrude upward so that a steering drive motor (110) is built into it.

[0130] In the shaft mounting groove (73A), the upper portion (143) of the steering shaft (140) can be installed rotatably while being rotatably supported by the shaft support bearing (151).

[0131] Meanwhile, in the lower guide housing (71A), as described above, a motor installation bracket (123, 124) may be firmly fixed, and a shaft through-hole (71A-h) may be formed so that the lower end of the steering shaft (140) may be penetrated and formed into a shaft connecting portion (100H-C) integrally provided on the upper surface of the steering housing (100H).

[0132] That is, at the lower end of the steering shaft (140), a plurality of cam interference surfaces (not indicated in the drawing symbol) that rotate in the direction of shaft rotation are formed and can be rotatably coupled to the shaft connection portion (100H-C) integrally provided on the upper surface of the steering housing (100H) by passing through the shaft through hole (71A-h). At this time, a plurality of rotation support bearings (153) are interposed at the inner circumference of the shaft through hole (71A-h) so that the steering shaft (140) can be rotatably supported.

[0133] In addition, an O-ring (155) is installed around the edge of the shaft penetration hole (71A-h) to prevent rainwater from entering the interior.

[0134] The shaft connecting portion (100H-C) integrally provided on the upper surface of the steering housing (100H) may be configured to receive the rotational force of the steering drive portion (100A) and perform the role of rotating the steering housing (100H) itself in the left and right directions based on the steering rotation axis (SC).

[0135] FIGS. 12a and 12b are front and rear exploded perspective views for explaining the installation structure of the tilting drive unit for the steering housing in the configuration of FIG. 3, FIGS. 13a and 13b are front and rear exploded perspective views for explaining the detailed configuration of the tilting drive unit in the configuration of FIG. 3, and FIG. 14 is a perspective view for explaining the coupling appearance of the reduction gear set for the tilting shaft in the configuration of the tilting drive unit.

[0136] In a clamping device (1) for an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention, and an antenna device (1, A-1) and a lighting device (1, A-2) including the same, as shown in FIGS. 12A to 14, a tilting unit (200) may include a tilting drive unit (200A) hiddenly arranged inside a steering housing (100H), and a tilting shaft (240) horizontally arranged in the left-right direction inside the steering housing (100H).

[0137] Here, the tilting drive unit (200A) may include a tilting drive motor (210) installed inside the steering housing (100H) and having an electrically rotationally driven motor shaft (not shown), and a reduction gear set (220) connected to the motor shaft of the tilting drive motor (210) to transmit rotational force and reduce the rotational force at a predetermined gear ratio.

[0138] The reduction gear set (220) may include a gear set (130) installed via a motor installation bracket (221, 222).

[0139] Meanwhile, the motor shaft of the tilting drive motor (210) is rotatably connected to the motor installation bracket (221, 222), and the output worm gear (237) of the gear set (230) can be vertically arranged in the vertical direction. The output worm gear (237) serves as a transmission gear that receives the rotational force reduced by other gear configurations of the gear set (230) and transmits it to the tilting shaft (240).

[0140] Here, the gear set (230) may include a first worm gear (231) that is connected to the motor shaft of the tilting drive motor (210) and rotates, as shown in FIG. 14, and first to fifth reduction gears (232) to (236) that are sequentially arranged from the first worm gear (231) and mesh with each other to reduce speed.

[0141] The fifth reduction gear (236) is provided so as to be directly connected to the rotation axis of the output worm gear (237), and can rotate the output worm gear (237) in the axial direction. The worm gear teeth provided on the outer surface of the output worm gear (237) mesh with the pinion gear portion (241) of the tilting shaft (240) to rotate the tilting shaft (240) in the axial direction.

[0142] Meanwhile, the steering housing (100H) may include a housing body (100H-1) having a left or right side opened at one end and forming an installation space (200S) in which a tilting drive unit (200A) can be hiddenly installed, as shown in FIGS. 12A to 13B, and a housing cover (100H-2) coupled to shield one open side of the housing body (100H-1).

[0143] A shaft through hole (100H-2h) that exposes one end and the other end of a tilting shaft (240) horizontally arranged in the left-right direction in the installation space (200S) may be formed in the housing body (100H-1) and the housing cover (100H-2), respectively.

[0144] Additionally, a power connector (see '100H-G' in Fig. 5) may be provided to protrude downward at the lower portion of the housing body (100H-1) of the steering housing (100H).

[0145] Here, the steering housing (100H) is provided so as to be rotatable left and right between the guide housing (70A) and the steering rotation guide bracket part (70B), as described above. An interference avoidance hole (71B-G) may be provided in the steering rotation guide bracket part (70B) to prevent interference with the power connector (100H-G) of the steering housing (100H) in the vertical direction.

[0146] More specifically, the interference avoidance hole (71B-G) may be provided in a shape similar to the trajectory of the rotation radius of the power connector (100H-G) when the steering housing (100H) is rotated.

[0147] In this way, the power connector (100H-G) rotates within a predetermined trajectory through the interference avoidance hole (71B-G) based on the steering rotation guide boss (100H-B), so it can additionally perform the role of guiding the left and right steering rotation of the steering housing (100H).

[0148] Meanwhile, in the installation space (S) of the steering housing (100H), as referenced in FIGS. 12A to 13B, a control board (270) that receives power through the power connector (100H-G) described above and controls the operation of the steering drive motor (110) of the steering drive unit (100A) and the tilting drive motor (210) of the tilting drive unit (200A) may be further provided.

[0149] In addition, the tilting bracket part (200B) may include a device mounting part (201B) in which the back surface of the electronic device (A) is coupled to the front surface, as shown in FIGS. 12A to 13B, and a pair of tilting mounting parts (203B-1, 203B-2) that extend rearward so as to overlap the left and right sides of the steering housing (100H) from the back surface of the device mounting part (201B), and in which tilting axis protrusions (205B-1, 205B-2) are integrally formed.

[0151] That is, the tilting shaft protrusions (205B-1, 205B-2) provided in the tilting mounting portions (203B-1, 203B-2) are inserted and installed through the shaft through-holes (100H-2h) inside the steering housing (100H) and then inserted into the shaft-shaped grooves (245C-1, 245C-2) formed at each end of the tilting shaft (240), so that smooth assembly is possible without assembly interference with the steering housing (100H).

[0152] According to the clamping device (1) for an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention having such a configuration, and the antenna device (1, A-1) and the lighting device (1, A-2) including the same, the steering rotation guide boss (100H-B) formed at the lower portion of the steering housing (100H) is hinge-coupled to the steering guide protrusion (73B) formed at the steering rotation guide bracket portion (70B), so that the steering housing (100H) can be simply seated on the steering rotation guide bracket portion (70B) and connected to the support pole (P), thereby ensuring the safety of workers at the site.

[0153] In addition, the clamping device (1) for an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention, and the antenna device (1, A-1) and the lighting device (1, A-2) including the same, can improve the expandability of installation in a narrow space by preventing expansion of the size of the entire product in the up-down direction or front-back direction by concealing the steering drive unit (100A) inside the guide housing (70A) and concealing the tilting drive unit (200A) inside the steering housing (100H).

[0154] Meanwhile, a plurality of antenna coupling holes (201B-1h) for bolt connection with the electronic device (A) may be formed to penetrate in the front-back direction at each corner end of the device mounting portion (201B).

[0155] FIGS. 15a and 15b are downward and upward perspective views showing a clamping device for an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIGS. 16a and 16b are exploded perspective views of FIGS. 15a and 15b, FIGS. 17a and 17b are one-way and the other-way exploded perspective views showing a steering unit among the components of a clamping device for an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 18a and 18b are downward and upward exploded perspective views showing a tilting unit among the components of a clamping device for an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0161] Second, in the clamping device (1A) for an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present invention, and the antenna device (1A, A-1) and the lighting device (1A, A-2) including the same, the tilting bracket part (1200B) can be formed by integrally bending a pair of tilting mounting parts (1203B-1, 1203B-2) backward relative to the device mounting part (1201B), as shown in FIGS. 16A and 16B.

[0162] This is different from the case where, in the case of the clamping device (1) for an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention described above, and the antenna device (1, A-1) and the lighting device (1, A-2) including the same, a tilting shaft projection (205B-1, 205B-2) that fits into an axial groove (245C-1, 245C-2) of a tilting shaft (240) is integrally formed on the mutually facing inner surfaces of a pair of tilting mounting parts (203B-1, 203B-2), and one of the pair of tilting mounting parts (203B-1, 203B-2) (203B-2) is provided separately.

[0163] Here, the clamping device (1) for an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention, and the antenna device (1, A-1) and the lighting device (1, A-2) including the same are fixed by an operation in which a separately provided tilting mounting part (203B-2) is moved in the axial direction of the tilting shaft (240) so that the axial matching groove (245C-2) and the tilting axis protrusion (205B-2) are matched, and then the tilting mounting part (203B-2) is fastened to the mounting fastening hole (203B-2h) formed in the front end of the tilting mounting part (203B-2) through a mounting bolt hole (201B-2h) formed in the device mounting part (201B) using a fixing bolt not shown.

[0164] However, in the case of the clamping device (1) for an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention, and the antenna device (1, A-1) and lighting device (1, A-2) including the same, since the fixing force for fixing the tilting mounting part (203B-2) depends only on the fixing bolts arranged in a straight line in the vertical direction, there is a possibility of shaking (play) or breakage due to an external force in the lateral direction (left-right direction).

[0165] Accordingly, a clamping device (1A) for an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present invention, and an antenna device (1A, A-1) and a lighting device (1A, A-2) including the same, are formed integrally with a pair of tilting mounting parts (1203B-1, 1203B-2) relative to a device mounting part (1201B), and a tilting axis connecting part (1246) including a configuration corresponding to the tilting axis protrusion (205B-1, 205B-2) of one embodiment (1) of the present invention (see reference numeral '1249' in FIG. 18A) is provided separately from the tilting mounting part (1203B-1, 1203B-2) in a panel form, and a pair of tilting mounting parts (1203B-1, 1203B-2) are fixed to a plurality of outer surfaces of the tilting axis connecting parts (1246). The design has been changed to allow bolting fixation using a bolt (1204B).

[0166] The tilting shaft connecting part (1246) having such a configuration can be firmly fixed by an unillustrated shaft connecting bolt that is fastened through an axis connecting hole (not shown in the drawing) formed to penetrate the tilting shaft protrusion (1249) after the tilting shaft protrusion (1249) is connected to the axis-fitting grooves (1245C-1, 1245C-2) provided at both ends of the tilting shaft (1240) by moving from the outside to the inside of the steering housing (1100H) so that the tilting shaft protrusion (1249) is respectively fitted.

[0167] In this way, the tilting axis connection parts (1246) are fixed to the left and right ends of the tilting shaft (1240), and then the tilting mounting parts (1203B-1, 1203B-2) formed integrally with the device mounting part (1201B) are moved to the rear where the steering housing (1100H) is provided, and then the fixing bolt fastening hole (1248) formed in the tilting axis connection part (1246) and the fixing bolt through-hole (1203B-4) formed in the tilting mounting parts (1203B-1, 1203B-2) are moved so that they are mutually aligned, and then the bolting fixation is completed using a plurality of fixing bolts (1204B), so that the connection work can be performed without interference with the steering housing (1100H).

[0168] For reference, the steering housing (1100H) may include a housing body (1100H-1) and a housing cover (1100H-2) that shields an open side of the housing body (1100H-1), similar to the clamping device (1) for an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention, and an antenna device (1, A-1) and a lighting device (1, A-2) including the same.

[0169] Here, a shaft through-hole (1100H-h) may be formed in the closed side of the housing body (1100H-1) and the housing cover (1100H-2) so that the tilting shaft protrusion (1249) of the above-described tilting shaft connecting portion (1246) is inserted into the installation space (200S).

[0170] A rotation support bearing (1248A) for rotationally supporting the end of the tilting shaft (1240) to which the tilting axis protrusion (1249) is coupled may be interposed on the inner surface of the shaft through hole (1100H-h).

[0171] Meanwhile, a tilting angle display portion (1247) for displaying a tilting angle may be formed to protrude outward on the outer surface of the tilting axis connecting portion (1246), and a display portion receiving groove (1203B-3) for receiving the tilting angle display portion (1247) may be formed by cutting the rear end of a pair of tilting mounting portions (1203B-1, 1203B-2) so as not to interfere with the tilting angle display portion (1247).

[0172] A tilting angle printing portion (1100H-1a) may be printed on the steering housing (1100H) so that the user can estimate the tilting angle according to the indication line of the tilting angle display portion (1247) described above.

[0173] Third, the clamping device (1A) for an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present invention, and the antenna device (1A, A-1) and the lighting device (1A, A-2) including the same, differ from the clamping device (1) for an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present invention in that the vertical height occupied by the steering drive unit (1100A) provided inside the guide housing (1170A) is formed smaller than that of the clamping device (1) for an electronic device according to the embodiment of the present invention described above, as shown in FIGS. 17A and 17B.

[0174] More specifically, in the case of the clamping device (1) for an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present invention, and the antenna device (1, A-1) and the lighting device (1, A-2) including the same, as referenced in FIGS. 10A and 10B, the motor shaft (110C) of the steering drive motor (110) is formed in the vertical direction, the steering drive motor (110) is longitudinally arranged in the vertical direction inside the guide housing (70A), and a motor installation groove (74A) is inevitably formed to protrude upward so that a portion of the upper end of the steering drive motor (110) is built into the upper portion of the guide housing (70A).

[0175] In contrast, in the case of the clamping device (1A) for an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present invention, and the antenna device (1A, A-1) and the lighting device (1A, A-2) including the same, the rotation axis of the first worm gear (not shown, see the configuration corresponding to the reference numeral '131' of FIGS. 10A and 10B) among the reduction gear sets (1120) is horizontally arranged, and the motor shaft (not shown) of the steering drive motor (1110) connected thereto is horizontally arranged so as to be directly connected to the first worm gear, so that the steering drive motor (1110) is horizontally built into the guide housing (1170A), and accordingly, the vertical thickness of the guide housing (1170A) can be prevented from increasing.

[0176] Meanwhile, the clamping device (1A) for an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present invention, and the antenna device (1A, A-1) and the lighting device (1A, A-2) including the same may further include a steering photo sensor unit (1150) that detects the rotation of the pinion gear unit (1141) of the steering shaft (1140), as shown in FIGS. 17a and 17b.

[0177] The steering photo sensor unit (1150) is further equipped with a photo sensor (not shown in the drawing), and by detecting the rotation angle of the pinion gear unit (1141) by the photo sensor, it is possible to distinguish the left and right origins when the steering of the electronic device (A) is rotated.

[0178] In addition, the clamping device (1A) for an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present invention, and the antenna device (1A, A-1) and the lighting device (1A, A-2) including the same may further include a tilt photo sensor unit (1250) that detects the rotation of the pinion gear unit (1241) of the tilting shaft (1240), as shown in FIGS. 18a and 18b.

[0179] The tilt photo sensor unit (1250) also detects the rotation angle of the pinion gear unit (1241) of the tilting shaft (1240), similar to the steer photo sensor unit (1150), thereby enabling the electronic device (A) to distinguish between the upper and lower origins during tilting rotation.

[0180] For reference, the unexplained drawing reference numeral 1200A of FIGS. 18a and 18b is a component that performs the same function as the tilting drive unit (200A) among the components of the clamping device (1) for an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention described above, and its specific description is omitted to avoid redundant description.

[0181]

[0182] Above, the clamping device (1, 1A) for electronic devices according to embodiments of the present invention, the antenna device (1, A-1) (1A, A-1) and the lighting device (1, A-2) (1A, A-2) including the same have been described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. However, the embodiments of the present invention are not necessarily limited to the above-described embodiments, and it will be understood that various modifications and equivalent implementations are possible by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains.
