Abstract

An information management device of an embodiment includes an acquirer configured to acquire vehicle information including position information and behavior information from each of a plurality of vehicles, an abnormality determiner configured to determine, when at least one of the plurality of vehicles has detected an abnormality in road conditions, whether the same type of abnormality is detected from a vehicle other than the vehicle that has detected the abnormality before a predetermined time elapses after the abnormality is detected based on the vehicle information, an influence range estimator configured to estimate an influence range of the abnormality in the road conditions based on the vehicle information when the same type of abnormality is detected, and a provider configured to provide information on the abnormality in the road conditions, including the influence range, to a target vehicle determined based on the influence range among the plurality of vehicles.
