Description

Method for providing information related to the sale of items and electronic devices thereof

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a method for providing information related to item sales and an electronic device thereof, and more particularly, to a method for providing information related to item sales and an electronic device thereof for inducing a user to sign up for membership by providing information related to item sales by applying different promotions depending on whether the user has signed up for membership.

[0002] As internet use becomes more widespread, the e-commerce market is expanding. While the proportion of people visiting offline stores to purchase products is declining, the proportion of people purchasing products through e-commerce platforms using computers or smartphones is rapidly increasing.

[0003] In the e-commerce market, membership programs are a strategic tool that encourages customers to purchase and use the service by providing them with additional benefits and privileges. Various service providers are leveraging membership programs to enhance their competitiveness and increase customer loyalty. To maximize the effectiveness of these programs, it's crucial to encourage users to sign up for membership. However, existing services have tended to focus primarily on attracting membership from item buyers, with little emphasis on attracting membership from item suppliers. Furthermore, the benefits offered to membership subscribers are often limited to a single service, leading to limited connectivity with the service provider's other offerings.

[0004] Accordingly, there is a growing need for a method to encourage more users to join membership by extending membership benefits not only to item buyers but also to item suppliers, while allowing them to enjoy membership benefits that are linked to other services offered by e-commerce service providers.

For example, the electronic device (120) may be implemented as separate configurations of a first electronic device and a second electronic device. In an embodiment, the electronic device (120) may include multiple computer systems or computer software implemented as network servers. For example, the electronic device (120) may refer to a computer system and computer software that are connected to a lower-level device that can communicate with another network server through a computer network, such as an intranet or the Internet, receive a task execution request, perform the task, and provide the execution result.

[0041] In addition, the electronic device (120) can be understood as a broad concept that includes a series of application programs that can operate on a network server and various databases built within it. For example, the electronic device (120) can be implemented using a network server program that is provided in various ways depending on the operating system, such as DOS, Windows, Linux, Unix, or MacOS.

[0042] In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the electronic device (120) may process information for performing a service provided from the electronic device (120) and provide the processed information to each other as components. For example, the electronic device (120) may provide information related to item sales to the user terminal (110), and the operation of providing such item sales-related information may be performed for a service provided by the electronic device (120) or a service related to the electronic device (120). Hereinafter, the service related to the electronic device (120) may include a delivery brokerage service for brokering delivery orders between various stores located in the service and multiple users using the service. In addition, the items subject to a delivery order may include food items, and the food items may be understood to have the same meaning as various other terms indicating items related to food, such as dishes, food menus, or meals. A store associated with a service related to an electronic device (120) may include a store that sells and delivers food items, and may be understood to have the same meaning as other various terms indicating a place where food items can be sold, such as a store, a shop, a restaurant, etc., and may exchange information with the electronic device (120) through a store terminal (130).

[0043] Through a delivery brokerage service provided by an electronic device (120), users can request a page related to a store in order to order an item through the store within the service, and the electronic device (120) can provide a page containing information about a store of a first store set to the user terminal (110) in response to the request. At this time, the first store set may include a set of stores to which the first promotion is applied, and the stores to which the first promotion is applied may include stores that have subscribed to a membership, and information about the first promotion may be displayed in the information about the stores of the first store set. In order to induce the user to subscribe to the membership, the electronic device (120) may manage the information about the first promotion to be set differently depending on whether the user has subscribed to the membership, and may provide membership-related information to the terminal (130) of the store in order to induce the user to subscribe to the membership of the store.

[0044] In summary, the devices (100) for providing information related to item sales according to an embodiment of the present disclosure can induce the user to sign up for membership by providing a page displaying information on promotions that vary depending on whether the user has signed up for membership to the user's terminal (110), and can induce the user to join the membership by providing membership-related information to the store terminal (130) to induce the user to join the store's membership-signed stores. In addition, the electronic device (120) can manage users who have signed up for membership so that they can simultaneously receive benefits from other services provided by the electronic device (120), such as item sales brokerage transaction services, and can improve the customer experience by linking and providing information on promotions according to membership sign-up and promotions to which the user is already applying.

[0045]

[0046] FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a method for providing item sales-related information according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Specifically, FIG. 2 illustrates a method in which, when a user requests a page for a store on a delivery brokerage service provided via an electronic device (120), an electronic device provides item sales-related information corresponding to the user's request.

[0047] Referring to FIG. 2 , in step S210, the electronic device (120) may obtain user information of a user who wishes to order an item through a store on a service provided by the electronic device (120). For example, the user information confirmed by the electronic device (120) in step S210 may include information on whether the user has subscribed to a membership. Here, membership may refer to a condition for applying a specific promotion on a service provided by the electronic device (120). For example, a user who has subscribed to a membership may be applied to a first promotion when ordering an item through a store to which the user has subscribed to the membership. Information on whether the user has subscribed to a membership may be utilized to set information on a first promotion provided by the electronic device (120) in step S250, which will be described later. That is, when a user who wishes to order an item from a store accesses the first service, the electronic device (120) may set different information on the first promotion to be displayed on a page to be provided to the user terminal (110) depending on whether the user has subscribed to a membership. At this time, information regarding whether the user has subscribed to membership may be utilized to set information regarding other promotions related to other services provided by the electronic device (120). That is, when a user who has subscribed to membership in the first service accesses the second service provided by the electronic device (120), the electronic device (120) may set different information regarding promotions to be displayed on the page provided to the user terminal (110) depending on whether the user has subscribed to membership.

[0048] In an embodiment, information regarding whether a user has subscribed to membership may be used in conjunction with other services provided by the electronic device (120), such as an item sales brokerage service. For example, the electronic device (120) may apply a first promotion to a user who has subscribed to membership when the user orders an item through a delivery brokerage service provided by the electronic device (120). Furthermore, the first promotion may also be applied when the same user orders an item through an item sales brokerage service provided by the electronic device (120). In this way, a user can receive separate promotions across all services provided by the electronic device (120) by subscribing to a single membership, thereby improving the customer experience and more actively encouraging users to subscribe to membership.

[0049] In an embodiment, to reduce the workload of delivery workers and improve delivery efficiency, the electronic device (120) may merge orders from a user and other users and deliver them. In other words, orders from users may be concentrated in certain time zones and certain regions, and in such cases, combined delivery may be more efficient for both users and the service provider than individual delivery of users' orders, as the estimated time of arrival (ETA) is shortened. In this case, whether to process combined delivery for users' orders may be determined based on a combined delivery processing threshold for the relevant user orders. For example, the electronic device (120) may check the first estimated delivery time when a first delivery person and a second delivery person each perform delivery work for orders from a first user and a second user, check the second estimated delivery time when a third delivery person performs delivery work for orders from the first user and the second user, and compare the difference between the first estimated delivery time and the second estimated delivery time with the combined delivery processing threshold to determine whether to perform combined delivery. In other words, if the expected delivery time is shorter when one delivery person processes two orders than when two delivery people process two orders, the electronic device (120) can perform combined delivery processing for the two orders, which can result in faster delivery and improved customer experience. Thus, setting an appropriate combined delivery processing threshold may be important in determining whether to perform combined delivery for a user's order. Accordingly, the electronic device (120) can set a different combined delivery processing threshold for a user's order based on information about the user's membership status. For example, the electronic device (120) can manage merge delivery more smoothly for users who have subscribed to membership by setting a merge delivery processing threshold for users who have subscribed to membership low and setting a merge delivery processing threshold for users who have subscribed to membership high, thereby inducing users who have not subscribed to membership to subscribe to membership.

[0050] In an embodiment, the electronic device (120) may set a different merged delivery processing threshold for the region to which the first promotion applies based on regional information to which the first promotion applies. For example, if the G1 promotion applies in the first region, the electronic device (120) may lower the merged delivery processing threshold for the first region to facilitate smoother merged delivery, thereby shortening the expected overall order turnaround time in the region.

[0051] In an embodiment, the user information may further include the user's delivery location information. The user's delivery location information may be utilized to determine the first promotion to be applied to the user. Here, the first promotion may include at least one of a set discount rate and a set discount amount, and the electronic device (120) may determine the discount rate or amount to be applied to users who have signed up for membership differently depending on the user's delivery location. For example, if the user's delivery location is in an area with a high volume of orders, the discount rate and amount may be set low, while if the user's delivery location is in an area with a low volume of orders, the discount rate and amount may be set high.

[0052] At step S220, the electronic device (120) may receive a request from the user terminal (110). The request from the user terminal (110) may include a page request related to the store desired by the user wishing to order an item from the store. In an embodiment, the electronic device (120) may receive an order request for the store from the user terminal (110).

[0053] In step S230, the electronic device (120) can identify at least one store to be included in the page to be displayed in response to a request from the user terminal (110). For example, when there is a request from the user terminal (110), the electronic device (120) can identify at least one store through information exchange with the store terminal (130), and this at least one store can include a store to which the first promotion is applied and a store to which the first promotion is not applied. Here, the first promotion is a promotion applied to users who have signed up for membership, and can include at least one of a set discount rate and a set discount amount, and users who have signed up for membership can only receive promotional benefits through stores to which this first promotion is applied.

[0054] In step S240, the electronic device (120) can identify a first store set to which the first promotion is applied among at least one store. In an embodiment, the first store set to which the first promotion is applied can be identified based on information regarding whether the store has subscribed to membership. In other words, stores that have subscribed to membership can be identified as the first store set, and the user can apply the first promotion only through stores included in this first store set. Accordingly, in order to expand the scope of application of the first promotion to the user, membership subscription to the store must also be performed. Therefore, the electronic device (120) can transmit membership-related information to a terminal of a store that has not subscribed to membership to induce membership subscription to the store, which will be described in detail in FIG. 4 below.

[0055] In step S250, the electronic device (120) may transmit a first page to the user terminal (110). Specifically, the electronic device (120) may provide a first page including information about stores in the first store set, and information about a first promotion may be displayed in the information about stores in the first store set. In an embodiment, the first page may include any one of pages related to the store, such as an initial access page, a product detail page, a cart page, a payment page, an order page, etc. The information about the store may include, for example, at least one of a user interface for ordering in the store and item information of the store, and information about the first promotion may be displayed on at least a portion of each of the user interface and the item information of the store. In an embodiment, the information about stores in the first store set may display at least one of information about the first promotion and information about a third promotion. Information about the third promotion can be confirmed based on the user's information. For example, this may be information about a separate promotion held by the user, separate from the promotion associated with membership. In an embodiment, information about the first promotion may be displayed differently depending on whether the user has signed up for membership. For example, if it is confirmed that the user has signed up for membership, the first page may display a user interface indicating the amount corresponding to the first promotion applied by signing up for membership. The user can then enter this interface to confirm the amount applied to the first promotion. As another example, if it is determined that the user has not signed up for membership, the first page may display a user interface for the first promotion applicable to membership sign-up. The user may enter the interface to be connected to a membership sign-up page, sign up for membership through the membership sign-up page, and upon signing up for membership, may receive other promotions in addition to the first promotion. The operation of the electronic device (120) providing a membership sign-up page to a user who has not signed up for membership will be described in detail in FIG. 3 below.

[0056] In an embodiment, the first page may include information about stores in the first store set as well as information about stores in the second store set to which the first promotion is not applied. In this case, the information about stores in the first store set may be displayed in at least a portion of a first area of the first page, and the information about stores in the second store set may be displayed in at least a portion of a second area of the second page. In an embodiment, the first area may include an upper area of the second area based on the second area. In other words, on the first page, information about stores in the first store set to which the first promotion is applied may be displayed in at least a portion of an upper area relative to information about stores in the second store set to which the first promotion is not applied.

[0057] In an embodiment, the first page may include a user interface for filtering the first set of stores. Subsequently, if a user input corresponding to the user interface is confirmed, the electronic device (120) may provide a first page including information about stores in the first set of stores, excluding the second set of stores. In other words, if the user wishes to filter and receive information only about stores to which a promotion based on membership registration is applied, the electronic device (120) may provide a first page including only information about stores in the first set of stores to which the first promotion is applied.

[0058] In an embodiment, the first page may include a user interface for filtering the second set of stores. Subsequently, if a user input corresponding to the user interface is confirmed, the electronic device (120) may provide a first page including information about stores in the second set of stores, excluding the first set of stores. In other words, if the user wishes to filter and receive information only about stores to which a promotion based on membership registration is not applied, the electronic device (120) may provide a first page including only information about stores in the second set of stores to which the first promotion is not applied.

[0059] In an embodiment, the electronic device (120) may generate a control signal for additional deployment of delivery workers. Specifically, the electronic device (120) may check the region information to which the first promotion applies and generate a control signal for additional deployment of delivery workers based on the region information. In other words, since the region to which the first promotion applies is expected to see a concentration of delivery orders, the electronic device (120) may manage to deploy additional delivery workers in the region to which the first promotion applies in order to prevent a shortage of delivery workers due to the concentration of orders. In an embodiment, the region information to which the first promotion applies may be determined based on the user's region information and the region information of the stores in the first store set. That is, the electronic device (120) may manage to deploy additional delivery workers in the region of the set of stores to which the membership has been subscribed and the region of the user who has subscribed to the membership, thereby improving delivery work efficiency. For example, the electronic device (120) may provide information to the terminals of available delivery workers in advance so that delivery workers can move to the region in areas where membership discounts are applied or discount rates are increased.

[0060]

[0061] FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for providing a page containing information about other promotions based on a user's membership status, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Since the electronic device (120) can perform the operations of FIG. 3 in addition to those of FIG. 2 , any overlapping details with those of FIG. 2 will be omitted for brevity.

[0062] Referring to FIG. 3 , in step S310, the electronic device (120) may acquire user information. The user information acquired by the electronic device (120) may include at least one of information regarding whether the user has subscribed to membership and information on the user's order list. The user information may be acquired from the user terminal (110) or from the memory of the electronic device (120). The user's order list information may be utilized to set information on a second promotion provided by the electronic device (120) according to step S340 described below. That is, when a user who wishes to order an item from the store accesses the service, the electronic device (120) may set information on a second promotion to be displayed on a page to be provided to the user terminal (110) based on the user's order list.

[0063] At step S320, the electronic device (120) can confirm whether the user has subscribed to membership. Based on the membership subscription information obtained at step S310, the electronic device (120) can confirm whether the user has subscribed to membership. If it is confirmed that the user has subscribed to membership, the electronic device (120) can proceed to step S330. If it is confirmed that the user has not subscribed to membership, the electronic device (120) can proceed to step S340.

[0064] In step S330, the electronic device (120) may provide a first page including information about the first promotion. Specifically, the electronic device (120) may identify at least one store to be included in the first page, identify a first store set to which the first promotion applies among the at least one store, and provide a first page in which information about the first promotion is displayed in information about stores in the first store set. Here, the first store set to which the first promotion applies may be identified based on information about whether the store is a member, the information about the store may include item information about the store, and the information about the first promotion may be displayed on at least a portion of the information about the store. A user who has signed up for membership may continuously check whether the first promotion is applied to each item of the store he or she wishes to order through the information about the first promotion displayed on the provided first page, thereby improving the customer experience.

[0065] At step S340, the electronic device (120) may provide a second page including information about a second promotion. Specifically, the electronic device (120) may check whether the user has signed up for membership, and if it is determined that the user has not signed up for membership, the electronic device (120) may provide a second page regarding membership sign-up, and the second page may include information about the second promotion. As another example, if it is determined that the user has not signed up for membership, the electronic device (120) may provide a first page including information about a first promotion, and at this time, the information about the first promotion may include information about an amount corresponding to the first promotion that can be applied when the user signs up for membership, and if a user's selection input corresponding to the information about the first promotion is confirmed, the electronic device (120) may provide a second page regarding membership sign-up. In other words, a user who has not signed up for membership may be provided with a second page regarding membership registration from the electronic device (120), which may be provided based on the user's input on the first page or may be provided collectively to users who have not signed up for membership. This second page regarding membership registration includes information regarding a second promotion applicable to users who sign up for membership, and the second promotion may be a different promotion from the first promotion applicable to users who have already signed up for membership.

[0066] In an embodiment, information about the second promotion may include coupon information, and the second promotion may be set based on at least one of the user's order list information and the information about the first promotion. In other words, when signing up for membership through the membership sign-up page, the second promotion that the user may receive may be set by considering the amount of the most recent order in the user's order list and the amount corresponding to the first promotion applied to users who have already signed up for membership. In this case, a predetermined threshold value may be set to prevent double discrimination against users who have already signed up for membership due to the second promotion being set too high. For example, the electronic device (120) may set the second promotion to be applied to users who have signed up for membership not to exceed the threshold value. Through this, the electronic device (120) provides a second page regarding membership registration that displays information about a second promotion that can be applied when registering for membership, and when an actual user registers for membership through the second page, the second promotion is provided in addition to the first promotion, thereby more actively encouraging the user to register for membership.

[0067] In an embodiment, if a user who has been connected to a second page through a first page signs up for membership through the second page, the electronic device (120) may provide a first page displaying the amount with the first promotion applied to the user's order amount. In other words, a user who has been connected to a second page regarding membership sign-up by selectively entering information about the first promotion displayed on the first page may sign up for membership of a service provided by the electronic device (120) through the second page. If the user's membership sign-up is confirmed, the electronic device (120) may provide a first page displaying the amount with the first promotion applied to the amount the user intended to order from a store included in the first store set. Subsequently, the user may complete the order of the item through payment corresponding to the amount with the first promotion applied through the first page. By re-providing the first page displaying the amount with the first promotion applied to the user, the electronic device (120) may continuously make the user aware of the membership sign-up benefits, thereby enhancing user loyalty.

[0068] In another embodiment, if a user who has been connected to a second page through a first page signs up for membership through the second page, the electronic device (120) may provide payment information corresponding to the amount with the first promotion applied to the user's order amount. In other words, a user who has been connected to a second page for membership sign-up by selectively entering information about the first promotion displayed on the first page may sign up for membership of a service provided by the electronic device (120) through the second page. If the user's membership sign-up is confirmed, the electronic device (120) may provide payment information so that payment can be made immediately with the amount with the first promotion applied, without providing the first page again. The user may complete the order of the item he or she wanted to order with the amount with the first promotion applied through the provided payment information. By providing payment information so that the user can immediately make payment with the amount with the first promotion applied when membership sign-up is completed through the membership sign-up page, without providing the previously provided page again, the electronic device (120) may improve user experience and user convenience.

[0070] FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for providing information related to item sales according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. Since the electronic device (120) can perform the operations of FIG. 5 in addition to the operations of FIGS. 2 to 4 , any overlapping content with FIGS. 2 to 5 will be omitted for brevity.

[0071] Referring to FIG. 4, at step S410, the electronic device (120) may acquire user information. The user information may include at least one of information regarding whether the user has subscribed to membership and information on promotional activities held by the user.

[0072] At step S420, the electronic device (120) may receive an order request for a store included in the first store set. The first store set may be identified based on information regarding membership subscription to the store, and the user may request an order for at least one item from a store included in the first store set through a service provided by the electronic device (120), and the electronic device (120) may transmit order information included in the order request to the store terminal (130).

[0073] At step S430, the electronic device (120) can confirm order acceptance by a store included in the first store set. Specifically, the electronic device (120) can transmit order information included in the user's order request to the store terminal (130) and confirm order acceptance by the store based on the response thereto.

[0074] At step S440, the electronic device (120) may provide a third page including information on the total promotional amount. Specifically, the electronic device (120) may transmit the third page including information on the total promotional amount, which is the sum of the amounts corresponding to the first promotion information and the third promotion information, to the user terminal (110). Here, the information on the first promotion may be confirmed based on information on whether the user has subscribed to a membership, and the information on the third promotion may be confirmed based on the promotion information the user has. In other words, when the user orders an item from a store subject to the first promotion and the store accepts the user's order, the electronic device (120) may provide a page displaying information on the total promotional amount, which is the sum of the first promotion amount and the third promotion amount that the user already has, thereby allowing the user to simultaneously check the benefits of the membership subscription and the benefits of the existing promotion, thereby improving the user experience.

[0075]

[0076] FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for providing membership-related information based on whether a member has subscribed to a store membership, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Since the electronic device (120) can perform the operations of FIG. 5 in addition to the operations of FIGS. 2 to 4 , any overlapping content with FIGS. 2 to 4 will be omitted for brevity.

[0077] Referring to FIG. 5, at step S510, the electronic device (120) may acquire user information. The user information may include at least one of information regarding the user's membership subscription status and information regarding the user's delivery location. The information regarding the user's membership subscription status may be utilized to set information regarding the first promotion, and the user's delivery location information may be utilized to identify at least one store.

[0078] At step S520, the electronic device (120) may receive a request from a user terminal (110). The request from the user terminal (110) may include a page request related to a store required by a user who wishes to order an item from the store.

[0079] At step S530, the electronic device (120) can identify at least one store. Specifically, the electronic device (120) can identify at least one store based on the user's delivery location information. For example, the electronic device (120) can identify a store within a set threshold distance from the user's delivery location as the at least one store to be displayed on the page to be provided to the user.

[0080] At step S540, the electronic device (120) can check information on whether the store has subscribed to membership. The electronic device (120) can check information on whether the store has subscribed to membership based on store information acquired from the store terminal (130) or store information stored in the memory of the electronic device (120). Information on whether the store has subscribed to membership can be used to check the first store set. For example, the electronic device (120) can check stores that have subscribed to membership as stores to which the first promotion applies and include them in the first store set, and can check stores that have not subscribed to membership as stores to which the first promotion does not apply and include them in the second store set. If it is confirmed that the store has not subscribed to membership, the electronic device (120) can proceed to step S550, and if it is confirmed that the store has subscribed to membership, the electronic device (120) can proceed to step S560.

[0081] In step S550, the electronic device (120) may transmit membership-related information. Specifically, the electronic device (120) may transmit information about the store's sales before and after membership registration to a terminal of a store that has not signed up for membership and is thus not eligible for the first promotion, thereby inducing the store to join the membership store. In other words, the electronic device (120) may provide information about changes in the store's sales before and after membership registration, such as information about increased sales due to membership registration, to a store that has not signed up for membership, thereby inducing the store to voluntarily sign up for membership. As another example, the electronic device (120) may transmit a membership registration page that includes information about a fourth promotion to a store that is not eligible for the first promotion. The information about the fourth promotion may be information about a promotion that the store applies to when it signs up for membership, and may include, for example, at least one of information about delivery cost support and information about a fee discount.

[0082] In an embodiment, if membership registration for a store to which the first promotion is not applied is confirmed, the electronic device (120) may add the store to the first store set. In other words, the electronic device (120) may display the store as the first store set on a page provided to a user when the store has registered for membership, and the electronic device (120) may manage the first store set to which the first promotion is applied to be exposed in a higher area on the page provided to the user than the second store set to which the first promotion is not applied, thereby allowing the user to give priority to orders from the store to which the membership has been registered, thereby improving the awareness of the store to which the membership has been registered.

[0083] At step S560, the electronic device (120) can identify at least one store as a first store set to which the first promotion applies. The electronic device (120) can transmit a page displaying information about the first promotion in the information about the first store set to the user terminal (110).

[0085] FIGS. 6A to 7C are diagrams illustrating examples of UIs for providing information related to item sales according to various embodiments. For example, FIGS. 6A to 7C may be UIs (User Interfaces) for a user terminal (110), and each of the embodiments described in the following drawings may be performed based on the operations of the electronic device (120) described above in FIGS. 1 to 5 .

[0086] Specifically, each embodiment of the UI for the user terminal (110) described in the drawings below may be performed in a form in which, when the user terminal (110) receives input information from a user and transmits a predetermined request to the electronic device (120), the electronic device (120) provides information corresponding to the request of the user terminal (110) to the user terminal (110) based on the operations of FIGS. 1 to 5, and then the user terminal (110) outputs the information. However, each embodiment of the UI described in the drawings below is not limited to this form, and may be performed in various forms that can implement each embodiment of the UI.

[0087] FIGS. 6A to 6F are diagrams illustrating examples of a user terminal (110) of a user who has subscribed to membership according to various embodiments outputting information about a first promotion and information about a store included in a first store set.

[0088] The page output by the user terminal (110) in FIGS. 6A and 6B may be an initial access page that a user who has signed up for membership accesses to the service to order an item from the store.

[0089] Through the pages of FIGS. 6A and 6B, the user terminal (110) can output information about the first promotion. In FIGS. 6A and 6B, the electronic device (120) can determine that the user has subscribed to the membership by activating a function that filters and provides only information about stores to which the promotion is applied. Accordingly, information about stores included in the first store set to which the first promotion is applied and information about the first promotion can be output to the user terminal (110) as shown in 602 and 603, respectively. Subsequently, the user can perform an input corresponding to the information about the store displayed in 602, i.e., an input requesting a detailed page of a membership-subscribed store, to order an item from the store to which the first promotion is applied. In addition, a UI for checking the list of stores included in the first store set and a UI for filtering only information about stores to which the first promotion is applied can be output to the user terminal (110) as 601 and 604, respectively, and the user can be provided with a list page of stores included in the first store set through an input corresponding to 601, and can set the initial access page to display only information about stores to which the first promotion is applied through an input corresponding to 604.

[0090] FIG. 6c and FIG. 6d are diagrams illustrating examples of a user terminal (110) outputting information about a first promotion and information about a store included in a first store set according to various embodiments.

[0091] The page output by the user terminal (110) in FIGS. 6c and 6d may correspond to a store detail page through which a user accesses the service to order one or more items from one of the stores included in the first store set.

[0092] Through the pages of FIGS. 6C and 6D, the user terminal (110) can output information about one or more items and information about one or more first promotions. In FIGS. 6C and 6D, if a user has signed up for a membership and a store has also signed up for the membership, the electronic device (120) can determine that the first promotion can be applied when the user orders an item from the store, and accordingly, banner information about whether the first promotion is applied can be output by the user terminal (110) as shown in 607, information about the first item and information about the first promotion corresponding to the first item can be output as 608 and 609, respectively, and information about the second item and information about the first promotion corresponding to the second item can be output as 610 and 611, respectively. In other words, when a user who has signed up for a membership accesses the details page of a store where the user has signed up for the membership, the user can confirm that the first promotion is applied to each item, and can add the item to the cart at the amount to which the first promotion is applied through user input corresponding to each of the 608 and 609 areas.

[0093] The page output by the user terminal (110) in FIG. 6e may be a cart page when a user who has signed up for membership orders an item from a store to which the first promotion applies.

[0094] Through the page of FIG. 6e, the user terminal (110) can output information about the first promotion and information about the third promotion. Here, the third promotion may be a promotion that the user already has, which is confirmed based on user information and is not related to the membership. In FIG. 6e, a user who has signed up for membership orders an item from a store where the user has signed up for membership and has selected to apply the third promotion along with the first promotion, and the electronic device (120) can determine that the first promotion and the third promotion are applied simultaneously to the user's order amount. Accordingly, the user terminal (110) can output information about the total promotion amount, which is the sum of the first promotion amount and the third promotion amount, as shown in 612, output first promotion information corresponding to the user's order amount, as shown in 613, and output information about the third promotion, as shown in 614.

[0095] The page output by the user terminal (110) in FIG. 6f may be a delivery status page for checking the delivery status of an item when a user who has signed up for membership orders an item from a store to which the first promotion applies.

[0096] Through the page of FIG. 6F, the user terminal (110) can output information about the first promotion. In FIG. 6F, when the user orders an item by applying only the first promotion, the electronic device (120) can output information about the first promotion as shown in 615 when the store corresponding to the order accepts the user's order, and the user can check the amount corresponding to the applied promotion through 615. Although FIG. 6F illustrates that the user terminal (110) outputs only information about the first promotion, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the user terminal (110) can output information about all promotions applied to the user in addition to the first promotion.

[0097] FIGS. 7A to 7C are diagrams illustrating examples of a user terminal (110) of a user who has not subscribed to membership according to various embodiments outputting information about a first promotion.

[0098] The page output by the user terminal (110) in FIG. 7a may be an initial access page that a user who has not signed up for membership accesses to the service to order an item from the store.

[0099] Through the page of FIG. 7A, the user terminal (110) can output information about the first promotion. In FIG. 7A, a function that filters and provides only information about stores to which a promotion is applied to a user who has not signed up for membership is activated, and the electronic device (120) can determine that the user has not signed up for membership, and accordingly, information about the first promotion can be output to the user terminal (110) as shown in 701. At this time, the information about the first promotion outputted can be a UI for displaying the benefits of the first promotion that can be applied when the user signs up for membership and simultaneously linking to a page about signing up for membership, and when the user performs an input corresponding to the information about the first promotion displayed in 701, the user terminal (110) can output a page about signing up for membership.

[0100] The page output by the user terminal (110) in FIG. 7b may be a cart page when a user who has not signed up for membership orders an item from a store to which the first promotion applies.

[0101] Through the page of FIG. 7b, the user terminal (110) can output information about the first promotion. In FIG. 7b, a user who has not signed up for membership has added an item to a cart at a store where the user has signed up for membership, and the electronic device (120) can determine that the user has not signed up for membership and that the first promotion does not apply to the order amount corresponding to the item ordered by the user. Accordingly, the user terminal (110) can output information about the first promotion as shown in 702. The information about the first promotion of 702 can be a UI for displaying the benefits of the first promotion that can be applied when the user signs up for membership and simultaneously linking to a page about signing up for membership. When the user performs an input corresponding to the information about the first promotion displayed in 702, the user terminal (110) can output a page about signing up for membership. Next, if a user signs up for membership through a membership sign-up page, payment information for the amount to which the first promotion is applied may be provided, for example, payment information for an amount corresponding to 702 may be provided, and the user may conveniently pay for the ordered item on the membership sign-up page without returning to the page of FIG. 7b. In an embodiment, if a user signs up for membership through a membership sign-up page linked through the page of FIG. 7b, the electronic device (120) may provide information on a second promotion, wherein the second promotion may be set based on at least one of the user's order list information and the information on the first promotion. In other words, if a user who has not signed up for membership signs up for membership, the user may receive a separate promotion in addition to the promotion according to the membership, and the promotion provided may be, for example, a coupon corresponding to the order amount of the user's recent order list.

[0102] The page output by the user terminal (110) in FIG. 7c may be a delivery status page for checking the delivery status of an item when a user who has not signed up for membership orders an item from a store to which the first promotion applies.

[0103] Through the page of FIG. 7c, the user terminal (110) can output a UI for linking to a page regarding information on the first promotion and membership registration. In FIG. 7c, when the user has ordered an item from a store that has registered for membership without registering for membership, the electronic device (120) can output information on the first promotion corresponding to the item ordered by the user, as shown in 703, and can output a UI for linking to a page regarding membership registration, as shown in 704. In other words, if the user has registered for membership, the user can check information on the first promotion, which displays the amount corresponding to the first promotion that could be applied to the item he or she ordered, and if the user performs an input corresponding to the UI shown in 704 to register for membership, the user terminal (110) can output a page regarding membership registration. Next, if the user signs up for membership through a page about membership sign-up linked through the page of FIG. 7c, the electronic device (120) may provide information about a second promotion, wherein the second promotion may be, for example, a coupon corresponding to a first promotion that the user could apply to an item ordered from a store corresponding to FIG. 7c.

[0104] Meanwhile, in an embodiment, if the membership benefits of another service are also applied to the corresponding service, the membership benefits applied to the corresponding service may be changed to reflect the user's usage patterns of the other services. For example, in the case of a user using the first service and the second service where membership is commonly applied, the electronic device (120) may determine the discount rate of the membership benefits applied to the second service based on at least one of the information on the item purchased and the purchase amount in the first service, and the user terminal (110) may output information regarding the corresponding discount rate transmitted from the electronic device (120).
