Description

Collapsible nutritional composition container

[0001] The present invention relates to a container for containing a liquid nutritional composition,

[0002] The present invention relates to a nutritional composition container comprising a container body made of a flexible material, and configured to fold or unfold based on a folding portion provided along the outer circumference of the container body according to the volume of contents filled in the internal storage space of the container body, thereby allowing the volume of the internal storage space of the container to be variable.

[0003] Typically, containers made of synthetic resin are used as packaging containers for liquid contents such as nutritional compositions, pharmaceuticals, health foods, or cosmetics. Since liquid contents typically have fluidity, the packaging containers are made of materials with a certain degree of rigidity for transportation and use.

[0004] As a container for packaging liquid contents, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2012-0085279, "Cap, and container for nutritional supplements using the same and nutritional supplement supply set" describes a container that comprises a bottle body made of a hard material and packages nutritional supplements by containing them inside the bottle body.

[0005] However, since the packaging containers made of rigid materials with conventional rigidity maintain their shape firmly, they have the disadvantage of requiring air corresponding to the contents to be discharged to be introduced, and if this process is not smooth, the contents cannot be discharged smoothly due to the difference in air pressure between the inside and outside of the container. In addition, these conventional packaging containers have the problem of being damaged during transportation or use due to the characteristics of rigid materials with rigidity. In particular, nutritional compositions or pharmaceuticals must be fundamentally blocked from external contamination, but if damage occurs during transportation or use, there is a problem that leakage may occur, making the contents unusable due to contamination caused by leakage.

[0006] In addition, since packaging containers made of rigid materials with the above rigidity maintain their volume even after use, they also have the disadvantage of requiring unnecessary space during the disposal process.

[0007] Therefore, as a container for packaging liquid contents, especially nutritional compositions or pharmaceuticals,

[0008] Korean Patent Registration No. 10-2294590, "Medical Liquid Container Tube," describes a container for packaging medical liquid content by forming a tube made of a soft material and sealing the tube. The packaging unit for liquid content made of the above-mentioned soft tube is attracting attention in various fields, including the medical field, as a low-cost, disposable, and easy-to-use and-dispose packaging method.

[0009] However, conventional packaging containers made of soft tubes have the problem of not being able to easily secure fluid contents due to the material used. In particular, tubes containing nutritional compositions or medicines used in hospitals are designed to be used with the opening facing downward. However, the soft tubes are not secured during this process, resulting in significant inconvenience when gripping, storing, or placing them during transport or use.

[0010] Therefore, in conventional liquid content packaging containers, there is a need for the development of a means that can solve the shortcomings of packaging containers made of rigid materials and packaging containers made of soft materials.

[0014] (Patent Document 2) 2) Korean Patent Registration No. 10-2294590 “Tube for medical liquid container”

[0015] The present invention was created to solve the problems of the above-mentioned prior art,

[0016] The primary purpose is to provide a container capable of containing and storing nutritional compositions,

[0017] In addition, the secondary purpose is to install a lower ring on the bottom of the container so that the contents contained in the container can be discharged by gravity, and to enable installation and use with the inlet directed downwards.

[0018] In addition, the third purpose is to provide rigidity to the surface of the container by forming a straight folded portion and a curved rigid support portion that are formed longitudinally or horizontally on the outer surface of the container, thereby stably containing the contents within the container.

[0019] At the same time, the ultimate goal is to provide a container that is made of a flexible material and has a variable volume of the internal storage space depending on the contents injected into the internal storage space of the container, thereby facilitating packaging, storage, and post-use processing of nutritional compositions, and at the same time, providing a container that facilitates the discharge of the contents.

[0020] In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention,

[0021] A foldable nutritional composition container comprises: a container body having an inlet arranged at the top and forming a hollow receiving space; a pair of side folding portions extending from the upper end to the lower end on both sides of the container body and having both sides of the container body folded along the longitudinal direction; a bottom folding portion formed on a bottom surface of the container body and horizontally arranged to connect lower ends of the pair of side folding portions to each other, the bottom folding portion being formed as a straight V-groove that is formed to be introduced upward into the inside of the container body; and four leg portions formed to protrude downward from the bottom surface at front and rear ends on both sides of the bottom folding portion and having lower ends all forming a plane of the same height, wherein the side folding portions and the bottom folding portions are folded according to internal pressure of the container body, so that the mutual distance between the front end and the rear end increases and decreases, thereby allowing the volume of the receiving space of the container body to vary.

[0022] In addition, it is characterized by further including a side hinge groove portion including a pair of straight V-shaped grooves extending up and down in the longitudinal direction from both ends of the side folding portion and formed into the inside of the container body.

[0023] In addition, the side hinge groove portion is characterized by including a pair of first hinge groove portions formed to extend downwardly from the upper end of the side folding portion by a predetermined distance; and a pair of second hinge groove portions formed to extend upwardly from the lower end of the side folding portion by a predetermined distance.

[0024] In addition, it is characterized in that it further includes a lower ring portion that protrudes downward from the bottom surface on the bottom contact force portion and is formed so that its end can rotate in the front-back direction of the container body based on the connection portion with the bottom contact force portion.

[0025] In addition, the container body further includes an upper folding portion extending horizontally from the upper portion of the left side folding portion to the right side folding portion along the outer circumferences of the front and rear portions of the container body; and a lower folding portion extending horizontally from the lower portion of the left side folding portion to the right side folding portion along the outer circumferences of the front and rear portions of the container body, and the front and rear portions of the container body are characterized in that they are formed by bending at a predetermined angle along the upper folding portion and the lower folding portion.

[0026] In addition, the leg portion is characterized in that it further includes at least one first protrusion formed to protrude laterally toward the central axis of the bottom surface of the container body.

[0027] In addition, the lower ring portion is characterized in that it further includes one or more second protrusions formed to protrude in one and / or the other direction from both ends.

[0028] In addition, the container body is characterized by further including an upper surface formed as an oval plane; and a hollow cylindrical inlet formed penetrating upward from the center of the upper surface and having a spiral fastening portion formed to protrude laterally along the outer circumference thereof.

[0029] In addition, the length of the lower ring portion is characterized by being less than half of the front-to-back length of the bottom surface of the container body.

[0030] In addition, the container body is characterized in that it comprises a multilayer film of either MDPE / EvoH / MDPE or PP / EvoH / PP.

[0031] Through the above configuration, the foldable nutritional composition container of the present invention provides the following characteristic advantages.

[0032] 1) By installing a lower ring on the bottom of the container, there is an advantage in that the container can be placed and used with the inlet facing downward so that the contents contained in the container can be discharged by gravity.

[0033] 2) In addition, by forming a straight folded portion and a curved rigid support portion formed in a longitudinal or horizontal direction on the outer surface of the container, rigidity is added to the surface of the container, thereby providing the advantage of stably containing the contents within the container.

[0034] 3) In addition, by providing a container made of a flexible material and having a volume of the internal storage space of the container that varies depending on the contents injected into the internal storage space of the container, there is an advantage in facilitating packaging, storage, and post-use processing of the nutritional composition, and at the same time facilitating discharge of the contents.

[0042] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings, which illustrate preferred embodiments thereof.

[0043] When adding reference signs to components of each drawing below, identical components are given the same signs as much as possible even if they are shown in different drawings, and detailed descriptions of known functions and configurations that are judged to unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention are omitted.

[0044] In describing the composition of the present invention, an example of a container (bottle) containing a nutritional composition is taken as the basis, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and it should be understood that the present invention can be used as a container for all products that can be accommodated inside the container, including nutritional compositions as well as various pharmaceuticals, health foods, health functional foods, health supplements, other edible solid or powdered foods, or other drinkable liquid beverages.

[0045]

[0046] Figures 1 to 6 are a front view, a back view, a side view, a perspective view, a bottom view, and a plan view showing a foldable nutritional composition container according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

[0047]

[0048] The nutritional composition container of the present invention is made of a flexible material, and is configured to fold into a preset shape and expand or contract in volume in response to internal pressure that changes depending on the volume of the contents accommodated inside the container body, thereby facilitating packaging and post-use processing of liquid products.

[0049]

[0050] As illustrated, the foldable nutritional composition container of the present invention,

[0051] It is composed of a container body (1) having an inlet (31) provided at the top for injecting or discharging contents, and forming a hollow receiving space for receiving liquid contents, for example, a liquid nutritional composition.

[0052] The above container body (1) comprises an upper surface (30) formed as an oval plane and forming the upper surface of the container, a front surface (10) forming the front of the container including a plane and / or a curved surface, a rear surface (20) forming the rear surface of the container including a plane and / or a curved surface, a bottom surface (40) forming the bottom surface of the container including a leg portion (41) and a lower ring portion (42) to be described later, and a hollow cylindrical inlet (31) formed to penetrate upward from the center of the upper surface (30) and formed to laterally protrude along the outer circumference thereof, thereby forming a container for accommodating liquid contents.

[0053] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the container body (1) can be manufactured from a flexible material film through a process such as thermoforming or extrusion molding.

[0054] More preferably, the container body (1) is manufactured through a molding process from a multilayer film including one of MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene) / EvoH (Ethylene vinyl alcohol) / MDPE or PP (Polypropylene) / EvoH / PP to facilitate discharge of contents and for efficiency of the production process. The EvoH is a polymer material having excellent gas shielding properties including oxygen, oil resistance, non-electrical properties, mechanical strength, etc., and the container of the present invention forms the container body (1) through a multilayer film including the EvoH as described above for the purpose of storing and preventing contamination of the nutritional composition to which it is a target.

[0055]

[0056] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the container body (1) includes a pair of side folding portions (50) that extend from the upper end to the lower end on both sides of the container body (1) and are formed by bending and connecting both ends of the front part (10) and the rear part (20) of the container body (1) along the longitudinal direction, a bottom folding portion (60) formed on the bottom surface (40) of the container body (1) and arranged horizontally so as to connect the lower ends of the pair of side folding portions (50) to each other, and formed as a straight V-groove that is formed upwardly into the inside of the container body (1), and four leg portions (41) that are formed to protrude downward from the bottom surface at the front and rear ends on both sides of the bottom folding portion (60) and whose lower ends all form a plane of the same height.

[0057]

[0058] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the front part (10) and the rear part (20) constituting the container body (1) are formed as a plane including a curved surface, and both sides of the front part (10) and the rear part (20) are connected to each other to form a side folding part (50).

[0059] The container body (1) of the present invention is configured so that the volume of the storage space of the container body (1) varies depending on the contents accommodated therein, and for this purpose, a side folding portion (50) and a bottom contact portion (60) formed by bending are configured on the container body (1), so that the outer circumference of the container is folded along the side folding portion (50) and the bottom contact portion (60), thereby increasing or decreasing the distance between the front portion (10) and the rear portion (20) of the container body (1), and thus the volume of the storage space of the container body (1) can vary.

[0060]

[0061] The side folding portion (50) is formed as a straight folding portion that is pre-folded along the longitudinal direction on both sides of the container body (1). In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the side folding portion (50) is formed as a straight folding portion that extends downward along both sides of the front part (10) and the rear part (20) of the container body (1), and therefore, when the container body (1) is not filled with contents in the storage space, the container body (1) is folded along the side folding portion (50), and the distance between the front part (10) and the rear part (20) is reduced, thereby reducing the volume of the internal storage space. Conversely, when contents are injected into the receiving space of the container body (1), the pressure increases due to the contents injected into the internal receiving space of the container body (1), thereby unfolding the folded side folding portion (50), thereby increasing the distance between the front portion (10) and the rear portion (20), and thus increasing the volume of the internal receiving space. In addition, the side folding portion (50) adds a predetermined axial (longitudinal) rigidity to the side surface of the container body (1) made of a flexible material. Therefore, the shape of the container body (1) can be supported by the side folding portion (50).

[0062]

[0063] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in a structure in which the container body (1) is folded through the side folding portion (50), a pair of side hinge grooves (51) may be further provided at both ends of the side folding portion (50) to add rigidity to both ends of the side folding portion (50) and to facilitate the folding process and prevent damage.

[0064] The side hinge groove (51) is formed by extending up and down in the longitudinal direction on the side folding portion (50) and including a pair of straight V-shaped grooves formed into the inside of the container body (1). More specifically, the side hinge groove (51) is formed by including a pair of first hinge grooves formed by extending downwardly along the side folding portion (50) from the upper end of the side folding portion (50) for a predetermined section, and a pair of second hinge grooves formed by extending upwardly along the side folding portion (50) from the lower end of the side folding portion (50) for a predetermined section. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pair of side hinge grooves (51) are configured to extend along the side folding portion (50) from the edges of the upper surface portion (30) and the bottom surface portion (40) described below.

[0065] The above pair of side hinge grooves (51) are formed as a straight V-shaped groove, thereby adding rigidity to both ends of the side folding portion (50) during the folding and unfolding process, and at the same time, they function to enable the side folding portions (50) formed on both sides of the container body (1), particularly the upper and lower portions of the side folding portions (50), to be folded and unfolded more easily, and can prevent damage from occurring during the process.

[0066]

[0067] Meanwhile, the front part (10) and the rear part (20) of the container body (1) further include an upper folding part (11) that extends horizontally from the upper part of the left side folding part (50) to the right side folding part (50) along the outer surface of the front part (10) and the rear part (20) of the container body (1), and a lower folding part (12) that extends horizontally from the lower part of the left side folding part (50) to the right side folding part (50) along the outer surface of the front part (10) and the rear part (20) of the container body (1).

[0068] The front part (10) and the rear part (20) of the above container body (1) can be formed by bending at a predetermined angle along the upper folding part (11) and the lower folding part (12), so that the upper and lower parts of the front part (10) and the rear part (20) can be configured to protrude at a predetermined angle along the upper folding part (11) and the lower folding part (12), and by this configuration, the volume of the internal storage space of the container body (1) can be expanded.

[0069] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the upper folding portion (11) and the lower folding portion (12) are formed on the outer surface thereof so as to horizontally cross the front portion (10) and the rear portion (20) of the container body (1), and both ends of the upper folding portion (11) are formed to be curved downward by a predetermined section, and both ends of the lower folding portion (12) are formed to be curved upward by a predetermined section, so that a convex receiving space is formed as the contents are filled into the container body (1), thereby allowing a large amount of contents to be accommodated.

[0070]

[0071] Meanwhile, the nutritional composition container of the present invention reduces the volume of the internal storage space as the nutritional composition contained therein is discharged, thereby enabling smooth discharge of the contents. In particular, in a conventional container made of a rigid material, air corresponding to the discharged contents must be introduced, and if this process is not smooth, there is a disadvantage in that smooth discharge is not possible due to the difference in air pressure between the inside and outside of the container. However, the present invention solves this problem through the above-described configuration capable of reducing the volume of the internal storage space as the contents are discharged.

[0072] Accordingly, the present invention enables continuous and smooth discharge of contents since no pressure difference occurs between the inside and outside of the container body (1) even when the contents are discharged. Furthermore, this configuration does not require additional air to be introduced into the container body (1), thus offering the advantage of simplifying the discharge structure.

[0073]

[0074] Meanwhile, the bottom surface portion (40) is a portion that constitutes the bottom surface of the container body (1), and includes a leg portion (41) that supports the container body (1) at a predetermined distance from the ground, and a ring-shaped lower ring portion (42) that protrudes from the bottom surface portion (40) so that the container body (1) can be hung on a stand or the like when turned upside down, and forms a through hole.

[0075] In addition, the bottom surface portion (40) further includes a bottom contact force portion (60) including a V-groove formed in a straight line across both ends of the bottom surface portion (40) so that the bottom surface portion (40) is folded together in the process of folding the container body (1) through the side folding portion (50).

[0076]

[0077] The above-mentioned bottom contact force portion (60) is formed on the bottom surface of the container body (1), and is arranged horizontally across both ends of the bottom surface portion (40) so as to connect the lower ends of the pair of side folding portions (50) to each other, and is formed as a straight V-groove that is formed upwardly into the inside of the container body (1). Therefore, the bottom surface portion (40) is divided into a front end portion and a rear end portion by the bottom contact force portion (60), and depending on the internal pressure of the container body (1), the front end and the rear end of the bottom surface portion (40) can be folded into the inside of the container body (1) based on the bottom contact force portion (60).

[0078] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the straight V-groove of the bottom contact portion (60) is described as being formed to be inserted into the inside of the container body (1), but is not limited thereto, and in one embodiment of the present invention, the straight V-groove of the bottom contact portion (60) may be configured as a V-groove that protrudes outward from the container body (1). In this case, the front and rear ends of the bottom surface portion (40) may be folded so as to protrude outward from the container body (1) based on the bottom surface folding portion.

[0079]

[0080] Meanwhile, the leg portion (41) of the bottom surface portion (40) is formed to protrude downward from the bottom surface portion (40) to space the container body (1) from the ground by a predetermined distance, and at the same time, to support the container body (1) when the conveyor moves in the production process of the container body (1) or the process of injecting the contents of the container body (1), and to prevent it from falling over.

[0081] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the leg portion (41) is formed by including four legs that protrude downward from the bottom surface portion (40) at the front and rear ends of both sides of the bottom contact force portion (60). At this time, the four legs forming the leg portion (41) so as to be able to vertically support the container body (1) are formed so that the lower portions thereof are all formed at the same height, and the lower portions thereof are formed flat so as to maximize the contact area with the ground and stably support the container body (1).

[0082] In addition, among the four legs forming the bridge portion (41), the left leg and the right leg are spaced apart by a predetermined distance along the length direction of the floor contact force portion (60), and a lower ring portion (42) is formed between them.

[0083] The above lower ring portion (42) is formed to protrude downward from the bottom surface portion (40) on the bottom contact force portion (60), and its end is configured to be rotatable in the front-back direction of the container body (1) based on a connection portion connected to the bottom contact force portion (60).

[0084] The lower ring portion (42) is installed on the bottom surface of the container body (1) so that the inlet (31) is directed downward so that the contents contained in the container body (1) can be discharged by gravity as needed, in other words, so that it can be used by being hung upside down on a hanger such as a stand. In addition, the lower ring portion (42) is formed by including a ring formed with a perforation so that a hanger can be connected to the stand through it.

[0085] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the material of the ring formed by perforation in the lower ring portion (42) is formed in the same manner as the material of the container body (1), and can be manufactured by configuring a mold so that it is formed together during the forming process of the container body (1).

[0086] Accordingly, since the lower ring portion (42) is made of the same flexible material as the container body (1), it can be rotated from the bottom surface portion (40) of the container body (1). In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lower ring portion (42) is horizontally arranged at the center of the bottom contact force portion (60) so that the ring constituting the lower ring portion (42) is oriented in the front-back direction of the container body (1), and thus, its end is configured to be rotatable in the front-back direction of the container body (1) based on the connection portion connected to the bottom contact force portion (60). However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the ring of the lower ring portion (42) may be oriented sideways or obliquely, as needed.

[0087] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the length of the lower ring portion (42) is less than half of the front-to-back end length of the bottom surface of the container body (1). Accordingly, even if the lower ring portion (42) rotates in the front-to-back direction of the container body (1), it can be configured so as not to protrude beyond the front portion (10) or the rear portion (20) of the container body (1).

[0088]

[0089] Meanwhile, the lower ring portion (42) is unnecessary when not in use, for example, when the container body (1) is placed on the ground. In this case, the lower ring portion (42) protruding from the bottom surface portion (40) needs to be fixed to the bottom surface portion (40) in a folded state. To this end, a first protrusion (410) and a second protrusion (420) protruding from the bottom surface portion (42) may be further configured to fix the lower ring portion (42).

[0090] The first protrusion (410) is formed on the leg portion (41), and is formed to protrude laterally from the inner ends of the four legs constituting the leg portion (41) toward the central axis of the bottom surface of the container body (1). In other words, the first protrusion (410) is formed to protrude to the right from the right end of the left leg constituting the leg portion (41), and also to protrude to the left from the left end of the right leg. Accordingly, the first protrusion (410) is formed to protrude toward the legs facing each other, and thereby, the both ends of the lower ring portion (42) rotating therebetween are engaged with the ends of the first protrusion (410), thereby fixing the lower ring portion (42). The first protrusion (410) may be formed on one or more of the legs constituting the leg portion (41), and the number thereof is not limited.

[0091] Furthermore, in order to more firmly form a structure in which both ends of the lower ring portion (42) are interlocked with and fixed to the first protrusion (410), one or more second protrusions (420) protruding in one and the other direction from both ends of the lower ring portion (42) may be further included.

[0092] Since the second protrusion (420) can expand the size of both ends of the lower ring portion (42) through its ends, it can be more firmly engaged with the first protrusion (410) by the rotation of the lower ring portion (42). As a result, the lower ring portion (42) can be fixed in close contact with the bottom surface portion (40) between the leg portion (41) through the first protrusion (410) and the second protrusion (420), and therefore, when the container body (1) is used while standing vertically on the ground, the inconvenience caused by the lower ring portion (42) protruding downward can be prevented.
