Abstract
Description
Baby carrier with a transformable mounting structure
[0001] The present invention relates to a baby carrier, and more particularly, to a baby carrier having a deformable mounting structure.
[0002] Babies undergo rapid physical development after birth. Accordingly, various types of baby carriers are available based on the baby's growth stage. For example, wrap carriers support the baby using fabric wrapped around both shoulders. However, as the baby's weight increases due to physical development, the fabric in the wrap carrier can loosen, reducing its reliability and comfort.
[0003] In this case, using a sling, which supports the baby using a cloth wrapped around one shoulder, can be an alternative. However, long-term use of the sling can place a strain on one shoulder. Furthermore, depending on the baby's growth stage, purchasing both a wrap carrier and a sling can be costly for the user.
[0004] The present invention seeks to solve the above-mentioned problems.
[0005] Specifically, one of the problems that the present invention seeks to solve is to provide a baby carrier whose mounting structure can be modified and used according to the growth of the child.

[0046] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments of the present invention and the attached drawings.
[0047] Fig. 1 is a drawing showing the structure of a baby carrier (10) according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. In addition, Fig. 2 is an enlarged drawing of the portion indicated by "A" in Fig. 1.
[0048] The baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may be a structure worn on a user's body to support a baby. In addition, the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may be provided so that the mounting structure can be modified. Specifically, the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may provide a first mounting structure capable of holding a baby in a forward-facing position relative to the user, and a second mounting structure capable of holding a baby in a side-facing position relative to the user. That is, the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may provide either the first mounting structure or the second mounting structure by the user's manipulation.
[0049] Hereinafter, the structure of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure and the modification of the mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
[0050] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2 together, the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may include a base (100), a first support belt (110), a second support belt (120), a first male buckle (115), a second male buckle (125), a first connecting belt (130), a second connecting belt (140), a first female buckle (135), a second female buckle (145), a supporting belt connecting member (150), a buckle pocket (160), a first air mesh (170), and a second air mesh (180).
[0051] The base (100) may be a part of a baby carrier (10) connected to the first support band (110), the second support band (120), the first coupling band (130), and the second coupling band (140) of the present disclosure. When the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure is used, the base (100) of the baby carrier (10) may be supported by at least one body part of the user's back and shoulders.
[0052] In an exemplary embodiment, when the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure is viewed from a planar perspective, the base (100) may be provided in an X-shape. Specifically, the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) may extend from an upper portion of the base (100) while forming a predetermined angle with respect to each other, and the first coupling band (130) and the second coupling band (140) may extend from a lower portion of the base (100) while forming a predetermined angle with respect to each other. That is, when the baby carrier (10) is viewed from a planar perspective, the coupling structure of the base (100), the first support band (110), the second support band (120), the first coupling band (130), and the second coupling band (140) of the present disclosure may be provided in an X-shape.
[0053] The first support band (110) may be a part of a baby carrier (10) that extends from the base (100) and supports the baby. Hereinafter, the direction in which the first support band (110) extends from the base (100) may be defined as the first longitudinal direction.
[0054] In an exemplary embodiment, the first support band (110) may be provided in an oval shape (e.g., a rugby ball shape) whose width increases and then decreases as it moves away from the base (100) (i.e., in the first longitudinal direction). Accordingly, when the baby carrier (10) is used as the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure described below, the first support band (110) can firmly support the baby through a relatively wide area.
[0055] The first support band (110) may include a non-elastic material to firmly support the baby. In addition, since the first support band (110) is a portion of the baby carrier (10) that comes into direct contact with the baby, the first support band (110) may include a material having a relatively soft surface.
[0056] In an exemplary embodiment, the first support band (110) may include a cotton fabric. Specifically, the first support band (110) may include pure cotton (100% cotton) composed solely of cotton fabric. However, the material of the first support band (110) is not limited to that described above.
[0057] In an exemplary embodiment, the first support band (110) may include a two-layer structure. For example, the first support band (110) may be a structure in which two layers of cotton fabric are laminated. Accordingly, the sagging phenomenon of the first support band (110) can be improved even after long-term use of the baby carrier (10).
[0058] In an exemplary embodiment, the length of the first support band (110) extending in the first longitudinal direction may be about 70 cm to about 100 cm. For example, the length of the first support band (110) may be about 85 cm. In addition, the width of the first support band (110) may be about 30 cm to about 55 cm. For example, the width of the first support band (110) may be about 40 cm. However, the length and width of the first support band (110) are not limited to the aforementioned values.
[0059] The first support band (110) may have a plurality of first coupling holes (110H) at one edge portion. The plurality of first coupling holes (110H) may be arranged in a first longitudinal direction, which is a direction in which the first support band (110) extends. For example, the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) may be arranged at an edge of a portion adjacent to the second support band (120) among the plurality of edge portions of the first support band (110). In addition, as will be described later, the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) may be arranged to overlap the plurality of second coupling holes (120H).
[0060] In an exemplary embodiment, a plurality of first coupling holes (110H) may be provided at an edge portion of the first support band (110) in a number of 6 to 15 and may extend in the first longitudinal direction. However, the number of the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) is not limited to that described above. In addition, the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) may be arranged on the first air mesh (170) described below. However, the arrangement positions of the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) are not limited to that described above.
[0061] The plurality of first coupling holes (110H) of the first support band (110) may be holes provided for coupling with the first support band (110) and a second support band (120) to be described later. For example, the support band coupling member (150) to be described later may pass through the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) and the plurality of second coupling holes (120H) to couple the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) to each other.
[0062] A first male buckle (115) may be provided at one end of the first support band (110). Specifically, the first male buckle (115) may be provided at an end of the first support band (110) that is relatively far from the base (100). In addition, the first male buckle (115) may be connected to a first length adjustment string (116), and a length between the first male buckle (115) and the first support band (110) may be adjusted by the first length adjustment string (116).
[0063] In an exemplary embodiment, the first male buckle (115) may be coupled with at least one of the first female buckle (135) and the second female buckle (145) described below. As described below, when the first male buckle (115) is coupled with the second female buckle (145), the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may provide a first mounting structure that allows the baby to be held while facing forward. Furthermore, when the first male buckle (115) is coupled with the first female buckle (135), the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may provide a second mounting structure that allows the baby to be held while facing sideways.
[0064] The second support band (120) may be a part of the baby sling (10) that extends from the base (100) and supports the baby. Hereinafter, the direction in which the second support band (120) extends from the base (100) may be defined as the second longitudinal direction.
[0065] In an exemplary embodiment, the second support band (120) may be provided in an oval shape (e.g., a rugby ball shape) whose width increases and then decreases as it moves away from the base (100) (i.e., in the second longitudinal direction). Accordingly, when the baby carrier (10) is used as the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure described below, the second support band (120) can firmly support the baby through a relatively wide area.
[0066] The second support band (120) may include a non-elastic material to firmly support the baby. In addition, since the second support band (120) is a portion of the baby carrier (10) that comes into direct contact with the baby, the second support band (120) may include a material having a relatively soft surface.
[0067] In an exemplary embodiment, the second support band (120) may include a cotton fabric. Specifically, the second support band (120) may include pure cotton (100% cotton) composed solely of cotton fabric. However, the material of the second support band (120) is not limited to that described above.
[0068] In an exemplary embodiment, the second support band (120) may include a two-layer structure. For example, the second support band (120) may be a structure in which two layers of cotton fabric are laminated. Accordingly, the sagging phenomenon of the second support band (120) may be improved even after long-term use of the baby carrier (10).
[0069] In an exemplary embodiment, the second support band (120) may extend in the second longitudinal direction for a length of about 70 cm to about 100 cm. For example, the length of the second support band (120) may be about 85 cm. In addition, the width of the second support band (120) may be about 30 cm to about 55 cm. For example, the width of the second support band (120) may be about 40 cm. However, the length and width of the second support band (120) are not limited to the aforementioned values.
[0070] The second support band (120) may have a plurality of second coupling holes (120H) at one edge portion. The plurality of second coupling holes (120H) may be arranged in a second longitudinal direction, which is the direction in which the second support band (120) extends. For example, the plurality of second coupling holes (120H) may be arranged at an edge of a portion adjacent to the first support band (110) among the plurality of edge portions of the second support band (120).
[0071] In an exemplary embodiment, a plurality of second coupling holes (120H) may be provided at an edge portion of the second support band (120) in a number of 6 to 15 and may extend in the longitudinal direction. However, the number of the plurality of second coupling holes (120H) is not limited to that described above. In addition, the plurality of second coupling holes (120H) may be arranged on the second air mesh (180) described below. However, the arrangement positions of the plurality of second coupling holes (120H) are not limited to that described above.
[0072] The plurality of second coupling holes (120H) of the second support band (120) may be holes provided for coupling with the second support band (120) and the first support band (110). For example, the support band coupling member (150) described later may pass through the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) and the plurality of second coupling holes (120H) to couple the first support band (110) and the second support band (120).
[0073] Additionally, a plurality of second coupling holes (120H) may be provided at an edge portion of the second support band (120) so as to be substantially the same in number and spacing as the plurality of first coupling holes (110H). The plurality of first coupling holes (110H) and the plurality of second coupling holes (120H) may overlap each other, and accordingly, the support band coupling member (150) may easily couple the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) by passing through the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) and the plurality of second coupling holes (120H).
[0074] A second male buckle (125) may be provided at one end of the second support band (120). Specifically, the second male buckle (125) may be provided at an end of the second support band (120) that is relatively far from the base (100). In addition, the second male buckle (125) may be connected to a second length adjustment string (126), and the length between the second male buckle (125) and the second support band (120) may be adjusted by the second length adjustment string (126).
[0075] In an exemplary embodiment, the second male buckle (125) may be coupled with at least one of the first female buckle (135) and the second female buckle (145) described below. As described below, when the second male buckle (125) is coupled with the first female buckle (135), the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may provide a first mounting structure that allows the baby to be held while facing forward. Furthermore, when the second male buckle (125) is coupled with the second female buckle (145), the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may provide a second mounting structure that allows the baby to be held while facing sideways.
[0076] The first connecting band (130) may be a portion of the baby carrier (10) that extends from the lower portion of the base (100) and is connected to at least one of the first supporting band (110) and the second supporting band (120).
[0077] When an imaginary line extending vertically is drawn so that the baby carrier (10) is symmetrical based on the center of the base (100) illustrated in FIG. 1, the coupling band provided on the left side together with the first support band (110) can be defined as the first coupling band (130), and the coupling band provided on the right side together with the second support band (120) can be defined as the second coupling band (140).
[0078] In an exemplary embodiment, the first bonding band (130) may be provided with a relatively shorter length than the first support band (110) and the second support band (120). In addition, the material of the first bonding band (130) overlaps with the technical concept of the material of the first support band (110) and the second support band (120), and thus, detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
[0079] The first female buckle (135) is mounted on one end of the first coupling band (130) and can be coupled with at least one of the first male buckle (115) and the second male buckle (125) described above. For example, when the first coupling band (130) and the second support band (120) are interconnected by the coupling of the first female buckle (135) and the second male buckle (125), the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure can provide a first mounting structure that can hold a baby while facing forward. In addition, when the first coupling band (130) and the first support band (110) are interconnected by the coupling of the first female buckle (135) and the first male buckle (115), the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure can provide a second mounting structure that can hold a baby while facing sideways.
[0080] The second connecting band (140) may be a portion of the baby carrier (10) that extends from the lower portion of the base (100) and is connected to at least one of the first supporting band (110) and the second supporting band (120).
[0081] In an exemplary embodiment, the second bonding band (140) may be provided with a relatively shorter length than the first support band (110) and the second support band (120). In addition, the material of the second bonding band (140) overlaps with the technical concept of the material of the first support band (110) and the second support band (120), and thus, detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
[0082] The second female buckle (145) is mounted on one end of the second coupling band (140) and can be coupled with at least one of the first male buckle (115) and the second male buckle (125) described above. For example, when the second coupling band (140) and the first support band (110) are interconnected by the coupling of the second female buckle (145) and the first male buckle (115), the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure can provide a first mounting structure that can hold a baby while facing forward. In addition, when the second coupling band (140) and the second support band (120) are interconnected by the coupling of the second female buckle (145) and the second male buckle (125), the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure can provide a second mounting structure that can hold a baby while facing sideways.
[0083] The support band coupling member (150) may be a coupling member provided to couple the first support band (110) and the second support band (120). Specifically, the support band coupling member (150) may be configured to couple the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) to each other by passing through at least a portion of the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) and the plurality of second coupling holes (120H) in a state where a portion of the first support band (110) and a portion of the second support band (120) overlap each other.
[0084] The support belt coupling member (150) of the present disclosure may include a fastening belt (151), a first fastening buckle (153), and a second fastening buckle (not shown). Hereinafter, the technical idea of the support belt coupling member (150) of the present disclosure will be described in more detail.
[0085] The fastening band (151) may be a band (or string) configured such that one end is coupled to at least one of the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) and passes through a plurality of first coupling holes (110H) and a plurality of second coupling holes (120H). Specifically, one end of the fastening band (151) may be provided coupled to an end of the first support band (110) (i.e., a part of the first support band (110) that is relatively far from the base (100), and an end of the fastening band (151) opposite to the one end may be free and not coupled to the first support band (110). In addition, the fastening band (151) may be provided such that it extends in a first longitudinal direction, which is a direction in which the first support band (110) extends.
[0086] However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the fastening band (151) may be provided on the second support band (120) rather than the first support band (110). Specifically, one end of the fastening band (151) may be provided to be coupled to an end of the second support band (120) (i.e., a part of the second support band (120) that is relatively far from the base (100), and the end of the fastening band (151) opposite to the one end may be free and not coupled to the second support band (120). In addition, the fastening band (151) may be provided to extend in a second longitudinal direction, which is the direction in which the second support band (120) extends.
[0087] In an exemplary embodiment, when the fastening belt (151) is coupled to the first support belt (110), if the fastening belt (151) passes through the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) and the plurality of second coupling holes (120H), the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) may be coupled to each other. In addition, if the fastening belt (151) passes only through the plurality of first coupling holes (110H), the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) may be provided in a separated state.
[0088] The first fastening buckle (153) may be a buckle that is coupled to the end of the fastening belt (151) and fastened to the second fastening buckle to be described later. In an exemplary embodiment, the first fastening buckle (153) may be provided at the end of the fastening belt (151) and may pass through a plurality of first fastening holes (110H) and a plurality of second fastening holes (120H). For example, the first fastening buckle (153) may be a male buckle.
[0089] In an exemplary embodiment, the second fastening buckle may be a buckle that is fixed to at least one of a portion of the base (100) adjacent to the first support band (110) and a portion of the base (100) adjacent to the second support band (120) and is coupled with the first fastening buckle (153). However, the position of the second fastening buckle is not limited to the above-described position, and the second fastening buckle may be fixed to at least one of the first support band (100) and the second support band (120) and is coupled with the first fastening buckle (153).
[0090] For example, when a fastening belt (151) is provided on a first support belt (110), a second fastening buckle may be provided coupled to a portion of the base (100) adjacent to the beginning portion of the first support belt (110) (e.g., an end portion of the base (100)).
[0091] In an exemplary embodiment, when a first fastening buckle (153) provided at the end of a fastening belt (151) passes through a plurality of first fastening holes (110H) and a plurality of second fastening holes (120H) and is coupled with a second fastening buckle, the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) can be firmly coupled to each other.
[0092] In addition, when the first fastening buckle (153) provided at the end of the fastening belt (151) is coupled with the second fastening buckle by passing only through the plurality of first coupling holes (110H), the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) can be provided in a separated state. In this case, the fastening belt (151) can be fixed to the edge portion of the first support belt (110) through the coupling of the first fastening buckle (153) and the second fastening buckle. Accordingly, even when the baby carrier (10) is used in a state where the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) are separated, the interference and inconvenience caused by the fastening belt (151) can be minimized.
[0093] In an exemplary embodiment, the second fastening buckle may be provided inside the buckle pocket (160). That is, the buckle pocket (160) may be provided on at least one of a portion of the base adjacent to the first support band (110) and a portion of the base adjacent to the second support band (120) to accommodate the second fastening buckle.
[0094] In addition, the buckle pocket (160) may include a soft cotton material on the surface. Since the second fastening buckle can be wrapped by the buckle pocket (160), the position of the second fastening buckle can be fixed, thereby facilitating the coupling of the first fastening buckle (153) and the second fastening buckle. In addition, since the outer shape of the second fastening buckle is not exposed to the outside by the buckle pocket (160), the wearing comfort of the baby carrier (10) can be improved.
[0095] A first air mesh (170) may be provided along an edge of the first support band (110) (i.e., along the perimeter of the first support band (110)). In an exemplary embodiment, the first air mesh (170) may include a cushioning material (FIG. 6, 173) having a plurality of ventilation holes (173H) provided between two layers of the first support band (110). The thickness of the first air mesh (170) provided at the edge of the first support band (110) may be greater than the thickness of the central portion of the first support band (110).
[0096] Additionally, a second air mesh (180) may be provided along an edge of the second support band (120) (i.e., along the perimeter of the second support band (120)). In an exemplary embodiment, the second air mesh (180) may include a buffer (173) having a plurality of ventilation holes (173H) provided between two layers of the second support band (120). The thickness of the second air mesh (180) provided at the edge of the second support band (120) may be greater than the thickness of the central portion of the second support band (120).
[0097] The baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may include a first air mesh (170) and a second air mesh (180) provided at the edges of the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120), so that when the baby carrier (10) is used as the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure described later, the first air mesh (170) and the second air mesh (180) can firmly support the baby and provide comfort to the baby. In addition, since the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may include the first air mesh (170) and the second air mesh (180), the wearing comfort of the baby carrier (10) can be improved.
[0098] The baby sling (10) of the present disclosure may include a support band coupling member (150) that couples the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) through a plurality of first coupling holes (110H) and a plurality of second coupling holes (120H) according to the user's selection, so that the baby sling (10) of the present disclosure can be used by changing the mounting structure according to the growth of the child.
[0099] Specifically, when the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure are separated, the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure can provide a first mounting structure that can hold a baby while facing forward to support a relatively young child.
[0100] In addition, when the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) of the baby sling (10) of the present disclosure are connected by a support band connecting member (150), the baby sling (10) of the present disclosure can provide a second mounting structure that can hold the baby while facing sideways to support a relatively grown child.
[0101] Accordingly, the usability of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure can be improved, and the economic cost of the baby carrier purchaser can be improved.
[0102] In addition, since the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure can include a first air mesh (170) and a second air mesh (180), the reliability and wearing comfort of the baby carrier (10) can be improved.
[0103] FIG. 3 is a drawing showing the structure of a baby carrier (10) for a first mounting structure according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0104] The first mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) may refer to a structure of the baby carrier (10) that can hold a baby in a forward-facing position relative to the user. The first mounting structure may be a structure of the baby carrier (10) used to support a relatively young baby (e.g., a newborn baby under 6 months of age).
[0105] In addition, the first mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) may be a structure that holds the baby using both shoulders, and the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) may be a structure that supports the baby's back and hips. For example, the first mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) may be similar to the structure of a conventional wrap carrier that supports a baby.
[0106] For application of the first mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure, the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) may be provided in a separated state. Specifically, the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) may be provided separately from each other without being joined by a support belt joining member (150).
[0107] For example, when a support band coupling member (150) is provided coupled to a first support band (110), a fastening band (151) of the support band coupling member (150) can pass through a plurality of first coupling holes (110H) of the first support band (110), and a first fastening buckle (153) of the support band coupling member (150) can be coupled with a second fastening buckle.
[0108] In order to apply the first mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure, the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) may be connected to the first coupling band (130) and the second coupling band (140) in a state of intersecting each other in an X shape. For example, in order to apply the first mounting structure of the baby carrier (10), the first support band (110) may be connected to the second coupling band (140), and the second support band (120) may be connected to the first coupling band (130).
[0109] FIG. 4 is a drawing showing the structure of a baby carrier (10) for a second mounting structure according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0110] The second mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) may refer to a structure of the baby carrier (10) that can hold a baby in a position where the baby is facing sideways with respect to the user. The second mounting structure may be a structure of the baby carrier (10) used to support a relatively grown baby (e.g., a baby over 6 months old).
[0111] In addition, the second mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) may be a structure in which the baby is held using one shoulder, and the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) may be a structure in which the baby's back, side, and hips are supported. For example, the second mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) may be similar to the structure of a conventional sling in which the baby is supported.
[0112] For application of the second mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure, the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) may be provided in a state of being connected by a support belt connecting member (150).
[0113] For example, in a state where the edge portion of the first support band (110) and the edge portion of the second support band (120) overlap (i.e., in a state where the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) and the plurality of second coupling holes (120H) overlap), the fastening band (151) of the support band coupling member (150) can pass through the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) of the first support band (110) and the plurality of second coupling holes (120H) of the second support band (120) in a zigzag manner, and the first fastening buckle (153) provided at the end of the fastening band (151) can be coupled with the second fastening buckle described above. Accordingly, the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) can be firmly coupled by the support band coupling member (150) to form a wide support surface.
[0114] In addition, for application of the second mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure, each of the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) can be combined with the first coupling belt (130) and the second coupling belt (140).
[0115] FIG. 5 is a drawing showing a male buckle and a female buckle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0116] Hereinafter, the technical concepts of the first male buckle (115) and the first female buckle (135) of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure will be described with reference to FIG. 5. The technical concepts described with reference to FIG. 5 can be equally applied to the second male buckle (125) and the second female buckle (145).
[0117] In an exemplary embodiment, the first male buckle (115) may be configured to rotate at a limited rotational angle relative to the first female buckle (135). For example, the first male buckle (115) may be configured to rotate at a limited rotational angle of about 50 degrees to about 80 degrees relative to the first female buckle (135).
[0118] Since the first male buckle (115) can rotate at a limited rotation angle with respect to the first female buckle (135), the flexibility and wearing comfort of the mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure can be improved.
[0119] The first male buckle (115) may include a first rotation guide (RG1) and a first rotation axis (RX1) provided in an arc shape. In addition, the first female buckle (135) may have a first coupling space that accommodates the first rotation axis (RX1) of the first male buckle (115). As the first rotation axis (RX1) of the first male buckle (115) is fitted into the first coupling space of the first female buckle (135), the first male buckle (115) can rotate at a limited angle with respect to the first female buckle (135).
[0120] In an exemplary embodiment, when the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure is used as a first mounting structure for carrying a baby forward, the second female buckle (145) may be configured to rotate 50 to 80 degrees by the first rotation guide (RG1) of the first male buckle (115). In addition, the first female buckle (135) may be configured to rotate 50 to 80 degrees by the rotation guide of the second male buckle (125).
[0121] When the first female buckle (135) rotates less than 50 degrees with respect to the first male buckle (115), the flexibility of the mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) may decrease, thereby degrading the user's wearing comfort. In addition, when the first female buckle (135) rotates more than 80 degrees with respect to the first male buckle (115), the sturdiness of the mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) may decrease. Since the first female buckle (135) of the present disclosure can rotate about 50 degrees to about 80 degrees with respect to the first male buckle (115), the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure can improve not only the user's wearing comfort but also the sturdiness of the mounting structure.
[0122] Additionally, the second male buckle (125) may be configured to rotate at a limited rotation angle with respect to the second female buckle (145). For example, the second male buckle (125) may be configured to rotate at a limited rotation angle of about 50 degrees to about 80 degrees with respect to the second female buckle (145).
[0123] Since the second male buckle (125) can rotate at a limited rotation angle with respect to the second female buckle (145), the flexibility and wearing comfort of the mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure can be improved.
[0124] The second male buckle (125) may include a second rotation guide and a second rotation axis provided in an arc shape. In addition, the second female buckle (145) may have a second coupling space that accommodates the second rotation axis of the second male buckle (125). As the second rotation axis of the second male buckle (125) is fitted into the second coupling space of the second female buckle (145), the second male buckle (125) can rotate at a limited angle with respect to the second female buckle (145).
[0125] The details of the second male buckle (125) and the second female buckle (145) overlap with the technical ideas of the first male buckle (115) and the first female buckle (135), so detailed descriptions are omitted.
[0126] FIG. 6 is a drawing showing the structure of a first air mesh (170) and a second air mesh (180) according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0127] Referring to FIG. 6, the first air mesh (170) may be provided along the edge of the first support band (110). In addition, the first air mesh (170) may include a buffer (173) having a plurality of ventilation holes (173H) provided between the two layers of surfaces.
[0128] In an exemplary embodiment, the buffer (173) may have a plurality of ventilation holes (173H) and may include an elastic material to perform a buffering function. For example, the material of the buffer (173) may be similar to a sponge material.
[0129] In an exemplary embodiment, the width of the first air mesh (170) may be about 2 cm to about 6 cm. For example, the width of the first air mesh (170) may be about 5 cm. In addition, the thickness of the first air mesh (170) may be about 2 mm to about 6 mm. For example, the thickness of the first air mesh (170) may be about 3.5 mm. However, the numerical values of the width and thickness of the first air mesh (170) are not limited to those described above.
[0130] Additionally, a second air mesh (180) may be provided along the edge of the second support band (120). Additionally, the second air mesh (180) may include a buffer (173) having a plurality of ventilation holes (173H) provided between two layers of surfaces. The technical concept of the buffer overlaps with that described above, and thus, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
[0131] In an exemplary embodiment, the width of the second air mesh (180) may be about 2 cm to about 6 cm. For example, the width of the second air mesh (180) may be about 5 cm. In addition, the thickness of the second air mesh (180) may be about 2 mm to about 6 mm. For example, the thickness of the second air mesh (180) may be about 3.5 mm. However, the numerical values of the width and thickness of the second air mesh (180) are not limited to those described above.
[0132] The baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may include a first air mesh (170) and a second air mesh (180) provided at the edges of the first support strap (110) and the second support strap (120), so that when the baby carrier (10) is used as the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure, the first air mesh (170) and the second air mesh (180) can firmly support the baby and provide comfort to the baby. In addition, since the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may include the first air mesh (170) and the second air mesh (180), the wearing comfort of the baby carrier (10) can be improved.
[0133] FIG. 7 is a drawing showing a base (100) according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0134] Referring to FIG. 7, the base (100) may be a portion of a baby carrier (10) connected to the first support band (110), the second support band (120), the first coupling band (130), and the second coupling band (140) described above. When the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure is used, the base (100) of the baby carrier (10) may contact at least one body part of the user's back and shoulder.
[0135] In an exemplary embodiment, the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) may extend from an upper portion of the base (100) while forming a predetermined angle with respect to each other. For example, the angle (a) formed by the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) extending from the base (100) may be about 70 degrees to about 100 degrees. Specifically, the angle (a) formed by the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) may be about 80 degrees.
[0136] Additionally, the first coupling band (130) and the second coupling band (140) may extend from the lower portion of the base (100) while forming a predetermined angle with each other. For example, the angle (b) formed by the first coupling band (130) and the second coupling band (140) extending from the base (100) may be about 70 degrees to about 100 degrees. Specifically, the angle (b) formed by the first coupling band (130) and the second coupling band (140) may be about 80 degrees.
[0137] In an exemplary embodiment, the angle (a) formed by the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) may be substantially equal to the angle (b) formed by the first coupling band (130) and the second coupling band (140).
[0138] Accordingly, when the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure is used as a first mounting structure, the force between the first support carrier (110) and the second coupling carrier (140) and the force between the second support carrier (120) and the first coupling carrier (130) can be formed to be symmetrical in the X direction with respect to the center (C) of the base (100). That is, the forces can be distributed to be symmetrical with respect to the center (C) of the base (100), so that when the baby carrier (10) is used as a first mounting structure, the structural reliability and wearing comfort of the baby carrier (10) can be improved.
[0139] In addition, when the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure is used as a second mounting structure, the force between the first support carrier (110) and the first coupling carrier (130) and the force between the second support carrier (120) and the second coupling carrier (140) can be formed to be symmetrical in the 11 direction with respect to the center (C) of the base (100). That is, since the forces can be distributed symmetrically with respect to the center of the base (100), the structural reliability and wearing comfort of the baby carrier (10) can be improved when the baby carrier (10) is used as a second mounting structure.
[0140] In an exemplary embodiment, the minimum width (d) of the base (100) may be about 8 cm to about 15 cm. For example, the minimum width (d) of the base (100) may be about 10 cm. The minimum width (d) of the base (100) may be the minimum length among the lengths formed by the base (100) in the horizontal direction. In addition, the minimum width (d) of the base (100) may be defined as the length of a line that horizontally crosses the center (C) of the base (100).
[0141] The minimum width (d) of the base (100) can be formed to the aforementioned value, thereby reducing the area in contact with the user's body (e.g., shoulder and back), thereby improving the user's wearing comfort. That is, the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure can reduce the feeling of tightness that the user may feel when wearing the baby carrier (10).
[0142] Fig. 8 is a drawing showing a baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure used as a first mounting structure. Fig. 9 is a front view of the baby carrier (10) worn as the first mounting structure, and Fig. 10 is a back view of the baby carrier (10) worn as the first mounting structure.
[0143] Referring to FIGS. 8 to 10 together, the first mounting structure may be a structure of a baby carrier (10) that can hold a baby in a forward-facing position relative to the user. The first mounting structure may be a structure of a baby carrier (10) used to support a relatively young baby (e.g., a newborn baby under 6 months of age).
[0144] In addition, the first mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) may be a structure that holds the baby using both shoulders, and the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) may be a structure that supports the baby's back and hips. For example, the first mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) may be similar to the structure of a conventional wrap carrier that supports a baby.
[0145] For application of the first mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure, the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) may be provided in a separated state (i.e., an uncoupled state). Specifically, the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) may be provided separately from each other without being coupled by a support belt coupling member (150).
[0146] For example, when the support band coupling member (150) is provided coupled to the first support band (110), the fastening band (151) of the support band coupling member (150) can only pass through the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) of the first support band (110), and the first fastening buckle (153) of the support band coupling member (150) can be coupled with the second fastening buckle described above.
[0147] In order to apply the first mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure, the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) may be connected to the first coupling band (130) and the second coupling band (140) in a state of intersecting each other in an X shape. For example, in order to apply the first mounting structure of the baby carrier (10), the first support band (110) may be connected to the second coupling band (140), and the second support band (120) may be connected to the first coupling band (130).
[0148] In addition, when the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure is used as a first mounting structure, the force between the first support carrier (110) and the second coupling carrier (140) and the force between the second support carrier (120) and the first coupling carrier (130) can be formed to be symmetrical in the X direction with respect to the center (C) of the base (100). That is, the forces can be distributed to be symmetrical with respect to the center (C) of the base (100), so that when the baby carrier (10) is used as a first mounting structure, the structural reliability and wearing comfort of the baby carrier (10) can be improved.
[0149] Fig. 11 is a drawing showing a baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure used as a second mounting structure. Fig. 12 is a front view of the baby carrier (10) worn as a second mounting structure, and Fig. 13 is a back view of the baby carrier (10) worn as a second mounting structure.
[0150] Referring to FIGS. 11 to 13 together, the second mounting structure may refer to a structure of the baby carrier (10) capable of holding a baby in a position where the baby is facing sideways with respect to the user. The second mounting structure may be a structure of the baby carrier (10) used to support a relatively grown baby (e.g., a baby over 6 months old).
[0151] In addition, the second mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) may be a structure in which the baby is held using one shoulder, and the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) may be a structure in which the baby's back, side, and hips are supported. For example, the second mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) may be similar to the structure of a conventional sling in which the baby is supported.
[0152] For application of the second mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure, the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) may be provided in a state of being connected by a support belt connecting member (150).
[0153] Specifically, in a state where the edge portion of the first support band (110) and the edge portion of the second support band (120) overlap (i.e., in a state where the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) and the plurality of second coupling holes (120H) overlap), the fastening band (151) of the support band coupling member (150) can pass through the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) of the first support band (110) and the plurality of second coupling holes (120H) of the second support band (120) in a zigzag manner, and the first fastening buckle (153) provided at the end of the support band coupling member (150) can be coupled with the second fastening buckle described above. Accordingly, the first support band (110) and the second support band (120) can be firmly coupled by the support band coupling member (150) to form a wide support surface together.
[0154] In order to apply the second mounting structure of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure, each of the first support belt (110) and the second support belt (120) may be coupled with the first coupling belt (130) and the second coupling belt (140). Accordingly, when the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure is used as the second mounting structure, the force between the first support belt (110) and the first coupling belt (130) and the force between the second support belt (120) and the second coupling belt (140) may be formed to be symmetrical in the 11 direction with respect to the center (C) of the base (100). Since the forces may be distributed symmetrically with respect to the center of the base (100), the structural reliability and wearing comfort of the baby carrier (10) may be improved when the baby carrier (10) is used as the second mounting structure.
[0155] The baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may include a support carrier coupling member (150) that couples the first support carrier (110) and the second support carrier (120) through a plurality of first coupling holes (110H) and a plurality of second coupling holes (120H) according to the user's selection, so that the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure can be used by selecting either the first mounting structure or the second mounting structure according to the child's growth. Accordingly, the usability of the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may be improved, and the economic cost of the baby carrier purchaser may be improved.
[0156] FIG. 14 is a drawing showing a head support member (190) according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0157] The head support member (190) of the present disclosure may be configured to support a baby's head by being coupled to the first support band (110) and the second support band (120). For example, when the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure is used as a first mounting structure for carrying a baby forward, the head support member (190) may be coupled to at least a portion of the first support band (110) and at least a portion of the second support band (120) to support a baby's head.
[0158] Referring to FIG. 14, the head support member (190) of the present disclosure may include a head support base (191), a plurality of coupling buttons (193), and a plurality of coupling rings (195).
[0159] The head support base (191) may be a base that supports the baby's head. In an exemplary embodiment, the head support base (191) may include a soft cotton material. However, the material of the head support base (191) is not limited to the material described above.
[0160] In an exemplary embodiment, the head support base (191) may be provided in a trapezoidal shape. However, the shape of the head support base (191) is not limited thereto, and the shape of the head support base (191) may be provided in various shapes.
[0161] The plurality of coupling buttons (193) may be buttons coupled to the head support base (191). In an exemplary embodiment, the plurality of coupling buttons (193) may be arranged along an edge portion of the head support base (191). For example, when the head support base (191) is provided in a trapezoidal shape, the plurality of coupling buttons (193) may be arranged along the edge portions of the sides forming the trapezoid.
[0162] The plurality of coupling rings (195) may be rings extending from the edge of the head support base (191). In an exemplary embodiment, the plurality of coupling rings (195) may pass through at least a portion of the plurality of first coupling holes (110H) of the first support band (110) and the plurality of second coupling holes (120H) of the second support band (120) to couple with the plurality of coupling buttons (193). Accordingly, the head support base (191) may be coupled to the first support band (110) and the second support band (120).
[0163] The baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure may additionally include a head support member (190), so that the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure can support the baby's head. Accordingly, when the baby carrier (10) of the present disclosure is used together with the head support member (190), the baby carrier (10) can reduce fatigue of the user's hand and improve the degree of freedom of the hand.
[0164] FIG. 15 is a drawing showing a baby carrier according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0165] Referring to FIG. 15, the baby carrier of the present disclosure may include a base (100) of the baby carrier (10) described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 14, a first support belt (110), a second support belt (120), a first male buckle (115), a second male buckle (125), a first connecting belt (130), a second connecting belt (140), a first female buckle (135), a second female buckle (145), a first air mesh (170), and a second air mesh (180).
[0166] The technical idea of the above-mentioned components overlaps with the content described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 14, so detailed descriptions are omitted.
[0167] The baby carrier illustrated in Fig. 15 may include a support band connecting member having a different structure from the baby carrier (10) described with reference to Figs. 1 to 14. Hereinafter, the support band connecting member of the baby carrier illustrated in Fig. 15 will be described in more detail.
[0168] Referring to FIG. 15, the support band coupling member of the present disclosure may be provided to at least one of the first support band and the second support band to mutually couple the first support band and the second support band. For example, the support band coupling member may be provided to both the first support band and the second support band. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the support band coupling member may be provided to only one of the first support band and the second support band.
[0169] In an exemplary embodiment, the support band engagement member may include a first support band engagement member provided at an edge portion of the first support band adjacent to the second support band. Additionally, the support band engagement member may include a second support band engagement member provided at an edge portion of the second support band adjacent to the first support band and configured to engage with the first support band engagement member.
[0170] In an exemplary embodiment, when the first support band coupling member and the second support band coupling member are coupled, the first support band and the second support band may be coupled to each other to provide a second mounting structure. Furthermore, when the first support band coupling member and the second support band coupling member are not coupled, the first support band and the second support band may be separated to provide a first mounting structure different from the second mounting structure.
[0171] In an exemplary embodiment, the first support band engaging member and the second support band engaging member may be zipper engaged. Specifically, the first support band engaging member may include a first zipper having first teeth, and the second support band engaging member may include a second zipper having second teeth.
[0172] Specifically, the first support band coupling member and the second support band coupling member may be configured such that the first teeth and the second teeth are engaged based on movement of a ring provided in either the first zipper or the second zipper to couple the first support band and the second support band.
[0173] However, the joining method and joining structure of the first support band joining member and the second support band joining member are not limited to zipper joining. For example, the first support band joining member and the second support band joining member may be joined to each other by various joining methods such as slide joining, sticker (e.g., non-woven fabric) joining, and button joining.
[0174] Referring to FIG. 15, in an exemplary embodiment, the first support band engagement member may be provided on a engagement surface extending from the first support band toward the second support band. Additionally, the second support band engagement member may be provided in an internal space between two layers of surfaces constituting the second support band.
[0175] Specifically, when the first support band coupling member and the second support band coupling member are mutually coupled, the coupling surface extending from the first support band can be disposed in an internal space provided between the two layers of the second support band. That is, when the first support band coupling member and the second support band coupling member are mutually coupled, the coupling surface extending from the first support band can be disposed in an internal space of the second support band, so that the first support band coupling member and the second support band coupling member may not be exposed to the outside. Accordingly, the baby sling of the present disclosure can prevent physical contact between the first support band coupling member and the second support band coupling member and the baby, thereby ensuring stability and a feeling of wearing, and improving the aesthetic appearance of the baby sling.
[0176] In addition, when the first support band and the second support band of the present disclosure are used separately (for example, when used as a first mounting structure), the first support band connecting member and the second support band connecting member described above do not need to be exposed to the outside.
[0177] Accordingly, the baby carrier of the present disclosure may include a coupling surface protruding from the first support band and a button for concealing a first support band coupling member provided on the coupling surface on the first support band. The button may include a first button provided on an edge of the first support band and a second button provided on the coupling surface. As the first button and the second button are coupled to each other, the coupling surface may not protrude from the first support band, and the first support band coupling member may not be exposed to the outside.
[0178] Additionally, the baby carrier of the present disclosure may include a button for concealing a second support band joining member disposed in an internal space provided between two layers of the second support band. The button may include a third button and a fourth button disposed on each of the two layers of the second support band. As the third button and the fourth button are mutually engaged, the second support band joining member may not be exposed to the outside.
[0179] As described above, exemplary embodiments have been disclosed in the drawings and specifications. While specific terminology has been used to describe embodiments herein, it is intended solely to illustrate the technical concept of the present disclosure and is not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure as defined in the claims. Therefore, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications and equivalent embodiments are possible. Therefore, the true technical protection scope of the present disclosure should be determined by the technical concept of the appended claims.
