[0004] Building construction is a complex process of above-ground construction, especially the construction of a building facade, which includes a large number of stages and requires large material, labor and time costs. To facilitate and speed up the construction of a building facade, various prefab technologies have become widespread, in which facade wall modules brought to factory readiness are fixed to the floor slabs of buildings using special fastening systems. Such systems must have high strength characteristics and ensure reliable fixation of the facade wall module in the exact design position to ensure the reliability, quality and safety of the entire structure. In addition, such methods of constructing a facade using special fastening systems for facade wall modules are more economical, since they do not require the use of a large amount of heavy equipment and labor, additional materials and equipment, which significantly reduces the monetary costs of construction, and also significantly speeds up and simplifies the construction process. Thus, in the conditions of high urbanization and extensive construction of cities, the relevance of creating new technologies for constructing a building facade is formed, ensuring rapid construction and durability, reliability and safety of the entire building structure. Previous level of technology.

In this case, the bracket is provided with a projection with a rounded upper part on the end side of the load-bearing floor, which is a support, and the counter-part is made in the form of at least one hook, comprising three walls, forming a groove for interaction with the bracket projection. One of the walls, which is the base of the hook, is made with platforms for adjoining the fastening surface with holes made in them for fasteners. An outer wall is located parallel to the base, connected to the base by a transverse wall, which is a support wall, and an opening is made in the support wall, into which an adjusting bolt with thrust nuts is installed, interacting with the bracket projection. Russian Federation Patent No. RU73890U1, IPC E04B 2 / 96, E04B 2 / 88, published 10.06.2008.

[0006] The prior art also includes a solution selected as the closest analogue, which is a structure including a hook attachment point, a hook, a locking plate, a vertical adjustment element and a lateral limiting element. The hook attachment point includes a support plate and a part of the hook located on the support plate. The hook includes two sliding sections, one of which is connected by the engaging part of the structure with the possibility of sliding horizontally, and the second is connected with the possibility of sliding with the locking plate vertically. The adjustment element is installed in the locking plate and rests against the hook, and is used to drive the locking plate up or down, and the lateral limiting element is detachably connected to the support plate. China Patent No. CN216787565U, IPC E04B 1 / 41, E04B 2 / 88, E04B 2 / 90, published on 06 / 21 / 2021.

[0007] The presented level of technology does not provide sufficient reliability of fastening the facade wall module to the floor slab due to the lack of fixation of the connection of the parts of the products between themselves and their insufficient rigidity, which increases the risk of damage to the building facade under high alternating cyclic loads. In addition, the presented product designs do not provide sufficient ease of installation of the facade wall module with sufficient reliability of its fastening to the floor slab. To achieve acceptable reliability, it is necessary to use additional equipment and significantly complicate the design of the products.

[0008] The objective of the declared technical solution is to create a system for fastening a facade wall module that ensures high reliability of the building facade.

[0009] Disclosure of invention

[0010] The technical result of the claimed solution consists in increasing the reliability of the building facade, as well as the technological efficiency of the fastening system of the facade wall module.

[0011] Increasing the reliability of the building facade is achieved, in particular, by increasing its durability and resistance to alternating loads, as well as increasing the reliability of fastening the facade wall module to the floor slab by increasing the rigidity of the system structure, as well as uniform transfer of the load from the facade wall module to the floor slab.

[0012] The increase in the technological effectiveness of the claimed solution is achieved, in particular, by simplifying the installation of the facade wall module. The claimed technical result is achieved due to the fact that the fastening system of the facade wall module contains a mounting plate (1) with openings (2) for fastening elements for mounting to the floor slab, including a corner (3) and a support rib (4) made in the form of a plate connected to the corner (3) to form a cavity, and a bracket (5) made with the possibility of fastening to the facade wall module, including a connecting element (6) including a groove for installation on the support rib (4) and an adjusting rod (7) connected to a retainer (8) including a rod (9) made with the possibility of fastening in the opening (10) of the plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8), connected to the mounting plate (1) and made with the possibility of being located perpendicular to the floor slab and parallel to its end surface. The mounting plate (1) preferably includes stiffening ribs (12) made in an L-shape and connected to the support rib (4) and the plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8). The connecting element (6) preferably includes an opening (13) in which an adjusting rod (7) is installed, one end of which rests against the support rib (4), with the possibility of adjusting the position of the bracket (5) vertically. The adjusting rod (7) is preferably installed in the opening (13) of the connecting element (6) of the bracket (5) by means of a threaded connection. The retainer (8) and the adjusting rod (7) can be connected by means of a threaded connection. The opening (10) of the plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8) is preferably made elongated horizontally. The rod (9) of the retainer (8) can be made threaded. The connecting element (6) of the bracket (5) can be made of a rectangular cross-section.The mounting plate (1) preferably includes elongated holes (14) for fasteners for adjusting the position of the mounting plate (1) on the floor slab in the horizontal plane. The mounting plate (1) can be designed with the possibility of mounting above the floor slab at a height of 0.1-20 mm. The bracket (5) is preferably designed with the possibility of adjusting the horizontal position in a plane parallel to the end surface of the floor slab by moving relative to the support rib.

[0013] (4). The length of the support rib (4) is preferably 180 - 200 mm. The cavity formed by the connection of the corner (3) and the support rib (4) is preferably a recess. The plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8) can be connected to the corner (3) of the mounting plate (1).

[0014] Further in the text, the abbreviation of the expression “facade wall module fastening system” may be used as “fastening system”, which implies the use of the claimed technical solution for mounting the facade wall module to the floor slab.

[0015] The fastening system of the facade wall module comprises a mounting plate (1) with holes (2) for fastening elements for mounting to the floor slab, which provides a support place for installing the facade wall module with a bracket attached to it.

[0016] (5), directly connecting the module and the floor slab, which is necessary for using the claimed solution for its intended purpose. Making holes (2) for fasteners in the mounting plate (1) is necessary for mounting the mounting plate (1) to the floor slab and subsequent installation of the facade wall module with the bracket (5) attached to it, which, due to the possibility of uniformly transferring the load from the module to the floor slab, due to which the weight load is removed from the module and its damage due to internal stresses is prevented, as well as damage to the connection of the facade wall module and the bracket (5) under the action of the large weight of the module, ensures the reliability of the connection, and as a result, the durability and reliability of the building facade. In this case, if it is necessary to perform a concrete screed on the floor slab for subsequent work on installing the floor covering, the installation of the mounting plate (1) to the floor slab by means of fasteners through the holes (2) in the mounting plate (1) also increases the reliability of fastening the facade wall module to the floor slab due to the uniform distribution of the load on the floor slab and the prevention of the destruction of the concrete floor screed under the weight of the facade wall module installed with the bracket (5) on the mounting plate (1), in the case of the initial execution of the concrete floor screed and the fastening of the mounting plate (1) only due to the hardening of the concrete mixture without attaching it to the floor slab by means of fasteners. In addition, the load-bearing capacity of the mounting plate (1) and the transfer of load from the facade wall module to the floor slab makes it possible to lighten the structure of the module due to the possibility of reducing the cross-sections of the module frame profiles and preventing the transfer of a large weight load to the modules installed below, which makes it possible to prevent their damage and disruption of the integrity and structure of the entire facade, thereby ensuring its durability and, as a result, reliability. The mounting plate (1) preferably includes elongated holes (14) for fasteners for adjusting the position of the mounting plate (1) on the floor slab in the horizontal plane, which additionally increases the reliability of the building facade and simplifies the installation of the module in the design position due to the possibility of adjusting the position of the mounting plate (1) and, as a consequence, the position of the facade wall module, which allows it to be accurately installed in the design position and reduces the risks of damage to the facade under alternating loads, since with inaccurate installation, the likelihood of disruption of module joints and a change in the intermodule gap increases, which can lead to damage to the facade, thus, the reliability of the building facade and the manufacturability of the fastening system are additionally increased. Also, in a preferred embodiment, the mounting plate (1) can be made with the possibility of mounting above the floor slab at a height of 0.1 - 20 mm, which additionally increases the reliability of fastening the facade wall module to the floor slab due to the additional possibility of installing the mounting plate (1) in a horizontal position in the event of a violation of flatness and the presence of irregularities on the surface of the floor slab, additionally increasing the accuracy of installing the module in the design position, thereby additionally increasing the reliability of the facade and its resistance to alternating loads, since with inaccurate installation, the likelihood of disruption of module joints and a change in the intermodule gap increases, which can lead to damage to the facade. In addition, the preferred implementation of the mounting plate (1) with the possibility of mounting above the floor slab at a height of 0.1 - 20 mm additionally increases the technological effectiveness of the fastening system, since the need for additional work to level the surface of the floor slab is reduced and the installation of the facade wall module in the design position is additionally simplified. The preferred installation of the mounting plate (1) above the floor slab at a height of less than 0.1 mm does not affect the position of the mounting plate (1) relative to the floor slab, since it was experimentally established that unevenness of the floor slab surface less than 0.1 mm high does not affect the accuracy and reliability of installing the facade wall module in the design position. The preferred installation of the mounting plate (1) above the floor slab at a height of more than 20 mm additionally reduces the stability of the mounting plate (1), especially when installing a façade wall module with a large mass, which additionally reduces the bearing capacity of the mounting plate (1) and its ability to uniformly transfer the load from the module to the floor slab, thereby additionally reducing the reliability of the fastening, and the entire building façade as a whole. Thus, the preferred possibility of installing the mounting plate (1) above the floor slab at a height of 0.1 - 20 mm additionally increases the reliability of the building façade and the manufacturability of the claimed solution. In addition, installation within the specified range additionally allows concealing the mounting plate (1) with a floor screed without significantly increasing its thickness, and, as a consequence, the mass of the floor slab.In a preferred embodiment, the possibility of mounting the mounting plate (1) above the floor slab can be carried out by means of adjusting bolts installed in threaded holes (15) made in the mounting plate (1), by rotating them, wherein the lower surface of the adjusting bolt can rest against the floor slab, thereby raising the mounting plate (1) above the floor slab.

[0017] The mounting plate (1) includes an angle (3) by means of which the mounting plate (1) is attached to the end surface of the floor slab, which allows the erected building facade to perceive and withstand alternating cyclic loads, for example, from wind exposure, because, as is known, under wind exposure, strong vortex flows arise in the foundation of the building, due to a change in wind speed, due to which the structures of the lower part of the building experience an increased aerodynamic load and prematurely become inoperative, and the upper part of the building sways under the influence of the wind, while on the windward side the structures experience tension, and on the leeward side - compression, which can lead to their rapid destruction. Thus, the presence of the corner (3) in the mounting plate (1) increases the reliability of the building facade due to uniform load transfer and increased durability of the building facade, as well as its resistance to alternating loads. In addition, the implementation of the corner (3) in the mounting plate (1) allows for its easy installation in the design position parallel to the end surface of the floor due to the possibility of adjoining the corner (3) to it, which increases the manufacturability of the fastening system and prevents inaccurate placement of the mounting plate (1) and subsequent installation of the facade wall module in the wrong position, which can lead to a violation of the integrity of the joints of the modules between themselves and an uneven intermodular gap, which reduces the durability and resistance of the building facade to alternating cyclic loads, for example, wind or seismic, thus, the presence of the corner (3) increases the reliability of the building facade. In this case, if necessary, according to the design provision, the angle (3) may not be adjacent to the end surface of the floor slab, which also ensures the reliability of the connection due to the increase in the rigidity of the mounting plate (1) due to the presence of a bend and the formation of a stiffening rib, which also increases the resistance of the connection to alternating loads, thereby increasing the reliability of the building facade. In preferred embodiments, the angle (3) can be formed by bending the mounting plate (1) or represent a separate part connected to the mounting plate (1), for example, by welding.

[0018] The mounting plate (1) also includes a support rib (4) made in the form of a plate connected to the corner (3) to form a cavity. The presence of the support rib (4) ensures the support function for installing the bracket (5) of the facade wall module, takes up the weight load of the module and transfers it to the floor slab by connecting to the corner (3), which removes the load from the module, reducing the internal stresses arising in its structure, and also preventing the destruction of the fastening of the module with the bracket (5) under the action of the weight of the module, thereby increasing the resistance of the building facade to alternating loads, as well as the reliability of the fastening of the facade wall module to the floor slab, and, as a result, the reliability of the building facade. The implementation of the support rib (4) in the form of a plate connected to the corner (3), as opposed to its implementation in the form of a rod, allows for uniform distribution of the weight load of the facade wall module installed by the bracket (5) on the support rib (4) due to an increase in the contact area between the inner surface of the groove made in the connecting element (6) of the bracket (5) and the surface of the plate, which increases the uniformity of load transfer from the module to the floor slab, thereby increasing the reliability of the fastening and the facade of the building as a whole. The connection of the support rib (4) with the corner (3) with the formation of a cavity allows for the formation of a protrusion for a mating connection with the groove of the connecting element (6) of the bracket (5), which simplifies the process of installing the facade wall module, and as a result increases the manufacturability of the fastening system, since the connection of the groove and the protrusion does not require the use of complex equipment, while not inferior in reliability to other connection methods. In addition, such a connection of the groove of the connecting element (6) and the support rib (4) allows for uniform distribution of the load from the module to the floor slab without creating stresses at the connection points when using connecting elements, such as bolts, or weakening these connections under constant exposure to alternating loads, which ensures the durability of the building facade due to the reliability of the fastening, as well as high resistance to various loads, and, as a result, high reliability. In a preferred embodiment, the cavity formed by the connection of the corner (3) and the support rib (4) is a recess, which, unlike the implementation of the cavity in the form of an opening, has an additional lower surface, which allows for additional support of the bracket (5), installed on the support rib (4) by the groove of the connecting element (6), and additionally to absorb part of the load, redistributing it to the floor slab, which additionally increases the uniformity of load transfer, and as a consequence the reliability of the connection, thereby additionally increasing the reliability of the building facade.

[0019] The fastening system of the facade wall module also comprises a bracket (5) designed with the possibility of fastening to the facade wall module, necessary for using the claimed solution for its intended purpose and connecting the facade wall module to the mounting plate (1) installed on the floor slab. The bracket (5) ensures the perception of weight loads on the module and their transfer to the floor slab through the support rib (4) connected to the corner (3) of the mounting plate (1), due to which the reliability of the fastening and the facade is increased and damage to the module and the facade as a whole is prevented due to the undistributed weight load of the module and the wind load, causing internal stresses in the structure. In a preferred embodiment, the fastening of the bracket (5) to the facade wall module can be carried out by means of the presence in the bracket (5) of a plate (16) with holes (17) for connecting elements, for example, bolts, for fastening to the load-bearing posts of the module frame. In addition, the bracket (5) in the preferred embodiment may include additional plates (18) located perpendicular to the plate (16) for fastening the bracket (5) to the supporting posts of the module frame for additional damping of cyclic loads transmitted to the post profiles of the module frame. The bracket (5) includes a connecting element (6) including a groove for installation on the support rib (4), due to which a reliable connection of the bracket (5) and the support rib (4) is ensured, since the groove has an internal surface in the form of a recess contacting the surface of the support rib (4) during installation, due to which the contact area of the parts increases, and a limiting function of the connection is also performed, due to which the bracket (5) is stably held on the support rib (4), which increases the reliability and stability of fastening the facade wall module to the floor slab, and, as a consequence, the reliability of the facade. In addition, the implementation of the connecting element (6) with a groove for installation on the support rib (4) simplifies the process of installation of the facade wall module, and as a result increases the technological effectiveness of the fastening system, since the connection of the groove and the projection (support rib (4)) does not require the use of complex equipment, while not inferior in reliability to other connection methods. The connecting element (6) of the bracket (5) can preferably be made of a rectangular cross-section, which additionally increases the rigidity of the bracket (5) due to the formation of stiffening ribs and additional increase in its resistance to bending loads under the action of the gravity of the module, which can increase the likelihood of damage to the bracket (5), which additionally increases the reliability of fastening the facade wall module to the floor slab.

[0020] The connecting element (6) also includes an adjustment rod (7) connected to a retainer (8) including a rod (9) designed with the possibility of being secured in an opening (10) of a plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8), connected to the mounting plate (1) and designed with the possibility of being positioned perpendicular to the floor slab and parallel to its end surface. This design ensures high reliability of fastening of the facade wall module to the floor slab, due to the connection and fixation of the mounting plate (1) and bracket (5) of the facade module relative to each other in the design position, which prevents their possible disconnection, as well as possible displacement of their position relative to each other, for example, under strong alternating wind or cyclic loads, and further destruction of the building facade, module joints, violation of the intermodular gap and brittle fatigue failure in the junction of the fastening system of the facade wall module to the floor slab of the building, thus increasing the durability and resistance of the facade to alternating loads, and as a consequence its reliability. In addition, this design increases the rigidity of the fastening system due to the creation of additional stiffeners between the bracket and the mounting plate, thereby increasing the reliability of the fastening and the facade as a whole. The presence of the adjusting rod (7) and its connection with the retainer (8) also increases the technological effectiveness of the fastening system by simplifying the connection of the bracket (5) with the mounting plate (1), which also does not require a complex design of the bracket (5) to ensure a reliable connection. In addition, fastening the rod (9) of the retainer (8) in the hole (10) of the plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8) is a simple connection design that does not require complex mechanisms and equipment to ensure a reliable rigid connection, which increases the technological effectiveness of the fastening system. In this case, the connection of the plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8) with the mounting plate (1), as well as the possibility of its placement perpendicular to the floor slab and parallel to its end surface, allows the retainer (8) to be positioned parallel to the floor slab, creating a horizontal stiffener between the plate for installing the retainer and the adjusting rod, which increases the rigidity of the structure and increases the reliability of the fastening and the facade as a whole. The possibility of such an arrangement of the plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8) also increases the rigidity of the mounting plate (1) to alternating loads directed at torsion and bending, due to the formation of a stiffening rib, which increases the rigidity of the structure and the reliability of the connection, as well as the ability of the mounting plate (1) to perceive and transfer the load from the module to the floor slab even under strong alternating loads, for example, wind or seismic, which increases the resistance of the facade to these loads, as well as its durability and reliability. The connecting element (6) preferably includes an opening (13) in which an adjustment rod (7) is installed, one end of which rests against the support rib (4), with the possibility of adjusting the position of the bracket (5) vertically, which additionally increases the technological efficiency of the fastening system due to the additional simplification of adjusting the position of the facade wall module relative to the floor slab, which reduces the need to use complex equipment to install the module in the design position. In addition, the installation of the adjusting rod (7) in the hole (13) additionally increases the rigidity of the fastening system due to the fact that when connecting the retainer (8) and the adjusting rod (7), possible shear loads can be distributed inside the connecting element (6), which, in contrast to the installation of the adjusting rod (7) on the surface of the connecting element (6), additionally reduces the likelihood of its fracture at the point of contact with the connecting element (6), which additionally increases the reliability of the fastening, and as a consequence, the entire facade. In a preferred embodiment, the plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8) is connected to the corner (3) of the mounting plate (1), which additionally increases the rigidity of the mounting plate (1) due to the location of the plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8) near the bend of the corner (3) and the formation of an additional stiffening rib, which additionally strengthens the design of the fastening system, its reliability, the resistance of the facade to alternating loads, and, as a consequence, its reliability.

[0021] The bracket (5) is preferably designed with the possibility of adjusting the horizontal position in a plane parallel to the end surface of the floor slab by moving relative to the support rib (4), which additionally increases the reliability of the building facade and simplifies the installation of the module in the design position due to the possibility of adjusting the position of the bracket (5) relative to the mounting plate (1), and as a consequence the position of the facade wall module, which additionally increases the accuracy of its installation in the design position and reduces the risks of damage to the facade under alternating loads, since with inaccurate installation the probability of disruption of the module joints and a change in the intermodule gap increases, which can lead to damage to the facade, thus additionally increasing the reliability of the facade and the manufacturability of the fastening system. The movement of the bracket (5) relative to the support rib (4) can preferably be carried out by sliding the connecting element (6) of the bracket (5), installed with a groove along the support rib (4), which also additionally simplifies the process of adjusting the position of the facade wall module and additionally increases the technological efficiency of the fastening system. In the preferred embodiment, the length of the support rib (4) can be 180 - 200 mm, which additionally increases the technological efficiency of the fastening system and the reliability of the building facade, due to an additional increase in the uniformity of load transfer from the facade wall module to the floor slab.In case of the preferred implementation of the support rib (4), the length of which is less than 180 mm, the reliability of the fastening is additionally reduced, which was established experimentally, since the accuracy of the installation of the facade wall module in the design position during the adjustment process is additionally reduced, since on the support rib (4), the length of which is less than 180 mm, it is more difficult to adjust the position of the module due to the small length of the support rib (4). In addition, the preferred implementation of the support rib (4) with a length of less than 180 mm additionally reduces the amount of possible load perceived by the mounting plate (1), as a result of which, residual stresses may be present in the module structure and part of its weight load may be transferred to the modules installed below, which additionally reduces the manufacturability of the fastening system and the reliability of the facade. The preferred implementation of the support rib (4), the length of which is more than 200 mm, additionally reduces the reliability of the fastening due to the increased probability of a strong displacement of the support point of the bracket (5) on the support rib (4) relative to the vertical plane of symmetry of the mounting plate (1), which increases the risk of stresses occurring at the junction of the mounting plate (1) and the floor slab due to the unevenly distributed load, thereby additionally reducing the reliability of the fastening, and as a consequence the durability and reliability of the facade.

[0022] In a preferred embodiment, the mounting plate (1) includes stiffening ribs (12) made in an L-shape and connected to the support rib (4) and the plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8), which additionally increases the rigidity of the mounting plate (1) and its resistance to shear alternating loads, for example, wind and seismic, which additionally increases the reliability of the building facade. The preferred design of the stiffening ribs (12) in an L-shape also additionally makes it possible to increase the rigidity of the corner (3) of the mounting plate (1), which also makes it possible to withstand additional shear alternating loads and additionally increases the durability and reliability of the building facade. In addition, the preferred connection of the stiffeners (12) with the support rib (4) additionally forms the side surfaces of the cavity formed by the connection of the support rib (4) and the corner (3), which additionally limits the movement of the bracket (5) along the support rib (4) and reduces the likelihood of a violation of the connection of the bracket (5) and the mounting plate (1), and as a consequence, damage to the facade, thus additionally increasing the reliability of the fastening and the facade as a whole. At the same time, the preferred connection of the stiffeners (12) with the plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8) additionally increases its stability and reduces the likelihood of its tilt and bending when installing the retainer (8), which can lead to a violation of the connection and damage to the structure of the system parts, thus additionally increasing the rigidity of the system structure and the reliability of the facade.

[0023] The preferred installation of the adjusting rod (7) in the opening (13) of the connecting element (6) of the bracket (5) by means of a threaded connection additionally increases the reliability of fastening the facade wall module to the floor slab, since the probability of loosening and breaking the connection is reduced due to the implementation of a thread that prevents the translational movement of the adjusting rod (7) due to the need for rotation. In addition, the preferred installation of the adjusting rod (7) in the opening (13) by means of a threaded connection additionally increases the manufacturability of the claimed solution due to the increased convenience of adjusting the position of the bracket (5) vertically relative to the mounting plate (1) due to the possibility of gradual rotation of the adjusting rod (7) with the establishment of an exact position. In the preferred embodiment, the adjusting rod (7) can be a bolt.

[0024] In a preferred embodiment, the retainer (8) and the adjusting rod (7) can also be connected by means of a threaded connection, which, due to a decrease in the probability of weakening and breaking the connection by making a thread that prevents the translational movement of the adjusting rod (7) or retainer (8) due to the need for rotation, additionally increases the reliability of fastening the facade wall module to the floor slab and the reliability of the entire facade of the building. At the same time, such a preferred connection additionally increases the manufacturability of the claimed solution due to the increased convenience of installing the retainer (8) due to the possibility of rotation.

[0025] The opening (10) of the plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8) is preferably made elongated horizontally, which, when adjusting the position of the bracket (5) horizontally in a plane parallel to the end surface of the floor slab by moving relative to the support rib (4), makes it possible to adjust the position of the retainer in the plane of the parallel mounting plate (1), thereby additionally increasing the reliability of the connection by reducing the likelihood of stresses occurring in the connection of the retainer (8) and the plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8) due to their connection at an angle, and also additionally increasing the manufacturability due to the ease of installation of the retainer (8).Preferably, the rod (9) of the retainer (8) can be made threaded, which additionally increases the convenience of its connection with the plate (11) for fastening the retainer (8) by means of, for example, a washer, nut and lock nut, which reduce the likelihood of damage and weakening of the connection, in contrast to making the rod (9) smooth, thereby additionally increasing the manufacturability of the fastening system and the reliability of the building facade.
