Description

[0001] DESCRIPTION

[0002] ANTI-FROST WIND MACHINE

[0003] Technical Field:

[0004] The invention relates to a wind machine for use in all kinds of agricultural lands such as vineyards, fields, gardens, greenhouses and the like, which prevents agricultural frost damage to plants, cools the plants, removes moisture and helps pollination.

[0005] The present invention relates to a wind machine which is integrated into the rear of tractors and similar vehicles.

[0006] State of the Art:

[0007] Wind machines are propellers used to prevent frost events that can occur in agricultural areas and cause millions of pounds’ worth of damage. They are also known as frost propellers. Today, they are used quite frequently in agricultural areas. In particular, a certain area and place is filled by a cold and dry polar air mass, the air is clear and calm, the water vapor content of the atmosphere is low, and a continental temperature regime creates favorable conditions for frost. The invention disclosed in the description describes the wind machine referred to herein.

[0008] In the known art, there are wind machines that are integrated into the power take-off shaft of agricultural vehicles such as tractors and the like, and rotate the propeller with the mechanical energy received from the power take-off shaft. Although the invention disclosed in the description is a wind machine as mentioned herein, it contains some differences.

[0009] In the wind machines used in the known art, the mechanical energy of the power take-off shaft is transferred to the propeller via the shaft. When the shaft system is used, it is not possible to create a wind machine with adjustable height. Although it is tried to provide up and down movement with some mechanical moves, it causes difficulties in terms of production, a decrease in efficiency and an increase in cost. For this reason, shaft wind machines are not designed to perform up-and-down movement.

[0010] In the known state of the art, shaft systems that transfer power to the propeller cause losses in efficiency. In order to tolerate these losses, larger motors are required. As a result, energy consumption increases and maintenance and production costs rise.

[0011] The inability to perform up-and-down movement in wind machines prevents the effective application of wind to the plants. As a result, frost cannot be completely prevented and the wind machine cannot be utilized effectively.

[0012] In the utility model document numbered 2011 / 00430 encountered in the literature search, a wind machine is mentioned to prevent frost. The mentioned wind machine has a shaft motion transmission mechanism and has the disadvantages mentioned above. It does not have a mechanism that provides up-and-down movement.

[0013] Brief Description of the Invention:

[0014] The invention is a wind machine that exceeds the state of the art, eliminates its disadvantages and offers additional advantages.

[0015] The aim of the invention is to provide a wind machine integrated into the power take-off shaft of the agricultural vehicle, which is used in agricultural lands, primarily for frost prevention, then for cooling, moisture removal, pollination support. Another aim of the invention is to provide a new wind machine in which the rotational energy of the power take-off shaft is converted into electrical energy and then transmitted to the propeller via a cable.

[0016] Another aim of the invention is to provide a new wind machine with a mechanism that can be folded and moved up and down, thanks to the absence of a shaft.

[0017] Another aim of the invention is to provide a new wind machine with reduced cost, reduced maintenance costs and improved mobility thanks to the cable energy transfer mechanism.

[0018] In the invention, efficiency losses were prevented by using a cable system instead of a shaft system. Since there is no loss of efficiency, smaller electric motors can be used, thus reducing production costs, maintenance costs and energy consumption.

[0019] Description of Figures:

However, this is not intended to limit the invention to these particular embodiments. On the contrary, it is also intended to cover all alternatives, modifications and equivalents of the invention which may be included within the field defined by the appended claims. [0036] Description of the Invention:

[0037] In this detailed description, the wind machine (1 ) of the invention is described by way of examples only for a better understanding of the subject matter and without any limiting effect.

[0038] Wind machines (1 ) have at least one propeller (10) to apply wind to plants in agricultural land. In this case, frost events are prevented, plants are cooled and pollination conditions are improved.

[0039] The wind machine (1 ) of the invention comprises an alternator (18) which converts the circular motion (mechanical energy) of the power take-off shaft of an agricultural vehicle into alternative energy. This alternating energy is transferred as alternating current to an electric motor (17) via at least one cable (16) and the propeller (10) rotates by operating with alternating current. In the case of a direct current driven propeller (10), a converter may be used at the output of the cable (16) to convert the alternating current into direct current.

[0040] In the invention, since the power take-off shaft movement of the agricultural vehicle is transmitted to the propeller (10) by means of a cable (16), the body (12) to which the propeller (10) is connected can move up and down or fold. The up-and-down movement is preferably realized in a folding manner in the invention. For this purpose, an articulation joint (13) is integrated into the body (12), so that the articulation joint (13) integrated into the body can be folded on the frame (11 ) as shown in figure 4. The up-and-down movement of the propeller (12) enables effective wind application to plants of different heights. In the invention, the up-down movement can be provided by a slide-rail mechanism integrated into the body (12). This is an alternative method for the invention.

[0041] In the invention, the folding of the body (12) on the frame (11 ) is provided by the articulation joint (13), and it is driven by pistons (14), one end of which is located on the frame (11 ) and the other end on the movable body (11 ). The electrical components of the invention are controlled via the electrical panel (15).

[0042] In the invention, the propeller (10) is connected to the body (12) by a mounting connection which allows it to rotate 360°, and this connection may be a spherical fastener or a joint.

[0043] The invention transmits the power take-off shaft energy of the agricultural vehicle to the propeller (10) by means of a cable (16). Since the shaft is not used, it is possible to design a folding propeller (10) body (12) that can move up and down. In the invention, the alternator (18) has a modular design that can be separated from the wind machine (1 ). This provides two advantages. The alternator (18) attached to the power take-off shaft end of the agricultural vehicle can be used independently from the wind machine (1 ) and can meet the electricity need. At the same time, the motion obtained as a result of the rotation of the propeller (10) with the wind effect is strengthened by the reducer and its elements and can be converted into electrical energy through the alternator (18).
