Referring now to FIG.3, the present disclosure relates also to a method of enabling an end user to secure valuables of the end user. Referring also to FIG.2, the method comprises the step of: providing a weighting structure 300 having a position with respect to a surface 310’, wherein the weighing structure 300 comprises at least one connecting member 320’, 320”, 320’” connected to the weighting structure 300. The one or more connecting members 320’, 320”.320’” extend to a position beyond the respective surfaces 310’, 310”, 310’”. The method further comprises the step of: Providing an enclosure, e.g., see FIG.2, second enclosure 220, to an end user. As described previously for FIG.2, the enclosure 220 is configured to enable receiving and securing valuables of the end user. The one or more connecting members 320’, 320”.320’” extend to a position beyond the surface 310’ thereby enabling the end user to connect the enclosure 220 to the one or more connecting members 320’, 320”.320’” to secure valuables therein. The surface 320’ may be horizontal, or at an angle as per surface 320”, or vertical as per surface 320” with respect to the end user and the enclosure 220 for securing valuables of the end user. Thereby, the method may be implemented in various locales, such as a beach resort, a swimming pool, in an area having a sloped surface such as with respect to surface 310”, from inside or within a building such as with respect to surface 310”’. Referring to FIGS.1 and 1A, when a user is or users are walking onto a beach, which can be at the ocean, the sea, a lake, pond or the like, the securable enclosing apparatus 100 (i.e. lockable bag aka the Beach Blocker (Beach Bag+Locker) 100, acts as any other beach bag may. The user carries personal belongings inside of the securable enclosing apparatus 100. The belongings or valuables 160 may include beach towels, sheets to lay on, beach chairs, extra clothes, food, wallets, keys, purses, etc. 2. After arriving at the intended location for sitting while on the beach, the user or users proceed to remove all of the valuables 160 out of the first enclosure 110 so that it is completely empty. 3. If handles 118 are detachable, then the user or users may remove the handles 118 and place them inside the first enclosure 110 and proceed to fill the first enclosure 110 up with weighting material 150 such as sand (an example of a weighting material) from the beach. Once the first enclosure 110 is filled with sand (obviously, the more sand there is inside the first enclosure 110, the heavier it will be) then it will be sufficiently weighted to act as an anchoring mechanism. It should be noted that 3 cubic feet (about 0,085 cubic meters) of sand weighs nearly 300 lbs (about 136 kg). Handles 118 can be detachable for added security (if the handles 118 are removed and locked inside first enclosure 110, it becomes more difficult for multiple unauthorized personnel to come by and lift up the first enclosure 110). The first enclosure 110 may be made of any material although the greater the tensile strength and tear resistance of the material the better will prevent or minimize ripping or tearing if lifted up while it is filled with sand (an example of a weighting material) and will be harder to cut if an unauthorized user has or users have a knife or blade. Also, if multiple unauthorized users tug on the first enclosure 110 simultaneously, it will not tear as easily giving the authorized user or users ample time to notice an unauthorized user is or users are trying to break in to steal belongings of the authorized user or users. In a similar manner, sturdy construction of the zipper 114 and tabs 114’ is more advantageous as the zipper 114 is an obvious potential point of entry for an unauthorized user or users. The weight of the bag or first enclosure 110 will be sufficient to deter thieves from attempting to steal one’s belongings. Note that sand weighs approximately 90 lbs. per cubic foot (about 1602 kg per cubic meter) so a bag with a volume of 3 cubic feet (about 0.085 cubic meters) would weigh approximately 270 lbs. (about 122.7 kg) when completely full. It is expected that in most cases, the user or users would fill the first enclosure 110 with sand totaling a weight of about 200 lbs. (about 91 kg). As noted previously, the weighting material 150 can be disposed within a separate enclosure (not shown) that is then inserted within the first enclosure 110 together with the second enclosure 120. Typically, one would then add all of one’s valuables desired to have locked inside the first enclosure 110 into the Personal Item / Valuables Holder or second enclosure 120 provided. As previously indicated, the holder or second enclosure 120 can be attached to the interior of the first enclosure 110, or be completely separate from the first enclosure 110 and simply placed inside of the first enclosure 110. When the user is or users are ready to leave the beach, the user or users simply open the first enclosure 110 by unlocking and removing the lock 116, remove the personal item / valuables holder or second enclosure 120, and dump the sand or other weighting material 150 out. If handles 118 were detached, the user or users just reattach them to the first enclosure 110.
