[0036] Details
[0037] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field based on the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative efforts shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
[0038] The present application provides an air conditioner outdoor unit, which can prevent the flame burning outside the shell from spreading to the inside of the shell through the wiring window, and can also prevent the flame burning inside the shell from spreading to the outside of the shell through the wiring window, which is more conducive to determining the responsibility for the fire.
[0039] The present application also provides an air conditioner.
[0040] The air conditioner outdoor unit provided by an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, includes: a shell, the side panel 100 of the shell has a wiring window 110; a fireproof plate 200, the fireproof plate 200 is located on the outside of the shell and completely covers the wiring window 110; and a handle 300, the handle 300 is provided on the outer side of the side panel 100 and covers the fireproof plate 200.
[0041] The fireproof plate 200 of the air conditioner outdoor unit completely covers the wiring window 110, which can prevent the flame burning outside the shell from spreading to the inside of the shell through the wiring window 110, and can also prevent the flame burning inside the shell from spreading to the outside of the shell through the wiring window 110, which is more conducive to determining the responsibility for the fire.
[0042] In some examples, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, the outer side surface of the side panel 100 is provided with a water guide groove 120, which includes a first groove section 121 and two second groove sections that are connected. The first groove section 121 is located above the wiring window 110, and the two second groove sections are located on the front and rear sides of the wiring window 110. The front and rear ends of the first groove section 121 are connected to the upper ends of the two second groove sections. As shown in Figure 4, the top edge of the fireproof board 200 is against the inside of the first groove section 121, and a sealing gasket 400 is provided between the top edge of the fireproof board 200 and the inner bottom surface of the first groove section 121. The sealing gasket 400 can be configured as a sealing sponge gasket to prevent water on the outer surface of the side panel 100 that is outside the fireproof board 200 from flowing through the space between the top edge of the fireproof board 200 and the inner bottom surface of the first groove section 121 and flowing toward the wiring window 110. The front and rear edges of the fireproof panel 200 contact the two corresponding second groove sections, preventing water on the outer side of the side panel 100 outside the fireproof panel 200 from flowing between the side edge of the fireproof panel 200 and the inner bottom surface of the second groove section and into the wiring window 110. The edge of the handle 300 contacts the outer side of the side panel 100 outside the water guide groove 120, preventing water on the outer side of the side panel 100 outside the handle 300 from flowing between the edge of the handle 300 and the side panel 100 and into the handle 300.
[0043] In some examples, as shown in Figure 4, the inner groove wall 123 of the water guide groove 120 is against the side of the fireproof board 200 facing the side panel 100, so that the water blocking effect at the inner groove wall 123 of the water guide groove 120 is better, and the top edge and two side edges of the fireproof board 200 are provided with a flange 210 bent inward toward the handle 300. The flange 210 blocks the water flowing down the water guide groove 120 and prevents the water from flowing to the outer side of the fireproof board 200.
[0044] The above solution adopts a multi-layer waterproof structure to prevent water on the outer surface of the side panel 100 outside the handle 300 from flowing into the wiring window 110.
[0045] In some examples, as shown in Figures 4 and 13, a water-guiding rib 310 is provided on the inner side of the handle 300. The water-guiding rib 310 includes a first rib segment 311 and two second rib segments 312 connected to each other. The first rib segment 311 extends obliquely upward from the end away from the side panel 100 to the end adjacent to the side panel 100, and the two second rib segments 312 extend obliquely away from each other from the end away from the side panel 100 to the end adjacent to the side panel 100. The first rib segment 311 is located below the top flange 210 of the fireproof board 200 and corresponds to the first groove segment 121. The two second rib segments 312 are located between the two flanges 210 on the side of the fireproof board 200 and correspond to the two second groove segments. After the water falling onto the top flange 210 of the fireproof board 200 accumulates to a certain amount, it passes over the top flange 210 of the fireproof board 200 and falls downward to the upper side of the first rib segment 311, and then is drained downward through the opposite sides of the two second rib segments 312.
[0046] In some examples, as shown in Figures 1 and 13, the upper and lower parts of the handle 300 are provided with through holes 320, and the side panel 100 is provided with screw holes. The screws pass through the through holes 320 and are tightened in the screw holes, so that the handle 300 is firmly pressed and fixed on the side panel 100.
[0047] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in Figures 11 and 13, the handle 300 and the fireproof board 200 are assembled to form a handle assembly. The fireproof board 200 is provided with a protrusion 220 protruding toward the inside of the handle 300, and the handle 300 is provided with a receiving recess recessed away from the fireproof board 200. The protrusion 220 is placed in the receiving recess and is connected to the receiving recess by snapping. The handle 300 and the fireproof board 200 are assembled to form a handle assembly. This solution takes less time and is faster to assemble the handle assembly. In addition, the snap-fit position of the receiving recess and the protrusion 220 is farther away from the wiring window of the side panel. After a fire occurs inside the air conditioner outdoor unit, it is less likely for the flame to spread to the handle 300. The protrusion 220 may be provided with a buckle (the buckle may be a buckle groove 221), the handle 300 may be provided with a buckle (the buckle may be a buckle rib), the buckle rib is clamped in the buckle groove 221, and the fireproof board 200 and the handle 300 are clamped together. This solution has a simple structure and is easy to operate, and the fireproof board 200 has better fire resistance; or it may be, as shown in Figure 11, the protrusion 220 is provided with a buckle (the buckle may be a buckle rib), the handle 300 is provided with a buckle (the buckle may be a buckle hole 222), the buckle rib is clamped in the buckle hole 222, and the fireproof board 200 and the handle 300 are clamped together. The fireproof board 200 and the handle 300 are snap-fitted together, and this solution is also simple in structure and easy to operate; or it can be that the protrusion 220 is provided with a first buckle and a second buckle position, and the handle 300 is provided with a first buckle position and a second buckle position, the first buckle is snapped into the first buckle position, and the second buckle is snapped into the second buckle position, so that the fireproof board 200 and the handle 300 are snap-fitted together, and this solution is also simple in structure and easy to operate; the above can all achieve the purpose of this application, and its purpose does not deviate from the design concept of this application, and will not be repeated here, and should all fall within the scope of protection of this application.
[0048] Alternatively, the fireproof board 200 and the handle 300 may be connected by screws or the like, which can also achieve the purpose of this application. Its purpose does not deviate from the design concept of this application and will not be repeated here. It should also fall within the scope of protection of this application.
[0049] In some examples, as shown in FIG. 11 to FIG. 14 , the protrusion 220 is configured as an annular convex bulge, and the receiving recess is configured as an annular groove.
[0050] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIG14 , the handle 300 is provided with a grip portion 330 that is recessed toward the side panel 100 . The top inner side of the grip portion 330 extends upward at an angle toward the side panel 100 . This allows a user to insert their fingers into the grip portion 330 and grasp the top inner side of the grip portion 330 , providing a more secure grip and saving effort when carrying the air conditioner outdoor unit. As shown in FIG14 , reference numeral 800 denotes a test finger.
[0051] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 and 6, the handle 300 is provided with a plug-in portion 340, and the side panel 100 is provided with a plug-in fitting portion 130. The plug-in portion 340 is plugged into the plug-in fitting portion 130 from top to bottom. In this way, after the handle 300 is pre-installed on the side panel 100, the handle 300 will not fall off on the side panel 100 by itself under the action of weight.
[0052] In some examples, as shown in Figures 2 and 6, the plug-in portion 340 and the plug-in mating portion 130 include multiple groups arranged in a dispersed manner. The multiple groups can be two groups, three groups, or four groups, etc., all of which can achieve the purpose of this application. The purpose does not deviate from the design concept of this application and will not be repeated here. They should all fall within the scope of protection of this application.
[0053] Among them, the through holes 320 on the upper part of the handle 300 are located above the plug-in portion 340 and the plug-fitting portion 130, and are set in two. The through holes 320 on the lower part of the handle 300 are located below the plug-in portion 340 and the plug-fitting portion 130, and are set in two.
[0054] In some examples, as shown in Figures 2 and 6, the plug-in portion 340 is a protruding slot, the plug-in mating portion 130 is a socket, the notch of the slot faces downward, the slot is placed in the socket, and is inserted downward on the lower side wall of the socket, so that the handle 300 is pre-installed on the side panel 100. This solution has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture.
[0055] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in Figures 7 to 12, the side panel 100 is also provided with an interface pipe 510, which is located below the fireproof plate 200, and a connection port 351 is provided at the rear of the handle 300, which is located at the rear side of the interface pipe 510. The air conditioner outdoor unit also includes a protective frame 600, which is located in the handle 300 and separates the interface pipe 510 and the fireproof plate 200. When a finger is extended into the handle 300 from the connection port 351, the finger is blocked by the protective frame 600 and will not touch the fireproof plate 200, thereby preventing the finger from being electrocuted; a wire passage 352 is formed on the rear side of the protective frame 600 in the handle 300, and a wire passage 140 is formed between the lower part of the fireproof plate 200 and the lower wall of the wiring window 110. The wire passage 352 is located between the wire passage 140 and the connection port 351, and connects the wire passage 140 and the connection port 351. The indoor air conditioner unit's connection wiring 700 passes through the connection port 351, the wire passage 352, and the wire passage 140, extending into the wiring window 110 and electrically connected to a terminal block within the wiring window 110. After the indoor and outdoor air conditioner units are connected via the connection wiring 700, the remaining space within the wire passage 352 is designed to be insufficient for a finger to pass through. This prevents a finger from contacting the fireproof panel 200 through the wire passage 352, thus effectively preventing an electric shock. The protective frame 600 can be secured to the side panel 100 with screws.
[0056] In some examples, as shown in Figures 8 and 10 to 12, the protective frame 600 includes a first protective plate section 610 and a second protective plate section 620 that are connected to each other. The wire passage 352 is located on the rear side of the interface pipe 510, and the connecting port 351 is located at the rear and lower side of the wire passage 352. The first protective plate section 610 separates the interface pipe 510 and the fireproof plate 200. When a finger extends into the handle 300 from the connecting port 351, the finger is blocked by the first protective plate section 610 and will not touch the fireproof plate 200, thereby preventing the finger from being electrocuted; the second protective plate section 620 separates the interface pipe 510 and the wire passage 352. The connecting line 700 of the air conditioner indoor unit is blocked by the second protective plate section 620 in the wire passage 352 and will not contact the interface pipe 510. Therefore, the connecting line 700 and the interface pipe 510 will not rub against each other, thereby improving the problem that the connecting line 700 is easily worn by the interface pipe 510.
[0057] In some examples, as shown in Figures 8 and 10 to 12, the side panel 100 further includes an installation window 150, which is located below the wiring window 110. The air conditioner outdoor unit further includes a valve plate 500, which is located at the wiring window 110. The interface pipe 510 is located on the valve plate 500. The handle 300 has a raised bump 350 on the side facing away from the side panel 100, and the bump 350 is located below the handle portion 330. The interface pipe 510 and the protective frame 600 are both located inside the bump 350. The connection port 351 is located at the rear of the bump 350. The interface pipe 510 is provided with a shutoff valve (the shutoff valve can be a high-pressure or low-pressure valve, which includes a high-pressure valve and a low-pressure valve). The connecting pipe of the air conditioner indoor unit extends from the connection port 351 into the bump 350 and is connected to the shutoff valve.
[0058] An air conditioner (not shown in the figures) provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes the air conditioner outdoor unit described in any one of the above embodiments.
[0059] This air conditioner has all the advantages of the air conditioner outdoor unit provided by any of the above embodiments, which will not be described in detail here.
[0060] Among them, the air conditioner also includes an indoor air conditioner. The connection line 700 of the indoor air conditioner passes through the connecting port 351, the wire passage 352 and the wire passage 140 in sequence and extends into the wiring window 110, and is electrically connected to the terminal board set in the wiring window 110. The interface pipeline 510 is provided with a shut-off valve (the shut-off valve can be a high-pressure and low-pressure valve, and the high-pressure and low-pressure valves include a high-pressure valve and a low-pressure valve). The connection pipeline of the indoor air conditioner extends from the connecting port 351 into the convex bulge 350 and is connected to the shut-off valve.
[0061] To sum up, the technical solution proposed in the embodiment of the present invention is that the fireproof plate completely covers the wiring window, which can prevent the flame burning outside the shell from spreading to the inside of the shell through the wiring window, and can also prevent the flame burning inside the shell from spreading to the outside of the shell through the wiring window, which is more conducive to determining the responsibility for the fire.
