Abstract
Description
[0001] Alignment aid for a frame profile
[0002] Technical area
[0003] The invention relates to an alignment aid for a frame profile during installation in a wall opening. The frame profile can have at least two profile projections on a horizontal part and / or on a vertical part. Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of the alignment aid for mounting a frame profile in a wall opening.
[0004] State of the art
[0005] Typically, windows or doors are clamped and aligned in the designated openings during installation, for example, in the masonry of a building shell using wooden wedges or other tools. Next, the appropriate number of frame screws are inserted to fix the frame profile or window profile in the wall. These are then filled with PU foam. In a second step, after the PU foam has cured, the wedges are removed, and the remaining gaps within the previously injected PU foam are also filled with PU foam. This requires at least two steps, which represents avoidable effort. Description of the invention
[0006] The invention is based on the object of simplifying the assembly and in particular the alignment of frame profiles, whether plastic profiles or wooden profiles, in openings in a wall or masonry and in particular of carrying them out in only one operation.
[0007] According to the invention, an alignment aid for a frame profile for installation in a wall opening is proposed, wherein the frame profile has at least two profile projections on a horizontal part and / or on a vertical part. The alignment aid comprises a clamping body with an internal thread, which is received on a threaded bolt inserted into a through-hole of the frame profile.
[0008] By means of the alignment aid proposed according to the invention, an alignment of a frame profile within an opening in a wall or masonry on the shell can be achieved in an advantageous manner, wherein after appropriate alignment of the frame profile, the frame profile is foamed by rotating the threaded bolt relative to the clamping body, which can be carried out in only one operation, since the alignment aid remains detachably, for example, within a PU foaming.
[0009] Advantageously, the alignment aid proposed according to the invention is designed such that the threaded bolt is provided with an external thread of a common thread type and comprises a key attachment at one end.
[0010] In the alignment aid proposed according to the invention, the key attachment is designed as a key receptacle selected from a group of key receptacles, including slotted, Phillips, Pozidriv, Torx, Torx-TR (with pin), Torx plus, Torx plus security, Allen, hexagon socket, hexagon head, clutch, spanner, Robertson, triple square, Torq, Tri-Wing, and hexagon-TR. The key attachment can also correspond to other designs.
[0011] In the alignment aid proposed by the invention, the threaded bolt is made of a metallic material, a plastic material, or a material containing metallic material. In the alignment aid proposed by the invention, the clamping body with an internal thread is made of a metallic material, wood, or a plastic material.
[0012] In a further advantageous embodiment, the alignment aid is designed such that the clamping body with internal thread is designed in a first length that spans the at least two profile projections and can be clipped onto the frame profile.
[0013] Alternatively, it is possible to design the alignment aid according to the invention in such a way that the clamping body with internal thread is designed in a second length, such that the clamping body with internal thread can be locked between two profile projections of the frame profile.
[0014] In a further alternative embodiment of the alignment aid proposed according to the invention, the clamping body with internal thread is designed with a rounded geometry such that it can be locked in the through opening of the frame profile.
[0015] A further possible embodiment of the alignment aid proposed according to the invention is to fasten the clamping body with internal thread to the frame profile by means of an adhesive below the through opening of the frame profile.
[0016] Finally, in another design variant, the alignment aid can be designed in such a way that the clamping body with an internal thread is secured to the frame profile using fastening screws. This is useful, for example, if both the clamping body and the frame profile are made of wood or if there are no profile projections on the frame profile.
[0017] In an advantageous further embodiment of the alignment aid proposed according to the invention, the threaded bolt has a plate to enlarge the support surface. This allows for a more even introduction of force into the masonry or the wall section on which the frame profile to be mounted rests. The plate of the alignment aid proposed according to the invention can be designed with a rounded, square or polygonal, oval, or elliptical geometry. The plate can also be flat or curved and can be mounted on the threaded bolt either firmly and non-rotatably or loosely and rotatably. The plate can rest on an alignment aid or be accommodated in a recess.
[0018] In a further embodiment of the alignment aid proposed according to the invention, the plate has a smooth or any structured surface, for example a toothing or the like to increase the friction relative to the masonry.
[0019] Furthermore, in the alignment aid according to the invention, in particular for the assembly of wooden frame profiles, the clamping body with internal thread is designed as a drive-in nut or screw-in nut.
[0020] Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of the alignment aid for mounting a frame profile in an opening in a wall.
[0021] Advantages of the invention
[0022] Thanks to the alignment aid proposed by the invention, the object to be installed, whether in the form of a plastic frame profile, an aluminum profile, a wooden frame profile, or a profile made of another material, can be installed in a single step, unlike conventional procedures. The alignment aid proposed by the invention is to be considered a lost component that remains in the opening during the PU foaming process following the alignment of the frame profile, and is thus lost. By applying the solution proposed by the invention, the second step required in conventional assembly procedures can be eliminated.
[0023] Completion in a single step avoids a second trip by the tradesman to the installation site or construction site. This results in significant savings in CO2 emissions and expensive working time, which significantly increases productivity. The alignment aid proposed in the invention allows the object to be installed without the previously conventional frame screws, as horizontal and vertical stabilization is permanently achieved by the alignment aid. This results in further cost savings, as frame screws themselves are no longer required (material costs), the labor required to drill holes in the masonry and insert the frame screws (labor costs), and the manufacturer's need to create the holes in the frame profile (manufacturing costs) are eliminated.Furthermore, a hammer drill is no longer required during assembly, which makes work preparation easier for the craftsman and results in savings in equipment.
[0024] By foaming in a single step, it is possible to create a homogeneous and seamless foam seal around the profile, for example with PU foam or other foams, which are highly beneficial for sealing and thus improving the energy efficiency of the building. The alignment aid proposed by the invention clamps the profile to be aligned in the center of the profile, unlike the conventional wedges, which preferentially clamp at the edge of the frame profile. Central clamping allows the clamping block to distribute the load of the frame profile evenly over a larger support surface. The central locking point prevents distortion, deformation, and damage to the frame profile, significantly improving installation quality. In the case of conventional clamping devices using wedges or similar, the load of the frame profile is predominantly absorbed on one side and distributed over a minimal edge surface of the profile. This results in tension, deformation and damage due to one-sided load absorption over the profile's lifetime. In installation situations in existing buildings, as is often found with floor-to-ceiling windows and especially doors, the solution proposed according to the invention can advantageously improve the quality of installation. In such installations, the frame profile usually rests on a floor slab. In contrast to the shell of the building, the floor in existing buildings is already finished. For example, it can reach up to the existing frame profile and on the other side a base wall often borders the frame profile. When replacing the frame profile with a new one, classic wedging is only possible if the adjacent existing floor is opened up over a large area, because wedging is not feasible while retaining the existing floor due to the lack of installation space.
[0025] The alignment aid proposed by the invention allows the object to be installed, in the form of a frame profile, to be installed in various materials, whether plastic, wood, aluminum, or the like, without having to extensively dismantle the existing floor. This significantly simplifies installation and significantly reduces the installation time and secondary costs for restoring an existing floor.
[0026] Thanks to the alignment aid proposed by the invention, the object can be installed in a single step, unlike the previously common procedures. The previous procedure required four steps on at least four different working days to install the frame or frame profile and restore the existing floor due to the curing times. These steps could now be eliminated.

[0047] Variants of the invention
[0048] In the following description of the embodiments of the invention, identical or similar elements are designated by the same reference numerals, whereby a repeated description of these elements is omitted in individual cases. The figures only schematically illustrate the subject matter of the invention. Figure 1 shows a basic embodiment of the alignment aid proposed according to the invention.
[0049] According to Figure 1, an alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention comprises a threaded bolt 30 and a key lug 32 arranged thereon. A clamping body 34 with an internal thread is received on the external thread of the threaded bolt 30. By means of the alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention, a frame profile 14, only partially shown in Figure 1, is aligned on a horizontal part 16 with respect to an opening in a wall 10 or masonry. Between the frame profile 14 and the upper side of the masonry there is an air gap 12 which can be varied by means of the alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention. Figure 1 further shows that on the underside of the frame profile 14, for example manufactured as a plastic frame profile, a number of profile lugs can be located, such as a first profile lug 20, a second profile lug 22, a third profile lug 24 and finally a fourth profile lug 26.The clamping body 34 with internal thread can be clipped into this. Furthermore, it is possible to clip the clamping body 34 with internal thread between two opposing profile projections 22, 24, to glue it in, or to insert the clamping body 34 with internal thread into a bore in the frame profile, which will be described later. A first length 35 of the clamping body 34 with internal thread can correspond to the entire profile width or be dimensioned so that this length 35 can be clipped into at least two profile projections 20, 22, 24, or 26. The number of profile projections is not limited to four, but can be larger or smaller.
[0050] From the illustration in Figure 1, it can be seen that in the basic variant, the clamping body 34 with an internal thread has, for example, a first length 35, such that the clamping body 34 with an internal thread in the basic embodiment engages over the profile projections 20 to 26 of the frame profile 14. The threaded bolt 30 is inserted into a through-opening 36, for example in the form of a bore, in the frame profile 14. The threaded bolt 30 of the alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention can preferably be rotated using a cordless screwdriver or mechanically using a screwdriver by gripping the threaded bolt 30 at its wrench projection 32. The threaded bolt 30 can be made of metallic materials, plastic, or other suitable materials. The threaded head can correspond to all known embodiments, for example, it can be flat, flat with a chamfer, pointed (cone), semicircular, or the like. The threaded head of the threaded bolt 30 can have the aforementioned key attachment 32, such as an external hexagon, a square, or the like. The length of the threaded bolt 30 can vary according to the different types of frame profiles 14. Its diameter can also vary. Furthermore, the surface of the threaded bolt 30 can be galvanized or zinc-plated, for example. The threaded bolt 30 can also contain colored markings that allow conclusions to be drawn about its properties, such as diameter, length, material, etc.
[0051] The key attachment 32 formed on the threaded bolt 30 can comprise all known key receptacles and can be selected, for example, from the group comprising slotted, Phillips, Pozidriv, Torx, Torx-TR (with pin), Torx plus, Torx plus security, Allen key, hexagon socket, hexagon socket, clutch, spanner, Robertson, triple square, Torq, Tri-Wing, hexagon TR.
[0052] The clamping block 34 with an internal thread according to the basic variant of the alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention, shown in Figure 1, can be made of metal, wood, plastic, or other suitable materials. The clamping block 34 with an internal thread can be designed in different colors, whereby the color of the clamping block 34 with an internal thread can serve as a feature for a specific property, for example, a specific embodiment of the threaded bolt 30 with regard to its length or diameter, or a specific profile type of the frame profile 14.
[0053] The assembly of the clamping block 34 with internal thread according to the basic variant from Figure 1 is carried out in such a way that the clamping block 34 with internal thread is clipped onto the frame profile 14 on its underside, overlapping the profile extensions 20, 22, 24, 26 with its first length 35. The threaded bolt 30 is guided through the through opening 36 of the frame profile 14 provided by the manufacturer. Using a suitable tool, for example a cordless screwdriver, the threaded bolts 30 of the clamping blocks 34 with internal thread installed on the frame profile 14 are screwed in far enough to achieve the desired vertical clamping of the frame profile 14 and thus of the window in the opening in the wall 10 or in the masonry, indicated by reference numeral 42, which designates an aligned position of the frame profile.Subsequently, all frame screws securing the frame profile 14 in the opening can be inserted, and the frame profile 14 with the integrated window can be foamed all around with PU foam in a single step. A second step, which is usually required after removing alignment wedges, can be avoided by using the alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention, which is lost within the PU foam.
[0054] Figure 2 shows a further embodiment of the alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention. This essentially corresponds to the basic variant of the alignment aid 28 shown in Figure 1 and additionally comprises a plate 44 at the end of the threaded bolt 30. By means of the plate 44, the contact surface of the threaded bolt 30 on the upper side of the wall 10 or the masonry is enlarged and clamping on uneven surfaces or soft materials such as wood and the like is improved. In one variant, the plate 44 can, for example, be round or elliptical. In other embodiments, the plate 44 on the threaded bolt 30 can be triangular, wherein the corners can be sharp-edged, chamfered, or provided with a radius. The geometry of the plate 44 can be flat or curved. In a further possible variant, the plate 44 can be firmly and non-rotatably connected to the threaded bolt 30; on the other hand, it is also possible to connect the plate 44 loosely, i.e. rotatably, to the threaded bolt 30, which in principle corresponds to a plate of a screw clamp. The surface of the plate 44 can be smooth or with any desired textured surface or have a toothing so that the friction with respect to the upper side of the wall 10 or the masonry is improved. In the variant according to Figure 2, there is an annular recess 300 in the clamping body 34 with an internal thread. As can be seen from Figure 2, this recess is designed to complement the dimensions of the plate 44 (see also illustration according to Figure 4).However, it is also possible to design the clamping body 34 with an internal thread such that the plate 44 rests on the clamping body 34 with an internal thread, in the event that the clamping body 34 with an internal thread is designed without a recess 300. The embodiment variant of the alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention shown in Figure 2 is also clipped onto the underside of the frame profile 14, with the threaded bolt 30 being guided through a through-opening 36 provided by the manufacturer in the form of a bore in the frame profile 14. Using said tool, i.e., using a cordless screwdriver or screwdriver, the threaded bolt 30 is gripped at the wrench attachment 32 and a twist 38 is imparted to it until a desired vertical clamping of the frame profile 14 with respect to the wall opening is achieved, indicated by the aligned position 42 of the frame profile 14 in Figure 2.The vertical clamping must be achieved in both horizontal and vertical directions. After the frame screws have been installed, the foaming process takes place in a single operation. The clamping body 34 with an internal thread can be provided with the annular recess 300 so that the plate 44 engages in it (see illustration in Figure 2). However, the plate 44 can also rest on the clamping body 34 with an internal thread without the latter being designed with an annular recess. The recess 300 can take any shape of the plate 44, for example, in the case of a round plate 44, it can also be square or can assume any other geometry.
[0055] Figure 3 shows a third embodiment of the alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention, wherein, in contrast to the embodiments presented in Figures 1 and 2, in this embodiment the clamping body 34 with an internal thread is designed in a second length 46 that is shortened in relation to the first length 35. As a result, as shown in Figure 3, the clamping body 34 with an internal thread can be clipped between the two profile projections, in this case the second profile projection 22 and the third profile projection 24, on the underside of the frame profile 14. In a first embodiment, the height 100 of the clamping body 34 with an internal thread can correspond to the height 200 of the profile projections 20, 22, 24, 26 of the frame profile 14. The associated advantage is that the absolute external dimensions of the frame profile 14 are not increased by elements sitting on top. After applying the cordless screwdriver by grasping the wrench attachment 32, a vertical movement 40 of the frame profile 14 can be generated by turning the threaded bolt 30 38 until it reaches its aligned position, indicated by reference numeral 42, with respect to the opening in the wall 10. Assembly is carried out analogously to the embodiment variants already described in connection with Figures 1 and 2. Figure 4 shows a further embodiment variant of the alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention. In a modification of the embodiment variant according to Figure 3, in the embodiment variant shown in Figure 4, the plate 44 is attached to the end of the threaded bolt 30, analogous to the embodiment variant according to Figure 2. The plate 44 can be used to enlarge the contact surface of the threaded bolt 30. Furthermore, it is possible to support the clamping on uneven surfaces or soft materials, such as wood, etc.The remaining variants of the plate 44 essentially correspond to the embodiment variant of the alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention, which has already been described in connection with Figure 2.
[0056] Figure 5 shows the alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention with a clamping body 34 with an internal thread, the threaded bolt 30 with a common wrench attachment 32, and, in this embodiment, a rounded geometry 50 with a collar 52 on the clamping body 34 with an internal thread. In this embodiment, the clamping block 34 with an internal thread in a rounded geometry 50 with a collar 52 is clipped into the frame profile 14 into a sufficiently dimensioned opening 37 adapted to the geometry. The opening 37 is dimensioned such that the collar 52 with the rounded geometry 50 can be easily clipped into the opening 37. The collar 52 forms the support surface for load bearing. The threaded bolt 30 is guided through a through-hole 36 in the frame profile 14 provided by the manufacturer. In this case, the collar 52 forms a stop and support surface. To vary the support surface and optimize load distribution, as well as to accommodate the adhesive 56, the diameter of the collar 52 can be varied. The further assembly and alignment steps are analogous to those already outlined above in connection with the embodiments according to Figures 1 to 4.
[0057] Figure 6 shows an installation scenario of the frame profile 14 in an opening of a wall 10 in the form of a masonry structure. According to Figure 6, the alignment aids 28 proposed according to the invention are inserted into the through-opening 36 in a horizontal part 16 and a vertical part 18 of the frame profile 14. The clamping bodies 34 with internal threads are clipped, for example, onto the profile projections 20, 22, 24, 26 on the underside and outside of the horizontal and vertical parts 16, 18 of the frame profile 14. The frame profile 14 is lifted into the opening of the wall 10 with pre-assembled alignment aids 28. After a tool in the form of a cordless screwdriver is applied to the key receptacle 32 on the inside of the through openings 36, the threaded bolt 30 is rotated 38 so that it moves in the direction of the upper side of the masonry or wall 10, supported on the internal thread of the clamping body 34.An air gap 12 varies between the opening in the wall 10 and the outside of the frame profile 14.
[0058] Figure 7 shows an aligned position 42 of the frame profile 14 to be mounted in relation to its opening in the wall 10 or in the masonry. After appropriate rotation 38 of the threaded bolts 30, the position of the horizontal and vertical parts 16, 18 of the frame profile 14 shown in Figure 7 is shown in relation to the boundary of the opening in the wall 10. After appropriate rotation 38 of the threaded bolts 30, their vertical and horizontal movement 40 takes place, so that after appropriate adjustment, the aligned position 42 for the vertical part 16 and the horizontal part 18 of the frame profile 14 is obtained. In this aligned position 42, the alignment aids 28 proposed according to the invention remain on the frame profile 14, with the air gap 12 being filled with polyurethane foam, for example, in a single operation, in which the alignment aids 28 proposed according to the invention remain as disposable tools. The foaming of the frame profile 14 in its aligned position 42 is thus performed in a single operation.
[0059] Figure 7.1 illustrates heights 100, 200 of the clamping body 34 and the profile extensions 20, 22, 24 and 26.
[0060] The illustration in Figure 8 shows a further embodiment of the alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention. In this embodiment, for example, the collar 52 of the clamping body 34 with an internal thread is angular, whereas the clamping body 34 with an internal thread is designed in a round geometry 50. On two sides, the angular collar 52 adjoins the inner sides of the second profile extension 22 and the third profile extension 24 opposite it, so that the latter is secured against twisting. The further assembly and alignment steps are analogous to those already described in the description of Figures 1 to 5. Reference is hereby made to these to avoid repetition.
[0061] The rotation 38 of the threaded bolt 30, which is gripped, for example, by means of a cordless screwdriver at the key receptacle 32, causes the vertical movement / horizontal movement 40 of the frame profile 14. Only when this has reached its aligned position 42, the air gap 12 is filled, for example with a PU foam carried out in a single operation.
[0062] Figure 9 shows a variant of the alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention, in which a clamping body 34 with an internal thread of round geometry 50 and a square collar 52 is fastened to the underside of the frame profile 14 using fastening screws 54. The clamping body 34 is provided with said internal thread, in which the threaded bolt 30 moves with a key projection 32 formed on one end face.
[0063] With regard to Figure 9, reference is made to the preceding Figures 1 to 5 as regards the alignment of the frame profile 14 with respect to the opening in the wall 10 or in the masonry.
[0064] The fastening screws 54 can have all known thread types, including special threads, be designed with all known wrench attachments, be designed in different lengths, and be made of any suitable material. In the example shown in Figure 9, four fastening screws 54 are used to fasten a clamping body 34 with an internal thread, for example, made of plastic. Of course, this number can also be varied.
[0065] With regard to the clamping bodies 34 with internal thread of all the design variants outlined above, these can be attached to the frame profile 14 by means of an adhesive bond 56. For example, it is possible to apply an adhesive layer with a protective film to a side of the clamping body 34 with internal thread facing the frame profile 14. To attach the clamping body 34 with internal thread, this protective film is removed so that the clamping body 34 with internal thread is firmly bonded to the frame profile 14 on its underside below the through-opening 36. The adhesive bond 56 can be used independently without additional fastening options such as clipping or screwing, or it can be implemented in any combination with these.
[0066] The adhesive 56 can be implemented in different thicknesses and specifications. In one possible design variant, various separate adhesive strips can be used to secure the clamping body 34 with an internal thread. The adhesive strips, which have different dimensions, can either be pre-conditioned or from a roll. In one variant, the adhesive for the adhesive 56 can be applied separately from a tube or cartridge. In other possible design variants, the adhesive can be commercially available silicone, for example, sanitary silicone or the like, applied with a brush or sprayed on.
[0067] Assembly processes which are carried out after the material-to-material joining of the clamping body 34 with internal thread by means of an adhesive bond 56 to the frame profile 14 essentially correspond to those which have already been discussed in the context of the above embodiments.
[0068] Figures 10 and 11 show variants of drive-in nuts 58 and screw-in nuts 60, respectively, which are used in particular when the frame profile 14 is, for example, a wooden frame 62, as indicated in Figure 15. In this case, the clamping bodies 34 with an internal thread can be designed as said drive-in nuts 58 and screw-in nuts 60, respectively, which are driven or screwed into the frame profile 14 from the underside of the latter, in the event that the frame profile 14 is made of wood.
[0069] Figure 12 shows that in this embodiment, a screw-in nut 60 is screwed into the through-hole 36 of the frame profile 14, manufactured here as a wooden frame 62. The threaded bolt 30 with wrench attachment 32 is guided in the internal thread of the screw-in nut 60. By rotating the threaded bolt 30 using a cordless screwdriver attached to the wrench attachment 32, the vertical movement 40 of the frame profile 14 is carried out until it is correctly aligned with respect to the air gap 12 in the wall 10 or in the masonry. As soon as the aligned position 42 of the frame profile 14, manufactured as a wooden frame 62, is reached by rotating the threaded bolt 30 or the resulting vertical movement 40, the frame profile 14 is foamed in, for example, using a PU foam in a single operation. The starting position from which the correct adjustment or alignment of the frame profile 14 with respect to the masonry or wall 10 takes place is also shown in the left part of Figure 15. A suitable tool for initiating the rotation 38 in the threaded bolt 30 is, for example, a cordless screwdriver or a mechanically actuated screwdriver, which is placed from the inside of the frame profile 14, manufactured here as a wooden frame 62, onto the wrench attachment 32 of the threaded bolt 30 located in the through-opening 36.
[0070] The alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention, in its various embodiments, is preferably used during the installation of frame profiles 14 made of plastic, aluminum, wood, or other materials in shell structures or during the replacement of frame profiles in existing buildings in the openings provided for this purpose in walls 10 or masonry. The alignment aid 28 proposed according to the invention remains in the foam after the PU foaming and thus represents a lost component.
[0071] In the following illustrations of Figures 13, 14 and 15, a variant of the alignment aid 28 described above is proposed, which contains a hollow bolt 70 with an internal compression spring 71, so that a resilient alignment aid 72 is obtained.
[0072] The resilient alignment aid 72 described below in connection with Figures 13, 14 and 15 comprises, in addition to the clamping body 34 with internal thread and the threaded bolt 30 with blind hole 31 on which the key attachment 32 is formed, a hollow bolt 70 with internal compression spring 71. Furthermore, a plate 44, as already described in the above embodiment of the alignment aid 28, can also be used in the resilient alignment aid 72.
[0073] The threaded bolt 30 can be made of metallic material, plastic, or other materials. The thread formed on the threaded bolt 30 can correspond to any known thread type. The threaded head can correspond to any known design, such as flat, flat with a chamfer, pointed (cone), semicircular, and the like. It can also be provided with a wrench attachment, for example, an external hexagon or square. The length of the threaded bolt 30 can vary according to the different types of frame profiles 14, as can the diameter. The surface can be galvanized or zinc-plated, for example. The threaded bolt 30 can furthermore contain color markings that allow conclusions to be drawn about its properties, such as diameter, length, material, and the like. A blind hole 31 of the threaded bolt 30 serves to accommodate the guide of the hollow bolt 70 with an internal compression spring 71.The surface of the hollow bolt 70 is smooth, allowing play-free guidance in the blind hole 31 of the threaded bolt 30, thus enabling spring movement. The depth of the blind hole 31, the spring length and thickness, and the length of the guide bolt can be varied depending on the desired spring travel. Furthermore, the diameter of the blind hole 31 and the hollow bolt diameter can vary according to the spring diameter of the internal compression spring 71.
[0074] The hollow bolt 70 with the internally arranged compression spring 71 can be made of metallic material, plastic, or other suitable materials. The same applies to the internal compression spring 71. Instead of the internal compression spring 71, a gaseous spring element can also be used. A plate 44 can also be arranged on the head of the hollow bolt 70. In all known embodiments, this plate can be flat, flat with a chamfer, pointed (cone), semicircular, or similar, and can be provided with a wrench attachment, for example, an external hexagon, a square, or similar. The length and diameter of the threaded bolt 30 can be varied according to the different types of frame profiles. The surface can, for example, be galvanized, electroplated, or provided with another surface treatment. The threaded bolt 30 may also contain color markings that allow conclusions to be drawn about properties such as diameter, length, material and the like.
[0075] The spring-loaded alignment aid 72 comprises the threaded bolt 30 with blind hole 31 and the hollow bolt 70 with the aforementioned internal compression spring 71. These are connected to one another in a suitable manner so that the spring-loaded alignment aid 72 provides play-free guidance of the interlocking parts and a spring movement, yet the individual parts do not fall apart. The wrench extension 32 is designed analogously to the wrench extension of the first-mentioned embodiment. The clamping block 34 with internal thread can be made of metal, wood, plastic, or other materials. The processing of the clamping block 34 with internal thread can also correspond to all known forms and a feature corresponds to a specific property, for example, a specific embodiment of the threaded bolt 30 or a specific profile type of the frame profile 14.
[0076] With reference to Figure 14, it should be mentioned that the clamping bodies 34 with internal thread of the alignment aids 28 are clipped onto the frame profile 14 in a first profile attachment 20. The threaded bolt 30 is guided through the through-opening 36 of the frame profile 14 provided by the manufacturer. Subsequently, the clamping bodies 34 with internal thread with the spring elements, i.e. the spring-loaded alignment aids 72, are clipped onto the frame profile 14. Of these, only one is shown in the illustrations according to Figures 13, 14, 15 for reasons of symmetry; the pitch of the alignment aids 28 and the spring-loaded alignment aids 72 in the half of the frame profile 14 not shown can be identical.According to Figure 14, for example, using a cordless screwdriver, the threaded bolts 30 of all clamping bodies 34 with internal thread are screwed in far enough that the desired vertical and horizontal clamping is achieved by a horizontal or vertical movement 40 of the frame profile 14 in relation to the opening in the wall 10, i.e. the air gap 12. An over-springing of the spring-loaded alignment aids 72 thus facilitates rapid alignment. When the alignment position 42, i.e. a vertical and horizontal position, is reached, the threaded bolts 30 with blind hole 31 are screwed into the alignment position 42 of the spring-loaded alignment aids 72 according to Figure 14 in order to lock them. The frame screws can then be inserted and the frame profile 14 can be foamed all around with PU foam in one operation.
