Abstract
Description
[0001] Frying-baking machine
[0002] Field
[0003] The present application relates to the field of household kitchen appliance technology, in particular to a frying-baking machine.
[0004] Background
[0005] A frying-baking machine typically includes a base assembly and an upper lid assembly that are rotatably connected through a hinge assembly, allowing the upper lid assembly to open or close relative to the base assembly.
[0006] However, when cooking with the lid closed, for example when making pancakes, this type of frying-baking machine has a fixed depth of cooking space, which makes the expansion of the pancake be limited by the upper lid assembly, resulting in a compact cooked pancake having poor taste.
[0007] Summary
[0008] In view of this, it is necessary to provide a frying-baking machine that can float up and down to avoid compacting food that is prone to expanding during cooking.
[0009] A frying-baking machine comprising a lower housing, an upper housing, and a hinge assembly, wherein one end of the hinge assembly is rotatably connected to the lower housing, and the other end is rotatably connected to the upper housing, and the hinge assembly is capable of lifting and lowering relative to at least one of the lower housing and the upper housing.
[0010] In the frying-baking machine provided by the present application, due to the fact that the hinge assembly is able to lift and lower relative to at least one of the lower and upper housings, when cooking food that expands easily, the food can lift up the upper housing, thus the upper lid assembly, so that the food can be avoided to be compacted and the fluffy texture of the food can be ensured. When storing, the upper housing can be lowered to rest against the lower housing, resulting in a smaller overall thickness of the frying-baking machine, which takes up less space and is easier to store.
[0011] In one embodiment, the hinge assembly comprises a hinge body, a lower rotating shaft, and an upper rotating shaft. One end of the hinge body is rotatably connected to the lower housing through the lower rotating shaft, and the other end of the hinge body is rotatably connected to the upper housing through the upper rotating shaft. The hinge body is capable of lifting and lowering relative to the lower housing.
[0012] As such, the hinge assembly is very simple in structure. Moreover, since the thickness of the lower housing is usually greater than that of the upper housing, by making the hinge body capable of lifting or lowering relative to the lower housing in this embodiment, one can fully make use of the thickness space of the lower housing such that the lifting of the hinge assembly has a greater lifting stroke, resulting in a greater floating stroke of the upper housing, which makes the machine suitable for cooking various types of food.
[0013] In one embodiment, the hinge body is in a cylindrical shape.
[0014] In this way, the structure is simple, conducive to the lifting of the hinge body, and to supporting the upper housing in a 90 ° open position by the hinge body.
[0015] In one embodiment, the upper housing is provided with a first accommodating groove, and one end of the hinge body extends into the first accommodating groove and is rotatably connected to the upper housing. The first accommodating groove has a first opening and a second opening adjacent and in communication with each other. When the upper housing is in a 0° closed position with respect to the lower housing, the first opening faces the lower housing, the second opening faces an outer side of the upper housing, and the hinge body is rotatable between the first opening and the second opening. A top wall of the second opening is provided with a stopping face. When the upper housing is in a 90° open position relative to the lower housing, the hinge body is in an upright state, and the stopping face is against one side of the hinge body.
[0016] In this way, when the upper housing is in a 90° open position relative to the lower housing, the hinge body is in an upright state, which means that the hinge body will not rotate relative to the lower housing. Therefore, the upper housing can be supported by abutting the stopping face against the hinge body, keeping the upper housing in a 90° open position.
[0017] In one embodiment, the hinge body is provided with the lower rotating shaft, the lower housing is provided with a lower shaft hole which extends in a thickness direction of the lower housing; alternatively, the lower housing is provided with the lower rotating shaft, the hinge body is provided with a lower shaft hole which extends in a length direction of the hinge body. The lower rotating shaft passes through the lower shaft hole, is moveable along the lower shaft hole, and is rotatable relative to the lower shaft hole.
[0018] In this way, by moving the lower rotating shaft along the lower shaft hole, the hinge body can move up and down, and by rotating the lower rotating shaft relative to the lower shaft hole, the hinge body can rotate relative to the lower housing.
[0019] In one embodiment, the lower housing is provided with a second accommodating groove which has a first opening facing upwards and a second opening facing outwards. The first opening is in communication with the second opening. The hinge body can move up and down in the second accommodating groove and at least partially extends out of the first opening. When the hinge body moves upward to get out of the limitation of the second accommodating groove, the hinge body can rotate between the first opening and the second opening.
[0020] In this way, when the upper housing is in a 0 ° closed position relative to the lower housing and the food expands and pushes the upper housing upwards, the upper housing drives the hinge body to move upwards in the depth direction of the second accommodating groove. Since the second accommodating groove has the first opening facing upwards, the hinge body can move smoothly upwards, so that the food can lift the upper housing. When the hinge body moves upwards to get out of the limitation of the second accommodating groove, it can rotate between the first and second openings, allowing the hinge body to switch from an upright state to a lying-down state so that the upper housing can rotate relative to the lower housing to a 180 ° unfolded position.
[0021] In one embodiment, a bottom wall of the second opening forms a support platform, and when the upper housing is in a 180° unfolded position relative to the lower housing, a lower surface of the hinge body rests on the support platform.
[0022] In this way, it can prevent the hinge body from deflecting relative to the upper or lower housing, so that the upper surface of the hinge body keeps horizontal. Thus, the gap between the two ends of the hinge body and the upper and lower housings is small, making it difficult for fumes to enter the gap between the hinge body and the upper housing and the gap between the hinge body and the lower housing, thus facilitating the cleaning of the frying-baking machine.
[0023] In one embodiment, an avoiding groove is provided in an inner wall of the second accommodating groove opposite the second opening, and configured to avoid an end of the hinge body when the hinge body rotates relative to the lower housing.
[0024] In this way, it is convenient to rotate the hinge body when opening the lid, so that the upper housing can be smoothly unfolded to 180 degree.
[0025] In one embodiment, the lower housing is provided with a lower shaft hole which is located in a side wall of the second accommodating groove and extends in a thickness direction of the lower housing, and the lower shaft is fixedly connected to the hinge body. The lower shaft passes through the lower shaft hole, is moveable along the lower shaft hole, and is rotatable relative to the lower shaft hole.
[0026] In this way, by moving the lower rotating shaft along the lower shaft hole, the hinge body can move up and down in the second accommodating groove, and by rotating the lower rotating shaft relative to the lower shaft hole, the hinge body can rotate relative to the lower housing, so that the hinge body can rotate between the first and second openings, thereby achieving the switch between the upright and lying-down states of the hinge body.
[0027] In one embodiment, the lower housing comprises a lower housing body and a bracket, wherein the lower housing body is provided with a mounting groove in which the bracket is installed, and the bracket cooperates with the lower housing body to form the second accommodating groove.
[0028] Due to the fact that the lower housing is usually injection molded, forming the lower housing by multiple parts instead of providing it as a monolithic part is beneficial for demolding after molding, and is also beneficial for installing the hinge assembly in the second accommodating groove during installation.
[0029] In one embodiment, the mounting groove has an opening facing downwards, through which the bracket is installed in the mounting groove, and the lower housing further includes a lower housing cover installed at the opening of the mounting groove.
[0030] In this way, with the opening of the mounting groove facing downwards, the mounting groove cannot be observed from the top and side of the frying-baking machine, ensuring the aesthetic appearance of the frying-baking machine. The provision of the lower housing cover prevents the bracket from falling out of the mounting groove and ensures the aesthetic appearance of the lower housing.
[0031] In one embodiment, when the upper housing is in a 0° closed position relative to the lower housing, the hinge assembly is entirely located on an inner side of the lower housing and the upper housing.
[0032] In this way, the provision of the hinge assembly will not affect the appearance of the frying-baking machine, will not cause an increase in the volume of the frying-baking machine, and there is no need to specifically design packaging structures for the hinge assembly.
[0033] In one embodiment, when the upper housing is in a 180° unfolded position relative to the lower housing, an upper surface of the upper housing, an upper surface of the hinge assembly, and an upper surface of the lower housing are substantially in a same plane.
[0034] In this way, it’s very convenient and fast to clean the frying-baking machine.
[0035] In one embodiment, the hinge assembly is at a number of one or two, , the or at least one hinge assembly is provided with a wire passage for wires to pass.
[0036] In this way, the wires will not be exposed outside the frying-baking machine, which improves the safety performance of the frying-baking machine and is beneficial for ensuring the aesthetic appearance of the frying-baking machine.
[0037] In one embodiment, the upper housing comprises an upper housing body and an upper housing cover, wherein the upper housing body is provided with a wire slot for accommodating wires, and the upper housing cover is installed at an opening of the wire slot.
[0038] In this way, the fact that the upper housing includes multiple parts is conducive to demolding after molding and facilitates the installation of wires in the wire slot, thereby facilitating the neat arrangement of wires.
[0039] In one embodiment, an upper baking tray is provided on an inner side of the upper housing and a lower baking tray is provided on an inner side of the lower housing, when the upper housing is in a 180° unfolded position relative to the lower housing, an upper edge end surface of the upper baking tray, an upper surface of the hinge assembly, and an upper edge end surface of the lower baking tray are substantially in a same plane.
[0040] In this way, it’s convenient and fast to clean the frying-baking machine.

The terms "and / or" used in the specification of the present application include any and all combinations of one or more related listed items.
[0060] With reference to Figures 1 and 2, the present application provides a frying-baking machine, comprising a base assembly 10, an upper lid assembly 20, and a hinge assembly 30. The base assembly 10 includes a lower housing 11 and a lower baking tray 12 arranged on the inner side of the lower housing 11 , while the upper lid assembly 20 includes an upper housing 21 and an upper baking tray 22 arranged on the inner side of the upper housing 21. One end of the hinge assembly 30 is rotatably connected to the lower housing 11 , and the other end is rotatably connected to the upper housing 21 . In this way, the upper lid assembly 20 can rotate and open or close relative to the base assembly 10, making it convenient for users to use. The hinge assembly 30 can be lifted or lowered relative to at least one of the lower housing 11 and the upper housing 21. It can be understood that "the hinge assembly 30 can be lifted or lowered relative to at least one of the lower housing 11 and the upper housing 21" includes any of the following three circumstances: 1. the hinge assembly 30 can be lifted or lowered relative to the lower housing 11 ; 2. the hinge assembly 30 can be lifted or lowered relative to the upper housing 21 ; 3. the hinge assembly 30 can be lifted or lowered not only relative to the lower housing 11 , but also relative to the upper housing 21. In the closed position, a cooking chamber is formed between the upper baking tray 22 and the lower baking tray 12. In this way, when cooking food that is prone to expanding, the upper housing 21 can be lifted by the food, that is, the upper lid assembly 20 can be lifted, which increases the depth of the cooking chamber, thereby avoiding the compaction of the food and ensuring the fluffy texture of the food. When storing, the upper housing 21 can be lowered to rest against the lower housing 11 so as to reduce the depth of the cooking chamber, resulting in a smaller overall thickness of the frying-baking machine which occupies less space and is convenient to store.
[0061] With reference to Figures 3 to 10, in the frying-baking machine provided by the present application, thanks to the fact that one end of the hinge assembly 30 is rotatably connected to the lower housing 11 , the other end is rotatably connected to the upper housing 21 , and the hinge assembly 30 can be lifted or lowered relative to at least one of the lower housing 11 and the upper housing 21 , the upper housing 21 can be in a 0 ° closed position, a 90 ° open position, and a 180 ° unfolded position relative to the lower housing 11 , so that the frying-baking machine has different cooking modes, making it convenient for users to use in different scenarios. It can be understood that "the upper housing 21 is in a 0 ° closed position relative to the lower housing 11" refers to the situation where the upper housing 21 covers the lower housing 11 . At this time, food can lift the upper housing 21 , causing the upper housing 21 to be in a suspended state. It can be seen that "the upper housing 21 is in a 0 ° closed position relative to the lower housing 11 " includes not only the closed state in which the upper housing 21 is in contact with the lower housing 11 (as shown in Figures 3 and 4) but also the suspended state in which the upper housing 21 is spaced at a certain distance from the lower housing 11 (as shown in Figures 5 and 6). "The upper housing 21 is in a 90 ° open position relative to the lower housing 11" refers to the situation where the upper housing 21 forms an angle of substantially 90 ° with the lower housing 11 . Preferably, when the upper housing 21 is in a 90° open position relative to the lower housing 11 , the angle between the upper housing 21 and the lower housing 11 is greater than 90 ° . Furthermore, the angle between the upper housing 21 and the lower housing 11 is 0. In a 90° open position, 90° < 0s= 105°, as shown in Figures 7 and 8. "The upper housing 21 is in a 180° unfolded position relative to the lower housing 11" refers to the situation where the upper housing 21 is rotated to the other side and forms an angle of substantially 180°, as shown in Figures 9 and 10.
[0062] Please refer to Figures 3 to 6. When the upper housing 21 is in a 0° closed position relative to the lower housing 11 , the hinge assembly 30 is entirely located on the inner side of the lower housing 11 and the upper housing 21 . In the prior art, there is a situation where the hinge assembly 30 protrudes from the side walls of the lower housing 11 and the upper housing 21. The protrusion of the hinge assembly 30 from the side walls of the lower housing 11 and the upper housing 21 will affect the appearance of the frying-baking machine, leading to an increase in the volume of the frying-baking machine. In this case, when designing the packaging structure for the frying-baking machine, it is necessary to provide grooves in the packaging material for the protruding parts, resulting in complex packaging design. In the present application, as the hinge assembly 30 is entirely located on the inner side of the lower housing 11 and the upper housing 21 , the provision of the hinge assembly 30 will not affect the appearance of the frying-baking machine, will not cause an increase in the volume of the frying-baking machine, and there is no need to specifically design a packaging structure for the hinge assembly 30.
[0063] Please refer to Figures 9 and 10. In an embodiment, when the upper housing 21 is in a 180° unfolded position relative to the lower housing 11 , the upper surface of the upper housing 21 , the upper surface of the hinge assembly 30, and the upper surface of the lower housing 11 are substantially in the same plane. In this way, cleaning the frying-baking machine is very convenient and fast. In another embodiment, when the upper housing 21 is in a 180 ° unfolded position relative to the lower housing 11 , the upper edge end face of the upper baking tray 22, the upper surface of the hinge assembly 30, and the upper edge end face of the lower baking tray 12 are substantially in the same plane. In this way, cleaning the frying-baking machine is very convenient and fast. In this embodiment, the upper edge end face of the upper baking tray 22 covers the upper surface of the upper housing 21 , or the upper edge end face of the upper baking tray 22 is flush with the upper surface of the upper housing 21 (as shown in Figure 10). The upper end face of the lower baking tray 12 covers the upper surface of the lower housing 11 , or the upper end face of the lower baking tray 12 is flush with the upper surface of the lower housing 11 (as shown in Figure 10).
[0064] The upper lid assembly 20 further includes a handle 23, which is located at an end of the upper housing 21 away from the hinge assembly 30. When the upper housing 21 is in a 180 ° unfolded position relative to the lower housing 11 , the handle 23 is configured to support the upper housing 21 , as shown in Figures 9 and 10. In this way, the upper housing 21 can be supported in a horizontal position. In this embodiment, the handle 23 is in a U-shaped rod shape and connected at both ends to a position of the upper housing 21 near the edge. In this way, the handle 23 has a large support surface, which can well support the upper housing 21 and is easy for users to grip.
[0065] Please refer to Figures 1 , 2, and 11. The hinge assembly 30 includes a hinge body 31 , a lower rotating shaft 32, and an upper rotating shaft 33. One end of the hinge body 31 is rotatably connected to the lower housing 11 through the lower rotating shaft 32, and the other end of the hinge body 31 is rotatably connected to the upper housing 21 through the upper rotating shaft 33. The hinge body 31 can be lifted or lowered relative to the lower housing 11. In this way, the structure of hinge assembly 30 is very simple. Moreover, since the thickness of the lower housing 11 is usually greater than that of the upper housing 21 , by making the hinge body 31 capable of lifting or lowering relative to the lower housing 11 in this embodiment, one can fully make use of the thickness space of the lower housing 11 such that the lifting of the hinge assembly 30 has a greater lifting stroke, resulting in a greater floating stroke of the upper housing 21 , which makes the machine suitable for cooking various types of food.
[0066] In this embodiment, the hinge body 31 is in a cylindrical shape with a simple structure, which facilitates the lifting or lowering of the hinge body 31 and the supporting of the upper housing 21 in a 90 ° open position by the hinge body 31. In this embodiment, the hinge body 31 is a square cylinder, but is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the hinge body 31 can also be a circular cylinder, an elliptical cylinder, or other polygonal cylinder (such as a hexagonal cylinder, an octagonal cylinder) or other shapes. Please refer to Figures 2, 4, and 12. The upper housing 21 is equipped with a first accommodating groove 211. One end of the hinge body 31 extends into the first accommodating groove 211 and is rotatably connected to the upper housing 21. The first accommodating groove 211 has a first opening 2111 and a second opening 2112 adjacent and in communication with each other. When the upper housing 21 is in a 0° closed position relative to the lower housing 11 , the first opening 2111 faces the lower housing 11 , and the second opening 2112 faces an outer side of the upper housing 21. The hinge body 31 can rotate between the first opening 2111 and the second opening 2112. The top wall of the second opening 2112 is equipped with a stopping face 2113. Please refer to Figures 4 and 6. When the upper housing 21 is in a 0° closed position relative to the lower housing 11 , the hinge body 31 is in an upright state. The hinge body 31 extends into the first accommodating groove 211 via the first opening 2111 . At this time, expanded food can lift the upper housing 21. Please refer to Figures 2 and 8. When the upper housing 21 is in a 90° open position relative to the lower housing 11 , the hinge body 31 is in an upright state. The hinge body 31 extends into the first accommodating groove 211 via the second opening 2112, and the stopping face 2113 is against one side of the hinge body 31 . In this way, when the upper housing 21 is in a 90° open position relative to the lower housing 11 , the hinge body 31 is in an upright state, which means that the hinge body 31 will not rotate relative to the lower housing 11. Therefore, the upper housing 21 can be supported by abutting the stopping face 2113 against the hinge body 31 so as to keep the upper housing 21 in a 90° open position. It is worth mentioning that "the hinge body 31 is in an upright state" refers to the hinge body 31 being substantially upright, which includes both the situation where the hinge body 31 is perpendicular to the horizontal plane and the situation where the hinge body 31 has a small angle of inclination relative to the vertical plane.
[0067] Please refer to Figures 1 and 11 . In this embodiment, the upper rotating shaft 33 is set as a pin, and the hinge body 31 is provided with an upper shaft hole 313 corresponding to the upper rotating shaft 33. The pin is rotatably fitted with the upper shaft hole 313, thereby connecting the hinge body 31 to the upper housing 21 .
[0068] Please refer to Figures 1 , 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10. The lower housing 11 is equipped with a second accommodating groove 111 , which has a first opening 1111 facing upwards and a second opening 1112 facing outwards. Here, " facing outwards " refers to facing the outer side of the lower housing 11 , that is, the outer side of the frying-baking machine. The first opening 1111 is in communication with the second opening 1112, and the hinge body 31 can move up and down within the second accommodating groove 111 and at least partially extend out of the first opening 1111. When the hinge body 31 moves up to get out of the limitation of the second accommodating groove 111 , it can rotate between the first opening 1111 and the second opening 1112. In this way, when the upper housing 21 is in a 0° closed position relative to the lower housing 11 , and the food expands and pushes the upper housing 21 upwards, the upper housing 21 drives the hinge body 31 to move upwards in the depth direction of the second accommodating groove 111. Since the second accommodating groove 111 has the first opening 1111 facing upwards, the hinge body 31 can move smoothly upwards, so that the food can lift the upper housing 21 . When the lid needs to be opened, the user can lift and rotate the upper housing 21 , so that the hinge body 31 moves upward by a certain distance in the second accommodating groove 111 . At the same time, the upper housing 21 rotates relative to the hinge body 31 . When the upper housing 21 rotates to a 90° open position, the hinge body 31 is limited by the second accommodating groove 111 and cannot rotate relative to the lower housing 11. Therefore, the hinge body 31 remains in an upright state, allowing the upper housing 21 to be supported in a 90° open position. Afterwards, one continues to lift the upper housing 21 upwards, so that the hinge body 31 detaches from the limitation of the second accommodating groove 111. The hinge body 31 can thus rotate from the first opening 1111 to the second opening 1112, so that the hinge body 31 switches from an upright state to a lying-down state, and the upper housing 21 can rotate relative to the lower housing 11 to a 180° unfolded position. When the lid needs to be closed, it suffices to reverse the operations.
[0069] The bottom wall of the second opening 1112 forms a support platform 1113. When the upper housing 21 is in a 180 ° unfolded position relative to the lower housing 11 , the lower surface of the hinge body 31 rests on the support platform 1113. In this way, the hinge body 31 is prevented from deflecting relative to the upper housing 21 or the lower housing 11 , so that the upper surface of the hinge body 31 is horizontal. Thus, the gap between both ends of the hinge body 31 and the upper housing 21 and the lower housing 11 is small, making it difficult for fumes to enter the gap between the hinge body 31 and the upper housing 21 and the gap between the hinge body 31 and the lower housing 11 , thus facilitating the cleaning of the frying-baking machine.
[0070] Further, an avoiding groove 1114 is provided in the inner wall of the second accommodating groove 111 opposite the second opening 1112 and is configured to avoid the end of the hinge body 31 when the hinge body 31 rotates relative to the lower housing
[0071] I I . In this way, it is convenient to rotate the hinge body 31 when opening the lid, so that the upper housing 21 can be smoothly unfolded to 180 degree.
[0072] In this embodiment, with reference to Figure 1 , the lower housing 11 is provided with a lower shaft hole 112, which is located in a side wall of the second accommodating groove
[0073] I I I . The lower shaft hole 112 extends in the thickness direction of the lower housing 11 . The lower rotating shaft 32 is fixedly connected to the hinge body 31 , and passes through the lower shaft hole 112. The lower rotating shaft 32 can move along the lower shaft hole 112, and can rotate relative to the lower shaft hole 112. In this way, by moving the lower rotating shaft 32 along the lower shaft hole 112, the hinge body 31 can move up and down in the second accommodating groove 111. By rotating the lower rotating shaft 32 relative to the lower shaft hole 112, the hinge body 31 can rotate relative to the lower housing 11 so that the hinge body 31 can rotate between the first opening 1111 and the second opening 1112, thereby achieving the switch between the upright state and the lying-down state of the hinge body 31. In this embodiment, the lower rotating shaft 32 is fixedly connected to the hinge body 31. Such a structure is simple and the installation is convenient. Specifically, the lower rotating shaft 32 is integrally formed with the hinge body 31 , but is not limited to thereto. In other embodiments, the lower rotating shaft 32 can also be rotatably connected to the hinge body 31. In addition, in other embodiments, the lower shaft hole 112 can also be provided in the hinge body 31 , and the lower rotating shaft 32 is connected to the lower housing 11. That is to say, the hinge body 31 is provided with a lower shaft hole 112 and correspondingly, the lower shaft hole 112 extends in the length direction of the hinge body 31. The movement and rotation of the hinge body 31 relative to the lower housing 11 can also be realized by moving and rotating the lower rotating shaft 32 in the lower shaft bore 112.
[0074] Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. The lower housing 11 includes a lower housing body 113 and a bracket 114. The lower housing body 113 is equipped with a mounting groove, and the bracket 114 is installed in the mounting groove. The bracket 114 cooperates with the lower housing body 113 to form the second accommodating groove 111. Due to the fact that the upper housing 21 and the lower housing 11 are usually injection molded, forming the lower housing 11 by multiple parts instead of providing it as a monolithic part is beneficial for demolding after molding, and is also beneficial for installing the hinge assembly 30 in the second accommodating groove 111 during installation. In this embodiment, the bracket 114 and the lower housing body 113 not only cooperate to form the second accommodating groove 111 , but also cooperate to form the lower shaft hole 112, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. The upper half of the second accommodating groove 111 is formed in the lower housing body 113, and the lower half of the second accommodating groove 111 is formed in the bracket 114. The lower shaft hole 112 is a elongated hole. The upper half of the lower shaft hole 112 is formed in the lower housing body 113, and the lower half of the lower shaft hole 112 is formed in the bracket 114. In this embodiment, the bracket 114 and the lower housing body 113 can be connected and fixed using fasteners (such as screws).
[0075] The mounting groove has an opening facing downwards, and the bracket 114 is installed inside the mounting groove through the opening. The lower housing 11 further includes a lower housing cover 115, which is installed at the opening of the mounting groove. In this way, since the opening of the mounting groove faces downwards, the mounting groove cannot be observed from the top and side of the frying-baking machine, making it possible to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the frying-baking machine. The provision of the lower housing cover 115 can prevent the bracket 114 from falling out of the mounting groove and ensure the aesthetic appearance of the lower housing 11 . In this embodiment, the lower housing cover 115 and the bracket 114 can be connected and fixed using fasteners (such as screws).
[0076] Please refer to Figure 1. In this embodiment, there are two hinge assemblies 30, which can better support the upper lid assembly 20. However, it’s not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the number of hinge assemblies 30 may also be one or more than three.
[0077] In the event that the number of hinge assemblies 30 is two, at least one hinge assembly 30 is equipped with a wire passage 34 for wires to pass, as shown in Figure 2. In this way, the wires will not be exposed outside the frying-baking machine, which improves the safety performance of the frying-baking machine and is beneficial for ensuring the aesthetic appearance of the frying-baking machine. In this embodiment, one of the hinge assemblies 30 is provided with a wire passage 34. Specifically, with reference to Figure 11 , the hinge body 31 is equipped with a cavity 311 , the lower rotating shaft 32 is equipped with a first through-hole 321 , and the upper rotating shaft 33 is equipped with a second through-hole 331 , so that the cavity 311 in the hinge body 31 , the first through-hole 321 , and the second through-hole 331 form the wire passage 34, through which wires pass to connect to electronic components in the upper housing 21 and the lower housing 11. Further, the hinge body 31 comprises a main body portion 314 and a cover portion 315. The main body portion 314 is provided with the cavity 311 , and the cover portion 315 covers the opening of the cavity 311 , thereby facilitating the installation of wires into the hinge body 31 .
[0078] Further, with reference to Figures 1 and 2, the upper housing 21 includes an upper housing body 212 and an upper housing cover 213. The upper housing body 212 is equipped with a wire slot (not shown in the drawings) for accommodating wires, and the upper housing cover 213 is installed at the opening of the wire slot. In this way, the upper housing 21 includes multiple parts, which is conducive to demolding after molding and facilitates the installation of wires in the wire slot, thereby beneficial for the neat arrangement of wires.
[0079] In the present application, the base assembly 10 is equipped with a lower baking tray 12, and the upper lid assembly 20 is equipped with an upper baking tray 22, indicating that the frying-baking machine has double-sided frying and baking function.
