Abstract
Description
Winding core member and sheet material recovery method
[0001] The present invention relates to a core member and a method for recovering sheet material.
[0002] As described in Patent Document 1, for example, when a film such as a glass film is wound into a roll to form a film roll, a protective sheet may be used. The protective sheet is wound up in a state laminated with the main surface of the film to protect the main surface of the film. For example, when such a film is processed into a product, the protective sheet wound up together with the film is unwound from the film roll together with the film and then separated from the film.
[0003] International Publication No. 2021 / 131617
[0004] As described above, for example, a sheet material such as a protective sheet separated from a film may be collected as a sheet material roll wound around a core member. Being able to easily separate the sheet material roll wound around the core member from the core member in this way is advantageous, for example, from the viewpoint of easily separating the sheet material roll and reusing the core member. Even when a material other than a sheet material is to be wound, being able to easily separate the wound body wound around the core member from the core member is advantageous, for example, from the viewpoint of easily reusing the core member.
[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a core member and a method for recovering sheet material that allow for easy separation of a wound body such as a roll of sheet material from the core member.
[0006]
[0013] The present invention relates to a winding core member and a method for recovering sheet material, which solve the above-mentioned problems. The winding core member of Aspect 1 is a winding core member for winding sheet material, and includes a shaft unit having a shaft main body, a sleeve member composed of a plurality of sleeve segments divided in the circumferential direction of the shaft main body, the sleeve member having the sheet material wound around its outer periphery, and a restricting member provided to surround the outer peripheries of the plurality of sleeve segments and restrict radial movement of the plurality of sleeve segments. The shaft unit includes a protruding mechanism that protrudes a protruding portion from the outer circumferential surface of the shaft main body in the radial direction of the shaft main body, and the protruding portion of the protruding mechanism presses the plurality of sleeve segments so as to expand the diameter of the sleeve member, thereby fixing the plurality of sleeve segments between the shaft main body and the restricting member.
[0007] According to this configuration, after the sheet material is wound into a roll around the outer periphery of the sleeve member, the protruding portion of the protruding mechanism can be retracted to release the multiple sleeve segments from the shaft main body and the restricting member. This allows the shaft unit to be removed from the sleeve member. By removing the shaft unit in this way, space can be secured inside the sleeve member, making it easy to remove the sleeve segments from the sheet material roll.
[0008] In the winding core member of Aspect 2, in Aspect 1, the regulating member may include a pivot shaft that allows a portion of the regulating member in the circumferential direction to be opened and closed. With this configuration, the regulating member can be smoothly attached and detached.
[0009] In the winding core member of Aspect 3, the regulating member of Aspect 1 may be divided into a plurality of regulating segments in the circumferential direction, and the plurality of regulating segments may have locking portions that lock with each other. With this configuration, the regulating member can be smoothly attached and detached.
[0010] In the winding core member of Aspect 4, in any one of Aspects 1 to 3, the restricting member may be made of a metal material. With this configuration, the rigidity of the restricting member can be increased, thereby increasing the accuracy with which the movement of the multiple sleeve segments is restricted.
[0011] In the winding core member of Aspect 5, in any one of Aspects 1 to 4, the restricting members may be disposed on both sides of the sheet material wound around the sleeve member. With this configuration, the plurality of sleeve segments can be more stably fixed between the shaft body and the restricting members.
[0012] In the winding core member of Aspect 6, in any one of Aspects 1 to 5, when the sleeve member is viewed in the axial direction of the sleeve member, an angle θ1 formed by two straight lines passing through inner peripheral ends of two adjacent dividing lines and the center of the sleeve member may be in the range of 60° to 120°. According to this configuration, for example, the size of the multiple sleeve segments becomes relatively small, which makes it possible to easily extract the sleeve member from the sheet material roll.
[0013] In the winding core member of Aspect 7, as in Aspect 6, the plurality of dividing lines may include a first dividing line and a second dividing line adjacent to the first dividing line and extending parallel to the first dividing line when viewed in the axial direction of the sleeve member. With this configuration, the sleeve segments divided by the first dividing line and the second dividing line can be easily moved toward the inside of the sleeve member. This allows the shape of the sleeve member to be easily collapsed, making it easy to remove the sleeve member from the sheet material roll.
[0014] In the winding core member of aspect 8, in any one of aspects 1 to 7, when the sleeve member is viewed from the axial direction of the sleeve member, the angle of the multiple dividing lines that divide the sleeve member into multiple sleeve segments may be an angle θ2 with respect to a line passing through the inner circumferential end of the dividing line and the center of the sleeve member, which angle θ2 may be in the range of −80° or more and +80° or less.
[0015] In the winding core member of Aspect 9, in any one of Aspects 1 to 8, the sleeve member may be made of a resin material, and the resin material may have a flexural strength as defined in ASTM D790 in the range of 30 MPa or more and 120 MPa or less, and a Rockwell hardness as defined in ASTM D785 in the range of R50 or more and R150 or less.
[0016] In the winding core member of aspect 10, in any one of aspects 1 to 9, the protrusion of the protrusion mechanism may include a plurality of the protrusions, and the plurality of the protrusions may include columnar protrusions having a tip shape extending along the axial direction of the shaft body.
[0017] In the winding core member of aspect 11, in any one of aspects 1 to 10, the protrusion of the protrusion mechanism may include a hollow protrusion provided along the entire circumference of the shaft body, and the hollow protrusion may be configured to expand when a fluid is supplied, thereby protruding radially from the outer peripheral surface of the shaft body.
[0018] A method for recovering sheet material according to aspect 12 includes a preparation step of preparing a core member for winding the sheet material, a winding step of winding the sheet material onto the core member, and a separation step of separating the core member from the sheet material roll formed by winding the sheet material onto the core member, wherein the core member is composed of a shaft unit having a shaft main body and a plurality of sleeve segments divided into a plurality of segments in the circumferential direction of the shaft main body, and a sleeve member around the outer periphery of which the sheet material is wound, and a plurality of sleeve segments provided to surround the outer peripheries of the plurality of sleeve segments. and a regulating member that regulates radial movement of the plurality of sleeve segments, the shaft unit having a protruding mechanism that causes a protruding portion to protrude radially from the outer peripheral surface of the shaft main body, the protruding portion of the protruding mechanism pressing against the plurality of sleeve segments so as to expand the diameter of the sleeve member, thereby fixing the plurality of sleeve segments between the shaft main body and the regulating member, the separation process comprising a first separation process of extracting the shaft unit from the sleeve member, and a second separation process of extracting the sleeve member from the sheet material roll.
[0019] In the sheet material recovery method of Aspect 13, in Aspect 12, the preparation step may connect the start of winding of the sheet material to the core member by sandwiching the start of winding of the sheet material between the protrusion of the protrusion mechanism and the sleeve member. This method makes it possible, for example, to connect the start of winding of the sheet material to the core member without using an adhesive member such as adhesive tape. Furthermore, the start of winding of the sheet material connected to the core member can be easily removed from the core member by the first separation step and the second separation step.
[0020] In the sheet material recovery method of Aspect 14, the sheet material may be a protective sheet material for a glass film in Aspect 12 or Aspect 13. A winding core member of Aspect 15 is a winding core member for winding an object to be wound, the winding core member comprising: a shaft unit having a shaft main body; a sleeve member composed of a plurality of sleeve segments divided circumferentially of the shaft main body, the sleeve member having the object to be wound around its outer periphery; and a regulating member disposed so as to surround the outer peripheries of the plurality of sleeve segments and regulating radial movement of the plurality of sleeve segments, the shaft unit including a protruding mechanism that protrudes a protruding portion from an outer circumferential surface of the shaft main body in the radial direction of the shaft main body, the protruding portion of the protruding mechanism pressing the plurality of sleeve segments so as to expand the diameter of the sleeve member, thereby fixing the plurality of sleeve segments between the shaft main body and the regulating member.
[0021] According to this configuration, after the winding target is wound around the outer periphery of the sleeve member, the protruding portion of the protruding mechanism can be retracted to release the multiple sleeve segments from the shaft main body and the restricting member. This allows the shaft unit to be removed from the sleeve member. By removing the shaft unit in this manner, space can be secured inside the sleeve member, making it easy to remove the sleeve segments from the wound target.
[0022] The present invention exhibits the effect of making it possible to easily separate a wound body such as a sheet material roll from a winding core member, for example.

[0024] An embodiment of a core member and a method for recovering sheet material will be described below with reference to the drawings. Note that for the sake of convenience, some components may be exaggerated or simplified in the drawings. Furthermore, the dimensional proportions of each part may differ from the actual proportions.
[0025] <Core Member> As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the core member 11 includes a shaft unit 12, a sleeve member 13, and a regulating member 14. The core member 11 is used to wind up the sheet material 18 shown in Figure 2. Hereinafter, the X-axis in the drawings represents the horizontal direction along the axial direction of the core member 11. The X-axis also represents the horizontal direction along the axial direction of the sheet material roll formed by winding up the sheet material 18. The Y-axis represents the horizontal direction perpendicular to the X-axis, and the Z-axis represents the direction perpendicular to the XY plane.
[0026] (Shaft Unit) As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 , the shaft unit 12 includes a shaft body 15 and a protruding mechanism 16. The shaft unit 12 is typically a mechanical shaft, preferably an air-operated mechanical shaft. The shaft body 15 of the shaft unit 12 is rotationally driven by a driving device (not shown). The protruding mechanism 16 of the shaft unit 12 has protruding portions 17 that can protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the shaft body 15. The protruding mechanism 16 causes the multiple protruding portions 17 shown in FIG. 3 to protrude radially from the outer circumferential surface of the shaft body 15 as shown in FIG. 4 . More specifically, in this embodiment, each of the multiple protruding portions 17 is a columnar protruding portion 17 having a tip extending along the axial direction of the shaft body 15. The protruding mechanism 16 includes, for example, a driving unit that uses fluid pressure, such as air pressure, to cause the protruding portion 17 to protrude. The driving unit of the protruding mechanism 16 includes, for example, a tube that expands when supplied with air and a supply unit that supplies air to the tube. The protrusion 17 can be protruded by pressing the protrusion 17 due to the expansion of the tube in the drive unit. The protrusion 17 can be accommodated inside the shaft body 15 by discharging the air inside the tube.
[0027] (Sleeve Member) The sleeve member 13 is composed of a plurality of sleeve segments 13a that are divided in the circumferential direction of the shaft body 15. The sleeve member 13 of this embodiment is composed of four sleeve segments 13a. Each sleeve segment 13a has an elongated shape that extends along the axial direction of the shaft body 15. The sleeve member 13 may be composed of a plurality of sleeve segments 13a other than four, and may be composed of, for example, two, three, five or more sleeve segments 13a.
[0028] The protrusions 17 of the protrusion mechanism 16 described above are arranged in a plurality in the circumferential direction of the shaft body 15 so as to be able to press any of the plurality of sleeve segments 13a. The protrusions 17 are also arranged in a plurality in the axial direction of the shaft body 15, i.e., along the axial direction (extension direction) of the plurality of sleeve segments 13a.
[0029] Examples of materials for the sleeve member 13 include resin materials and metal materials. It is preferable to use a material for the sleeve member 13 that has higher rigidity than the material of the sheet material 18 to be wound. For example, if the sheet material 18 is a resin sheet, the sleeve member 13 is preferably made of a resin material from the viewpoint of easy handling. The flexural strength of the resin material as defined in ASTM D790 is preferably in the range of 30 MPa or more and 120 MPa or less. The Rockwell hardness of the resin material as defined in ASTM D785 is preferably in the range of R50 or more and R150 or less. The sleeve member 13 is preferably made of ABS resin. The thickness of the sleeve member 13 is, for example, in the range of 5 mm or more and 20 mm or less.
[0030] (Restricting Member) The restricting members 14 are provided so as to surround the outer peripheries of the plurality of sleeve segments 13a. The restricting members 14 restrict radial movement of the plurality of sleeve segments 13a. As shown in Fig. 2, the restricting members 14 are provided on both sides of the sheet material 18 in the axial direction of the sleeve member 13. That is, the spacing dimension W1 between the pair of restricting members 14 is greater than the width dimension W2 of the sheet material 18.
[0031] 1, 3, and 4, the restricting member 14 of this embodiment includes a pivot shaft 14a that allows a portion of the restricting member 14 in the circumferential direction to be opened and closed. More specifically, the restricting member 14 includes the pivot shaft 14a, a first arm portion 14b, a second arm portion 14c, and a fixed member 14d.
[0032] The first arm portion 14b has a support end supported by the pivot shaft 14a and an openable / closable end. The second arm portion 14c also has a support end supported by the pivot shaft 14a and an openable / closable end. The first arm portion 14b and the second arm portion 14c are connected by the pivot shaft 14a to form a hinge structure that allows them to rotate relative to each other. The openable / closable end of the first arm portion 14b and the openable / closable end of the second arm portion 14c have through holes H1 into which the fixing member 14d is inserted in the closed state. The fixing member 14d inserted into the through hole H1 maintains the first arm portion 14b and the second arm portion 14c in the closed state. In other words, the restricting member 14 has a locking mechanism for maintaining the closed state.
[0033] The restricting member 14 is preferably made of a metal material, for example, a resin material, etc. The restricting member 14 is preferably made of a metal material, from the viewpoint of increasing the rigidity and thereby increasing the precision with which the movement of the plurality of sleeve segments 13 a is restricted. Examples of the metal material include stainless steel and aluminum.
[0034] 1 to 3, to assemble the winding core member 11, first, a plurality of sleeve segments 13a are arranged on the outer periphery of the sleeve member 13. The restricting member 14 is attached to the outer periphery of the sleeve segments 13a arranged in this manner.
[0035] As shown in FIG. 4 , the multiple sleeve segments 13a are fixed between the shaft main body 15 and the regulating member 14 by pressing the multiple protrusions 17 of the protrusion mechanism 16 against the multiple sleeve segments 13a so that the diameter of the sleeve member 13 expands. Specifically, the multiple sleeve segments 13a are fixed by being pressed against the regulating member 14 by the multiple protrusions 17 of the protrusion mechanism 16. The fixed sleeve member 13 is maintained in an expanded diameter state corresponding to the inner diameter of the regulating member 14. When the sleeve member 13 is in this expanded diameter state, the distance D between the sleeve member 13 and the shaft main body 15 of the shaft unit 12 is preferably, for example, 5 mm or more, and more preferably 7 mm or more. The larger the distance D, the easier it is to remove the shaft main body 15 from the sleeve member 13 after the sleeve member 13 is released. The upper limit of the distance D is not particularly limited, but is, for example, 50 mm or less.
[0036] The sleeve member 13 fixed as described above is connected to the shaft body 15, and therefore rotates with the rotation of the shaft body 15. As shown in Figure 5, the sheet material 18 is wound around the outer periphery of the rotating sleeve member 13, thereby obtaining a sheet material roll 19.
[0037] The plurality of sleeve segments 13a can be released from fixation by retracting the plurality of protrusions 17 of the protrusion mechanism 16 in the shaft unit 12. This allows the sleeve member 13 and the shaft main body 15 (shaft unit 12) to be separated.
[0038] <Method for recovering sheet material> Next, a description will be given of a method for recovering sheet material 18. As shown in Fig. 9, the method for recovering sheet material 18 includes a preparation step (step S1), a winding step (step S2), a first separation step (step S3), and a second separation step (step S4).
[0039] 2 to 4, in the preparation process of step S1, the above-described winding core member 11 is prepared. In the preparation process of step S1 of this embodiment, the winding start portion of the sheet material 18 is connected to the winding core member 11 by sandwiching the winding start portion of the sheet material 18 between the multiple protrusions 17 of the protrusion mechanism 16 and the sleeve member 13.
[0040] 5, in the winding process of step S2, the sheet material 18 is wound around the winding core member 11. The winding core member 11 is connected to a rotation drive device (not shown) and is driven to rotate. In the winding process of step S2, a sheet material roll 19 is obtained in which the sheet material 18 is wound.
[0041] As shown in Figures 6 to 8, in the first separation process of step S3 and the second separation process of step S4, the sheet material roll 19 and the core member 11 are separated. In the first separation process of step S3, first, as shown in Figure 6, the protruding portion 17 of the protruding mechanism 16 is retracted. This releases the fixation of the multiple sleeve segments 13a between the shaft main body 15 and the regulating member 14. Next, as shown in Figure 7, the shaft unit 12 is pulled out from the sleeve member 13. At this time, the regulating member 14 may be removed.
[0042] As shown in Fig. 8, in the second separation process of step S4, the sleeve member 13 is extracted from the sheet material roll 19. This allows the sheet material roll 19 to be separated and recovered. Furthermore, the preparation process of step S1 can be repeated using the sleeve member 13 separated in the second separation process of step S4. In this way, the sleeve member 13 can be reused together with the shaft unit 12 and the regulating member 14.
[0043] <Sheet Material and Its Uses> Examples of materials for the sheet material 18 include resin, paper, metal, etc. Examples of resin include polyester resin, polyamide resin, polyolefin resin, etc. Examples of polyester resin include polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, etc. Examples of polyamide resin include nylon 6, nylon 66, etc. Examples of polyolefin resin include polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.
[0044] The thickness of the sheet material 18 is, for example, in the range of 5 μm to 500 μm, the width W2 of the sheet material 18 is, for example, in the range of 100 mm to 5000 mm, and the length of the sheet material 18 is, for example, in the range of 100 m to 10000 m.
[0045] Examples of uses for the sheet material 18 include a protective sheet material laminated on a long product. Examples of long products include glass films, resin films, and metal foils. Glass films are used, for example, as materials for devices that require light weight and bendability. The thickness of the glass film is preferably 0.3 mm or less, more preferably 0.1 mm or less, even more preferably 0.05 mm or less, and most preferably 0.035 mm or less. The lower limit of the thickness of the glass film is, for example, 0.005 mm or more. Glass films with such thicknesses are called ultra-thin glass (UTG).
[0046] Examples of glass constituting the glass film include soda glass, soda lime glass, borosilicate glass, aluminosilicate glass, and alkali-free glass. The glass film may be a glass film for chemical strengthening. Examples of glass for chemical strengthening include alkali aluminosilicate glass and soda glass containing alkali metal oxides as a glass composition. The alkali metal oxide contained in the alkali aluminosilicate glass is Li 2 O, Na 2 O and K 2The glass for chemical strengthening is preferably an alkali aluminosilicate glass. The alkali aluminosilicate glass contains, in mass %, for example, SiO 2 :50~80%, Al 2 O 3 : 5-25%, B 2 O 3 : 0 to 15%, Li 2 O: 0-20%, Na 2 O: 1 to 20%, K 2 O: It is preferable to contain 0 to 10%.
[0047] <Functions and Effects of the Present Embodiment> Next, the functions and effects of the present embodiment will be described. (1) The winding core member 11 includes a shaft unit 12, a sleeve member 13, and a restricting member 14. The shaft unit 12 has a shaft main body 15. A sheet material 18 is wound around the outer periphery of the sleeve member 13. The sleeve member 13 is composed of multiple sleeve segments 13a divided in the circumferential direction of the shaft main body 15. The restricting member 14 is provided to surround the outer peripheries of the multiple sleeve segments 13a. The restricting member 14 restricts radial movement of the multiple sleeve segments 13a. The shaft unit 12 includes a protrusion mechanism 16 that causes multiple protrusions 17 to protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the shaft main body 15 in the radial direction of the shaft main body 15. The multiple protrusions 17 of the protrusion mechanism 16 press against the multiple sleeve segments 13a so that the diameter of the sleeve member 13 expands, thereby fixing the multiple sleeve segments 13a between the shaft main body 15 and the restricting member 14.
[0048] According to this configuration, after the sheet material 18 is wound in a roll around the outer periphery of the sleeve member 13, the protruding portion 17 of the protruding mechanism 16 is retracted, thereby releasing the fixation of the multiple sleeve segments 13a between the shaft main body 15 and the regulating member 14. This makes it possible to extract the shaft unit 12 from the sleeve member 13. By extracting the shaft unit 12 in this manner, space can be secured inside the sleeve member 13, making it possible to easily extract the sleeve segments 13a from the sheet material roll 19. This makes it possible to easily separate the sheet material roll 19 and the winding core member 11.
[0049] (2) In the core member 11, the regulating member 14 is provided with a pivot 14a that allows a portion of the circumferential direction of the regulating member 14 to be opened and closed. In this case, the regulating member 14 can be smoothly attached and detached. Also, the regulating member 14 can be attached and detached from the sleeve member 13 in the radial direction.
[0050] (3) In the core member 11, the restricting member 14 is preferably made of a metal material. In this case, by increasing the rigidity of the restricting member 14, the precision with which the movement of the multiple sleeve segments 13a is restricted can be increased.
[0051] (4) In the winding core member 11, the regulating members 14 are disposed on both sides of the sheet material 18 wound around the sleeve member 13. In this case, the multiple sleeve segments 13a can be more stably fixed between the shaft main body 15 and the regulating members 14.
[0052] (5) The method for recovering the sheet material 18 includes a preparation step in step S1, a winding step in step S2, a first separation step in step S3, and a second separation step in step S4. As described in section (1) above, this method makes it possible to easily separate the sheet material roll 19 from the core member 11. Therefore, it becomes possible to easily recover the sheet material 18.
[0053] (6) In the preparation process of step S1 in the method for recovering sheet material 18, the winding start portion of sheet material 18 is connected to winding core member 11 by sandwiching the winding start portion of sheet material 18 between multiple protrusions 17 of protrusion mechanism 16 and sleeve member 13. In this case, for example, it is possible to connect the winding start portion of sheet material 18 to winding core member 11 without using an adhesive member such as adhesive tape. Furthermore, the winding start portion of sheet material 18 connected to winding core member 11 can be easily removed from winding core member 11 by the first separation process of step S3 and the second separation process of step S4. This makes it easier to recover sheet material 18.
[0054] <Modifications> The above embodiment can be modified as follows: The above embodiment and the following modifications can be combined and implemented within the scope of technical compatibility.
[0055] As shown in FIG. 10A , the sleeve member 13 of the core member 11 in the above embodiment is divided by four division lines L that lie on a straight line passing through the center P1 of the sleeve member 13 when viewed axially of the sleeve member 13. Of the four division lines L that divide the sleeve member 13, the angle θ1 between the first division line L1 and two adjacent division lines L, such as the second division line L2 adjacent to the first division line L1, is 90°. The angle θ1 refers to the angle between the inner circumferential ends P2, P2 of the two division lines L and two straight lines La that pass through the center P1 of the sleeve member 13. The angle θ1 can also be changed to an angle other than 90°. The angle θ1 is preferably within a range of 60° to 120°. In this case, for example, the size of the multiple sleeve segments 13a is relatively small, making it easier to remove the sleeve member 13 from the sheet material roll 19. Therefore, the sheet material roll 19 and the core member 11 can be separated more easily.
[0056] As shown in FIG. 10(b), the angle of the parting line L of the sleeve member 13 can also be changed. The angle θ2 of the parting line L of the sleeve member 13, as shown in FIG. 10(b), is preferably within a range of −80° or more and +80° or less. When viewed from the axial direction of the sleeve member 13, the angle θ2 is the angle of the parting line L with respect to a line La passing through the inner peripheral end P2 of the parting line L and the center P1 of the sleeve member 13. The angle at which the parting line L rotates counterclockwise with respect to the line La can be expressed as a positive value, and the angle at which the parting line L rotates clockwise with respect to the line La can be expressed as a negative value. In this modified example, the angle θ2 of the first parting line L1 is −45°, and the angle θ2 of the second parting line L2 is +45°.
[0057] In the modified example shown in Fig. 10(b), the second dividing line L2 adjacent to the first dividing line L1 extends parallel to the first dividing line L1. In this case, the sleeve segments 13a divided by the first dividing line L1 and the second dividing line L2 can be easily moved toward the inside of the sleeve member 13 as shown by the outline arrows and two-dot chain lines in Fig. 10(b). The sleeve segments 13a moved in this manner can easily break the shape of the sleeve member 13, so that the sleeve member 13 can be easily removed from the sheet material roll 19 in the second separation process of step S4.
[0058] In the core member 11, the regulating members 14 are arranged on both sides of the sheet material 18 wound around the sleeve member 13, but may be arranged on either side of the sheet material 18, for example.
[0059] 11 and 12, the restricting member 14 can also be configured from a plurality of restricting divisions 20. That is, the restricting member 14 has, for example, a first restricting division 21 and a second restricting division 22. The first restricting division 21 and the second restricting division 22 have locking portions that lock together. In this case, the restricting member 14 can be attached and detached smoothly.
[0060] The first locking portion 21a of the first regulating divided body 21 can be configured, for example, as a groove extending in the axial direction of the regulating member 14. The second locking portion 22a of the second regulating divided body 22 can be configured, for example, as a protrusion that is inserted along the groove of the first locking portion and locks into the groove. The number of regulating divided bodies 20 of the regulating member 14 may be three or more, for example, four.
[0061] The restricting member 14 is configured to be attached to the sleeve member 13 from the radial direction thereof, but may also be configured to be attached to the sleeve member 13 from the axial direction thereof.
[0062] The protrusion mechanism 16 of the shaft unit 12 has a plurality of protrusions 17 arranged along the axial direction of the shaft body 15, but these multiple protrusions 17 can also be changed into a single integrated protrusion 17.
[0063] The protrusion 17 of the protrusion mechanism 16 of the shaft unit 12 is not limited to a columnar protrusion 17 having a longitudinal direction, and may be changed to, for example, a protrusion having a circular tip.
[0064] The number of protrusions 17 of the protrusion mechanism 16 may be multiple or single. For example, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 , the protrusion 17 of the protrusion mechanism 16 may be composed of a single hollow protrusion 17 provided along the entire circumference of the shaft body 15. This hollow protrusion 17 expands when a fluid such as air is supplied. More specifically, as shown by the white arrow in FIG. 14 , the hollow protrusion 17 is pressed from the inner circumferential side by the fluid, expanding radially of the shaft body 15 as indicated by the two-dot chain line. As a result, the hollow protrusion 17 protrudes radially from the outer circumferential surface of the shaft body 15. The material of the hollow protrusion 17 is not particularly limited as long as it expands when subjected to fluid pressure and can restore its original shape when the fluid pressure is released. The hollow protrusion 17 can typically be composed of an elastic material such as rubber, elastomer, or synthetic resin. A plurality of hollow protrusions 17 may be arranged along the axial direction of the shaft body 15.
[0065] In the preparation process of step S1, the start of winding of the sheet material 18 may be connected to the outer circumferential surface of the sleeve member 13 using an adhesive material such as adhesive tape. The sheet material 18 may be a nonwoven fabric sheet or a woven fabric sheet.
[0066] In the above embodiment, an example is given of a case where a single sheet material is wound around the winding core member 11, but it is also possible to obtain a sheet material roll in which stacked sheet materials are wound by winding multiple sheet materials around the winding core member 11 in a stacked state.
[0067] The winding core member 11 is not limited to the sheet material 18, and any other long material that can be wound can also be used as the winding target. Examples of the winding target include wires (wire, cord, chain, thread, braided rope, etc.). Even with such a winding target, it is possible to easily separate the wound body wound around the winding core member 11 from the winding core member 11, similar to the action and effect described in section (1) above.
