Description

Dispersion, manufacturing method thereof, and cosmetic

[0001] The present invention relates to a dispersion, a method for producing the same, and a cosmetic preparation containing the same. In the present invention, a composition for a cosmetic preparation is referred to as a cosmetic preparation.

[0002] Conventionally, when a cosmetic contains a powder, a technique has been known in which a dispersant is used to improve the wettability and dispersibility of the powder, thereby improving the feel when used and the storage stability (Patent Document 1), and it is known that dispersibility can be improved by studying the structural design of the dispersant.

[0003] On the other hand, since these dispersants are significantly affected by the dispersant, the selection of the dispersant and the dispersant is important, and for example, when a highly polar oil or the like is incompatible with a silicone dispersant, a technique is known in which a silicone dispersant having an alkyl branch is selected to obtain a composition with good dispersibility (Patent Document 2). However, no research has been conducted on the adsorption properties of dispersants.

[0004] International Publication No. WO 2016 / 178380 International Publication No. WO 2017 / 199732

[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and aims to provide a dispersion that not only has good dispersibility immediately after production but also good viscosity stability (dispersion stability), and a cosmetic that can be blended into a cosmetic without impairing the good properties of the cosmetic when blended therein and that has excellent stability over time.

[0006] As a result of extensive research into achieving the above object, the present inventors have discovered that: (A) a kinematic viscosity at 25°C of 1 to 100 mm 2 The present inventors have discovered that a dispersion containing a volatile component selected from the group consisting of (A) component (A), (B) powder, (C) a dispersant that dissolves in the component (A), (D) a lower alcohol, and a volatile oil having a boiling point of 250°C or less, exhibits good adsorption of the dispersant to the powder and can solve the above-mentioned problems, leading to the creation of the present invention.

[0007] Accordingly, the present invention provides the following invention: 1. The dispersion according to 1, wherein component (B) dispersed with components (C) and (D) is further dispersed with component (A). 3. The dispersion according to 1 or 2, wherein the rate of change in viscosity after 2 weeks at 25°C relative to the viscosity immediately after preparation is less than 250%. 4. The dispersion according to any one of 1 to 3, wherein component (A) is one or more selected from ester oil, phenyl silicone, and alkyl silicone. 5. The dispersion according to any one of 1 to 4, wherein component (B) has an average primary particle size of 8 to 200 nm. 6. A cosmetic preparation comprising the dispersion according to any one of 1 to 8. 11. The cosmetic preparation according to 10, wherein the cosmetic preparation is an oil-in-water cosmetic preparation. 12. The cosmetic preparation according to 10 or 11, further comprising (E) an organic UV absorber.

[0008] According to the present invention, a dispersion having excellent powder dispersibility and viscosity stability (dispersion stability) can be provided, and this dispersion can be incorporated into cosmetics without impairing the good properties of the cosmetics when blended therewith, and the cosmetics have excellent stability over time.

[0009] The present invention will be described in detail below, but is not limited thereto. In the present invention, ingredient names may be written as cosmetic names or International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI). When the cosmetic name corresponds to the INCI, the cosmetic name or English name may be omitted.

[0010] [Component (A)] The component (A) of the present invention is a viscoelastic polymer having a kinematic viscosity of 1 to 100 mm at 25°C. 2 The kinematic viscosity is a non-volatile oil having a viscosity of 1 to 100 mm / s, and can be used alone or in appropriate combination of two or more. In the present invention, the kinematic viscosity is a value measured at 25°C using a Cannon-Fenske viscometer according to the method described in JIS Z 8803:2011. 2 / s (cSt; sometimes written as cs), 1 to 50 mm 2 / s is preferred, and 1 to 30 mm 2 / s is more preferred.

[0011] In the present invention, the non-volatile oil refers to an oil having a boiling point higher than 250° C. Specific examples include silicone oil, hydrocarbon oil, ester oil, higher fatty acid, natural oil, and fluorine-based oil. Specifically, n-alkyl glycol monoisostearates such as diisobutyl adipate (display name (INCI: Diisobutyl Adipate)), dihexyldecyl adipate (display name (INCI: Diheptylundecyl Adipate)), and isostearyl isostearate (display name (INCI: Isostearyl Isostearate)), isocetyl isostearate (display name (INCI: Isocetyl Isostearate)), glycol diethylhexanoate (display name (INCI: Glycol Diethylhexanoate)), and cetyl ethylhexanoate (display name (INCI: Cetyl Ethylhexanoate), Triethylhexanoin (InCI: Triethylhexanoin), Trimethylolpropane triethylhexanoate (InCI: Trimethylolpropane Triethylhexanoate), Oleyl oleate (InCI: Oleyl Oleate), Octyldodecyl oleate (InCI: Octyldodecyl Oleate), Decyl oleate (InCI: Decyl Oleate), Neopentyl glycol diethylhexanoate (InCI: Neopentyl Glycol Diethylhexanoate), neopentyl glycol dicaprate (InCI: Neopentyl Glycol Dicaprate), triethyl citrate (InCI: Triethyl Citrate), diethylhexyl succinate (InCI: Diethylhexyl Succinate), amyl acetate (InCI: Amyl Acetate), ethyl acetate (InCI: Ethyl Acetate), butyl acetate (InCI: Butyl Acetate),Isocetyl stearate (InCI: Isocetyl Stearate), Butyl stearate (InCI: Butyl Stearate), Diisopropyl sebacate (InCI: Diisopropyl Sebacate), Diethylhexyl sebacate (InCI: Diethylhexyl Sebacate), Isononyl isononanoate (InCI: Isononyl Isononanoate), Isotridecyl isononanoate (InCI: Isotridecyl Coco-Caprylate / Caprate (INCI: Coco-Caprylate / Caprate)), Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride (INCI: Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride), Isopropyl Palmitate (INCI: Isopropyl Palmitate)), Ethylhexyl Palmitate (INCI: Ethylhexyl Isopalmitate)), Hexyldecyl Palmitate (INCI: Isocetyl Palmitate, Hexyldecyl palmitate esters such as isopropyl myristate (label name (INCI: Isopropyl Myristate)) and octyldodecyl myristate (label name (INCI: Octyldodecyl Myristate)); ethylhexyl laurate (label name (INCI: Ethylhexyl Laurate)), hexyl laurate (label name (INCI: Hexyl Laurate)), and isopropyl lauroyl sarcosinate (label name (INCI: Isopropyl Lauroyl Sarcosinate)).

[0014] Hydrocarbon Oils Examples of hydrocarbon oils include linear or branched non-volatile hydrocarbon oils, such as hydrogenated polyisobutene (labeled as INCI: Hydrogenated Polyisobutene), squalane (INCI), and mineral oil (INCI).

[0015] Among these, one or more selected from ester oil, phenyl silicone and alkyl silicone are preferred.

[0016] The blending amount of component (A) in the dispersion is 15 to 65% by mass, preferably 20 to 55% by mass, and more preferably 40 to 50% by mass. If it is less than 15% by mass, the dispersion will have a high viscosity and will be difficult to handle. If it exceeds 65% by mass, a stable dispersion may not be obtained, or the desired effects, such as UV shielding, may not be achieved.

[0017] [Component (B)] Component (B) of the present invention is a powder. Component (B) is not particularly limited as long as it is a raw material that can be typically incorporated into cosmetics, but examples include fine particle metal oxide powders, color pigments, inorganic powders, metal powders, organic powders, and inorganic-organic composite powders. These can be used alone or in appropriate combinations of two or more. Each is described in detail below. A fine particle powder having an average primary particle size of 8 to 200 nm is preferred, and 120 nm or less is more preferred. Particle sizes larger than this reduce the UV protection function and leave white residue. The average primary particle size can be measured using a transmission electron microscope photograph and is the average value of 200 particles. The shape of the powder may be any shape, such as spherical, approximately spherical, rod-shaped, spindle-shaped, petal-shaped, strip-shaped, or irregular.

[0018] Fine particle metal oxide powder The fine particle metal oxide used in the present invention is one or more selected from titanium oxide, for example, fine particle titanium oxide (display name (INCI: Titanium Dioxide)), iron-containing titanium oxide, zinc oxide (display name (INCI: Zinc Oxide)), cerium oxide (display name (INCI: Cerium Oxide)), and composites thereof. These metal oxides may be composite powders with other powders. This fine particle metal oxide powder is blended in the dispersion of the present invention or cosmetics containing the dispersion for the purpose of imparting ultraviolet protection function. The average primary particle diameter is preferably 8 to 200 nm, more preferably 120 nm or less. Particle diameters larger than this reduce the ultraviolet protection function and leave white residue.

[0019] The above-mentioned fine particle metal oxide may be untreated or may be surface-treated with a known method commonly used in cosmetics, without any particular limitation. For example, inorganic treatments include silica (display name (INCI: Silica)) coating, alumina (display name (INCI: Alumina)) coating, and aluminum hydroxide (display name (INCI: Aluminum Hydroxide)) coating. Organic treatments include silanes or silylating agents such as triethoxycaprylylsilane (display name (INCI: Triethoxycaprylylsilane)), dimethicone (display name (INCI: Dimethicone)), hydrogen dimethicone (display name (INCI: Hydrogen Dimethicone)), triethoxysilylethyl polydimethylsiloxyethylhexyl dimethicone (display name (INCI: Triethoxysilylethyl Examples of the additive include silicone oils such as Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Hexyl Dimethicone, waxes, paraffins, organic fluorine compounds such as perfluoroalkyl phosphates, surfactants, amino acids such as N-acylglutamic acid, and metal soaps such as aluminum stearate (display name (INCI: Aluminum Stearate)) and magnesium myristate (display name (INCI: Magnesium Myristate)). In particular, triethoxysilylethyl polydimethylsiloxyethyl hexyl dimethicone (labeled as Triethoxysilylethyl Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Hexyl Dimethicone by INCI) is highly dispersible in both silicones and oils, and is therefore used in sunscreens and foundations, while triethoxycaprylylsilane (labeled as Triethoxycaprylylsilane by INCI) and metal soap treatments are preferred in terms of compatibility with components (A), (C), and (D). These surface treatments may be used alone or in combination of two or more depending on the purpose.

[0020] These surface-treated fine particle metal oxides are also available as commercially available products. For example, fine particle titanium dioxide is commercially available under the trade names STR-100C-LP, STR-100A-LP, STR-100W, STR-100W-LP, STR-100C-LF, STR-40-LP (manufactured by Sakai Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.), MT-N1, MT-01, MT-05, MT-100Z, MT-100TV, MT-100AQ, MT-100WP, MTY-100SAS, MT-150EX, MT-500B, MT-505SAS, MT-700B, MT-700Z, MT-014Z, SMT-500SAS (manufactured by Teika Co., Ltd.), ST-455, ST-455WS, ST-457ECS, ST-495M (manufactured by Titanium Industries Co., Ltd.), and the like. Fine particle zinc oxide products include FINEX-50S-LP2, FINEX-30S-LP2, FINEX-50W, FINEX-30W, FINEX-50W-LP2, FINEX-52W-LP2, FINEX-30W-LP2, FINEX-33W-LP2, FINEX-50-LPT, FINEX-25-LPT, FINEX-50S-LPT, and FINEX-30S-LPT (manufactured by Sakai Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.). ), MZ-150, MZ-200, MZ-300, MZ-306X, MZX-303S, MZX-303M, MZX-304OTS, MZ-500HP, MZ-505T, MZX-505HPS, MZY-505M, MZ-506X, MZY-203S, MZX-203OTS, MZY-210M3S, TMZ-HA1, MZX-5080TS (manufactured by Teika), and the like.

[0021] Coloring Pigments The coloring pigments are not particularly limited as long as they are pigments that are normally used for coloring cosmetics, and examples thereof include red iron oxide (display name (INCI: Iron Oxides)), yellow iron oxide (display name (INCI: Iron Oxides)), white titanium oxide (display name (INCI: Titanium Dioxide)), black iron oxide (display name (INCI: Iron Oxides)), ultramarines (display name (INCI: Ultramarines)), ferric ferrocyanide (display name (INCI: Ferric Ferrocyanide, Ferric Ammonium Ferrocyanide)), manganese violet (display name (INCI: Manganese Violet)), cobalt titanate (display name (INCI: Cobalt Titanium Oxide), chromium hydroxide (labeled as INCI: Chromium Hydroxide Green), chromium oxide (labeled as INCI: Chromium Oxide Greens), aluminum / cobalt oxide (labeled as INCI: Cobalt Aluminum Oxide), titanium / titanium oxide sintered product (labeled as INCI: Titanium / Titanium Dioxide), lithium / cobalt titanate (labeled as INCI: Lithium Cobalt Titanate), iron oxide / titanium oxide sintered product (labeled as IRON OXIDE / TITANIUM DIOXIDE) Any of the following can be used: composites doped with different metals, such as titanium nitride (display name (INCI: Titanium Nitride)), iron oxide-doped titanium oxide (display name (INCI: Iron Oxides, Titanium Dioxide)), inorganic brown pigments, such as titanium nitride (display name (INCI: Titanium Nitride)), ferrous hydroxide (display name (INCI: Iron Hydroxide)), γ-iron oxide, inorganic yellow pigments, such as ochre, and colored pigments, such as lakes of tar-based pigments and lakes of natural pigments. These colored pigments may be surface-treated, and hydrophobically treated colored pigments are preferred in terms of dispersibility.

[0022] Furthermore, the shape of the color pigment is not particularly limited in terms of its geometric form, as long as it is capable of imparting color to the cosmetic. From the viewpoint of hiding power, a pigment having a particle size, i.e., a volume average particle size, in the range of 150 to 600 nm is preferable. The volume average particle size can be measured using a TEM or the like. If the particle size is less than 150 nm, the hiding power is low, which may result in a low coloring efficiency of the cosmetic, and if the particle size is greater than 600 nm, the feeling during use may be poor.

[0023] Furthermore, the pigment according to the present invention may be partially or completely surface-treated with an inorganic compound such as alumina (display name (INCI: Alumina)), aluminum hydroxide (display name (INCI: Aluminum Hydroxide)), silica (display name (INCI: Silica)), or hydrated silica (display name (INCI: Hydrated Silica)).

[0024] The hydrophobization of the hydrophobized color pigment refers to subjecting the color pigment to a surface treatment with a hydrophobizing agent. The surface hydrophobizing agent for the color pigment of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it can impart hydrophobicity, and examples thereof include silicone treatment agents, waxes, paraffins, organic fluorine compounds such as perfluoroalkyl phosphates, surfactants, amino acids such as N-acyl glutamic acid, and metal soaps such as aluminum stearate (labeled as Aluminum Stearate (INCI)) and magnesium myristate (labeled as Magnesium Myristate (INCI)).

[0025] Among these, silicone treatment agents are preferably used, and examples thereof include silanes or silylating agents such as triethoxycaprylylsilane (labeled as "Triethoxycaprylylsilane" by INCI) or trimethoxysilyl dimethicone (labeled as "Trimethoxysilyl Dimethicone" by INCI), dimethicone (labeled as "Dimethicone" by INCI), hydrogen dimethicone (labeled as "Hydrogen Dimethicone" by INCI), triethoxysilylethyl polydimethylsiloxyethyl hexyl dimethicone (labeled as "Triethoxysilylethyl Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Hexyl ... and silicone compounds such as (Acrylates / Tridecyl Acrylate / Triethoxysilylpropyl Methacrylate / Dimethicone Methacrylate Copolymer (Display name (INCI: Acrylates / Tridecyl Acrylate / Triethoxysilylpropyl Methacrylate / Dimethicone Methacrylate Copolymer)) and (Acrylates / Dimethicone) Copolymer (Display name (INCI: Acrylates / Dimethicone Copolymer)). As the silicone treatment agent, the silicone powder treatment agent described in Japanese Patent No. 3912961 is preferably used, and in particular, triethoxysilylethyl polydimethylsiloxyethyl hexyl dimethicone (displayed as INCI: Triethoxysilylethyl Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Hexyl Dimethicone), which is a dimethylpolysiloxane having triethoxysilyl groups, polydimethylsiloxyethyl groups, and hexyl groups in its side chains, is effectively used because it exhibits high affinity even when the dispersion medium for dispersing the highly hydrophobic treated color pigment is a mixed composition of silicone, hydrocarbon, etc. Note that the above surface hydrophobic treatment agents can be used alone or in combination of two or more.

[0026] In the present invention, the production method for surface-treating a color pigment using a hydrophobic treatment agent is not particularly limited and can be carried out by any known method. Surface treatment methods can be broadly divided into dry methods and wet methods. In the dry method, for example, any stirrer, grinder, mixer, disperser, or the like, such as a Henschel mixer, ball mill, jet mill, kneader, planetary mixer, sand mill, attritor, ribbon blender, disperser mixer, or homomixer, can be used to mix / contact the color pigment used in the present invention with the hydrophobic treatment agent. During this process, energy such as heat, mechanochemical mechanical force, or superheated steam may be applied to the color pigment and the hydrophobic treatment agent. Alternatively, after thoroughly mixing / contacting the color pigment and the hydrophobic treatment agent, energy such as heat, mechanochemical mechanical force, or superheated steam may be applied to the color pigment and the hydrophobic treatment agent. Furthermore, when mixing / contacting the hydrophobic treatment agent with the color pigment, for the purpose of improving the dispersion efficiency of the hydrophobic treatment agent, a means may be used in which the hydrophobic treatment agent is previously dissolved or dispersed in an arbitrary amount of water, solvent, or supercritical fluid, and then this is sprayed onto the color pigment. As a wet method, the color pigment and the hydrophobic treatment agent are dispersed in water, solvent, or supercritical fluid, mixed / contacted, and then the solvent is evaporated, and further, energy such as heating, mechanochemical mechanical force, or superheated steam is separately applied to carry out the treatment.

[0027] Specific examples of color pigments that have been subjected to hydrophobic surface treatment include the KTP-09 series, particularly KTP-09W, KTP-09R, KTP-09Y, and KTP-09B (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.).

[0032] Among the components (B), fine particle metal oxide powders that require dispersibility and hydrophobized color pigments are preferred, and hydrophobized fine particle titanium oxide such as metal soap-treated fine particle titanium oxide is more preferred.

[0033] The blending amount of component (B) in the dispersion is 30 to 70% by mass, preferably 40 to 70% by mass, and more preferably 40 to 60% by mass. If it is less than 30% by mass, the desired effects such as sufficient UV shielding effect and coloring effect cannot be obtained, and if it is blended in more than 70% by mass, the spreadability during use may be poor, and the cosmetic film may become white or powdery.

[0034] [Component (C)] The component (C) of the present invention is a dispersant that dissolves in the component (A). Component (C) is not limited as long as it is a dispersant that is generally used in cosmetics and dissolves in the component (A). The component (C) can be used alone or in appropriate combination of two or more types.

[0035] In the present invention, "dissolving in component (A)" means that when component (C) is mixed with component (A) at a concentration of 20% by mass and then allowed to stand at 25°C for 1 hour, a transparent to semitransparent state with no boundary is considered "dissolving," and a cloudy state or separation into two layers is considered "not dissolving." Regarding transparency, a product filled into a 1 cm thick cell and having a total light transmittance of 50% or more, as measured in accordance with the method described in JIS K7361-1:1997, is considered to be transparent to semitransparent.

[0036] Silicone surfactants are preferred in terms of their dispersibility in component (A), such as ester oils and silicone oils. For example, one or more silicone compounds selected from the group consisting of modified silicones and reactive silicones can be used. Among these, polyether-modified silicones, polyglycerin-modified silicones, acrylic silicones, and amino-modified silicones are preferred in terms of dispersing effect. Of these, acrylic silicones and polyglycerin-modified silicones are more preferred in terms of even higher dispersing effect. In terms of chemical structure, polyglycerin-modified silicones may be used, and the silicone chain serving as the main chain may be block-modified or branched-modified. From the viewpoint of maintaining uniform dispersibility of component (B) in the dispersion, branched-chain types are more preferred. The silicone main chain may have a branched chain such as a silicone chain. Specific examples include polyglyceryl-3 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone (INCI), lauryl polyglyceryl-3 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone (INCI), and bisbutyl dimethicone polyglyceryl-3 (INCI). Commercially available examples of polyglycerin-modified silicones include KF-6105, KF-6104, KF-6106, and KF-6115 manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd. Commercially available examples of acrylic silicones include KP-578 manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd. Commercially available examples of polyether-modified silicones include KF-6017, KF-6028, KF-6038, and KF-6048 manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.

[0037] The blending amount of component (C) in the dispersion is 1 to 15% by mass, preferably 3 to 15% by mass, more preferably 3 to 12% by mass, and even more preferably 5 to 10% by mass. If it is less than 1% by mass, dispersion stability may be impaired. If it exceeds 15% by mass, another component (C) may be oriented on the component (B) to which the component (C) is oriented, or a component (C) oriented on the component (B) may be easily peeled off by another component (C). This may increase the viscosity of the dispersion and affect dispersibility and dispersion stability.

[0038] [Component (D)] The component (D) of the present invention is a volatile component selected from lower alcohols and volatile oils having a boiling point of 250°C or less, and can be used alone or in combination of two or more.

[0039] The lower alcohol includes alcohols having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, such as ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, butyl alcohol, and isobutyl alcohol.

[0040] In the present invention, the volatile oil refers to an oil having a boiling point of 250° C. or lower. Specific examples of the volatile oil include linear (poly)siloxanes, such as disiloxane, trisiloxane (KF-96L-1cs, manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), and dimethylpolysiloxane (KF-96L-1.5cs, KF-96L-2cs, manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), cyclic polysiloxanes, such as cyclotetrasiloxane (D4), cyclopentasiloxane (D5) (KF-995, manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), and cyclohexasiloxane (D6), branched polysiloxanes, such as methyltrimethicone (TMF-1.5, manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), and hydrocarbon solvents, such as undecane, isododecane, C13-15 alkanes, and C9-12 alkanes, all of which have a boiling point of 250° C. or lower.

[0041] From the viewpoint of dispersibility, component (D) is preferably non-polar or low-polar. Among these, from the viewpoint of stability over time and feel when incorporated into a cosmetic, volatile components selected from isododecane, undecane, tridecane, cyclopentasiloxane, disiloxane, trisiloxane, dimethicone (KF-96L-1.5cs, KF-96L-2cs, manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), and methyl trimethicone are preferred, and compositions containing these are also preferred. These can be used alone or in appropriate combinations of two or more.

[0042] The blending amount of component (D) in the dispersion is 100 ppm (by mass) to 10% by mass, preferably 100 ppm to 8.5% by mass, more preferably 100 ppm to 5% by mass, and even more preferably 100 ppm to 1.5% by mass. By using this amount, a dispersion having excellent powder dispersibility and viscosity stability (dispersion stability) can be obtained.

[0043] [Dispersion] The present invention relates to a dispersion containing the aforementioned components (A), (B), (C), and (D), in which powder (B) is dispersed. The total amount of components (A) to (D) in the dispersion is preferably 98 to 100% by mass, more preferably 99 to 100% by mass, and preferably 100% by mass, in which no optional components are substantially blended. Examples of optional components include antioxidants and water. From the viewpoints of stability over time and properties when incorporated into cosmetics, a dispersion in which component (B) dispersed with components (C) and (D) is further dispersed with component (A) is preferred.

[0044] The dispersion may be in a liquid or paste form. The initial viscosity at 25°C immediately after production is not particularly limited. However, when produced using a media-agitating mill such as a bead mill, it is preferably less than 1,000 mPa·s from the viewpoints of ease of bead filtration and ease of incorporation into cosmetics. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of usability, it is more preferably less than 750 mPa·s, and even more preferably less than 500 mPa·s. The lower limit is not particularly limited, but by setting it to 100 mPa·s or more, concentration separation of the dispersion is easily suppressed. The viscosity is measured using a Brookfield viscometer, for example, a spindle LV-2, and indicates the viscosity after 60 seconds at 30 revolutions. The hardness of the paste-like dispersion is also not particularly limited, but when produced using a three-roll mill, it is preferably 100 or less from the viewpoint of ease of processing. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of ease of incorporation into cosmetics, it is more preferably less than 80, and even more preferably less than 50. The lower limit is not particularly limited, but by setting it to 5 or more, concentration separation of the dispersion is easily suppressed. The hardness is a value measured using a rheometer, for example, a Rheometer RT-2002D.D (manufactured by Rheotec Corporation, measuring probe: 10 mmφ, penetration depth: 10 mm, sample stage rising speed: 5 cm / min, temperature: 25°C, range: 200) (the same applies hereinafter).

[0045] In order to maintain the stability of a cosmetic preparation containing the dispersion, it is preferable that the rate of change in viscosity of the dispersion after two weeks at 25°C relative to the viscosity immediately after preparation be less than 250%. This viscosity conversion rate is the method described in the Examples. The rate of change in viscosity at 25°C after two weeks at 25°C is more preferably less than 200%, even more preferably 160% or less, and particularly preferably 140%. The lower limit of the rate of change is not particularly limited, but can be 40% or more, 80% or more, or 90% or more. The viscosity of the dispersion at 25°C after two weeks at 25°C is preferably 40 mPa·s or more but less than 2,500 mPa·s, more preferably 80 to 2,000 mPa·s.

[0046] <Method for Producing Dispersion> The dispersion of the present invention can be produced by a known method. In particular, from the viewpoint of the adsorption of component (C) to component (B), a production method including a step of dispersing component (B) with components (C) and (D) to obtain a preliminary dispersion, and a step of mixing the preliminary dispersion obtained above with component (A) is preferred. Examples of the step of mixing the preliminary dispersion obtained above with component (A) include the following steps (I), (II), and (III). (I) a production method comprising a step of adding component (A) or a mixed solvent of components (A) and (D) to a preliminary dispersion to further disperse the components, thereby adjusting the blending ratio to the above-mentioned range; (II) a production method comprising a step of mixing the preliminary dispersion with component (A), reducing pressure and heating, and volatilizing component (D), thereby adjusting the blending ratio to the above-mentioned range; (III) a production method comprising adding a mixed solvent of components (A) and (C), or components (A), (C), and (D), to a preliminary dispersion to further disperse the components, thereby adjusting the blending ratio to the above-mentioned range. Note that component (D) can also be mixed with component (A) after volatilization, but the above-mentioned method is preferred in order to obtain a dispersion with better dispersibility.

[0047] As a dispersion method, for example, any stirrer, grinder, mixer, medium stirrer, rotation-revolution stirrer, disperser, etc., such as a Henschel mixer, ball mill, kneader, planetary mixer, ribbon blender, disperser mixer, homomixer, jet mill, roll mill, bead mill, high-pressure disperser, etc., can be used. In particular, from the viewpoint of mixing efficiency, it is preferable to use a bead mill or high-pressure disperser for dispersion.

[0048] [Cosmetics] The present invention provides cosmetics containing the above-mentioned dispersion. The amount of the dispersion in the cosmetics is appropriately selected from 0.5 to 60% by mass, and preferably from 5 to 31% by mass.

[0049] The present invention is applicable to various types of cosmetics, but preferred are cosmetics applied to the skin, such as skin care cosmetics, makeup cosmetics, antiperspirant cosmetics, and UV protection cosmetics, cosmetics applied to the hair, such as hair cosmetics, and nail cosmetics. Examples of skin care cosmetics include lotions, emulsions, creams, cleansers, packs, oil liquids, massage products, beauty serums, beauty oils, detergents, deodorants, hand creams, lip balms, and wrinkle concealers. Examples of makeup cosmetics include makeup bases, foundations, concealers, face powders, blushers, eye colors, eye shadows, mascaras, eyeliners, eyebrow pencils, and lipsticks. Examples of antiperspirant cosmetics include antiperspirant cosmetics in roll-on, cream, solution, and stick types. Examples of UV protection cosmetics include sunscreen oils, sunscreen emulsions, and sunscreen creams, as well as preparations in which the above-mentioned makeup cosmetics have been imparted with sunscreen effects. Examples of hair cosmetics include shampoos, rinses, treatments, setting agents, hair dyes, and hair fragrances.

[0050] The cosmetic preparation of the present invention may be in any form, for example, a powder, an oily liquid, a non-aqueous emulsion such as a water-in-oil or oil-in-water emulsion, or a multiple emulsion such as a W / O / W or O / W / O emulsion. The cosmetic preparation of the present invention may be in any form, including a liquid, emulsion, cream, solid, paste, gel, powder, pressed, multi-layered, mousse, spray, stick, or pencil. In particular, the effectiveness of the present invention can be more effectively achieved in oil-in-water cosmetics, since it is generally difficult to disperse powder in such cosmetics.

[0051] [Component (E)] The cosmetic of the present invention may contain component (E): an organic UV absorber. Examples of component (E) are given below, but there is no limitation as long as they are generally used in cosmetics. These may be used alone or in appropriate combinations of two or more.

[0052] Specifically, oxybenzone-1 (display name (INCI: Benzophenone-1)), oxybenzone-2 (display name (INCI: Benzophenone-2)), oxybenzone-3 (display name (INCI: Benzophenone-3)), oxybenzone-4 (display name (INCI: Benzophenone-4)), oxybenzone-5 (display name (INCI: Benzophenone-5)), oxybenzone-6 (display name (INCI: Benzophenone-6)), oxybenzone-9 (display name (INCI: Benzophenone-9)), homosalate (INCI), octocrylene (INCI), t-butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane (display name (INCI: Butyl (Inc. Isopropyl alcohol)), ethylhexyl salicylate (Inc. Isopropyl alcohol), diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate (Inc. Isopropyl alcohol), polysilicone-15 (Inc. Isopropyl alcohol), dimethoxybenzylidene dioxoimidazolidine octyl propionate (Inc. Isopropyl alcohol), terephthalylidene dicamphorsulfonic acid (Inc. Isopropyl alcohol), Dicamphor Sulfonic Acid), Ethylhexyl Triazone (INCI), Methyl Bis(trimethylsiloxy)silylisopentyl Trimethoxycinnamate (InCI: Isopentyl Trimethoxycinnamate Trisiloxane), Drometrizole Trisiloxane (INCI), Ethylhexyl Dimethyl PABA (InCI: Ethylhexyl Dimethyl PABA), Isopropyl Paramethoxycinnamate (InCI: Isopropyl Methoxycinnamate), Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate (InCI: Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate),Bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine (INCI), phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid (label name (INCI: Phenylbenzimidazole Sulfonic Acid)), methylene bisbenzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol (INCI), glyceryl dimethoxycinnamate ethyl hexanoate (label name (INCI: Glyceryl Ethylhexanoate Dimethoxycinnamate)), glyceryl PABA (INCI), methyl diisopropylcinnamate (label name (INCI: Diisopropyl Methyl Cinnamate)), cinoxate (INCI), ethylhexyl dimethoxybenzylidene dioxoimidazolidinepropionate (label name (INCI: Ethylhexyl Dimethoxybenzylidine Dioxoimidazolidine Propionate). It is also possible to use a UVA absorber (e.g., diethylaminohydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate) and a UVB absorber (e.g., ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate) in combination, and these can also be combined in any desired manner.

[0053] When an organic UV absorber is contained, its amount is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.5 to 30% by mass, more preferably 3 to 25% by mass, and even more preferably 5 to 20% by mass of the total cosmetic. If it exceeds 30% by mass, the cosmetic may feel heavy or may be highly irritating. Furthermore, since the dispersion of the present invention has excellent compatibility with organic UV absorbers, the effects of the present invention are more pronounced at a concentration of 0.5% by mass or more. Cosmetics containing the dispersion of the present invention can be produced with high stability, particularly when the concentration of the organic UV absorber in the oil phase is high, for example, even when the concentration is 8% by mass or more, 10% by mass or more, or 15% by mass or more of the total cosmetic.

[0054] The cosmetic of the present invention may contain various components commonly used in cosmetics to the extent that the effects of the present invention are not impaired. For example, it may contain (1) an oil, (2) an aqueous component, (3) a surfactant, (4) a powder, (5) a composition consisting of a crosslinked organopolysiloxane and an oil that is liquid at room temperature, (6) a film-forming agent, (7) an ultraviolet absorbing / scattering agent, and (8) other additives. These may be used alone or in appropriate combinations of two or more. Components contained in the dispersions described above may also be incorporated. However, even if components (A) to (D) of the present invention are incorporated without the dispersion of the present invention, the significant effects intended by the present invention cannot be achieved. The dispersion of the present invention can easily disperse powders that are difficult to disperse in cosmetics, such as color pigments and fine powders. Therefore, the amount of component (C) in the cosmetic, excluding component (C) in the dispersion, may be 0 to 8% by mass, 0.1 to 5% by mass, or 0.1 to 3% by mass.

[0107] (Note 1) Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.: Lauryl polyglyceryl-3 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone (soluble in component (A)) (Note 2) Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.: Polyglyceryl-3 disiloxane dimethicone (insoluble in component (A)) (Note 3) (soluble in component (A))

[0108] In all of Examples 1 to 8, dispersions with low initial viscosities were obtained. In particular, the viscosity change rate after two weeks for the dispersions of Examples 1 to 6 was less than 200%, demonstrating that they maintained good dispersion stability. On the other hand, Comparative Examples 1 and 3, which did not contain component (D), Comparative Example 4, which did not contain component (A), and Comparative Example 2, which did not contain component (D) and used a dispersant that was insoluble in component (A), had high initial viscosities and poor dispersibility.

[0109] [Examples 9 to 14, Comparative Examples 5 to 8] (Cosmetics) Oil-in-water (O / W) cosmetics were prepared according to the formulations shown in Table 3. The obtained oil-in-water (O / W) cosmetics were evaluated as follows. (Production method) A: Component (1) was mixed. B: Component (2) was mixed. C: The mixture obtained in B was added to the mixture obtained in A and emulsified to obtain an oil-in-water (O / W) cosmetic.

[0110] [Properties of Cosmetics] The properties of the obtained cosmetics were evaluated by placing the cosmetics between glass slides. Those with good properties and continuity in the bulk were rated as "good" (pass), and those with poor emulsification and loss of continuity in the bulk were rated as "poor" (fail).

[0111] [Temporal stability of cosmetics] The obtained cosmetics were filled into 30 mL vials and left to stand at 50°C. Cosmetics that remained in good condition one month after the initial state were rated as "good" (passed), those that were in good condition one week but became poor one month later were rated as "fairly good" (passed), and those that were poor in condition one week later were rated as "poor" (failed). Note that the temporal stability test was not conducted on cosmetics that became poor initially.
