Abstract
Description
Busbar support bracket, battery pack using the same, and vehicle equipped with the same
[0001] This application claims the benefit of priority from Republic of Korea Patent Application No. 10-2023-0098448, filed July 27, 2023, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
[0002] The present invention relates to a support bracket for fixing a bus bar of a vehicle battery pack, and more specifically, to a bracket for supporting a plurality of long bus bars so that the bus bars can be stably arranged in parallel while maintaining insulation within a narrow battery pack space, a battery pack using the bracket, and a vehicle equipped with such a battery pack.
[0003] Vehicle battery packs are ideally lightweight to maximize energy efficiency relative to the distance traveled. Furthermore, they should have high energy capacity to extend the vehicle's mileage. Furthermore, vehicle battery packs must incorporate safety features to prevent explosion and delay thermal runaway in the event of damage in the event of a collision or other accident.
[0004] Accordingly, when designing a battery pack, various design aspects are taken into account, such as selection of materials with excellent strength-to-weight ratio, structural design to ensure strength, temperature control design of the battery pack, and integrated layout design of battery cells or battery modules.
[0005] At this time, busbars for electrical connection between battery modules and busbars for electrical output to the outside of the battery pack are densely arranged within the battery pack. Unlike conventional vehicles, the busbars in electric vehicle battery packs carry high voltages and currents, making insulation essential.
[0006] Due to the nature of battery packs installed in vehicles, busbars are constantly exposed to shock and vibration. Therefore, simply applying an insulating coating to their surfaces cannot guarantee long-term insulation. In particular, busbars for electrical connection between distantly placed battery modules and those for power output to the outside of the battery pack are very long. Therefore, in structures where multiple busbars are placed adjacent to each other, reliable insulation between them is essential.
[0007] The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and provides a bracket that can support long bus bars that require mutual insulation when arranged side by side in a narrow and long space within a battery pack so that the bus bars are not deformed or shaken by their own weight or the operation of a vehicle, a battery pack structure using the bracket, and a vehicle equipped with the bracket.
[0008] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a bracket that can reliably maintain insulation of a plurality of bus bars that are arranged in a long manner within a narrow space, a battery pack structure using the bracket, and a vehicle equipped with the bracket.
[0009] In addition, the present invention provides a support bracket that can easily arrange and assemble a plurality of bus bars that are arranged in a long manner within a narrow space, a battery pack structure using the support bracket, and a vehicle equipped with the support bracket.
[0010] In addition, the present invention provides a support bracket having a structure that can be easily installed while taking up a minimum of space in a narrow space due to a plurality of bus bars that are arranged in a long manner, a battery pack structure using the support bracket, and a vehicle equipped with the support bracket.
[0011] In addition, the present invention provides a support bracket having a lightweight yet highly rigid structure that can be stably installed in a narrow space while taking up a minimum of space, a battery pack structure using the support bracket, and a vehicle equipped with the support bracket.
[0012] The technical objectives of the present invention are not limited to the purposes mentioned above. Other objectives and advantages of the present invention not mentioned above can be understood through the following description and will be more clearly understood through the embodiments of the present invention. [0068] The first direction length of a pair of first bus bars each accommodated in a first bus bar accommodation space partitioned by an isolation wall of the first support bracket is longer than the first direction length of a pair of second bus bars each accommodated in a second bus bar accommodation space partitioned by an isolation wall of the second support bracket.
[0069] At another position in the first direction of the above reinforcing beam member, the second support bracket may be additionally installed alone without the first support bracket to additionally support a pair of second bus bars at that position.
[0070] An insulating coating may be formed on the surfaces of the first bus bar and the second bus bar.
[0071] The above insulating coating can be formed by winding MICA tape on the surfaces of the first bus bar and the second bus bar, respectively.
[0072] The assembly sequence can be as follows:
[0073] First, one second support bracket may be installed on the reinforcing beam member, or two or more may be installed at different locations in the first direction. This may be achieved by moving the second support bracket from one side of the reinforcing beam member in the third direction to the other side in the third direction and fastening it with a fixing member.
[0074] Next, the pair of second busbars can be accommodated in the partitioned second busbar accommodation spaces of the second support brackets so as to be supported by one or more second support brackets. This can be achieved by inserting the second busbars from one side in the third direction to the other side in the third direction of the second support bracket. The second busbars can be accommodated in the second busbar accommodation spaces while being insulated.
[0075] Next, the first support bracket can be laminated onto the second support bracket, and the first support bracket can be installed on the reinforcing beam member. This can be achieved by moving the first support bracket from one side in the third direction to the other side in the third direction of the reinforcing beam member and the second support bracket and fastening it with a fixing member.
[0076] Finally, the pair of first busbars may be accommodated in the partitioned first busbar receiving space of the first support bracket so as to be supported by the first support bracket. This may be accomplished by inserting the first busbar from one side in the third direction to the other side in the third direction of the first support bracket. The first busbar may be accommodated in the first busbar receiving space while being insulated.
[0077] The present invention provides a vehicle equipped with the above battery pack.
[0078] According to the present invention, a plurality of bus bars arranged longitudinally in a narrow and long space can be stably supported while being mutually insulated.
[0079] According to the present invention, since a bus bar having both ends fixed and extended long is stably supported by a support bracket at an appropriate portion in the longitudinal direction, deformation or vibration of the bus bar that may occur due to the weight of the bus bar or the operation of a vehicle can be prevented.
[0080] According to the present invention, busbars can be easily assembled without a complicated assembly process that takes insulation into consideration.
[0081] According to the present invention, a bus bar and a support bracket can be easily installed and stably supported while minimizing the use of space.

[0124] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, a battery pack (7) according to an embodiment can be mounted on a vehicle (9).
[0125] The above battery pack (7) includes a roughly rectangular base plate (71) that extends flatly in the front-back and left-right directions, an outer wall (72) that extends upward from the edge of the base plate (71) to define the internal space of the battery pack (7), and a plurality of battery modules (76) accommodated in the internal space.
[0126] In addition, the battery pack (7) includes a reinforcing beam member (73) that reinforces the strength of the battery pack (7) and provides a space in which various components inside the battery pack (7) can be built. The reinforcing beam member (73) extends long in the front-rear direction and is positioned near the center in the width direction inside the battery pack (7). In the embodiment, a structure in which a pair of reinforcing beam members (73) are positioned symmetrically left and right with respect to the center of the battery pack (7) is exemplified.
[0127] Within the above battery pack (7), battery modules (76) in the shape of rectangular parallelepipeds that are elongated in the front-back direction can be arranged in three rows in the front-back direction. In addition, the battery modules (76) can be arranged in the width direction in three rows between the outer wall (72) and the reinforcing beam member (73), and one row between two reinforcing beam members (73), for a total of seven rows.
[0128] The above battery pack (7) has a pair of first bus bars (8-1) extending long in the front-back direction to electrically connect the battery modules (76) inside, and a pair of second bus bars (8-2) extending long in the front-back direction for external input / output of the battery pack.
[0129] The above pair of first bus bars (8-1) and the pair of second bus bars (8-2) are both accommodated in a receiving space provided in one reinforcing beam member (73).
[0130] Unlike the busbars (not shown) that connect adjacent battery modules (76) laterally, the first busbar (8-1) can connect groups of battery modules (76) arranged front-to-back. Since the first busbar (8-1) forms a current path to which high voltage and high current are applied, it has a considerable cross-sectional area. The first busbar (8-1) extends in the front-to-back direction by a length corresponding to two rows of battery modules (76) in the front-to-back direction.
[0131] The second bus bar (8-2) can connect an HVC (78, High Voltage Connector), which is a connector for drawing power from the PRA (77, Power Relay Assembly) of the battery pack (7), which serves to connect and disconnect the power of the vehicle's battery system, to the outside of the battery pack (7). This second bus bar (8-2) also forms a current path to which high voltage and high current are applied, and therefore has a considerable cross-sectional area. The second bus bar (8-2) extends further in the front-rear direction by a length corresponding to three rows of battery modules (76) in the front-rear direction.
[0132] On the surface of the above bus bar (8), a covering (83) necessary for insulating the bus bar (8) may be formed. In an embodiment, the covering (83) may be formed by wrapping a mica tape around the bus bar (8) multiple times. The mica tape has excellent fire resistance and high temperature fire resistance of 1000°C or higher. This can be manufactured by bonding a reinforcing material to one or both sides of soft or hard laminated mica using an adhesive with excellent heat resistance. This has excellent insulation and heat insulation properties, and is electrically safe.
[0133] Accordingly, the cross-sectional area of the bus bar (8) can be further increased.
[0134] A metal bus bar (8) that is fixed at both longitudinal ends and extends long in the front-back direction may experience deformation in which the center portion sags due to its own weight. Accordingly, the cross-section of the bus bar (8) may be configured such that the height dimension is greater than the width dimension, as illustrated in Fig. 23, thereby increasing resistance to sagging. On the other hand, such a cross-section may have relatively low resistance to deformation in the left-right direction due to vibration or impact generated from a vehicle.
[0135] The embodiment provides a support bracket (3) that supports bus bars (8) that extend long in the front-back direction so that they are stably maintained in a state of being spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction while maintaining a mutually insulated state.
[0136] The above support bracket (3) can be arranged to support the vicinity of the longitudinal center of the bus bar (8) where deformation or swaying is most likely to occur. In other words, the support bracket (3) is sufficiently long to support a portion of the longitudinal section of the bus bar (8). However, the present invention does not exclude the possibility that the support bracket (3) is manufactured to be long enough to correspond to the extended length of the bus bar (8).
[0137] In the embodiment, the length of the first bus bar (8-1) is approximately twice the length of the battery module (76), and the length of the second bus bar (8-2) is approximately three times the length of the battery module (76). In addition, according to the embodiment, the position of one longitudinal end of the first bus bar (8-1) in the front-back direction substantially corresponds to the position of one longitudinal end of the second bus bar (8-2). That is, according to the embodiment, the longitudinal center position of the first bus bar (8-1) and the longitudinal center position of the second bus bar (8-2) in the front-back direction are different from each other.
[0138] In this embodiment, a pair of first bus bars (8-1) are arranged left and right apart from each other at the same height, a pair of second bus bars (8-2) are arranged left and right apart from each other at the same height, and a pair of first bus bars (8-1) and a pair of second bus bars (8-2) are arranged vertically apart from each other, but are arranged so that a pair of first bus bars (8-1) and a pair of second bus bars (8-2) are substantially aligned with each other in the vertical direction. In addition, a second bus bar (8-2) having a longer length is arranged below the first bus bar (8-1).
[0139] And in the embodiment, the first bus bar (8-1) and the second bus bar (8-2) are supported by the support bracket (3) at the longitudinal center position of the first bus bar (8-1) and the longitudinal 1 / 3 position (first position) of the second bus bar (8-2), and the second bus bar (8-2) is additionally supported at the longitudinal 2 / 3 position (second position) of the second bus bar (8-2), thereby stably supporting the bus bars (8).
[0140] Accordingly, the first bus bar (8-1) is supported at one location by the support bracket (3), and the second bus bar (8-2) is supported at two locations by the support bracket (3).
[0141] Meanwhile, the first bus bar (8-1) and the second bus bar (8-2) may have different specifications.
[0142] Taking these points into consideration, the embodiment manufactures a support bracket (3) supporting a bus bar (8) by dividing it into a first support bracket having a shape and / or structure that can correspond to the cross-sectional specifications of a first bus bar (8-1) and a second support bracket having a shape and / or structure that can correspond to the cross-sectional specifications of a second bus bar (8-2).
[0143] And, in the embodiment, the second support bracket to be used in two places can be used alone, and the first support bracket to be used together with the second support bracket in one place can be used by being stacked on top of the second support bracket.
[0144] Then, the number of component types for constructing the support bracket (3) can be minimized.
[0145] In addition, if the cross-sectional dimensions of the bus bar (8) are substantially maintained, it is possible to apply the first support bracket and the second support bracket to a battery pack in which the bus bar (8) is arranged differently from the embodiment.
[0146] Below, before explaining the structure of the first support bracket and the second support bracket as described above, the structure of the reinforcing beam member (73) in which the bus bar (8) is received will be examined with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8.
[0147] The above-mentioned reinforcing beam member (73) may be elongated in the longitudinal direction and have a uniform cross-sectional shape in the longitudinal direction. That is, the above-mentioned reinforcing beam member (73) may be manufactured by extruding metal. The cross-section may have a shape that can secure the required rigidity while minimizing the use of metal materials through reduction of thickness, thereby saving materials and reducing weight.
[0148] The reinforcing beam member (73) of the embodiment comprises a foundation beam (74) fixed on the base plate (71), and a pair of side wall beams (75) extending from the ends of the foundation beam (74) in the second direction on both sides to protrude further in the third direction than the foundation beam (74).
[0149] The above reinforcing beam member (73) has a length substantially corresponding to the length of the battery modules (76) arranged in multiple rows in the longitudinal direction. In addition, a recessed groove (731) of a predetermined shape is provided in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing beam member (73) at a position corresponding to the longitudinal end of the battery module (76).
[0150] In the embodiment, the length of the reinforcing beam member (73) corresponds to the length of the battery modules (76) arranged in three rows in the longitudinal direction. In addition, the recessed grooves (731) are provided at the 1 / 3 and 2 / 3 points in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing beam member (73), respectively, and the recessed grooves (731) corresponding to the 1 / 2 shape are provided at the front and rear ends of the reinforcing beam member (73), respectively.
[0151] The above-mentioned recessed groove (731) may have a "U" or "V" shape when viewed from the side. The above-mentioned recessed groove (731) may have a shape in which the width thereof gradually increases as it goes upward.
[0152] The sunken groove (731) of the embodiment is exemplified as having a shape in which the side wall beam (75) is sunken in the height direction and the foundation beam (74) is sunken to approximately 1 / 2 of the upper part.
[0153] On the upper surface of the side wall beam (75) on both sides of the recessed groove (731) in the longitudinal direction, a fastening hole (732) into which a fixing member (37) of the upper support bracket (3-1) described later is inserted and fastened can be provided.
[0154] Next, with reference to FIGS. 9 to 11, the structure of the second support bracket for supporting the second bus bar (8-2) positioned at the bottom will be described. Since the second support bracket is installed lower than the first support bracket, it will be referred to as a lower support bracket (3-2) hereinafter.
[0155] The above lower support bracket (3-2) provides a second bus bar receiving space (31-2) that extends in the front-rear direction and is open upward.
[0156] To this end, the lower support bracket (3-2) is provided with a pair of sidewalls (32) that are arranged on both sides of the second busbar receiving space (31-2) and extend in the vertical direction. The sidewalls (32) extend in the front-back direction. The pair of sidewalls (32) shield both sides of the second busbar receiving space (31-2).
[0157] And the lower support bracket (3-2) is provided with a bottom wall (33) that is positioned at the bottom of the second busbar receiving space (31-2) and extends left and right to connect a pair of side walls (32). The bottom wall (33) extends in the front-back direction. The bottom wall (33) shields the lower portion of the second busbar receiving space (31-2).
[0158] And the lower support bracket (3-2) is provided with an isolation wall (34) that extends upward from near the center of the width direction of the bottom wall (33) and divides the second bus bar receiving space (31-2) into a left space and a right space. The isolation wall (34) extends in the front-back direction.
[0159] In addition, the lower support bracket (3-2) includes a plurality of fixing members (37) for fixing the lower support bracket (3-2) to a predetermined position of the reinforcing beam member (73).
[0160] The above fixed member (37) has a cantilever portion extending downward from the lower surface of the bottom wall (33) and a hook formed at the tip thereof.
[0161] The cantilever portion of the above-mentioned fixed member (37) has a rectangular cross-section whose width in the left-right direction is greater than its thickness in the front-back direction. This allows for relatively easy elastic deformation in the front-back direction, while sufficient tensile strength in the up-down direction is secured.
[0162] Four of the above-described fixing members (37) are provided. The two fixing members provided at the front are arranged side by side on the left and right, and the hooks protrude forward. The two fixing members provided at the rear are also arranged side by side on the left and right to correspond to the front fixing members, and the hooks protrude backward. In this way, the four fixing members (37) are arranged spaced apart in the left-right direction and front-to-back direction.
[0163] On the outer surface of the sidewall (32), four guide protrusions (38) protruding outward are provided. When assembling the lower support bracket (3-2) to the reinforcing beam member (73), the guide protrusions (38) come into contact with the recessed groove (731) and guide the front-rear assembly position of the lower support bracket (3-2).
[0164] The forward-backward position of the above guide protrusion (38) can correspond to the forward-backward position of the above fixing member (37). This is because the above fixing member (37) is structured to be hooked and fastened to the upper portion of the foundation beam (74) exposed by the recessed groove (731).
[0165] The front-back extension length of the side wall (32) and bottom wall (33) is greater than the front-back extension length of the recessed groove (731). Accordingly, even if the lower support bracket (3-2) is assembled to the recessed groove (731) formed portion of the reinforcing beam member (73), the lower support bracket (3-2) is stably assembled.
[0166] The forward-backward extension length of the above-mentioned isolation wall (34) is shorter than the forward-backward extension length of the above-mentioned side wall (32). Accordingly, it is easier to insert the second bus bar (8-2) into the second bus bar receiving space (31-2).
[0167] The forward-backward extension length of the above isolation wall (34) may be approximately 1 / 3 or more and 2 / 3 or less of the forward-backward extension length of the above side wall (32).
[0168] The above isolation wall (34) is arranged in the central portion of the side wall (32) in the front-rear direction. In addition, an extended isolation wall (35) protruding upward from the bottom wall (33) is further provided at the front and rear ends of the isolation wall (34). The extended isolation wall (35) extends in the front-rear direction in the remaining section where the isolation wall (34) is not provided in the front-rear direction and is connected to the isolation wall (34). The connecting portion of the isolation wall (34) and the extended isolation wall (35) is connected in a rounded manner. The height of the extended isolation wall (35) is lower than the height of the isolation wall (34).
[0169] Accordingly, while securing the rigidity of the lower support bracket (3-2), the insertion of the second bus bar (8-2) becomes easier. Furthermore, once the second bus bar (8-2) is inserted, the extension partition wall (35) can also support the separation between the two second bus bars (8-2).
[0170] The front-to-back extension length of the lower support bracket (3-2) is shorter than the front-to-back extension length of the upper support bracket (3-1), which will be described later. The lower support bracket (3-2) can be configured to be shorter than the upper support bracket (3-1) because it supports the second bus bar (8-2) at two different lengthwise locations.
[0171] The above side wall (32) and bottom wall (33) are formed thicker than the isolation wall (34) to secure the rigidity of the lower support bracket (3-2) and to secure an insulating distance from the reinforcing beam member (73) made of metal.
[0172] The above side wall (32) is reduced in thickness through the upper or lower portion. The bottom wall (33) is also reduced in thickness through the lower portion.
[0173] Referring to Fig. 10, some areas of the bottom wall (33) were secured with high strength without being subjected to weight reduction. This is because this is an area where the lower support bracket (3-2) is placed on the upper surface of the foundation beam (74) of the reinforcing beam member (73) with a recessed groove (731) in between, and this is an area where the unsupported load is concentrated in the recessed groove (731) area.
[0174] Likewise, referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, the side wall (32) is also made to support concentrated loads by reducing the thickness from the upper portion in an area corresponding to the area where the bottom wall (33) is not reduced. On the other hand, the remaining area of the side wall (32) is made to reduce the thickness from the lower portion in order to support the load of the upper support bracket (3-1) to be laminated on the upper portion of the side wall (32).
[0175] To guide the insertion of the second bus bar (8-2), a predetermined chamfer is formed on the inner corner of the upper portion of the side wall (32). Similarly, to guide the insertion of the second bus bar (8-2), the upper portion of the isolation wall (34) is rounded.
[0176] In addition, a slight incline is formed on the inner surface of the side wall (32) and on both sides of the isolation wall (34) to guide the insertion of the second bus bar (8-2).
[0177] Next, with reference to FIGS. 12 to 14, the structure of the first support bracket for supporting the first bus bar (8-1) positioned at the top will be described. Since the first support bracket is installed at a higher position than the second support bracket, it will be referred to as an upper support bracket (3-1) hereinafter.
[0178] The above upper support bracket (3-1) provides a first bus bar receiving space (31-1) that extends in the front-back direction and is open upward.
[0179] To this end, the upper support bracket (3-1) is provided with a pair of sidewalls (32) that are arranged on both sides of the first busbar receiving space (31-1) and extend in the vertical direction. The sidewalls (32) extend in the front-back direction. The pair of sidewalls (32) shield both sides of the first busbar receiving space (31-1).
[0180] And the upper support bracket (3-1) is provided with a bottom wall (33) that is positioned at the bottom of the first busbar receiving space (31-1) and extends left and right to connect a pair of side walls (32). The bottom wall (33) extends in the front-back direction. The bottom wall (33) shields the bottom of the first busbar receiving space (31-1).
[0181] The above side wall (32) has an extended side wall (329) that extends downward further than the bottom wall (33). The lower end of the extended side wall (329) is placed on the upper end of the side wall (32) of the lower support bracket (3-2). Accordingly, the pair of extended side walls (329) can define a second bus bar receiving space (31-2) together with the pair of side walls (32) of the lower support bracket (3-2). The side wall (32) of the lower support bracket (3-2) receives a load from the upper support bracket (3-1) through the extended side wall (329) of the upper support bracket (3-1).
[0182] In addition, the upper support bracket (3-1) is provided with an isolation wall (34) that extends upward from near the center of the width direction of the bottom wall (33) and divides the first bus bar receiving space (31-1) into a left space and a right space. The isolation wall (34) extends in the front-back direction.
[0183] In addition, the upper support bracket (3-1) includes a plurality of fixing members (37) for fixing the upper support bracket (3-1) to a predetermined position of the reinforcing beam member (73).
[0184] The above-mentioned fixed member (37) has a cantilever portion extending outward in an “ㄱ” shape from the outer surface of the side wall (32) and extending downward, and a hook formed at the tip thereof.
[0185] The cantilever portion of the above-mentioned fixed member (37) has a rectangular cross-section with a wider width in the front-rear direction. This allows for relatively easy elastic deformation in the left-right direction, while sufficient tensile strength in the up-down direction and tensile strength in the left-right direction are secured.
[0186] The above-mentioned fixing members (37) are provided in four numbers. The two fixing members provided in the front are arranged to face each other on the outer surfaces of a pair of side walls (32), and the hooks protrude outward. The two fixing members provided in the rear are also arranged to face each other on the outer surfaces of a pair of side walls (32) to correspond to the front fixing members, and the hooks protrude outward. In this way, the four fixing members (37) are arranged to be spaced apart in the left-right direction and in the front-back direction.
[0187] The forward-backward extension length of the above-mentioned isolation wall (34) is shorter than the forward-backward extension length of the above-mentioned side wall (32). Accordingly, it is easier to insert the first bus bar (8-1) into the first bus bar receiving space (31-1).
[0188] The forward-backward extension length of the above isolation wall (34) may be approximately 1 / 3 or more and 2 / 3 or less of the forward-backward extension length of the above side wall (32).
[0189] The above isolation wall (34) is arranged in the central portion of the side wall (32) in the front-rear direction.
[0190] Accordingly, while securing the rigidity of the upper support bracket (3-1), the insertion of the first bus bar (8-1) becomes easier. Furthermore, once the first bus bar (8-1) is inserted, the extension partition wall (35) can also support the separation state of the two first bus bars (8-1).
[0191] The above upper support bracket (3-1) further includes a separating projection (36) protruding downward from the bottom wall (33) at a position corresponding to the isolation wall (34).
[0192] The above-mentioned dividing projection (36) faces the upper end of the isolation wall (34) of the lower support bracket (3-2) in the vertical direction. Accordingly, the above-mentioned dividing projection (36), together with the isolation wall (34) of the lower support bracket (3-2), divides the second bus bar receiving space (31-2) into a left space and a right space. According to the embodiment, these are adjacent to each other but do not touch each other, so that the isolation wall (34) of the lower support bracket (3-2) does not directly receive the load of the upper support bracket (3-1).
[0193] As previously explained, the front-back extension length of the upper support bracket (3-1) is longer than the front-back extension length of the lower support bracket (3-2).
[0194] The side wall (32), the extension side wall (329), and the bottom wall (33) are formed thicker than the isolation wall (34) to secure the rigidity of the upper support bracket (3-1). In addition, the side wall (32) and the extension side wall (329) are formed thicker than the bottom wall (33) to secure an insulating distance from the reinforcing beam member (73) made of a metal material.
[0195] The above sidewall (32) is made by removing fat through the outer surface, upper part and lower part.
[0196] Referring to FIGS. 12 and 13, the area below the fixed member (37) is slightly reduced in thickness from the lower portion of the side wall (32) to support the load and secure support for the fixed member (37), and the area above the fixed member (37) is further reduced in thickness from the outer surface and upper portion of the side wall (32). Since the area above the fixed member (37) in the side wall (32) does not face the reinforcing beam member (73) laterally, the need to secure an insulating distance is relatively low.
[0197] To guide the insertion of the first bus bar (8-1), the upper end of the isolation wall (34) is rounded. In addition, a slight incline is formed on the inner surface of the side wall (32) and on both sides of the isolation wall (34) to guide the insertion of the first bus bar (8-1).
[0198] Referring to FIGS. 15 to 23 below, a method of supporting a bus bar (8) by applying a support bracket (3) of the embodiment will be described.
[0199] First, as illustrated in FIGS. 15 to 17, a lower support bracket (3-2) is installed in the recessed groove (731) formation portion of the reinforcing beam member (73). According to the embodiment, two lower support brackets (3-2) are installed in each of the two recessed groove (731) formation portions provided in the reinforcing beam member (73).
[0200] When the lower support bracket (3-2) is lowered and inserted between a pair of side wall beams (75), the guide projection (38) is guided in the forward and backward direction by the recessed groove portion of the side wall beam (75), and accordingly, the fixing member (37) of the lower support bracket (3-2) can be snap-fastened to the upper portion of the foundation beam (74) at the correct position.
[0201] Referring to Fig. 17, the height of the side wall (32) of the lower support bracket (3-2) may be approximately 1 / 2 the height of the foundation beam (74). On the other hand, the height of the isolation wall (34) may be 1 to 1.5 times the height of the side wall (32).
[0202] In this way, by limiting the height of the side wall (32) of the lower support bracket (3-2) to not be excessively high, the height at which the side wall (32) and the extension side wall (329) of the upper support bracket (3-1) are supported by the foundation beam (74) is sufficiently secured, thereby increasing the assembly stability of the upper support bracket (3-1).
[0203] Since the bottom wall (33) of the lower support bracket (3-2) is placed on the foundation beam (74), even if the height of the side wall (32) of the lower support bracket (3-2) is low, the assembly stability of the lower support bracket (3-2) is sufficiently secured. However, even so, when the lower support bracket (3-2) is used alone, it is necessary to secure a certain height of the side wall (32) to secure an insulation distance from the side wall beam (75). Taking these matters into consideration, the height of the side wall (32) of the lower support bracket (3-2) is set to approximately 1 / 2 of the height of the foundation beam (74).
[0204] On the other hand, since the height of the isolation wall (34) of the lower support bracket (3-2) does not affect the assembly stability of the upper support bracket (3-1), the isolation wall (34) of the lower support bracket (3-2) may be sufficiently high. In this respect, the height of the isolation wall (34) of the lower support bracket (3-2) may be set higher than the height of the side wall (32) within a range that does not cause interference when assembling the upper support bracket (3-1). This is a more advantageous setting even when the lower support bracket (3-2) is used alone without the upper support bracket (3-1).
[0205] Next, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, a pair of second bus bars (8-2) are lowered and inserted into the second bus bar receiving space (31-2) provided by the lower support brackets (3-2).
[0206] Next, as illustrated in FIGS. 20 and 21, the upper support bracket (3-1) is installed on the lower support bracket (3-2). According to the embodiment, the upper support bracket (3-1) is installed on one of the two lower support brackets (3-2).
[0207] To describe the assembly process in detail, first, the front-back position of the fixing member (37) of the upper support bracket (3-1) is roughly adjusted to correspond to the position of the fastening hole (732) of the foundation beam (74), and the upper support bracket (3-1) is lowered and inserted between a pair of side wall beams (75). At this time, even if the position of the fixing member (37) is slightly misaligned from the fastening hole (732), the lower part of the fixing member (37) is placed on the upper part of the side wall beam (75), and the upper support bracket (3-1) is temporarily mounted on the upper surface of the pair of side wall beams (75).
[0208] In this state, when the upper support bracket (3-1) is moved forward and backward to match the fixing member (37) and the fastening hole (732), and the upper support bracket (3-1) is pressed downward, the fixing member (37) passes through the fastening hole (732) and is snap-fastened, so that the lower part of the extended side wall (329) of the upper support bracket (3-1) is placed on the upper part of the side wall (32) of the lower support bracket (3-2).
[0209] Referring to Fig. 21, the downward protrusion length of the separating projection (36) of the upper support bracket (3-1) is set to be shorter than the downward extension length of the extended side wall (329). According to an embodiment, the height of the separating projection (36) is 0.1 to 0.5 times the height of the extended side wall (329). Accordingly, the height of the separating wall (34) of the lower support bracket (3-2) can be sufficiently secured, while also securing the rigidity of the bottom wall (33) of the upper support bracket (3-1).
[0210] In addition, the side wall (32) of the upper support bracket (3-1) is supported facing the side wall beam (75) at a height corresponding to approximately 1 / 2 of the side wall beam (75). Accordingly, the assembly stability of the upper support bracket (3-1) can be sufficiently secured.
[0211] The height of the isolation wall (34) of the upper support bracket (3-1) may be equal to or less than the height of the side wall (32). According to an embodiment, the height of the isolation wall (34) may be 0.5 to 1.0 times the height of the side wall (32). It is preferable that the height of the isolation wall (34) be close to the height of the side wall (32).
[0212] Finally, as shown in FIGS. 22 and 23, the first bus bar (8-1) is lowered and inserted into the first bus bar receiving space (31-1) of the upper support bracket (3-1) from the upper portion of the upper support bracket (3-1).
[0213] Then, the first bus bar (8-1) can be supported by the upper support bracket (3-1) at a point halfway along its length, and the second bus bar (8-2) can be supported by the lower support bracket (3-2) at points halfway along its length and two-thirds along its length.
[0214] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings exemplified above, it is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments and drawings disclosed herein, and that various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention. Furthermore, even if the operational effects according to the configuration of the present invention have not been explicitly described while describing the embodiments of the present invention, it is natural that the effects predictable by the corresponding configuration should also be acknowledged.
