[0001] Related applications
[0002] This application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 2023109575056, filed on August 1, 2023, entitled “Display Panel and Display Device”, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field
[0003] The present application belongs to the field of display technology, and specifically relates to a display panel and a display device. Background Art
[0004] Due to the influence of front-facing cameras, various custom-shaped screens are currently prevalent on the market, including notches, waterdrop notches, and punch-hole displays. These unusual structures somewhat impact the aesthetics of the screen. While phones with pop-up cameras or sliders offer true full-screen displays, pop-up and slider cameras are not only expensive and difficult to design, but also require significantly improved drop resistance. Therefore, under-display cameras offer the optimal solution for full-screen displays, balancing cost and performance. However, existing under-display cameras offer poor imaging quality.

[0031] The present application is further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be noted that the technical features involved in the various embodiments of the present application described below can be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary and are intended to be used to explain the present application, and should not be understood as limiting the present application.
[0032] Example 1
[0033] Embodiment 1 of the present application provides a display panel 10, which may be an OLED (organic light-emitting diode) display. As shown in FIG1 , the display panel 10 includes a normal display area 11 and a photosensitive display area 12. The normal display area 11 is used to display a normal image. The photosensitive display area 12 corresponds to a photosensitive element 20. The photosensitive display area 12 includes a plurality of regularly arranged display pixel areas 120 and light-transmitting areas 121 located between adjacent display pixel areas 120. The light-transmitting areas 121 are arranged alternately with the display pixel areas 120, as shown in FIG2 .
[0034] It is understandable that by setting a light-transmitting area 121 adjacent to the display pixel area 120 on the photosensitive display area 12, the amount of light entering the photosensitive element 20 can be increased, thereby improving the photographic visual effect of the photosensitive element 20 under the display panel 10.
[0035] In addition, as shown in FIG2 , the display pixel area 120 includes a plurality of pixel units 1200 , each of which includes a plurality of display sub-pixels 1201 of different colors, such as a red display sub-pixel, a green display sub-pixel, or a blue display sub-pixel. The plurality of display sub-pixels 1201 of different colors can be arranged alternately in the row direction or in other arrangements, which can be specifically designed according to different embodiments. Each display sub-pixel 1201 includes a display light-emitting diode, which includes a display light-emitting portion 122 , which is formed on the organic light-emitting functional layer, as shown in FIG3 .
[0036] It should be noted that the display light-emitting units 122 can emit light of the same color, and the color of the light emitted by the display light-emitting units 122 can be changed by the color resist unit 190 described below, thereby realizing display sub-pixels 1201 of different colors. Alternatively, each display light-emitting unit 122 can emit light of different colors, for example, red light, green light, and blue light, and the color of the light emitted corresponds to the display sub-pixel 1201. That is, a display light-emitting unit 122 emitting red light corresponds to a red display sub-pixel, a display light-emitting unit 122 emitting green light corresponds to a green display sub-pixel, and a display light-emitting unit 122 emitting blue light corresponds to a blue display sub-pixel.
[0037] In the embodiment of the present application, referring to FIG. 4 or FIG. 5 , the display panel 10 includes a substrate 13 and a driving circuit layer 14 , a planarization layer 15 , and a pixel definition layer 16 sequentially formed on the substrate 13 .
[0038] It can be understood that the substrate 13 can be a rigid substrate 13 made of glass, but is not limited to this. It can also be a flexible substrate 13 made of materials such as polyimide (abbreviated as polyimide). That is to say, the display device of the present application is not limited to a rigid, non-bendable panel, but can also be a flexible, bendable panel.
[0039] In addition, the driving circuit layer 14 may include circuit structures such as thin-film transistors and wiring to drive the light-emitting diodes mentioned below. A detailed description thereof is omitted here. A planarization layer 15 is provided on the side of the driving circuit layer 14 away from the substrate 13 to planarize the driving circuit layer 14 to facilitate the arrangement of the light-emitting diodes mentioned below, so that the light-emitting diodes of the entire display panel 10 are on the same plane, thereby ensuring a good display effect.
[0040] As shown in FIG. 4 or FIG. 5 , the pixel definition layer 16 may include a plurality of spaced-apart pixel openings 161 and pixel definition portions 160 located between adjacent pixel openings 161. In other words, the pixel definition layer 16 as a whole can be viewed as a grid-like hollow structure layer. The hollowed-out regions are the pixel openings 161 used to form pixels in this embodiment, while the non-hollowed-out regions are the pixel definition portions 160 in this embodiment. It should be understood that the surface of the pixel definition portion 160 away from the substrate 13 is a flat surface. For example, the pixel definition layer 16 may be made of a material such as PI.
[0041] In addition, the above-mentioned display light-emitting diode also includes a display anode 123 and a display cathode 124. As shown in Figure 4 or Figure 5, the display anode 123 is arranged on the side of the display light-emitting portion 122 close to the substrate 13, and the display cathode 124 is arranged on the side of the display light-emitting portion 122 away from the substrate 13.
[0042] It should be understood that the display anodes 123 of each display LED in the display panel 10 are spaced apart from each other so that each display LED can be driven independently of each other, and the display cathodes 124 of each display LED can be connected to each other to form an entire surface electrode to reduce processing costs.
[0043] Among them, the display anode 123 may include a first conductive layer, which is formed on the side of the planarization layer 15 away from the driving circuit layer 14 and is located between the planarization layer 15 and the pixel definition layer 16. That is, in the process of manufacturing the display panel 10, the first conductive layer is first formed on the planarization layer 15, and then the pixel definition layer 16 is manufactured. The pixel definition portion 160 covers the edge area of the first conductive layer. The edge area of the first conductive layer can be connected to structures such as thin film transistors in the driving circuit layer 14, and the pixel opening 161 exposes the middle area of the first conductive layer. The display light-emitting portion 122 is located in the pixel opening 161 and contacts the middle area of the first conductive layer.
[0044] For example, the first conductive layer may have a multilayer structure, that is, the first conductive layer may include at least a reflective layer and a high work function material layer stacked in sequence. The high work function material layer may include indium tin oxide (ITO), indium zinc oxide (IZO), zinc oxide (ZnO), or indium oxide (In2O3); the reflective layer may include silver (Ag). In other words, the first conductive layer may have an ITO / Ag multilayer structure, but is not limited thereto. The first conductive layer may also include a high work function material layer, a reflective layer, and a high work function material layer stacked in sequence. For example, the first conductive layer may have an ITO / Ag / ITO multilayer structure.
[0045] The display light emitting portion 122 may be located within the pixel opening 161. That is, when manufacturing the display panel 10, the pixel definition layer 16 may be manufactured first, and then the display light emitting portion 122 may be manufactured after the pixel definition layer 16 is manufactured, so that the display light emitting portion 122 is formed within the pixel opening 161. For example, the display light emitting portion 122 may be formed within the pixel opening 161 by vapor deposition or other methods.
[0046] It can be understood that the number of the display light emitting portions 122 is the same as the number of the pixel openings 161 , and they correspond one to one.
[0047] It should be understood that the display light-emitting portion 122 may include a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an organic light-emitting material layer, an electron transport layer and an electron injection layer stacked in sequence, the hole injection layer is in contact with the display anode 123, and the electron injection layer is in contact with the display cathode 124, but is not limited to this. The display light-emitting portion 122 may also include only a hole transport layer, a light-emitting material layer and an electron transport layer, or other structures, depending on actual needs.
[0048] The display cathode 124 may be formed after forming the display light-emitting portion 122 and is in contact with the display light-emitting portion 122. The display cathode 124 may include a low work function material layer containing Li, Ca, LiF / Ca, LiF / Al, Al, Mg, Ag, Pt, Pd, Ni, Au, Nd, Ir, Cr, BaF2, Ba, compounds thereof, or mixtures thereof. For example, the display cathode 124 may include a low work function material layer made of a mixture of Ag and Mg.
[0049] It is worth mentioning that the display cathode 124 in the normal display area 11 and the display cathode 124 in the photosensitive display area 12 can be designed as a whole surface, or the display cathodes 124 in the two areas can be separated from each other, that is, designed separately and connected by metal wiring.
[0050] In addition, referring to FIG. 4 or FIG. 5 , the display panel 10 further includes an encapsulation layer 17 , which is located on the side of the display light-emitting diode away from the substrate 13 . The encapsulation layer 17 includes a first inorganic encapsulation layer 170 , an organic encapsulation layer 171 , and a second inorganic encapsulation layer 172 , which are stacked in sequence.
[0051] In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 4 or FIG. 5 , the display panel 10 utilizes COE technology, i.e., the display panel 10 further includes a shielding layer 18 and a color resist layer 19 formed on the second inorganic encapsulation layer 172. The color resist layer 19 includes a plurality of color resist portions 190 spaced apart from each other, and adjacent color resist portions 190 have different colors. To prevent color mixing between adjacent color resist portions 190, a shielding layer 18 made of a light-shielding material is provided between adjacent color resist portions 190. The orthographic projections of the color resist portions 190 on the substrate 13 overlap with the orthographic projections of the shielding layer 18 on the substrate 13 to prevent the color resist portions 190 from falling off and ensure a good display effect.
[0052] Among them, each display light-emitting diode corresponds to a color resist portion 190 of a light-emitting color. The color resist portion 190 can efficiently absorb all wavelengths of ambient light. The R (red), G (green), and B (blue) color resist portions 190 can ensure that 80% or even more of the display light emitted by the display light-emitting portion 122 is transmitted. While further purifying, it can also effectively absorb other wavelengths of light in the ambient light that are not the corresponding primary colors. In this way, the reflection of ambient light by the display device can be reduced without the use of a circular polarizer, so that the display has better contrast and more accurate and wider color expression.
[0053] Furthermore, referring to FIG4 or FIG5 , the display panel 10 further includes a substrate 100 and an anti-reflection layer 110. The anti-reflection layer 110 is provided on the side of the color-resistance layer 19 and the shielding layer 18 away from the second inorganic encapsulation layer 172. That is, when the color-resistance layer 19 and the shielding layer 18 are manufactured, the shielding layer 18 and the color-resistance layer 19 are manufactured on the second inorganic encapsulation layer 172 in advance, and then the anti-reflection layer 110 is manufactured. The anti-reflection layer 110 can reduce the reflection intensity of the external ambient light on the screen, thereby eliminating the polarizer of the display panel 10. This not only reduces the overall thickness of the display panel 10, but also may increase the light output rate, greatly increase the light output brightness, and reduce the power consumption of the display panel 10. The substrate 100 is provided on the side of the anti-reflection layer 110 away from the substrate 13 to cover the anti-reflection layer 110 and improve the light output effect.
[0054] In the embodiment of the present application, within the photosensitive display area 12 , there is a black area between the light-transmitting area 121 and the display pixel area 120 . The black area is a metal wiring area or the above-mentioned shielding layer 18 .
[0055] In order to increase the transmittance of light in the photosensitive display area 12 and thus improve the imaging effect of the photosensitive element 20 , the light-transmitting area 121 includes a main light-transmitting area 1210 , as shown in FIG. 2 .
[0056] As shown in FIG2 , the main light-transmitting area 1210 is located between adjacent pixel units 1200, that is, adjacent pixel units 1200 can share this main light-transmitting area 1210. In order to better improve the transmittance of light, the pixel units 1200 in adjacent rows are arranged crosswise with each other, that is, the two pixel units 1200 in two adjacent rows are in a "Z" shape. In other words, one main light-transmitting area 1210 can be surrounded by four pixel units 1200, and these four pixel units 1200 can share this main light-transmitting area 1210. It can also be understood that four main light-transmitting areas 1210 surround one pixel unit 1200, and by increasing the number of main light-transmitting areas 1210 in the photosensitive display area 12, the amount of light entering the photosensitive element 20 is increased, thereby improving the imaging effect of the photosensitive element 20.
[0057] This main light-transmitting area 1210 can be a square or rectangular structure, and in order to reduce or improve the light diffraction phenomenon, the edge corners of the main light-transmitting area 1210 are designed to be rounded, that is, the edge of the main light-transmitting area 1210 is a rounded rectangular structure or a rounded square structure.
[0058] It is understandable that the main light-transmitting area 1210 may also be designed as a circular or elliptical structure to improve the light diffraction phenomenon, and the specific design may be carried out according to different embodiments.
[0059] In addition, the photosensitive element 20 is located below the substrate 13 , and light enters the photosensitive element 20 through the main light-transmitting area 1210 to achieve an imaging effect.
[0060] In order to improve the transmittance of light, the portion located in the main light-transmitting area 1210 among the planarization layer 15, the pixel definition layer 16 and the encapsulation layer 17 is the light-transmitting portion. The refractive index of the light-transmitting portion of at least one of the planarization layer 15, the pixel definition layer 16 and the encapsulation layer 17 is greater than the refractive index of the other film layers surrounding this light-transmitting portion. By changing the path of the light through the difference in refractive index, the light under a wide viewing angle can enter the photosensitive element 20, thereby increasing the amount of light entering the photosensitive element 20, and thereby improving the collection brightness of the photosensitive element 20 when shooting, thereby improving the shooting brightness of the photosensitive element 20.
[0061] It is understandable that the light-transmitting portion may be composed of a light-transmitting hole 1213 and a light-transmitting material 1214 , that is, the light-transmitting hole 1213 is opened on the planarization layer 15 , the pixel definition layer 16 and the encapsulation layer 17 and filled with the light-transmitting material 1214 .
[0062] In addition, the light-transmitting hole 1213 and the light-transmitting material 1214 can be provided in one, two or three of the planarization layer 15 , the pixel definition layer 16 and the encapsulation layer 17 .
[0063] For example, a light-transmitting hole 1213 is opened at the position of the main light-transmitting area 1210, as shown in Figure 3 or Figure 6, and a light-transmitting material 1214 is filled in the light-transmitting hole 1213, as shown in Figure 4. The refractive index of the light-transmitting material 1214 is greater than the refractive index of the film layer surrounding the light-transmitting material 1214, so that light at a wider viewing angle can be refracted into the photosensitive element 20 through the refractive material. That is to say, referring to FIG3 , originally only the light at the critical angle α could pass through the main light-transmitting area 1210 and enter the photosensitive element 20 in a straight line; referring to FIG4 or FIG5 , now the light at the critical angle β (β>α) can also enter the photosensitive element 20 through the refraction of the light-transmitting material 1214, and then the light at the critical angle α to the critical angle β can also be refracted through the light-transmitting material 1214 and enter the photosensitive element 20, thereby increasing the amount of light that can enter the main light-transmitting area 1210, thereby increasing the amount of light that enters the photosensitive element 20, thereby increasing the collection brightness of the photosensitive element 20 when shooting, and improving the shooting brightness of the photosensitive element 20.
[0064] It can be understood that the critical α angle / critical β angle refers to the light just falling on the edge of the photosensitive element 20, that is, the light can enter the photosensitive element 20; and when the angle is greater than the critical α angle / critical β angle, the light will fall outside the photosensitive element 20, that is, when the angle is greater than the critical α angle / critical β angle, the photosensitive element 20 will not collect the light.
[0065] To prevent the light-transmitting material 1214 from affecting the display effect, as shown in FIG3 or FIG6 , the light-transmitting hole 1213 can be provided between adjacent display sub-pixels 1201, without overlapping with the display light-emitting portion 122. For example, the main light-transmitting region 1210 corresponds to the pixel definition portion 160, that is, the light-transmitting hole 1213 is provided in the pixel definition portion 160 and at a position perpendicular to the pixel definition portion 160, and the light-transmitting hole 1213 is filled with the light-transmitting material 1214.
[0066] For example, the pixel definition portion 160 and the blocking layer 18 corresponding to the pixel definition portion 160 , the second inorganic encapsulation layer 172 , the organic encapsulation layer 171 , the first inorganic encapsulation layer 170 and the display cathode 124 all have light-transmitting holes 1213 , and then the light-transmitting holes 1213 are filled with light-transmitting material 1214 .
[0067] In some optional embodiments, as shown in FIG3 , the pixel definition portion 160 and the shielding layer 18, second inorganic encapsulation layer 172, organic encapsulation layer 171, first inorganic encapsulation layer 170, and display cathode 124 corresponding to the pixel definition portion 160 are each provided with a light-transmitting hole 1213. Specifically, a hole is provided at the location of the pixel definition portion 160, and this hole can extend to the planarization layer 15 and partially expose the planarization layer 15. In other words, the light-transmitting hole 1213 passes through the pixel definition portion 160 but does not continue to penetrate, but only penetrates the planarization layer 15.
[0068] Another optional embodiment, as shown in Figure 6, the pixel definition portion 160 and the blocking layer 18 corresponding to the pixel definition portion 160, the second inorganic encapsulation layer 172, the organic encapsulation layer 171, the first inorganic encapsulation layer 170, the display cathode 124 and the planarization layer 15 are all provided with a light-transmitting hole 1213, that is, an opening is opened at the position of the pixel definition portion 160, and the bottom of this opening can be located in the planarization layer 15, that is, only a partial opening is opened on the planarization layer 15, and the planarization layer 15 is not penetrated. The method of opening a partial opening in the planarization layer 15 can protect the metal wiring on the driving circuit layer 14. Of course, the bottom of the opening can also pass through the planarization layer 15, that is, the opening leaks part of the driving circuit layer 14. Compared with the above-mentioned opening only in the pixel definition part 160, and the opening part is located in the planarization layer 15, the light-transmitting material 1214 is completely filled in the planarization layer 15, and the area where the light is refracted can be larger and wider, which allows light at a larger viewing angle to pass through the light-transmitting material 1214 into the photosensitive element 20.
[0069] It should be noted that the light-transmitting hole 1213 can be formed by opening the blocking layer 18, the second inorganic encapsulation layer 172, the organic encapsulation layer 171, the first inorganic encapsulation layer 170, the display cathode 124, the pixel definition portion 160, and the planarization layer 15 located at the main light-transmitting area 1210 together after the blocking layer 18 is manufactured, to form the entire light-transmitting hole 1213. Alternatively, a layer of light-transmitting hole 1213 can be opened when the corresponding layer is manufactured, that is, the light-transmitting hole 1213 is manufactured when the planarization layer 15 is manufactured, the light-transmitting hole 1213 is manufactured when the pixel definition portion 160 is manufactured, and so on, until the entire light-transmitting hole 1213 is completed when the blocking layer 18 is manufactured, and the light-transmitting holes 1213 on each layer correspond to each other and are connected, so that the light-transmitting hole 1213 is filled with the light-transmitting material 1214 to ensure the light transmission effect.
[0070] Of course, the filling of the light-transmitting material 1214 can be performed after forming a layer of light-transmitting holes 1213 .
[0071] For example, the light-transmitting material 1214 can be a mixture of high-refractive index materials such as silicon nitride (SiN) and silicon oxide (SiO) with organic matter in different proportions, or a high-refractive index organic film formed by organic analytical structures with different chain lengths and analytical structures.
[0072] For example, when the light-transmitting material 1214 is silicon nitride (SiN), its refractive index can reach 1.7 to 1.9, such as 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, etc.
[0073] 4 or 5 , when the light-transmitting material 1214 fills the light-transmitting hole 1213, it is surrounded by the pixel definition portion 160, the display cathode 124, the encapsulation layer 17, and the shielding layer 18, and the refractive index of the light-transmitting material 1214 is greater than the refractive index of the other film layers surrounding the light-transmitting material 1214. In other words, when the light-transmitting hole 1213 is only formed in the pixel definition portion 160, the display cathode 124, the encapsulation layer 17, and the shielding layer 18, the refractive index of the light-transmitting material 1214 is greater than the refractive index of the pixel definition portion 160, the refractive index of the display cathode 124, the encapsulation layer 17, and the shielding layer 18. When the light-transmitting hole 1213 is formed in the planarization layer 15, the refractive index of the light-transmitting material 1214 is greater than the refractive index of the planarization layer 15.
[0074] Furthermore, the anti-reflection layer 110 located above the color-resist layer 19 and the shielding layer 18 has a refractive index of 1.55. This means that the refractive index of the anti-reflection layer 110 is lower than that of the light-transmitting material 1214. Furthermore, the refractive indices of the pixel definition portion 160, the display cathode 124, the encapsulation layer 17, and the shielding layer 18 are also the same as that of the anti-reflection layer 110. In other words, when the light-transmitting material 1214 is not present, light entering the anti-reflection layer 110 does not refract, but instead travels straight into the main light-transmitting area 1210.
[0075] It can be understood that after filling the light-transmitting material 1214, since the refractive index of the anti-reflection layer 110, the pixel definition part 160, the blocking layer 18, the encapsulation layer 17 and the display cathode 124 are all smaller than the refractive index of the light-transmitting material 1214, according to the law of refraction, it can be understood that the incident angle of the light is greater than the exit angle of the light, which means that light with a large viewing angle can be refracted through the light-transmitting material 1214 and fall onto the photosensitive element 20.
[0076] That is to say, light with an angle smaller than the critical α can fall straight onto the photosensitive element 20 when the light-transmitting material 1214 is not filled, and light with an angle greater than the critical α cannot fall onto the photosensitive element 20 when the light-transmitting material 1214 is not filled; and when the light-transmitting material 1214 is filled, light with an angle greater than the critical α can be refracted into the photosensitive element 20 due to the difference in refractive index between the light-transmitting material 1214 and the film layer surrounding it, that is, the use of the light-transmitting material 1214 can make light with an angle from the critical α to the critical β fall into the photosensitive element 20, so that more light can fall into the photosensitive element 20 through refraction, thereby improving the light collection angle of the photosensitive element 20 during shooting, thereby improving the shooting brightness, increasing the shooting angle, and obtaining more realistic pictures.
[0077] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 7, a convex lens 1215 can be formed between the first inorganic encapsulation layer 170 and the organic encapsulation layer 171. The convex surface of the convex lens 1215 faces the side away from the organic light-emitting functional layer. Light passing through the convex lens 1215 will be refracted, and then the light can be introduced into the photosensitive element 20, so that the photosensitive element 20 obtains more light, increases the camera's collection angle of view, increases the collection content, and improves the shooting visual effect of the photosensitive element 20.
[0078] It is understood that the convex lens 1215 can be made of the above-mentioned light-transmitting material 1214, that is, the convex lens 1215 structure can be formed by coating, exposure, development, and baking. Referring to Figures 8, 9, and 10, for example, after the first inorganic encapsulation layer 170 is formed, the entire layer of light-transmitting material 1214 is coated, or a high-refractive index film layer is formed on the first inorganic encapsulation layer 170 by dripping similar to ODF, and then a patterned high-refractive index film is formed by exposure and development, and then a certain baking process is performed to form the convex lens 1215 structure.
[0079] Since the light-transmitting material 1214 needs to be exposed, developed, and baked, and to avoid damage to the display light-emitting portion 122 during the process of manufacturing the convex lens 1215, the convex lens 1215 structure is disposed between the first inorganic encapsulation layer 170 and the organic encapsulation layer 171. The organic encapsulation layer 171 also serves to planarize the surface, that is, the side of the organic encapsulation layer 171 away from the first inorganic encapsulation layer 170 is flat.
[0080] In other embodiments, as shown in FIG. 11 , the top and / or bottom of the convex lens 1215 may be filled with a light-transmitting material 1214 to ensure that more light can enter the photosensitive element 20 through refraction.
[0081] Furthermore, referring to FIG2 , in order to avoid distortion and rounding of the image captured by the photosensitive element 20, the light-transmitting area 121 also includes a compensation light-transmitting area 1211. The compensation light-transmitting area 1211 is formed at the rounded corner of the main light-transmitting area 1210 and is spaced apart from the main light-transmitting area 1210. The side of the compensation light-transmitting area 1211 close to the rounded corner has a right-angle corner.
[0082] It can be understood that the right-angled corner on one side of the compensation light-transmitting area 1211 near the rounded corner can fill the rounded corner of the main light-transmitting area 1210, avoid the image from being rounded, and enable the captured picture to better restore the captured content.
[0083] In addition, as shown in Figures 3 and 6, this compensation light-transmitting area 1211 can also adopt the same structure as the above-mentioned main light-transmitting area 1210, that is, a light-transmitting hole 1213 is opened at the position corresponding to the compensation light-transmitting area 1211, and the light-transmitting hole 1213 is filled with light-transmitting material 1214, thereby increasing the amount of light entering the photosensitive element 20.
[0084] For example, the compensating light-transmitting area 1211 can have a light-transmitting hole 1213 at a position corresponding to the pixel definition portion 160, and the light-transmitting hole 1213 can be spaced apart from the light-transmitting hole 1213 of the main light-transmitting area 1210. That is, the light-transmitting hole 1213 is opened on the shielding layer 18, the encapsulation layer 17, the display cathode 124, the pixel definition portion 160 and the planarization layer 15 corresponding to the compensating light-transmitting area 1211, and the light-transmitting hole 1213 is filled with a light-transmitting material 1214. It is understandable that the light-transmitting material 1214 of the main light-transmitting area 1210 and the compensating light-transmitting area 1211 can be the same or different, and can be specifically designed according to different embodiments. By adding the compensating light-transmitting area 1211, the amount of light entering the photosensitive element 20 can be increased, the brightness of the captured image can be increased, the shooting visual effect can be improved, and the captured content can be increased. Furthermore, a convex lens 1215 structure may be formed on the first inorganic encapsulation layer 170 and the organic encapsulation layer 171 within the compensation light-transmitting region 1211, and the convex lenses 1215 in the compensation light-transmitting region 1211 are spaced apart from the convex lenses 1215 in the main light-transmitting region 1210. The specific design of the convex lens 1215 structure in the compensation light-transmitting region 1211 can refer to the above-described design of the convex lens 1215 structure in the main light-transmitting region 1210, as shown in Figures 7, 10, and 11.
[0085] It is worth mentioning that the display cathodes 124 in the photosensitive display area 12 can be connected to each other through a transparent metal material, so that the display cathodes 124 can be turned on and off by one-touch control.
[0086] Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2 , adjacent light-transmitting areas 121 share a compensating light-transmitting area 1211 , so as to save space in the light-sensitive display area 12 and to arrange more pixel units 1200 .
[0087] Furthermore, as shown in FIG2 , the main light-transmitting area 1210 has a first linear side parallel to a first direction and a second linear side parallel to a second direction, with the first and second directions being perpendicular to each other. The compensating light-transmitting area 1211 is a rectangular shape, with the angle formed between the linear side of the compensating light-transmitting area 1211 near the rounded corner and the first or second linear side ranging from 30° to 60°. For example, the angle can be 30°, 45°, or 60°.
[0088] In an optional embodiment, the included angles between the straight edge of the compensation light-transmitting area 1211 near the rounded corner and the first straight edge and the second straight edge are both 45°. At this time, the right-angle inflection point of the compensation light-transmitting area 1211 near the first straight edge is collinear with the first straight edge; that is, the straight edge of the compensation light-transmitting area 1211 is tangent to the rounded corner of the main light-transmitting area 1210, and the rounded corners of the compensation light-transmitting area 1211 and the main light-transmitting area 1210 are filled to avoid rounding the four corners of the square image and ensure that the image is truly restored.
[0089] In another optional embodiment, the right-angle inflection point of the compensation light-transmitting area 1211 close to the first straight line edge is arranged collinearly with the first straight line edge, and the right-angle inflection point of the compensation light-transmitting area 1211 close to the second straight line edge is arranged collinearly with the second straight line edge, so as to fill and compensate for the rounded corners of the main light-transmitting area 1210, thereby avoiding the rounding of the four corners of the square image and ensuring the true restoration of the image.
[0090] It is worth mentioning that the distance between the rectangular compensation light-transmitting area 1211 and the rounded corner and the distance between the rectangular compensation light-transmitting area 1211 and the pixel unit 1200 are greater than or equal to 3μm, such as 3μm, 4μm, 5μm, 6μm, 7μm, etc.
[0091] The present application solution fills the positions corresponding to the main light-transmitting area 1210 and the compensation light-transmitting area 1211 with a light-transmitting material 1214. The refractive index of the light-transmitting material 1214 is greater than the refractive index of the film layer surrounding the light-transmitting material 1214, so that light at a wide viewing angle can enter the photosensitive element 20 through refraction. In other words, more light can enter the photosensitive element 20 through the light-transmitting material 1214, thereby improving the shooting brightness of the photosensitive element 20 and improving the authenticity of the captured image. In addition, the present application solution also improves the diffraction phenomenon of light by designing the main light-transmitting area 1210 as a rounded rectangular structure, and forms a compensation light-transmitting area 1211 at the rounded corner of the main light-transmitting area 1210. The side of the compensation light-transmitting area 1211 near the rounded corner is provided with a right-angled corner to compensate for the rounded edge of the main light-transmitting area 1210, thereby avoiding the rounding of the square image, ensuring that the image captured by the photosensitive element 20 is not distorted, and making the image more realistic.
[0092] Example 2
[0093] The difference between the second embodiment of the present application and the first embodiment is that: as shown in Figure 12, the compensating light-transmitting area 1211 includes at least two sub-light-transmitting areas 12110, and the at least two sub-light-transmitting areas 12110 are arranged at intervals, and the arrangement direction of the at least two sub-light-transmitting areas 12110 is located in the same plane as the first direction and the second direction and intersects. Each sub-light-transmitting area 12110 can be a right-angled triangle, and the acute angle of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 ranges from 30° to 60°, for example, it can be 30°, 45°, or 60°. The right-angled corners of adjacent sub-light-transmitting areas 12110 are close to the rounded corners of different main light-transmitting areas 1210, so that adjacent main light-transmitting areas 1210 can share this compensating light-transmitting area 1211.
[0094] In an optional embodiment, the acute angle of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is 45°; and one right-angled side of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is parallel to the first direction, and the other right-angled side is parallel to the second direction; and in adjacent sub-light-transmitting areas 12110: the hypotenuse of one sub-light-transmitting area 12110 and the inflection point of the right-angled corner of another sub-light-transmitting area 12110 are collinearly arranged.
[0095] For example, the main light-transmitting area 1210 has a square structure with rounded corners, and the compensating light-transmitting area 1211 includes two sub-light-transmitting areas 12110. Each sub-light-transmitting area 12110 has an acute angle of 45°. The two sub-light-transmitting areas 12110 are arranged along the diagonal extension direction of the main light-transmitting area 1210. That is, one right-angled side of each sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is parallel to the first direction, and the other right-angled side is parallel to the second direction. In a compensating light-transmitting area 1211, the hypotenuse of one sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is collinear with the inflection point of the right-angled corner of the other sub-light-transmitting area 12110. That is to say, the right angle of one sub-light-transmitting area 12110 faces the rounded corner of the main light-transmitting area 1210, and the right angle of another sub-light-transmitting area 12110 faces the rounded corner of the adjacent main light-transmitting area 1210, so as to compensate and fill the rounded corner of the main light-transmitting area 1210 to avoid rounding the corners of the square picture and ensure the shooting effect.
[0096] In another optional embodiment, the acute angle of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is 45°; and one right-angled side of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is parallel to the first direction, and the other right-angled side is parallel to the second direction; or in adjacent sub-light-transmitting areas 12110: the hypotenuse of one sub-light-transmitting area 12110 and the inflection point of the right-angled corner of another sub-light-transmitting area 12110 are collinearly arranged.
[0097] That is, the acute angle of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is 45°, one right-angled side of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is parallel to the first direction, and the other right-angled side is parallel to the second direction; in adjacent sub-light-transmitting areas, the hypotenuse of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 and the inflection point of the right-angled corner of another sub-light-transmitting area 12110 may not be collinear.
[0098] In another optional embodiment, the acute angle of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is 45°; or one right-angled side of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is parallel to the first direction, and the other right-angled side is parallel to the second direction; or in adjacent sub-light-transmitting areas 12110: the hypotenuse of one sub-light-transmitting area 12110 and the inflection point of the right-angled corner of another sub-light-transmitting area 12110 are collinearly arranged.
[0099] That is, the acute angle of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is 45°, one right-angled side of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is not parallel to the first direction, the other right-angled side is not parallel to the second direction, and in adjacent sub-light-transmitting areas 12110: the hypotenuse of one sub-light-transmitting area 12110 and the inflection point of the right-angled corner of another sub-light-transmitting area 12110 are not collinear.
[0100] In another optional embodiment, the acute angle of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is 45°; or one right-angled side of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is parallel to the first direction, and the other right-angled side is parallel to the second direction; and in adjacent sub-light-transmitting areas 12110: the hypotenuse of one sub-light-transmitting area 12110 and the inflection point of the right-angled corner of another sub-light-transmitting area 12110 are collinearly arranged.
[0101] That is, the acute angle of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is 45°; one right-angled side of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 is not parallel to the first direction, and the other right-angled side is not parallel to the second direction; but in adjacent sub-light-transmitting areas 12110: the hypotenuse of one sub-light-transmitting area 12110 and the inflection point of the right-angled corner of another sub-light-transmitting area 12110 are collinearly arranged.
[0102] It is worth mentioning that the distance between each side of the sub-light-transmitting area 12110 and the edge of the main light-transmitting area 1210 is greater than or equal to 3 μm, for example, 3 μm, 4 μm, 5 μm, 6 μm, 7 μm, etc.
[0103] The present application solution provides a right-angled corner on one side of the compensating light-transmitting area 1211 close to the rounded corner to compensate and fill the rounded corner of the main light-transmitting area 1210, so as to avoid the rounding of the square image, ensure that the image taken by the photosensitive element 20 is not distorted, and make the image more realistically restored.
