Description

bed

[0001] The present invention relates to a bed.

[0002] Many beds are designed to be disassembled and reassembled for the convenience of transportation, storage, and loading / unloading into homes and buildings. Care beds used in care settings, in particular, are structurally complex, expensive, and have a short service life compared to regular beds, and are therefore often rented to end users. Care bed rental companies routinely disassemble and reassemble care beds frequently. Conventional care beds use a large number of fasteners, such as connecting pins or fastening bolts, that are prepared separately from the interconnected parts to connect and fasten the parts together.

[0003] For example, when assembling a bed, a pin and a split pin that prevents the pin from falling out are used as separate parts to connect the base frame and the center frame.

[0004] Patent document 1 also discloses a configuration in which an automatic locking mechanism consisting of a locking member and a coil spring, etc. is provided on the center frame, and when the base frame and center frame are connected, the automatic locking mechanism automatically locks the center frame to the base frame.

[0005] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2022-013893

[0006] However, using a fastener as a separate part from the connected part, such as a frame, is costly, and a case is required to store the separate part, which adds to the cost. Furthermore, having a separate fastener increases the number of assembly steps and the assembly time. Furthermore, as a separate part, there is a risk that the fastener will be lost.

[0007] Furthermore, by providing an automatic locking mechanism, as in the bed of Patent Document 1, the number of parts required to configure this mechanism increases, which increases costs, and the mechanism becomes more complex, which may lead to unexpected mechanical malfunctions. Furthermore, because the automatic locking mechanism requires a different bed assembly method than before, workers will need new knowledge and other skills when assembling the bed.

[0008] SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a bed that can be easily assembled and disassembled at low cost.

[0009] A bed according to one embodiment can be disassembled into multiple parts and completed by assembling and connecting the multiple parts in a predetermined relative position, wherein the multiple parts include a first part having a first connecting hole formed therein, a second part having a second connecting hole formed therein, a third part having a third connecting hole formed therein, and a fastener, wherein when the first part, the second part, and the third part are assembled in a predetermined relative position, the first connecting hole, the second connecting hole, and the third connecting hole are configured to communicate with each other, and the fastener is inserted into the first connecting hole, the second connecting hole, and the third connecting hole, thereby connecting the first part, the second part, and the third part so that they do not come off from the predetermined relative position.

[0010] The first and second components may be combined at the predetermined relative position by engaging a first engaging portion provided on the first component with a second engaging portion provided on the second component.

[0011] The first part may be a base frame that raises and lowers the bed, the second part may be a center frame supported by the base frame, and the third part may be at least one of a head frame or a foot frame connected to the center frame.

[0012] The first engagement portion may be a rotating shaft portion provided on the base frame that abuts against the center frame to raise and lower the bed, the first connecting hole passing through the rotating shaft portion, and the second engagement portion may be a shaft holding portion that accommodates and holds the rotating shaft portion.

[0013] The shaft holder may have an arch-shaped main body capable of accommodating the rotating shaft.

[0014] The center frame may have a protrusion and a mounting plate, and the head frame or the foot frame may have a locking portion, and the locking portion may be locked onto the protrusion, and the center frame and the head frame or the foot frame may be combined in the predetermined relative position with the head frame or the foot frame placed on the mounting plate.

[0015] The present invention provides a bed that can reduce costs and is easy to assemble and disassemble.

[0016] Fig. 1 is a schematic exploded view of a bed according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a view showing a state in which a base frame, a center frame, and a base frame are connected by a first knob bolt so as not to separate from their predetermined relative positions. Fig. 3 is an explanatory view of a shaft holding part. Fig. 4 is a view showing a state in which a roller is housed in a main body part of the shaft holding part. Fig. 4 is an explanatory view of a process for connecting a head frame to a center frame. Fig. 5 is an explanatory view of a process for connecting a head frame to a center frame.

[0017] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0018] FIG. 1 is a schematic exploded view of a bed 1 according to this embodiment. The bed 1 is a nursing bed used, for example, in nursing care settings. The bed 1 is formed in a generally rectangular shape that is elongated in a vertical direction in plan view in order to support the body of a recumbent person. In this specification, the longitudinal direction of the bed 1 is referred to as the front-to-rear direction, and the head side of the bed 1 is referred to as the front side, and the foot side is referred to as the rear side. The direction perpendicular to the front-to-rear direction of the bed 1 is referred to as the left-to-right direction.

[0019] The bed 1 mainly comprises a bottom 2 which can be separated and connected to each other, a frame 3, and boards (not shown) which are arranged at the front and rear ends of the bed 1.

[0020] The bottom 2 supports from below a bed mat (not shown) on which a recumbent person lies. The bottom 2 has multiple elements, such as a back bottom 2A, a waist bottom 2B, and a knee-leg bottom 2C. These elements of the bottom 2 are arranged in the order of back bottom 2A, waist bottom 2B, and knee-leg bottom 2C from the front to the rear in the front-to-rear direction. The angles of the back bottom 2A and the knee-leg bottom 2C relative to the waist bottom 2B are variable. In other words, the bottom 2 is bendable. The bottom 2 may be made of, for example, metal or synthetic resin. The knee-leg bottom 2C may be composed of a knee bottom on which the knees rest and a leg bottom on which the legs rest.

[0021] The frame 3 has a vertically elongated, generally rectangular shape in a plan view and supports the bed 2 from below. The frame 3 includes a plurality of subframes, such as a base frame 10 that can be separated and connected to each other, and a main frame 4 including a head frame 20, a center frame 30, and a foot frame 40 that can be disassembled and connected to each other. The frame 3 includes a first knob bolt 50 and a second knob bolt 51 as fasteners. When disassembled for transportation or the like, the bed 1 is disassembled into multiple main components: the base frame 10, the head frame 20, the center frame 30, the foot frame 40, the back bottom 2A, the lumbar bottom 2B, and the knee-leg bottom 2C. When assembling the bed 1, these main components 10-40 and 2A-2C are combined and connected to each other in predetermined positions to complete the bed 1.

[0022] <Base frame 10> The base frame 10 is a frame that serves as the foundation of the bed 1. The base frame 10 has a vertically elongated, generally rectangular shape in a plan view, and supports the main frame 4 from below. In this embodiment, the base frame 10 corresponds to a first component.

[0023] The base frame 10 includes a base 11 that is placed on the floor (installation surface), an X-link mechanism 12 that serves as a lifting mechanism (moving mechanism), and an actuator 13 .

[0024] The base 11 includes a pair of first front-rear bars 11A extending in the front-rear direction and a pair of first left-right bars 11B extending in the left-right direction. The pair of first front-rear bars 11A are spaced a predetermined distance apart in the left-right direction, with the pair of first left-right bars 11B spanning the front and rear ends of the pair of first front-rear bars 11A. Fixed legs 14 are attached to the front and rear ends of each of the first front-rear bars 11A. Guide members 11C are provided on the rear inner sides of the pair of front-rear bars 11A. The guide members 11C support the connecting bar 16C of the X link mechanism 12 relative to the base 11 so that the connecting bar 16C can slide in the front-rear direction.

[0025] The X-link mechanism 12 has a lower portion connected to the base 11 and an upper portion connected to the center frame 30 (corresponding to the second component in this embodiment). The X-link mechanism 12 mainly includes a pair of first and second links 15A and 15B and multiple connecting bars 16A, 16B, and 16C. Each of the first and second links 15A and 15B extends in the front-rear direction and is rotatably connected to each other at approximately the center in the front-rear direction by a pin 15C. In other words, the pair of first and second links 15A and 15B are connected to each other in an X-shape in side view, with the pin 15C as the axial center. Pairs of first and second links 15A and 15B are provided with a gap in the left-right direction.

[0026] The front ends of the pair of first links 15A are rotatably connected to the front first left-right bar 11B. The rear ends of the pair of first links 15A are connected by a connecting bar 16A. The front ends of the pair of second links 15B are connected by a connecting bar 16B. The rear ends of the pair of second links 15B are connected by a connecting bar 16C. Both ends of the connecting bar 16C are housed in the guide member 11C so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction. This allows the rear ends of the second links 15B to move and rotate in the front-rear direction along the first front-rear bar 11A. A guided portion 17 having a roller is provided on the outside of the rear ends of the pair of first links 15A.

[0027] FIG. 2 illustrates the base frame 10, center frame 30 (corresponding to the second component in this embodiment), and head frame 20 (corresponding to the third component in this embodiment) connected by the first knob bolt 50 so as not to separate from their respective predetermined positions. As shown in FIG. 2 , roller support members 16D are provided at both left and right ends of the connecting bar 16B. The roller support member 16D includes a fixed portion 16D1 to which the roller support member 16D is fixed inside the connecting bar 16B by welding or the like, and a protruding portion 16D2 protruding outward from the fixed portion 16D1. The outer diameter of the protruding portion 16D2 is smaller than the outer diameter of the fixed portion 16D1. A roller connecting hole 16e is formed through the roller support member 16D in the left-right direction. A roller 16F is provided in the protruding portion 16D2. The protruding portion 16D2 of the roller support member 16D is inserted into the roller 16F, and the outer end of the roller connecting hole 16e opens outward through a hole in the outer surface of the roller 16F. The roller 16F is rotatable relative to the protrusion 16D2. The roller 16F corresponds to a rotation shaft portion (first engagement portion), and the roller connecting hole 16e corresponds to a first connecting hole.

[0028] 1 moves the connecting bar 16A up and down. This drives the X link mechanism 12, causing the first link 15A and the second link 15B to rotate, and the vertical positions of the upper ends of the first link 15A and the second link 15B to change. As a result, the main frame 4 moves up and down relative to the base 11 of the base frame 10.

[0029] <Main Frame 4> The main frame 4 has a vertically elongated, generally rectangular shape in a plan view. The main frame 4 supports the bottom 2 from below. The main frame 4 is connected to the base frame 10, which allows the bottom 2 to move up and down. In this embodiment, the base frame 10, head frame 20, and foot frame 40 are each connected to the center frame 30. The main frame 4 may be made of, for example, metal or synthetic resin.

[0030] <Center Frame 30> The center frame 30 is a frame that supports the waist bottom 2B from below. The head frame 20 is connected to the front of the center frame 30, and the foot frame 40 is connected to the rear of the center frame 30. The center frame 30 is connected to the X link mechanism 12 of the base frame 10, and is movable up and down.

[0031] The center frame 30 includes a pair of second front-rear bars 31 extending in the front-rear direction and a pair of second left-right bars 32 extending in the left-right direction. The pair of second front-rear bars 31 are arranged at a predetermined interval in the left-right direction, and the pair of second left-right bars 32 are installed at the center and rear of the second front-rear bars 31. A guide member 33 is provided inside the rear portion of each second front-rear bar 31. The guided portion 17 at the rear end of the first link 15A is engaged with the guide member 33 so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction.

[0032] A shaft holding portion 34 (corresponding to the second engagement portion in this embodiment) is provided on the inside of the front portion of each second front-rear bar 31. FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of the shaft holding portion 34. As shown in FIG. 3, the shaft holding portion 34 has a main body portion 34A, a retaining portion 34B, and a temporary placement portion 34C. The main body portion 34A is generally arch-shaped and can accommodate a roller 16F (FIG. 2) therein. By making the inner diameter of the generally arch-shaped portion approximately the same as the outer diameter of the roller 16F, the front connecting hole 31a and the roller connecting hole 16e are approximately concentric when accommodated, eliminating the need for alignment for coupling. The retaining portion 34B is connected to the front end of the main body portion 34A. The retaining portion 34B has a lower extension portion 34B1 extending downward from the front end of the main body portion 34A and an inclined portion 34B2 extending rearward from the lower end of the lower extension portion 34B1. The inclined portion 34B2 is located below the main body portion 34A and is inclined downward (away from the main body portion 34A) as it extends rearward. The temporary placement portion 34C is connected to the rear end of the main body portion 34A and extends rearward.

[0033] 1, a front connecting hole 31a and a rear connecting hole 31b that penetrate in the left-right direction are formed in each second front-rear bar 31. The front connecting hole 31a is a hole for connecting the head frame 20 to the center frame 30. The rear connecting hole 31b is a hole for connecting the foot frame 40 to the center frame 30.

[0034] The detailed configuration of the front connecting hole 31a will be described with reference to Figure 2. As shown in Figure 2, a through hole 31c penetrating in the left-right direction is formed in the front portion of each second front-rear bar 31. A cylindrical first connecting member 35 having the front connecting hole 31a formed therein is provided in the through hole 31c. A female thread is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the first connecting member 35. The front connecting hole 31a opens to the inside of the main body portion 34A of the shaft holder 34. The front connecting hole 31a corresponds to a second connecting hole. The rear connecting hole 31b is also formed with a structure similar to that of the front connecting hole 31a.

[0035] 1 , each second front-rear bar 31 has a front protrusion 36A and a rear protrusion 36B that protrude outward on its outer surface. The front protrusion 36A is a protrusion for attaching the head frame 20 to the center frame 30. The rear protrusion 36B is a protrusion for attaching the foot frame 40 to the center frame 30. The front protrusion 36A is located forward of the center of the second front-rear bar 31, and the rear protrusion 36B is located rearward of the center of the second front-rear bar 31.

[0036] Each second front-rear bar 31 has a front mounting plate 37A and a rear mounting plate 37B that protrude outward on its underside. The front mounting plate 37A is a flat plate for attaching the head frame 20 to the center frame 30. The rear mounting plate 37B is a flat plate for attaching the foot frame 40 to the center frame 30. The front mounting plate 37A is provided in front of the front protrusion 36A, and the rear mounting plate 37B is provided behind the rear protrusion 36B.

[0037] <Head Frame 20> The head frame 20 is a frame that supports the back bottom 2A from below. A headboard (not shown) is attached to the front end of the head frame 20. The head frame 20 includes a pair of third front-rear bars 21 extending in the front-rear direction and a pair of third left-right bars 22 extending in the left-right direction. The pair of third front-rear bars 21 are arranged at a predetermined interval in the left-right direction, and the pair of third left-right bars 22 are installed in front of and in the center of the third front-rear bars 21. The head frame 20 may also include an arm mechanism and an actuator as a raising / lowering mechanism (movable mechanism) for raising or lowering the back bottom 2A.

[0038] A first locking portion 23 (corresponding to a locking portion in this embodiment) is provided at the rear end of each third front-rear bar 21. The first locking portion 23 is formed in a concave shape that opens toward the rear, and receives and locks onto the front protrusion 36A on the outer surface of each second front-rear bar 31.

[0039] Each third front-rear bar 21 has a head connecting hole 21a formed therethrough in the left-right direction. The head connecting hole 21a is a hole for connecting the head frame 20 to the center frame 30. The detailed configuration of the head connecting hole 21a will be described with reference to FIG. 2. A through hole 21b penetrating in the left-right direction is formed in the rear of each third front-rear bar 21. A cylindrical second connecting member 24 having the head connecting hole 21a formed therein is provided in the through hole 21b. A portion of the second connecting member 24 protrudes outside the third front-rear bar 21. The head connecting hole 21a corresponds to the third connecting hole.

[0040] <Foot Frame 40> As shown in Figure 1, the foot frame 40 is a frame that supports the knee-leg bottom 2C from below. A footboard (not shown) is attached to the rear end of the foot frame 40. The foot frame 40 includes a pair of fourth front-rear bars 41 extending in the front-rear direction and a pair of fourth left-right bars 42 extending in the left-right direction. The pair of fourth front-rear bars 41 are arranged at a predetermined interval in the left-right direction, and the pair of fourth left-right bars 42 are installed at the center and rear of the fourth front-rear bars 41.

[0041] A second locking portion 43 is provided at the front end of each fourth front-rear bar 41. The second locking portion 43 is formed in a concave shape that opens forward, and receives and locks onto the rear protrusion 36B on the outer surface of each second front-rear bar 31. A foot connecting hole 41a that penetrates in the left-right direction is formed in each fourth front-rear bar 41. The foot connecting hole 41a is formed with a structure similar to that of the head connecting hole 21a.

[0042] <Method of Assembling Bed 1> Next, a method of assembling the bed 1 according to this embodiment will be described. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing a state in which the roller 16F is housed in the main body 34A of the shaft holder 34. Figs. 5 and 6 are explanatory views of the process of connecting the head frame 20 to the center frame 30.

[0043] The worker connects the center frame 30 to the base frame 10. Specifically, the worker places the guided portions 17 at the rear ends of each first link 15A in the guide members 33 of each second front-rear bar 31, and as shown in FIG. 4 , places the rollers 16F at the front ends of each second link 15B in the shaft holders 34 of each second front-rear bar 31. At this time, the worker places the temporary rest portions 34C on the rollers 16F and moves the center frame 30 rearward to place the rollers 16F in the main body portions 34A. This makes it easier to assemble the center frame 30 to the base frame 10.

[0044] Next, the worker connects the head frame 20 to the center frame 30. As shown in FIG. 5( a), the worker engages the first locking portions 23 of each third longitudinal bar 21 with the front protrusions 36A of each second longitudinal bar 31. As shown in FIG. 5( b), the worker places each third longitudinal bar 21 on the front mounting plate 37A of each second longitudinal bar 31, overlapping each third longitudinal bar 21 and each second longitudinal bar 31 in the left-right direction. This aligns the base frame 10, center frame 30, and head frame 20 in a predetermined relative position. In this state, as shown in FIG. 2, the roller connecting holes 16e of the base frame 10, the front connecting holes 31a of the center frame 30, and the head connecting holes 21a of the head frame 20 are aligned in a straight line in the left-right direction and communicate with each other. In this way, by engaging the first locking portion 23 at the tip of the head frame 20 with the front protrusion 36A of the center frame 30 and placing it on the front loading plate 37A, the connecting holes of the frames can be aligned and the head frame 20 can be easily connected with the first knob bolt 50 without having to support it with one hand.

[0045] Next, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 6 , the first knob bolt 50 (corresponding to a fastener in this embodiment) is inserted from the outside through the head connecting hole 21a, the front connecting hole 31a, and the roller connecting hole 16e, and the male thread of the first knob bolt 50 is threaded into the female thread of the first connecting member 35. This connects the base frame 10, the center frame 30, and the head frame 20 so that they do not come loose from their predetermined relative positions. The tip of the first knob bolt 50 is positioned within the roller connecting hole 16e but does not abut (is spaced apart from) the inner circumferential surface of the roller connecting hole 16e. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 , the first knob bolt 50 is inserted into the head connecting hole 21a in advance, and an E-ring 51A is provided inside the third front-rear bar 21 to prevent it from falling off the head frame even when the screw connection is released. That is, the outer diameter of the E-ring 51A is configured to be larger than the inner diameter of the outer end of the second connecting portion 24.

[0046] Next, the worker connects the foot frame 40 to the center frame 30. The worker engages the second locking portions 43 of each fourth front-rear bar 41 with the rear projections 36B of each second front-rear bar 31, places each fourth front-rear bar 41 on the rear mounting plate 37B of each second front-rear bar 31, and overlaps each fourth front-rear bar 41 with each second front-rear bar 31 in the left-right direction. In this state, the rear connecting holes 31b of the center frame 30 and the foot connecting holes 41a of the foot frame 40 are aligned in a straight line in the left-right direction and communicate with each other. In this way, by engaging the second locking portions 43 at the tip of the foot frame 40 with the rear projections 36B of the center frame 30 and placing it on the rear mounting plate 37B, the connecting holes of the frames are aligned, and the foot frame 40 can be easily connected with the second knob bolts 51 without having to support it manually.

[0047] The second knob bolt 51 is inserted from the outside through the foot connecting hole 41 a and the rear connecting hole 31 b, and the male thread of the second knob bolt 51 is screwed into the female thread of the connecting member that forms the rear connecting hole 31 b. This fixes the foot frame 40 to the center frame 30.

[0048] The worker attaches the bottom 2 and a board (not shown) to the assembled frame. In this way, the frames 10 to 40 are assembled and the bed 1 is completed.

[0049] As described above, the bed 1 of this embodiment includes the base frame 10 (corresponding to the first part with the first connecting hole) with the roller connecting hole 16e formed therein, the center frame 30 (corresponding to the second part with the second connecting hole) with the front connecting hole 31a formed therein, the head frame 20 (corresponding to the third part with the third connecting hole) with the head connecting hole 21a formed therein, and the first knob bolt 50 (corresponding to the fastener). By simply performing the normal assembly process described above, the base frame 10, the center frame 30, and the head frame 20 can be positioned in predetermined relative positions (the first, second, and third connecting holes are approximately concentric) and are connected so as to prevent them from moving away from their respective positions. In other words, when assembling the frames 10 to 30, the worker can avoid the extremely tedious process of aligning each frame and then fastening each part with separate fasteners. This allows the worker to easily assemble the bed 1 and shorten the assembly time.

[0050] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the fasteners, which were previously separate components, are prevented from falling off the head frame by E-rings or the like, so there is no need for separate fasteners to assemble the frames 10 to 30 of the bed 1, and it is possible to prevent loss of fastener parts during the work of assembling the bed 1. Furthermore, there is no need for the fasteners, which are separate components, and a case for storing them, and this allows for cost reduction.

[0051] In addition, because there is no need to provide an automatic locking function, there is no increase in the number of parts, and unexpected mechanical malfunctions due to a complicated mechanism do not occur. Furthermore, since the bed 1 can be completed by simply performing the usual assembly and disassembly procedures and fastening with fasteners, there is no need to know special unlocking methods such as those for automatic locking, and workers do not need to have any new knowledge when assembling the bed 1.

[0052] Similarly, when disassembling the bed 1, the worker can easily perform the work and prevent the loss of parts such as fasteners. Furthermore, when storing the bed 1 in a disassembled state, the loss of parts such as fasteners can be prevented. Furthermore, by engaging the roller 16F (corresponding to the first engaging portion provided on the first component) provided on the base frame 10 with the shaft holding portion 34 (corresponding to the second engaging portion provided on the second component) provided on the center frame 30, the base frame 10 and the center frame 30 are assembled in a predetermined relative position. Therefore, the roller connecting hole 16e (first connecting hole) and the front connecting hole 31a (second connecting hole) can be easily positioned substantially concentrically.

[0053] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and those skilled in the art will be able to make various additions and modifications within the scope of the present invention.

[0054] In the above embodiment, the base frame 10, center frame 30, and head frame 20 are connected by the first knob bolt 50 so as not to separate from their respective predetermined positions, but the base frame 10, center frame 30, and foot frame 40 may also be connected by the second knob bolt 51 so as not to separate from their respective predetermined positions. That is, each second front-rear bar 31 of the center frame 30 has a guide member 33 provided on the inside of its front portion and a shaft holder 34 provided on the inside of its rear portion. Then, the rollers 16F at the front ends of each second link 15B are slidably engaged in the front-rear direction with the guide members 33 provided on the front portions of the second front-rear bars 31, and the guided portions 17 at the rear ends of each first link 15A are held by the shaft holders 34 provided on the rear portions of the second front-rear bars 31. A connecting hole is formed in the guided portion 17, and a second knob bolt 51 is inserted from the outside through the foot connecting hole 41a, the rear connecting hole 31b, and the connecting hole of the guided portion 17, and the male thread of the second knob bolt 51 is screwed into the female thread of the guided portion 17. In this way, the second knob bolt 51 connects the base frame 10, the center frame 30, and the foot frame 40 so that they do not move away from their predetermined relative positions. In this case, the connecting hole of the guided portion 17 corresponds to the first connecting hole, the rear connecting hole 31b corresponds to the second connecting hole, and the foot connecting hole 41a corresponds to the third connecting hole.

[0055] In assembling the bed 1, the foot frame 40 was connected to the center frame 30 after the head frame 20 was assembled to the center frame 30. However, the foot frame 40 may also be connected to the center frame 30 before the head frame 20 is assembled to the center frame 30. In this case, when the foot frame 40 is connected to the center frame 30, the weight of the foot frame 40 may cause the rear end of the foot frame 40 to drop and the front end of the center frame 30 to rise. At this time, the main body 34A of the shaft holder 34 moves away from the roller 16F, but the stopper portion 34B located below the main body 34A hits the roller 16F, preventing the shaft holder 34 from completely coming off the roller 16F and preventing the front end of the center frame from coming off the base frame.

[0056] Furthermore, although the shaft (specifically, the roller 16F) (first engagement portion) on the base frame 10 side and the shaft holding portion (second engagement portion) on the center frame 30 side are engaged with each other, the shaft on the center frame 30 side may be configured to be engaged with the shaft holding portion of the base frame 10.

[0057] For example, in the above embodiment, the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion are described as a shaft and a shaft holder, but it is needless to say that this is not limited to this and other engaging means may be used.
