Description

Asymmetrical sofa block and its installation method

[0001] The present invention relates to an asymmetrical sofa block and an installation method thereof, and more particularly, to an asymmetrical sofa block and an installation method thereof in which each part is formed in an oval-shaped eastern portion so that installation can be performed in various ways according to the short and long axes of the eastern portion.

[0002]

[0003] Recently, due to rapid climate change caused by global warming, the frequency and intensity of abnormal weather events such as typhoons, torrential rains, heat waves, and droughts are increasing worldwide.

[0004] These unusual climate changes have had a significant impact on the environment, society, and economy, including health, agriculture, industry, and the ecosystem. In Korea, the scale of damage caused by these abnormal climate changes is increasing day by day, with record-breaking damage occurring every year due to typhoons Kompasu (2010), Muifa (2011), and Bolaven (2012).

[0005] In particular, when Typhoon Bolaven struck, damage occurred in Jeju, including the loss of approximately 2,300 72-ton tetrapods, the outer breakwater blocks of Seogwipo Port, and damage to other breakwater blocks also occurred in Gageodo Island and other areas due to the large typhoon.

[0006] Tetrapods, which are mainly used as breakwater blocks, perform well in environments where the water is shallow and the waves are relatively small. However, in environments where the water is deep and the waves are large, the structural stability is rapidly reduced. In laminated and high-wave environments, the bonds are loosened and the tetrapods float individually, causing them to detach from the breakwater and be lost. In addition, there are problems with the parts supporting the tetrapods being damaged.

[0007] Therefore, there is an urgent need for the development of a wave absorbing block that can effectively absorb waves coming from the open sea, effectively protect facilities adjacent to the coast, ensure the stability of ships sailing in coastal waters, and have a sturdy and easy-to-install structure.

[0008] Meanwhile, a sofa block of Patent Publication No. 10-2166388 (October 8, 2020) was proposed, but since the sofa block is composed of tripods (20) formed radially around a circular connecting body (10), there is no difference in width or height depending on the mounting direction, so there is a problem that various mountings cannot be performed depending on the mounting environment.

[0009] In addition, when installing a wave block on a coast with a slope, there was a problem in that a gap occurred between the wave block installed at the bending point formed between the non-slope surface and the slope surface and the wave block installed on the non-slope surface, making it impossible to perform the wave block stably.

[0010]

[0011] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention aims to provide an asymmetrical wave absorbing block having a sturdy and easy-to-install structure and an installation method thereof, which effectively absorbs waves coming from the open sea and protects facilities adjacent to the coast.

[0012] In particular, the present invention aims to provide an asymmetric sofa block and an installation method thereof, which can be installed in various ways according to the short and long axes of the eastern part by forming each part in the eastern part of an oval shape.

[0022] In addition, the first length including the straight length of one end of the first front leg portion and one end of the second front leg portion, and the straight length of one end of the first rear leg portion and one end of the second rear leg portion is equal to the third length including the straight length of one end of the third front leg portion and one end of the fourth front leg portion, and the straight length of one end of the third rear leg portion and one end of the fourth rear leg portion, and the second length including the straight length of one end of the second front leg portion and one end of the third front leg portion, and the straight length of one end of the second rear leg portion and one end of the third rear leg portion is equal to the fourth length including the straight length of one end of the first front leg portion and one end of the fourth front leg portion, and the straight length of one end of the first rear leg portion and one end of the fourth rear leg portion, and the second length and the fourth length may be longer than the first length and the third length.

[0023] In addition, based on the longitudinal central axis of the eastern portion, the longitudinal central axis of the first front leg portion may be located on the side of the second front leg portion, the longitudinal central axis of the second front leg portion may be located on the side of the first front leg portion, the longitudinal central axis of the third front leg portion may be located on the side of the fourth front leg portion, the longitudinal central axis of the fourth front leg portion may be located on the side of the third front leg portion, the longitudinal central axis of the first rear leg portion may be located on the side of the second rear leg portion, the longitudinal central axis of the second rear leg portion may be located on the side of the first rear leg portion, the longitudinal central axis of the third rear leg portion may be located on the side of the fourth rear leg portion, and the longitudinal central axis of the fourth rear leg portion may be located on the side of the third rear leg portion.

[0024] In addition, the above eastern portion may be formed by bending a portion thereof, and both ends may be bent so as to face either the major axis vertex or the minor axis vertex.

[0025] Meanwhile, a method for installing an asymmetrical wave-block on a coast formed with a bottom surface, a slope surface, and a high surface and having at least one bending point includes a bottom surface installation step of installing a first asymmetrical wave-block on the bottom surface, a first bending point installation step of installing a second asymmetrical wave-block at the first bending point formed between the bottom surface and the slope surface, a slope installation step of installing the first asymmetrical wave-block on the slope surface, a second bending point installation step of installing the second asymmetrical wave-block at the second bending point formed between the slope surface and the high surface, and a high surface installation step of installing the first asymmetrical wave-block on the high surface.

[0028] Additionally, the longitudinal central axis of each of the above-mentioned front and rear corners may not intersect with the longitudinal central axis of the above-mentioned eastern part.

[0029] In addition, each of the above-mentioned front and rear parts can be formed by extending from a body surface divided by a body boundary line formed based on one of the two major axis vertices of the eastern part and a body boundary line formed based on one of the two minor axis vertices.

[0036] Specifically, the present invention has the effect of reducing the installation cost of asymmetric sofa blocks by minimizing the number of blocks under installation conditions requiring high stacking and wide-area placement.

[0037] In addition, the present invention has an advantage in that it can stably perform sofa work by minimizing the play of an asymmetric sofa block installed at a bending point formed between a non-sloping surface and an inclined surface.

[0038] In addition, the present invention has an advantage in that it can prevent asymmetrical sofa blocks from being buried at the installation point (coast) through the support block, and can prevent soil collapse and loss from the coast.

[0039] Therefore, the present invention can improve reliability and competitiveness in the field of coastal structures and similar or related fields.

[0068]

[0069] Figures 4 (a) and (b) are drawings for explaining the body boundary line.

[0070] Each front part (200) and each back part (300) can be formed by extending from a body surface defined by a body boundary line formed based on one of the two major axis vertices of the eastern part (100) and a body boundary line formed based on one of the two minor axis vertices.

[0071] Specifically, referring to (a) and (b) of FIG. 4, the eastern part (100) may include a first body surface (not symbolized) divided into a first body boundary line (BL1) formed based on a first short axis vertex (V1), which is one end of a short axis, and a second body boundary line (BL2) formed based on a first long axis vertex (V2), which is one end of a long axis, a second body surface (not symbolized) divided into a third body boundary line (BL3) formed based on the second body boundary line (BL2) and the second short axis vertex (V3), which is the other end of the short axis, a third body surface (not symbolized) divided into a fourth body boundary line (BL4) formed based on the third body boundary line (BL3) and the second long axis vertex (V4), which is the other end of the long axis, and a fourth body surface (not symbolized) divided into the fourth body boundary line (BL4) and the first body boundary line (BL1).

[0073] In Fig. 4, the signs of the vertices are indicated based on the major and minor axes of one end of the eastern part (100), but since the eastern part (100) is formed in an elliptical shape from one end to both ends, the vertices are not limited to one end of the eastern part (100).

[0074]

[0075] FIG. 5 is a drawing for explaining the straight length of one end of a front part of an asymmetric sofa block according to one embodiment of the present invention and one end of another front part.

[0076] The first length (D1), which is the straight length of one end of the first leg section (210) and one end of the second leg section (220) of the asymmetric sofa block (10) configured as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, is the same as the third length (D3), which is the straight length of one end of the third leg section (230) and one end of the fourth leg section (240), and the second length (D2), which is the straight length of one end of the second leg section (220) and one end of the third leg section (230), is the same as the fourth length (D4), which is the straight length of one end of the first leg section (210) and one end of the fourth leg section (240), but the second length (D2) and the fourth length (D4) are configured to be longer than the first length (D1) and the third length (D3).

[0077] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first length (D1) and the third length (D3) of the asymmetric sofa block (10) may be 1979 to 1982 cm, and the second length (D2) and the fourth length (D4) may be 2,262 to 2,265 cm. Preferably, the first length (D1) and the third length (D3) are configured to be 1980 cm, and the second length (D2) and the fourth length (D4) are configured to be 2,263 cm.

[0078] In FIG. 5, the first length (D1) to the fourth length (D4) of the olfactory part (300) are omitted, but the first length (D1) includes the straight length of one end of the first olfactory part (310) and one end of the second olfactory part (320), the second length (D2) includes the straight length of one end of the second olfactory part (320) and one end of the third olfactory part (330), the third length (D3) includes the straight length of one end of the third olfactory part (330) and one end of the fourth olfactory part (340), and the fourth length (D4) includes the straight length of one end of the first olfactory part (310) and one end of the fourth olfactory part (340).

[0079]

[0080] FIG. 6 (a) is a drawing showing a state in which asymmetric sofa blocks are arranged along the long axis according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 (b) is a drawing showing a state in which asymmetric sofa blocks are arranged along the short axis according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a drawing for explaining the advantages of the long axis arrangement and the short axis arrangement of asymmetric sofa blocks.

[0081] The major axis arrangement shown in (a) of FIG. 6 means arranging the asymmetric sofa block (10) so that the first body boundary line (BL1) and the third body boundary line (BL3) are parallel to the installation surface (G), and the minor axis arrangement shown in (b) of FIG. 6 means arranging the asymmetric sofa block (10) so that the second body boundary line (BL2) and the fourth body boundary line (BL4) are parallel to the installation surface (G).

[0082] As described above in FIGS. 2 to 5, the asymmetric sofa block (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention can be stacked with different heights in the long-axis arrangement compared to the short-axis arrangement.

[0083] For example, the maximum height (h1) of the long-axis arrangement in which two asymmetric sofa blocks (10) are stacked in two stages, as shown in (a) of FIG. 6, may be 4,355 to 4,560 cm, and the maximum height (h2) of the short-axis arrangement in which two asymmetric sofa blocks (10) are stacked in two stages, as shown in (b) of FIG. 6, may be 3,808 to 3,813 cm. The maximum height (h1) of the preferable long-axis arrangement may be 4,358 cm, and the maximum height (h2) of the short-axis arrangement may be 3,810 cm.

[0084] Additionally, it is possible to form a composite arrangement by arranging one asymmetric sofa block (10) along the short axis and the other asymmetric sofa block (10) along the long axis. The composite arrangement can be a stacked arrangement as well as a series arrangement.

[0085] An asymmetric sofa block (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention configured in this manner has the advantage of minimizing the number of asymmetric sofa blocks (10) to correspond to installation conditions.

[0086] Below, the above-described advantages will be described with reference to Fig. 7.

[0087] The left side of Fig. 7 shows an asymmetric sofa block (10) arranged along its long axis, and the right side shows an asymmetric sofa block (10) arranged along its short axis.

[0088] Referring to Fig. 7, even if the maximum height (h1) of the long-axis arrangement and the maximum height (h2) of the short-axis arrangement are the same or similar, the number of stacks in the short-axis arrangement may be greater than the number of stacks in the long-axis arrangement. That is, when the asymmetric sofa block (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention is arranged in the long axis, the number can be minimized under installation conditions requiring high stacking.

[0089] Meanwhile, when the long-axis arrangement and the short-axis arrangement are arranged in the same number (three in FIG. 7), the width of the short-axis arrangement can be greater than the width of the long-axis arrangement. That is, when the asymmetric sofa block (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention is arranged in a short-axis arrangement, the number can be minimized under installation conditions requiring a wide-area arrangement.

[0090]

[0091] Figures 8 (a) and (b) are drawings showing another embodiment of an asymmetric sofa block according to the present invention.

[0092] Referring to (a) and (b) of FIG. 8, the eastern part (100) of the folded asymmetric sofa block (11) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be formed by being partially folded, and both ends may be formed by being folded so that they face either of the short axis vertices (V1, V3) and the long axis vertices (V2, V4).

[0093] First, referring to (a) of Fig. 8, the eastern part (100) of the folded asymmetric sofa block (11) can be formed by folding with the second long axis vertex (V4) located in the center as the standard so that both ends are inclined toward the second long axis vertex (V4).

[0094] In Fig. 8 (a), it is shown that it is bent based on the second major axis vertex (V4), but it is also natural that it is bent based on the first major axis vertex (V2).

[0095] In addition, referring to (b) of FIG. 8, the eastern part (100) of the folded asymmetric sofa block (11) can be formed by folding with respect to the second short-axis vertex (V3) located in the center so that both ends are inclined toward the second short-axis vertex (V3).

[0096] In (b) of Fig. 8, it is shown that it is bent based on the second shortened vertex (V3), but it is also natural that it is bent based on the first shortened vertex (V1).

[0097] The folded asymmetric sofa block (11) configured in this way has the advantage of being able to be installed in an installation environment where a fold point is formed.

[0098]

[0099] Below, we will explain how to install an asymmetric sofa block.

[0100] Figures 9 (a) to (e) are drawings for explaining a method of installing an asymmetric sofa block.

[0101] First, the first asymmetric sofa block described below is the asymmetric sofa block (10) described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7, and the second asymmetric sofa block is the folded asymmetric sofa block (11) described with reference to FIG. 8. Specific descriptions of the first asymmetric sofa block (10) and the second asymmetric sofa block (11) have been described above, so they will be omitted.

[0102] Referring to FIG. 9, a method for installing an asymmetrical wave-causing block on a coast formed with a bottom surface (L), a slope surface (S), and a high surface (H) and having at least one bending point (BP1, BP2) includes a bottom surface installation step ((a) of FIG. 9) of installing a first asymmetrical wave-causing block (10) on the bottom surface (L), a first bending point installation step ((b) of FIG. 9) of installing a second asymmetrical wave-causing block (11) on the first bending point (BP1) formed between the bottom surface (L) and the slope surface (S), a slope installation step ((c) of FIG. 9) of installing a first asymmetrical wave-causing block (10) on the slope surface (S), a second bending point installation step ((d) of FIG. 9) of installing a second asymmetrical wave-causing block (11) on the second bending point (BP2) formed between the slope surface (S) and the high surface (H), and a high surface installation step ((d) of FIG. 9) of installing a first asymmetrical wave-causing block (10) on the high surface (H). Includes (e) of 9).

[0103] In Fig. 9, both the first asymmetric sofa block (10) and the second asymmetric sofa block (11) are shown in a short-axis arrangement, but this is not limited to this, and as described above in Fig. 7, they can be installed in a long-axis arrangement or a composite arrangement depending on the installation conditions.

[0104] In addition, the first asymmetric sofa block (10) and the second asymmetric sofa block (11) can be installed in a multi-stage stacking manner, and even in the multi-stage stacking, the long-axis arrangement and the short-axis arrangement can be mixed and stacked.

[0105] The installation method according to one embodiment of the present invention has been described in the order of the low-surface installation step to the high-surface installation step, but it is also possible to install in the order of the high-surface installation step to the low-surface installation step, and after the first bending point installation step and the second bending point installation step, any one of the low-surface installation step, the slope installation step, and the high-surface installation step may be performed sequentially. In other words, it can be selectively performed depending on the asymmetric sofa block installation environment.

[0106] The present invention can minimize the gap between asymmetrical wave-absorbing blocks by installing a second asymmetrical wave-absorbing block (11) at the bending point (BP1, BP2) compared to a case where only the first asymmetrical wave-absorbing block (10) is installed, thereby stably absorbing waves coming from the open sea.

[0107]

[0108] Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram showing a state in which a support block is installed under the first asymmetric sofa block illustrated in Fig. 9, and Fig. 11 is a drawing for explaining another example of use of the support block.

[0109] Referring to FIG. 10, the present invention may include a plurality of support blocks (12) installed on any one of the bottom surface (L), the slope surface (S), and the high surface (H) before the first asymmetric sofa block (10) and the second asymmetric sofa block (11) are installed.

[0110] When the support block (12) is installed, the first asymmetric sofa block (10) and the second asymmetric sofa block (11) are installed on top of the support block (12).

[0111] The support block (12) can prevent the first asymmetric sofa block (10) and the second asymmetric sofa block (11) from being buried at the installation point (shore), and can prevent the collapse and loss of soil on the shore.

[0112] The support block (12) is formed in a shape consisting of an eastern portion and multiple corner portions, and may be formed in a shape divided between the front corner portion (200) and the rear corner portion (300) of the first asymmetric sofa block (10).

[0113] Referring to Fig. 11, the support block (12) can be installed in a narrow space where it is difficult to install the first asymmetric sofa block (10) or the second asymmetric sofa block (11).

[0114]

[0115] The asymmetric sofa block and its installation method according to the present invention have been described above. Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the technical configuration of the present invention can be implemented in other specific forms without altering the technical spirit or essential features of the present invention.

[0116] Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as illustrative in all respects and not limiting.

[0117]

[0118] The present invention can improve reliability and competitiveness in the field of coastal structures and similar or related fields.
