Abstract
Description
[0001] PRESSURIZED AGRICULTURAL DRIP IRRIGATION PIPE WITH LATCH SPRING PRESSURE SYSTEM CONNECTION
[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD
[0003] The invention is related to a spring pressure system developed for use on the irrigation pipe connection latch used for the connection system, there is a latch spring (3) formed in a single plane so as to ensure that the desired pressure force on the latch is obtained on a single axis.
[0004] PRIOR ART
[0005] One of the most important parameters in agricultural production is undoubtedly irrigation. Agricultural irrigation techniques are also developing with the increasing importance of agricultural production and the increasing expansion of agricultural areas. One of the most important problems encountered in agricultural irrigation is the need for high pressure water flow to provide equal irrigation at every point in large agricultural areas. The most important factor in high pressure water flow is the need for parts such as pipes and pipe fittings used in irrigation lines to be resistant to high water pressure and to prevent any leakage at the connection points.
[0006] Depending on the width of agricultural lands, irrigation systems are installed by adding irrigation line pipes to each other in agricultural irrigation systems. Especially in sprinkler irrigation systems, irrigation line pipes are mounted to each other by means of irrigation sprinkler heads. Male and female heads are located at the ends of the line pipes. The connection of the line pipes with each other, valves or fittings is provided by passing the threads of male and female heads to each other. After the female header is placed over the male header, the pipe connection latch mounted on the male header, is attached to the female header, providing the connection between the two pipes or pipes and valves or fittings. Pipe connection latches used in existing agricultural irrigation systems are mounted on the pipe head by means of a pin by placing a connection spring in the center. Almost all of the pipe connection latches used in the current technique, the spring pressure required during the operation of the latch is tried to be obtained by using metal springs manufactured in the form of a winding springs.
[0007] In the previous document TR201504903, a pipe connection latch configuration is developed in order to prevent centering and similar problems encountered during the installation of the latch springs, but the pipe connection latch developed in this document uses a metal spring part manufactured in the form of a winding springs.
[0008] The pressure springs used on the pipe connection latches in the present art, which are manufactured in the form of a winding springs, do not always provide the desired spring pressure force and lose the existing pressure force feature over time depending on the use of the latch. In this case, the spring pressure decreasing over time prevents the latch from working properly and the pipe connection strength weakens, resulting in separation of pipes from each other and similar problems. In addition, corrosive external factors such as water, precipitation, sunlight, frost, etc. to which the existing pipe connection latch springs made of metal material are exposed in irrigation environments cause the metal springs to corrode and become dysfunctional by breaking.
[0009] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0010] The spring pressure system, the subject of the invention, has been developed for use on the pipe connection latch used for the connection of high- pressure agricultural irrigation pipes.
[0011] In the developed spring pressure system, there is a latch spring (3) made of plastic material created in a single plane to ensure that the desired pressure force on the latch is obtained on a single axis
[0012] Thanks to the fact that the latch spring (3) included in the developed spring pressure system is formed in a single plane and is made of plastic material, the desired spring pressure force on the latch is ensured to be high. Since the latch spring (3) in the developed spring pressure system is made of plastic material, it has high resistance to corrosive external factors and corrosion to which pipe connection latches are exposed. It allows, the developed latch spring (3) to be used for long periods of time without losing its mechanical and physical properties.
[0013] The production times and costs of the latch spring (3) can be reduced to low levels thanks to the fact that the latch spring (3) in the developed spring pressure system is made of plastic material and formed in a single plane.
[0014] Thanks to the fact that the latch spring (3) in the developed spring pressure system is made of plastic material and formed in a single plane, it is possible to flexibly manufacture the form of the latch spring (3) on the plane in the desired way. In this case, it is also possible to manufacture latch spring (3) in different forms in accordance with the desired pressure force or connection area form.

[0028] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0029] The spring pressure system developed for use on the pipe connection latch used for the connection of high-pressure agricultural irrigation pipes subject to the invention includes a pressure arm (3.1 ) which is formed to provide the necessary spring pressure force required for the movement of the latch (1 ) on the axis of the joint pin (2) by contacting the pipe connection latch (1 ) and the pipe connection equipment on which the latch (1 ) is used, on the latch (1 ), there is a latch spring (3) made of plastic material, which is formed in a single plane to ensure that the desired pressure force is obtained on a single axis.
[0030] The spring pressure system developed for use on the pipe connection latch used for the connection of high-pressure agricultural irrigation pipes subject to the invention includes the latch spring (3), preferably positioned between the connection latch (1 ) and the pipe connection equipment so that it centers the joint pin (2) that provides the connection of the pipe connection latch (1 ) to the connection equipment.
[0031] The latch spring (3) developed in the spring pressure system developed for use on the pipe connection latch used for the connection of high-pressure agricultural irrigation pipes subject to the invention, includes the pressure arm (3.1 ), depending on the movement of the pipe connection latch (1 ) on the axis of the connection pin (2) it preferably one of which contacts the pipe connection latch (1 ) body and one of which contacts the pipe connection equipment surface to generate the desired spring pressure force, creating a spring pressure force on the latch (1 ).
[0032] In the spring pressure system developed for use on the pipe connection latch used for the connection of high-pressure agricultural irrigation pipes subject to the invention, the pressure arm (3.1 ) on the latch spring (3) mentioned includes a pressure support head (3.1.1 ) that provides more contact area on the surface of the pipe connection equipment depending on the required spring pressure force.
[0033] The latch spring (3) developed in the spring pressure system developed for use on the pipe connection latch used for the connection of high-pressure agricultural irrigation pipes subject to the invention includes a reinforcement (3.2) which enables to increase the desired spring pressure force and body strength.
[0034] The latch spring (3) developed in the spring pressure system developed for use on the pipe connection latch used for the connection of high-pressure agricultural irrigation pipes subject to the invention, includes a reinforcement (3.2), which can be manufactured in one piece or in two opposite pieces and in different geometric forms, preferably in connection with a single pressure arm or two pressure arms at the same time.
[0035] The latch spring (3) developed in the spring pressure system developed for use on the pipe connection latch used for the connection of high-pressure agricultural irrigation pipes subject to the invention is positioned between the pipe connection latch (1 ) and the pipe connection equipment, preferably centered on the joint pin (2). The latch spring (3), which contacts both the pipe connection latch (1 ) and the pipe connection equipment at the same time, creates a spring pressure force against the force applied on the latch (1 ) during connection and ensures that the latch (1 ) maintains its position firmly during connection. Due to the fact that the developed latch spring (3) is formed in a single plane, the spring pressure obtained can be higher than that of the cocking springs used in the present technique. In addition, thanks to the ability of the developed latch spring (3) to provide the same pressure force for a long time depending on its form, it is possible to use the latch (1 ) in the pipe connection for a long time.
[0036] The latch spring (3) developed in the spring pressure system developed for use on the pipe connection latch used for the connection of high-pressure agricultural irrigation pipes subject to the invention has high resistance against corrosive external factors to which the pipe connection latch is exposed, for the reason of being made of plastic material. Thus, it can be used for much longer periods of time without any corrosion compared to the latch springs made of metal material in the existing technique. In the spring pressure system developed for use on the pipe connection latch used for the connection of high-pressure agricultural irrigation pipes subject to the invention, the pressure support head (3.1.1 ), which can be optionally on the end part of the pressure arm (3.1 ) on the latch spring (3), ensures that the spring compressive force needed on the latch (1 ) can be obtained as desired in different types of pipe connection equipment.
[0037] The reinforcement (3.2) preferably formed on the latch spring (3) developed in the spring pressure system developed for use on the pipe connection latch used for the connection of high-pressure agricultural irrigation pipes subject to the invention, enables the centering of the connection pin (2) on the pipe connection latch (1 ) depending on the need, increasing the spring pressure force and increasing the body strength of the latch spring (3).
[0038] Thanks to the latch spring (3) developed in the spring pressure system developed for use on the pipe connection latch used for the connection of high- pressure agricultural irrigation pipes subject to the invention, the form of the latch spring (3) on the plane can be flexibly manufactured as desired. In this case, it is possible to manufacture the latch spring (3) in different forms in accordance with the desired pressure force or connection area form.
